Burgerie in Berlin

This place was so nice!! I got a gluten free double cheeseburger, Parmesan fries and a gluten beer.

We were there for the gluten-free burgers; the burgers were okay, but the fries were way too greasy and dark. And the restaurant wasn't particularly clean or inviting. It's a shame, since the gluten-free burgers are actually a good thing.

We ordered, and unfortunately, the food arrived cold. The fries were also too salty and inedible, even though we paid €9.50 for the Parmesan fries. The double cheeseburger was also a regular cheeseburger. A real disappointment considering the good reviews.

Went for burgers & fries here because I’d heard they have a good glutenfrei bun. 100% satisfied, the bun held together well, the fries were excellent, and the burgers were also good. Will be returning.

My friends and i went in for some burgers around prenzlauberg and found this place through google maps. We’re from Australia and the chips here has been the best so far (hand cut crispy chips) plus the burgers were good, we could tell the bread was fresh and the sauces they used were super tasty. Oh and they have gluten free options too. I’d probably order the beef next time and not the crispy chicken, but other than that it exceeded our expectations! + the vibe was a 10/10

The service was prompt, answered questions courteously, and delivered the food within a reasonable time. We ordered the French Burger (Brie with cranberries), the Double Cheese Burger, and the Bacon Cheese Meal with wedges and Spanish garlic sauce as a dip. Everything was delicious... although the homemade ketchup on the French Burger was a bit off. The homemade ketchup was otherwise very tasty: not sweet, slightly acidic, with a hint of tomato. The cook happened to come out for a moment so we could chat. Very nice. Very friendly.

We love going here, especially because of the delicious gluten-free burgers!

Very tasty (gluten-free) burgers. Sometimes the order was mixed up (the gluten-free bun came with the contents of the regular burger and different fries), but ultimately everyone enjoyed it, and it was ideal for lunch after visiting the memorial. The server (owner?) seemed a bit stressed (ordered four meals), and I didn't get a chance to order a drink myself, so I got one of my family's drinks. I think if he spent a little more time taking orders and perhaps asked questions (fries with it? drink?), he could sell a lot more. All in all, though, highly recommended.

Simply a great burger 🍔 We were served and advised by two super friendly women. As promised, we received three delicious burgers (almost all of which can be prepared gluten-free) and a variety of sides. Very, very tasty 😋 and a lot of fun with the two of them.

The most incompetent service I've ever experienced. Too incompetent to even cancel a Lieferando order after providing false information and the order being accepted. We had to invest 30 minutes to reverse everything, and then they were so rude and brazen.

I have never eaten such delicious, fantastic and special burgers made with love before. When I'm back in Berlin, this is my first port of call.

We ate here because of the gluten free burgers. The burgers were good, both with and without gluten. Not outstanding, just good. We all didn't like the fries, they were very dark, quite greasy, and not particularly crispy. The ambience is ok. Quite a small shop, more of a snack bar, not a restaurant, but nicely decorated. The service was good.

The burger selection is really impressive for this relatively small restaurant. We came because of the gluten-free options (3x normal buns, 1x gluten-free) and we were all very satisfied. The fries may not be as crispy as you're used to elsewhere. But according to the menu they were homemade, so that was ok for us. The sauces, which were also homemade, were very good. If you want to sit inside you should make a reservation, otherwise there are also tables outside. When it's busy, the waiting times are a little longer, but it's worth it.

Not suitable for people with celiac disease. The bread is gluten-free, but the burger is contaminated with gluten. There's more to a gluten-free offering than just the gluten-free roll. It's a shame, because the truly gluten-free options in Berlin are limited.

Food is super fatty and subtly “brown”. So if you're in the mood for an upset stomach, you've come to the right place. By the way: To compensate for this, it is relatively expensive. So great combo. 👍🏻

One of the last evenings I came to eat at this restaurant and I asked the staff if the sandwich and potatoes were gluten-free. They confirmed that they were, but unfortunately I spent the evening feeling very sick. The sandwich was really good, but I fear that there was contamination, perhaps due to a lack of attention in the preparation. I think that in Germany the issue of gluten-free should be taken more seriously, both in restaurants and in supermarkets.

We went to the burgerie for the first time today. We came for the gluten free burgers and were not disappointed. We will definitely come back. We previously went to Disney on Ice with our daughter. When I asked her what the best thing about that day was, she put the gluten-free burger at number 1. Big shout out to you!!! By the way, the fries were also very tasty ;-)

The waitress was really close and nice, she admitted not knowing much English but it wasn't a problem at all, we understood each other perfectly, the girl was lovely. The burgers were a great size and tasted amazing, as were the 100% homemade fries. It is not an expensive place for the quality and portions. A pleasant place with options for celiacs in both burgers and potatoes. Highly recommended

If you want GF, you have one of the rare opportunities to eat burgers here. The standard burger didn't convince me, especially the sour cream on it was rather unsuitable for me and the unasked for quite raw patty.

Gluten free burgers! 🙂 Seating is limited and, depending on the day and time, it is advisable to reserve. It's wonderfully cozy and the owner and staff are warm and friendly. I don't have to pay attention to gluten-free foods myself, but I was there with a close relative who had no problems after eating. Therefore great! You can put together the burger yourself, including patty sizes. Absolute recommendation!

A wonderful place to enjoy a good gluten-free burger. The staff is very friendly and they transmit confidence regarding intolerances. It is a very quiet space since there are only a few tables, without crowds or stress. It is very easy to get to from anywhere since it is located next to a public transport stop.

I found this place on a blog for celiacs in Berlin. They had the option of gluten-free bread for 2 euros more. The food was very good and it cost us €30 for two people. They didn't know how to speak English very well but they were very friendly since they spoke a little Spanish. Yes, the appearance of the place seems a bit like a dive, but the food is worth it.

Highly recommended. We went here because they have gluten free burgers. When I asked whether the fries were also gluten-free, it was immediately confirmed that the fries were in a separate deep fryer and contamination could be ruled out. The burgerie knows what gluten-free means. The gluten-free burger bun was not dry and super tasty. The gluten-containing burger is also very tasty and I describe it as an “honest” burger.

Food was average, the 250g pattie was fried to death, the fries were forgotten when four people ordered, which was also the guests' fault. Service typically unfriendly and annoyed in Berlin. Once and never again.

A burger shop that can prepare gluten-free and without contamination! And delicious too! All employees are very familiar with celiac disease and what comes with it and have been very careful. We didn't have to wait long and were very excited. The stamp card will definitely be filled up, we'll be back!

I'm also leaving the review late, we arrived at 8.30pm for sport, on time, on time... if only it had been open, in fact it was supposed to close at 9.30pm and at 8.30pm they were already closing the place. Despite this, they let me use the bathroom which had a shower integrated into the toilet. They also invited me into the basement (perhaps because they spoke German).

I don't care about gluten. But my girlfriend didn't and that's how we ended up here. My cheeseburger was - no lie - perfect. Plus delicious sweet potato fries and a spicy sour cream dip. The whole thing is crowned by the next highlight: iced mint tea. If I lived in Berlin there would be no recommendation so that the store wouldn't be overrun. Since I was only here for the weekend, I am happy to recommend it and also thank you for the good hospitality. We felt very comfortable here.

Burgerie offers burgers for everyone. Whether you’re a meat eater, vegetarian, vegan or want to enjoy a gluten-free burger: they know how to satisfy their guests and their hunger for a good burger. I enjoyed the gluten-free Rabby burger, made from kohlrabi. It was tasteful, delicious but also nutritious. You can sit outside or indoors, depending on how you handle the street vibe/sounds. Big recommend to go here!

On a sunny Sunday afternoon, there is nothing like a spot of lunch at Burgerie. They do the best gluten free burgers in Berlin and it's a fantastic spot to eat. Efficient and quick, the food is tasty and good quality. The owners and staff are very nice and they love to talk about David Bowie, which makes my day. Simple, good burgers as they should be and a lovely spot to hop on and off the U-Bahn in the best part of town. Recommended.

Citizen was ok, there are really better shops in Berlin, so the owners would like to take a look and implement something. You should reduce the menu to 3-4 good citizens and recreate them according to the current standards in Berlin, then the store would be full at the 1a location.

I've been on a gluten-free diet for a long time and I love burgers - so I know what I'm talking about... :-) and this was the best gluten-free burger I've ever eaten!

Located near the Eberwalder tram station, in the Schoenhauserallee, this restaurant offers an interesting assortment of burgers of all styles: bacon, blue cheese, asparagus, etc. The waiter Ben is very active and always smiling, even after his service. Compliments to Betty the chef who has been working in her small kitchen for 11 years. The boss, Dennis, is always there to watch over your well-being. A good address, at very reasonable prices for Berlin, with a beautiful sunny terrace in the evening, to have a good time
