Delicious burgers, just a bit overpriced. €14 for a regular-sized burger with a drink, NO fries.

I can recommend double happiness- it’s double cheese burger. The meat is thick and juicy. The burger is fresh and tasty. The fries are delicious too. Highly recommended!

Delicious burgers and a great location with a great atmosphere. A very good overall package.

The store was completely empty. I wanted to pay by card. The terminal added a fee for card payments, so I wanted to cancel the payment. The man behind the counter then snatched the terminal out of my hand and simply confirmed the payment and the fees. When I complained that this wasn't right, after a lengthy discussion, he returned the money to me in cash and rudely refused to serve me any more. So I didn't get anything to eat. Luckily, this isn't the only restaurant on the street. I definitely won't be coming back.

It's very good food and also very friendly staff

Got served by a very nice employee, who was helpful and patient to the 2 uncertain tourists. We got 2 burgers and cheese fries 2 share which set us back around 28 euros. We got it to go and it was packed up nicely and it kept warm in our 5 min walk home. Sadly the burgers weren't something speciel, tasted mediocre, but the main problem was that they were wet, not just moist, but felt wet. The fries were salty and crisp, but the cheese spread was like the American spray cheese and not something made by the restaurant. All in all, there are more interesting places to eat, but for something familiar as a burger it serves it's purpose.

Update: The money has now been refunded, so I'm correcting my rating. Thanks for the customer service. Lg I don't know how anyone came up with the idea of ​​delivering food like that. I ordered and the food was delivered without any outer packaging/tinfoil or delivery bag (which keeps it warm). The 2 burgers and the fries were not even lukewarm but actually completely ice cold. I ordered here because I currently have a herniated disc and can't cook anything myself. I then had to warm up the food in the oven. Would never order here again. It cost €25 and I was offered €2 as compensation. All the food would have to be refunded or redelivered. Everything else is pointless. Especially 2€

INCREDIBLE!!!....HONEST!!!! I left my full wallet there....!!! Lost, stolen or left somewhere...??? But it was found and secured there by one of the two girls while clearing away! Prices have been a bit inflated since the change of ownership, I find €11 for a smash burger to be steep. Extra dips for fries (5€) also cost 2!!€ But only a "standard butger, no new option anymore, a shame... it used to be better price-performance ratio...

We had a smash burger (11€), a cheeseburger (8.5€), fries (4€) and truffle aioli (2€). Love love love the sauce, the burgers and fries were also on top level. It closes down relatively later at night so you can consider it as an after drink snacking point.

Delicious food and friendly service

I have to say, we really enjoyed our visit to Burgers Berlin on Goldstrasse! We were looking for a good burger joint and we found what we were looking for here. The burgers were absolutely delicious – juicy meat, perfect buns and fresh, quality ingredients. You can immediately tell that quality is really important here. What particularly pleasantly surprised us was the super friendly service. Our individual wishes were taken into account with a lot of patience and attention - you don't experience something like that everywhere. We felt completely welcome and in good hands. It was truly one of the best burger experiences we had in Berlin and we will definitely be back. If you're looking for really good burgers, be sure to stop by here - you won't regret it!

Burgers Berlin, do me a favor. Look, if you send the food out with Wolt or Lieferando, the driver doesn't always have to make five stops when delivering something near the Julius Leber Bridge. The food always arrives cold and you have to turn the oven on so you can enjoy your great burger.

I ordered a burger and fries with mayo via Uber-Eats. Both arrived at my house quickly and warm and tasted really good 👌🏼 Small criticism: Personally, I think this little mini Heinz mayo bag is a bit too little for the portion of fries, especially since you have to pay for them yourself (often ketchup/mayo is also included). Otherwise, keep it up, I'm a big fan of your burgers! 🫶🏼

Still the best of all Berlin Burger chains. They have maintained a high quality of food, cleanliness and service. I never met an unfriendly person working there. I live in Kreuzberg, Mehringdamm which has many bad burger joints. Today I walked the 40 minutes to Goltzstrasse for the yummy coleslaw, onion rings and Hot stuff burger. Keep on frying them dudes. You are the best.

The burgers at Burgers Berlin are simply awesome! The ingredients are fresh and the meat is superbly fried. The shop is cozy, it's great to sit outside in the summer, the people are super friendly and the service is fast! Definitely my new favorite burger shop in Schöneberg!

I like the specials - both the BB Special with the homemade mozzarella patty and the Blue Montana with Gorgonzola - which of course you have to like. Milkshakes are also great. The service is very friendly and attentive. I like coming here and for me the shop embodies the flair of Goltzstrasse

Really poor service, I ordered two burgers and fries twice, first a vegan burger came, then only one fries came, one burger was cold and the second fries too. Taste was good but the service was really disappointing that day.

Not actually a restaurant. There are no plates, just plastic sieves. Only unusable wooden knives with which you have to cut in the plastic bowl. No glasses. The burgers were very bland. No sprouts or anything special, just a tomato. Chicken breast grilled well but hardly seasoned. Sweet potato fries good but mini portions of mayonnaise. For such a simple burger with fries without plates and cutlery starting at 15 euros and with a drink 20 euros is far too much and that without service at the table. Sorry, but there really are nicer things in Berlin in every respect. But everyone was friendly without it. But self-service...

The best burgers in town, highly recommended!

We ordered from Wolt, it was a pretty good deal (2 for 1, so we got 2 cheeseburgers + bacon and fries for 15,14 €). The burger was really good, almost great. Buns were soft and buttery, the meat juicy and flavoursome and the vegetables fresh. Only remark, and why I took 1 star off, was because the bacon was stringy and chewy (not in a good way) so that was a little off-putting. The fries were crispy and tasty, but maybe a bit too small of a portion for 4 €. All in all I was craving a burger and am really satisfied with this meal. The tiny remark is nothing detrimental and I would go for a burger here again for sure.

The colleagues in the kitchen must have had a bad day and mixed up Bun and Patty. As you can see in the photos, the buns were completely black and the patties were limp and gray. After some back and forth and a somewhat frustrating Sunday evening from a culinary point of view, the mistake was made up for. Thanks a lot for your efforts!

Best burger place for vegetarians I've found so far in Berlin. They have actual vegetable patties instead of fake meat patties which I love. Tasty burgers, friendly staff and nice environment.

Fries were the best I’ve ever had but the burger was okay, nothing to bring home about. I had a to go meal but while I was waiting, I really liked the music and the general atmosphere of the place. I think the price is a little high considering how so-so the burger was.

The burgers here are delicious, the order time is fine. I could recommend 2 burgers here: Fit Burger and Beef smashed burger without cheese: those two are my favorites.

Früher waren die Bürger hier besser. Jetzt sind sie nur gewöhnlich. Die Preise auf der Internetseite sind veraltet und in Wirklichkeit 30% höher. Auch am Wochenende und Abends sind die Wartezeiten bis 45 min. Die Mädchen am Grill machen unprofessionellen Eindruck. Ich hoffe es wird wieder besser.

Das gute zuerst, die Süßkartoffelpommes sind spitze. Die Burger haben mich allerdings nicht wirklich ganz überzeugt. Hatten den Cheesy Cheese und den Avocado Burger. Beide waren gut, aber nicht überragend. Das Fleisch war uns beiden etwas zu trocken. Der Service war nett und freundlich Ambiente ist eher nicht so gemütlich. Eher Fast Food Laden. Dafür steht aber auf jedem Tisch eine Flasche Ketchup, was wir klasse fanden.

Hier gibt es sehr gute Burger mit vielen verschiedenen Sorten. Auch der Service ist auffallend freundlich. Auch wenn es auf den ersten Blick nur ein unscheinbarer Laden ist, ist das Essen dafür umso besser.

Die Burger sind deutlich besser geworden in den letzten Jahren... Zum Glück. Das bun ist endlich nicht mehr so hart. Viele vegetarische Varianten. Der all American ist perfekt. Ambiente etwas ungemütlich, das war wiederum früher etwas besser ..

Sehr freundliche Menschen dort. Hatte keine 10€ voll für Kartenzahlung (9,50). Trotzdem wäre die Kartenzahlung akzeptiert worden. Habe dann den Betrag auf 10 aufgerundet. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service und ein freundliches Lächeln bei der Übergabe des Burgers hab es auch. Den Burger lasse ich mir gleich schmecken. Toller Service! Sehr freundlich! Nachtrag: Ich hatte den BB spezial. Unabhängig von dem sehr freundlichen Service, schmeckte der Burger fantastisch. Ein sehr stimmiger Geschmack, saftiges Patty(kein fertiges Tiefkühlteil, sonst müsste ich mich schon arg täuschen), Bun war weich aber dennoch Bissfest, Soße würzig aber nicht aufdringlich, nicht zu viel oder zu wenig und alles weitere drum herum einfach passend abgestimmt. Schade das ich nur noch heute in Berlin bin, sonst wäre ich morgen wieder hier. Ich kann nur sagen...Geht da hin und überzeugt euch selbst!! Liebe Grüße
