Hauptmann Burger in Berlin

The shop is freezing cold, it's drafty, you're freezing, it's catastrophic. The burger was bland, just meat, cheese and bun, no lettuce leaf, no tomato, no cucumber, even though that was what was pictured in the menu. We won't go here again. Really disappointing.

Didn't finish my burger for the second time. Far too much ketchup, the burger just tastes like ketchup and of course it breaks when eaten.

The Altstadt burger was awesome! It is really juicy and perfect top!

Nice service, clean, but unfortunately it wasn't worth the food. The veggie chicken burger was a strange patty made of noodles and cheese, unfortunately not tasty at all. Otherwise the burger wasn't anything special and there was hardly anything fresh. Fries were okay but very small portion. It was very cold and uncomfortable in the whole store because the door didn't close.

We ordered there recently. Food came relatively quickly for a Saturday evening. Food was hot and absolutely great Really have nothing to complain about. Completely suited my taste I will definitely order there again Price performance absolutely worth 5* Keep it up 👍🏻

Good burgers, prices good too. Are prepared on site. Friendly service. You can also take everything with you to the brewery in the summer.

Today we ordered two veggie burgers online from this fairly new burger shop. Based on the description, we expected a kind of veggie chicken patty, but we got mac'n cheese patties. The patty was okay, but we were still a little disappointed. The delivery came about 1 hour after ordering and the side dishes in particular were already cold (no wonder: the curly fries were just in a paper bag). The burger bun is far too thick and dry for our taste. The online photos of the burgers have little to do with reality. There are definitely better burger shops in Köpenick!

Burger buns are basically made of air. The sauce is just ketchup. They were warm. If you expect quality burgers like in the city center, you've come to the wrong place.

Altstadt Burger was great and so were the fries. Nice and crispy and well seasoned

Definitely among our top 3 burgers in Berlin, especially the bread on the burgers is so delicious! The meat, the cheese, everything perfectly balanced and delicious. Very very nice staff. Most disgusting burger in Berlin. No tomatoes, no lettuce, no onions, just meat ketchup and cucumbers. The bread tasted moldy. Store should be warned, never spend money here 🙏

After school we went to “Hauptmannburger”. The cheeseburger was deathly dry and it only had ketchup, three pickles and the cheese with the half-cooked petty on it. The fries were good but if I prefer the fries to the burger then they did something wrong. Never here again. 🥊

Unfortunately, I'm a little disappointed, despite the otherwise good opinions I've heard. We were there straight away and ordered straight away. Nobody was waiting outside or inside. In the meantime 20 people have ordered and received their burgers and after 40 minutes we still haven't received anything. Waiting time was extremely long. After just 25 minutes we asked where our order was. Still got nothing. After the 40 minutes in question, I was really exhausted. We only got our food through pressure and loud discussions. Basically just okay, and although I normally like salt, I found the burger to be way too salty. Maybe we were just unlucky and there was the wrong staff on site, cook and waitress. The ambience is otherwise very nice, you can't complain about that. So, I didn't give up and tested the Hauptmann Burger again. This time everything was really great, a service that even carries the food to the nearby brewery so you don't have to wait. Conclusion: I obviously had the wrong staff on my first visit. So in retrospect I'm putting the stars up, I think that's only fair

Oh boy, what can I say... super nice. The burgers are awesome. The staff is also so excellent. Price for the quality, almost too cheap. If I didn't have to travel 500km, I would eat there more often with my family. Greetings home go out to Hauptmann Burger's team.

Ordered for the second time today, burgers were delicious, salad was fresh and the fries were nice and crispy. Had a long beef burger, the burger bread was too thick and too firm, so the burger was quite dry. Delivery was quick

A burger that is shown in the pictures with crispy lettuce, but is ultimately served without even a lettuce leaf for 8,- When I asked, I was told that they still had to change the pictures and that there was no salad in the description of the burger. Not so cool for a new opening. At least I was offered the opportunity to put a salad on top of the (eaten) burger

A good burger option in Köpenick Altstadt. The burger is good, and the place looks nice. It was very empty when I was there and the service was friendly and fast. The burger has a good size for its price. Worth a visit if you fancy a burger and are in the area.

After a long day in Mellowpark, I passed it by chance on the way to the hotel. It paid off! Great food, good size burgers and very nice guy behind the counter! Absolutely recommended! Only note: The space in front of the old town hall is so nice, 2 or 3 tables for 4 guests each would be nice to sit outside! But the inside is also ok, well-kept and clean. And the price for a menu is great anyway! Just under €12 for a drink, fries and burger, everything freshly prepared is sensational! We'd love to come back!

Great burger restaurant in the core of Köpenick. The fries are great, the menu is very good and there are even vegetarian burgers. The service was very friendly and even brought the food to the table. The prices are also absolutely reasonable.

We have given this restaurant five chances now and have been disappointed each time. The employees mainly focus on the delivery service and ignore the guests on site. On average, you wait an hour for your food while the employees at the counter are busy with Lieferando receipts. To get around the system, we ordered our food an hour in advance in the hope that it would be ready on time. However, when we arrived, the preparation hadn't even started. We have never experienced such poor service. You've been around for half a year - why don't you organize yourself better? Either you work only for the delivery service or form two teams: one for the local customers and one for the suppliers. The food is very tasty, but we definitely won't be coming back.

We have already ordered online and eaten there. The food was always very tasty and the portions were sufficient. The service is great. The price/performance ratio is great and the quality was repeatedly good. We can only recommend it.

Aaadude, Our burgers were mega. After the long beef you are more than just full. Really well topped and tasty. But the Chrunchy Chicken is in a completely different league. Brilliant! I would love to eat with you again at any time and try the other burgers too!

I had a cheeseburger to go and was disappointed. The cheeseburger tasted and looked like it was from McDonalds. No tomatoes, salad, I didn't taste much of the meat. The curly fries were okay.

First try after the opening, we took the Altstadt Burger which was very good and the Asia pom. It's a big proportion to share but we somehow expected chicken wings and found the chicken a bit dry. Otherwide friendly staff. I recommend it.

Really decent burgers with natural, fresh ingredients and specially good fries. The owners are lovely people who have also opened a much needed spaeti in the alt-stadt with similarly lovely people employed. I get my nightly Augustiner beers from them. Prices and atmosphere could be better, but I'm just thankful to have more options in the alt-stadt than the horrible kebab place nearby.

Finally a burger shop in Köpenick! The burgers are super tasty! The best in the area in terms of quality! Taste and look great! They don't disappoint when it comes to delivery either! Crispy and fresh! I can recommend it to everyone! Burger City and Burger Zimmer can pack in

It's just sad to talk about it so openly. The shop was completely full of smoke down to the last corner. It wasn't possible to fortify yourself briefly and then dive into the nightlife without changing your clothes again at home. The burger: The untoasted (inside) bun was unstable and fell apart on the first bite, like a broken plate. Everything fell apart and the mess was not an experience. The patty was standard frozen goods and unseasoned/tasteless as hell. The “sauce” was as sweet as melted gummy bears and finished off the burger. I didn't feel well after these burgers either and had to take tab. You first have to earn 7 euros for the result.

Very tasty burger, I ordered a cheeseburger, a hamburger and falafel fries to take away, the burger meat had a very tasty grilled taste, the consistency was great and I have never eaten the falafel fries with onions and tomato pieces like that before. Staff super friendly. Hauptmann Burger is highly recommended and we will definitely be back. Another little tip: put more red onions on your burgers :)

So if I could give it 6 stars I would do it. All you can find in Köpenick is rubbish and when I ordered the food home I thought it would be questionable but I was really extremely surprised because it tasted so delicious, fresh and juicy. The price is reasonable because the prices are the same everywhere Nothing you say is a top, I'm really fed up with the smashburgers

So, opening today. Ordered a Ceeburger. I got it and it looked like a flattened roller. Complained immediately and got a new one. He looked better. But in terms of taste, it's even worse than McDonald's and for almost 7 euros. In the store it's completely full of smoke because it's been fried incorrectly or the hood doesn't work. Conclusion, once and never again.

Looks pretty strange every time you come by here since last year. It's funny that the administration allows something like that. How can you leave such a central loading area idle for a year with no income? The rooms definitely cost something too. Seems very shady to me personally.
