Unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly. The patties used to be homemade, but now they only serve pressed paper, which tastes even better at McDonald's. I had Farmer's Pom-Fry with it for just under €10. The portion was halved! The hollandais sauce has become runny and tasteless (it used to be really delicious). It's a shame if greed prevails. I won't order from there again.

We are extremely disappointed. This isn't the first time the service has gone so wrong (we even personally returned an incorrectly delivered burger to the store, as a new one couldn't be delivered for another 90 minutes. Of course, we didn't get new sides, so everything was cold when I "exchanged" the burger in the store). We were very annoyed after this incident, but decided to give the store another chance. We wish we hadn't... This time, everything arrived much later than the stated delivery time, and it was cold and faulty: extras were missing, the fries were hard and cold, and some of the burgers had obviously been scraped off, leaving remnants of them. Unfortunately, it didn't taste good at all. Unfortunately, we couldn't cancel the order online, and we couldn't reach anyone in the store by phone either, otherwise we would have. Unfortunately, this was the last time we'll eat or order there. A shame.

Had a long beef burger today. The nice lady explained to me that it would take about 7-10 minutes to prepare, which is fine, since it's freshly prepared. I ordered food here via Lieferando. The delivery took more than 90 minutes. Unfortunately disappointing. I also ordered using the “cash” payment method. Unfortunately the delivery person didn't have any change in his pocket. About the food: I had two cheeseburgers and fries. Unfortunately the fries didn't arrive warm. The burger still had an acceptable core temperature. The burger bun was ok, the meat reminded me of frozen patties. Unfortunately I'm not into that at all. I hope you can do something about that, because I would be happy if there was a decent burger here in the old town.

If you expect McDonald's food from a burger shop, you've come to the right place. I was very disappointed. Cheap products that don't fill you up and the burgers are very poorly or incorrectly topped (falafel instead of veggi chicken). The product images really promise something different. The staff was nice and we got the money back for the one burger we gave back.

Unfortunately the frozen patty was disappointing.

Unassuming nice place. A laid back place for a good quiet burger The burgers are on the bigger side and they are very tasty. The service is friendly and the place is the right size to fit enough people in on winter.

Ordered for the first time today, a cheeseburger is not included, the Bubba Gump salad tastes like dog food, shrimp tasted like fish from the pet store and that is meant literally, chili cheese fries cold, crunchy chicken burger dry, cold, nothing crispy! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!! It's not for nothing that being a chef is an apprenticeship

My wife and daughter had a Krispie Chicken menu and an Asian burger with chili cheese pom (which was super big and totally delicious). Afterwards you have a crunchy chicken burger for my son (just with cucumber and lettuce) and an American burger for me (it was super tasty). Price performance is great and the burgers are great. This burger place is great. Thank you, thank you, thank you, we'll always come back to eat and we're really happy.

Unfortunately the castles are not good. The taste was quite bland, the burger sauce was drowned by ketchup. Unwanted side dish: An unappetizing long hair appeared in the petty... This significantly reduced the appetite. It was an attempt to test something new... but it failed.

We wanted to eat there because of the recession. Unfortunately, there was neither a simple “Hello” nor any service. We were ignored even though we were noticed. For us this was the reason to go again. This is a service and it starts with things like this. I feel more friendliness at a run-down McDonalds. Definitely not recommended!!!

Ordered via UberEats. In terms of taste, it was an absolute disappointment. Cheap tasting frozen meat patties. The potato balls taste expired. Sorry, but it's been a bad experience for me for a long time.

We ordered 4 burgers and were disappointed. The previous times the product images corresponded to the actual burgers. Simply appetizing. This time, for example, the salad was missing and the patties disappeared into the buns. When I unpacked my hamburger, I thought at first that only one bun had been packed. The burgers tasted okay.

I ordered from this burger place today via Uber Easts. The burgers we ordered came very quickly, around 15-20 minutes. The burgers we ordered looked really good. But unfortunately the burger patties were very weak. They were too thick and unfortunately a bit tough. And the taste wasn't that good either. It's a shame, I took out the meat and ate the burger without meat. Presentation of burger great, but with a different pattie the burger would have been great. Unfortunately not and I won't be ordering anything there again.

A nice shop in itself, prices reasonable. But if you order a burger, extra onions (+60 cents) and say you really want a lot and again (+60 cents) so you pay €1.20 extra on top of the burger price and that's what you get. It's really sad. Too bad

Citizens are okay, fries are okay, the cheese sauce should be banned, not at all tasty, service is good. There were a few problems with taking orders because people didn't quite understand what they wanted. Otherwise, on the whole you can do it but you don't have to.

The shop is freezing cold, it's drafty, you're freezing, it's catastrophic. The burger was bland, just meat, cheese and bun, no lettuce leaf, no tomato, no cucumber, even though that was what was pictured in the menu. We won't go here again. Really disappointing.

Nice service, clean, but unfortunately it wasn't worth the food. The veggie chicken burger was a strange patty made of noodles and cheese, unfortunately not tasty at all. Otherwise the burger wasn't anything special and there was hardly anything fresh. Fries were okay but very small portion. It was very cold and uncomfortable in the whole store because the door didn't close.

Today we ordered two veggie burgers online from this fairly new burger shop. Based on the description, we expected a kind of veggie chicken patty, but we got mac'n cheese patties. The patty was okay, but we were still a little disappointed. The delivery came about 1 hour after ordering and the side dishes in particular were already cold (no wonder: the curly fries were just in a paper bag). The burger bun is far too thick and dry for our taste. The online photos of the burgers have little to do with reality. There are definitely better burger shops in Köpenick!

Burger buns are basically made of air. The sauce is just ketchup. They were warm. If you expect quality burgers like in the city center, you've come to the wrong place.

Most disgusting burger in Berlin. No tomatoes, no lettuce, no onions, just meat ketchup and cucumbers. The bread tasted moldy. Store should be warned, never spend money here 🙏

After school we went to “Hauptmannburger”. The cheeseburger was deathly dry and it only had ketchup, three pickles and the cheese with the half-cooked petty on it. The fries were good but if I prefer the fries to the burger then they did something wrong. Never here again. 🥊

Unfortunately, I'm a little disappointed, despite the otherwise good opinions I've heard. We were there straight away and ordered straight away. Nobody was waiting outside or inside. In the meantime 20 people have ordered and received their burgers and after 40 minutes we still haven't received anything. Waiting time was extremely long. After just 25 minutes we asked where our order was. Still got nothing. After the 40 minutes in question, I was really exhausted. We only got our food through pressure and loud discussions. Basically just okay, and although I normally like salt, I found the burger to be way too salty. Maybe we were just unlucky and there was the wrong staff on site, cook and waitress. The ambience is otherwise very nice, you can't complain about that. So, I didn't give up and tested the Hauptmann Burger again. This time everything was really great, a service that even carries the food to the nearby brewery so you don't have to wait. Conclusion: I obviously had the wrong staff on my first visit. So in retrospect I'm putting the stars up, I think that's only fair

A burger that is shown in the pictures with crispy lettuce, but is ultimately served without even a lettuce leaf for 8,- When I asked, I was told that they still had to change the pictures and that there was no salad in the description of the burger. Not so cool for a new opening. At least I was offered the opportunity to put a salad on top of the (eaten) burger

A good burger option in Köpenick Altstadt. The burger is good, and the place looks nice. It was very empty when I was there and the service was friendly and fast. The burger has a good size for its price. Worth a visit if you fancy a burger and are in the area.

After a long day in Mellowpark, I passed it by chance on the way to the hotel. It paid off! Great food, good size burgers and very nice guy behind the counter! Absolutely recommended! Only note: The space in front of the old town hall is so nice, 2 or 3 tables for 4 guests each would be nice to sit outside! But the inside is also ok, well-kept and clean. And the price for a menu is great anyway! Just under €12 for a drink, fries and burger, everything freshly prepared is sensational! We'd love to come back!

Great burger restaurant in the core of Köpenick. The fries are great, the menu is very good and there are even vegetarian burgers. The service was very friendly and even brought the food to the table. The prices are also absolutely reasonable.

We have given this restaurant five chances now and have been disappointed each time. The employees mainly focus on the delivery service and ignore the guests on site. On average, you wait an hour for your food while the employees at the counter are busy with Lieferando receipts. To get around the system, we ordered our food an hour in advance in the hope that it would be ready on time. However, when we arrived, the preparation hadn't even started. We have never experienced such poor service. You've been around for half a year - why don't you organize yourself better? Either you work only for the delivery service or form two teams: one for the local customers and one for the suppliers. The food is very tasty, but we definitely won't be coming back.

First try after the opening, we took the Altstadt Burger which was very good and the Asia pom. It's a big proportion to share but we somehow expected chicken wings and found the chicken a bit dry. Otherwide friendly staff. I recommend it.

Really decent burgers with natural, fresh ingredients and specially good fries. The owners are lovely people who have also opened a much needed spaeti in the alt-stadt with similarly lovely people employed. I get my nightly Augustiner beers from them. Prices and atmosphere could be better, but I'm just thankful to have more options in the alt-stadt than the horrible kebab place nearby.
