The seven of us had a wonderful, delicious, and fun evening here 😀 The very dedicated staff, with their great sense of humor and attention to detail, prepared a truly delicious buffet that left nothing to be desired! The lovely atmosphere invites you to linger. We'd love to come back again 👍😉

Attentive service, we arrived at 9 p.m. and there was still a lot of choice, even though they were closing soon, and he told us to eat slowly and take your time. If something doesn't suit you, let me know and I'll have it redone. Really friendly atmosphere, magnificent Asian decor, and the entrance was really great with the fish and turtles. I loved eating with the sound of the water, it was really relaxing. The photos of the exterior are the actual photos of their dishes. A big thank you, we will come back with great pleasure.

I was absolutely craving a Chinese buffet today. Since I'm back in Erfurt after a long time, unfortunately just passing through, I was walking through Erfurt and saw this restaurant. I immediately looked for reviews. The first three were very good, so I decided to go in. The waitresses were very nice. So I ordered a water. I wasn't offered a small or a large one. It didn't matter. I got a 0.5 liter water. Awesome. But I was hungry. I went to the buffet. It had already been plundered. A lot of it was empty. So I took what was left. Without rice to start with. I had fish, which was soft. Delicious. The duck was just a hint of nothing. But the bowl where the duck was supposed to be was just bean sprouts. I also had fried chicken. And a spoonful of a ready-made meal that included chicken. I ate the whole portion. The fried chicken was cold. Leftovers. I was still hungry. I put duck on the second plate. The duck bowl was already empty. I finished that plate as well. My hunger diminished. So I went back and put some red sauce on my plate, hoping it would be spicy. I added a spoonful of rice. I wanted to put a little duck on it, but it was empty. A woman took the bean sprouts from the duck bowl. A short time later, more duck arrived. I let two people take first. Then I took three pieces and went to the table. I tried the supposedly spicy sauce. It tasted of nothing. Now I'd had enough. I wanted to pay and leave quickly. When you run a restaurant, you should enjoy cooking and have a certain standard. But that only seems to be on the weekends. During the week, it gets lost. I explained my dissatisfaction when paying. He tried to talk his way out of it. That's completely unacceptable. First of all, I'm there for the food, not the service. I can laugh if it tasted good. I paid a price that I could use for two people somewhere else. I told him I was just passing through. He didn't listen. Next time I can eat a la carte. I won't. I'm sorry, maybe it's because I was there on a Thursday evening. But there were other people there too. I like eating out. Asian food, especially. But now I'm going to take a longer break. That's called mental cinema.

A very nice restaurant. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The buffet price is significantly higher than any other restaurant in town.

Unfortunately, I personally can't understand the positive reviews. Since my experience doesn't just relate to the food, but also to hygiene and cleanliness, it can't have been just a terrible day. It should have made me suspicious that there were only 5-6 guests present during peak business hours, around 7:30 p.m. Okay, now to my experience. First of all, I can confirm that I was rather forcefully forced to order a beer before I even sat down. That was odd, but I didn't think much of it. After reading reviews here, it's clear to me. I wasn't told that I had to order a drink, though. That's not okay either. Regarding the food: the buffet was very small, but that's not a problem if the selection is good. However, there wasn't a large selection. The chicken soup smelled very sour, which is why I didn't even try it. The sauce selection was meager. If they're serving duck and chicken, I'd expect peanut sauce to be there, too. Unfortunately, none. The fried finger food was completely cold. By cold, I mean more like body temperature. The rice was initially empty and was refilled. Unfortunately, the rice was completely overcooked. Combined with the sauce, it was rice soup. When I pointed this out to the host, he just smiled and said I could have noodles. Very funny! Irony off. So I ate all the stir-fry dishes without any side dishes. All three dishes were completely oversalted. Someone must have overdone the soy sauce. I skipped dessert. Regarding cleanliness: some of the dishes were dirty and hadn't been washed properly. Both buffet carts were covered in dust. That doesn't happen overnight either. After about 20 minutes, I asked for the bill. I then told the host that I was very disappointed, shared my negative experience, and asked him to try the food. The friendly smile then turned into unsympathetic babble. I wasn't offered anything to make amends. No drink, no discount, and no apology. Successful restaurateurs take customer criticism seriously. That's the only way to improve. In this case, the man probably doesn't want that. Anyone who laughs off customer criticism doesn't deserve them. My conclusion, then, is that every other Asian snack bar nearby is probably better and cheaper. It's a shame, really, because the location is very good, right in the heart of Erfurt's city center.

The waiter forced me to buy a drink, saying they had cheap buffet prices and I should buy something. No, sir, if I don't want a drink, don't force me. If you think your prices are low, raise them or post on your website that a drink is mandatory. The lunch buffet doesn't even have enough choice and isn't nearly worth €11.50. Not to mention, the food tastes terrible and not fresh. My first and last visit there. I'll stick to Golden Wok and Pavillion. Not recommended!

The environment is good, the waiter is also humorous, likes to chat with us, and gives people a good feeling. The cold dish flavored tripe is very special, highly recommended

I went there for the first time today, and it was much better than expected. The first thing that made this restaurant so special for me was the very friendly staff. I don't know if I just had a good day, but I've never had such great staff in any other restaurant. Always very friendly, grateful, and the (head?) chef was especially funny. Regarding the food, I can only say that the crispy duck/chicken were a bit greasy, but everything else was excellent and very reasonable for the price of €15. My only suggestions for improvement for the restaurant would be to have napkins and condiments at every table. It's not an expensive investment, but it can greatly improve some people's experience. In any case, ShiFang Pavilion is my new absolute favorite, and I'll be happy to return. I highly recommend it 👍 9.5/10

Das Essen war überhaupt nicht lecker. Zum Teil war es überwürzt. Unserer ganzen Familie war es danach mehr oder weniger schlecht. Wir können das Restaurant überhaupt nicht weiter empfehlen.

We visit Erfurt once a year. A visit to ShiFang is a must. The service is extremely friendly and attentive, and the ambiance is typically Chinese, but really good. The food is tasty and good. The only downside is that the bowls are often empty, and the kitchen can barely keep up with refilling them. But here's a small request to the other guests: You don't always have to fill your plates with meat; just walk one or two more times so that everyone has a chance to get something.

Very nice, elegant furnishings. The buffet was medium-sized and varied - there was something for everyone :) the food was very, very well prepared, the good reviews were absolutely justified. The prices for the buffet (with starters and desserts) and drinks are totally fair and the selection of drinks is also impressive: authentic teas and other drinks are also offered. The service was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The all-you-can-eat buffet should satisfy any Asian-loving palate. Very good meat, many different side dishes, large selection, fair prices and friendly staff. We'll definitely come back.

Had the buffet. I and my friends (5 people) enjoyed the food and the ambience, especially the indoor Koi pond. Despite turning up without reservation on a Saturday night, the staff were accommodating enough to give us a good table.

Went there for dinner yesterday. Cozy restaurant with Chinese character. Were welcomed very friendly and brought to a table. We decided on buffet. Food was sufficient and tasted very good. All in all we were very satisfied and would go there again.

There is a very good selection, the staff is friendly and it is quiet that you can even hear the music. Better than the pavilion on Weimarische Straße.

I don’t recommend Chinese people to come here to eat. It expresses implicitly that I don’t want to provide a buffet for Chinese people (and the buffet is European style). The taste is unsatisfactory and is too different from domestic ones. I don’t recommend it, especially if Chinese people come here to eat.

My visit to this restaurant was a very disappointing experience that even affected my health. I specifically told the waiter that there should be no garlic in the dishes and he also confirmed my request. However, when the food was served, after a few bites I realized that there was garlic in it. When I reported this to the waiter, he initially denied it and only after I pointed it out admitted that the chef had made a mistake. However, there was no excuse for it. What's worse is that I got stomach pains afterwards and even had diarrhea. Such negligence and handling of customer needs is unacceptable to me. I hope that in the future the restaurant will take guests' wishes more seriously and avoid such mistakes.

Very good Chinese restaurant on the edge of the city center. Funny and nice staff who serve the guests very quickly and courteously. The menu is what you would expect in a restaurant like this, i.e. the selection is large and there should be something for everyone. The food is very tasty and the price is absolutely right. Good old Chinese decoration, not necessarily a favorite of the younger generation but it's pretty. The food, honestly, tastes bad, too salty and not authentic for a Chinese restaurant. The price is too high for this taste. Also the Coke Zero (I doubt it was Coca-Cola, although the Chinese man with glasses insisted it was Coca-Cola...) was not served in bottles but came from the drinks cooler with the tap. The Cola Zero I ordered smelled spoiled and sour, smelled a bit. I have to say it wasn't a great experience for me and I won't recommend it or visit again in the future.

We found ourselves here in a cozy atmosphere and the waiter helped make it a fun, all-round successful evening.

Amazing experience at this restaurant!! The service was brilliant, but I confess that when we entered the restaurant we were a little doubtful about the quality and what the buffet would be like. The surprise was great, we were very well attended to and received by the employee who seemed to be the owner, he directed us to a table in a well decorated and very pleasant room. The food was very delicious and was definitely worth every penny we paid for the cheap buffet. Congratulations to the restaurant management for the reception, we left extremely satisfied.

Limited vegetarian option, but the noodles were cooked good. The Fried Rice was bland. You need to add some spicy sauces to make it worth eating, if you prefer Desi Chinese.

Wieder Erwarten war es sehr Lecker und Gut! Bei 11€( wir waren beim Mittagsbuffet vor Weihnachten) hatte ich kaum Erwartungen - da bekam ich doch eine Belehrung diesbezüglich. Personal sehr nett , hilfsbereit und oft zu sehen. Essen war warm ( hätte für mich heißer sein dürfen) gute Auswahl und für den Preis mehr als in Ordnung. Meine Mutter bestellte einen Tee von der eingeschweißten Karte, wir waren beide ganz angetan vom Rosentee und sie wird sich da die nächsten Male weiter durch testen. Es gehen da wohl oft die selben hin, welche dann etwas persönlicher angesprochen Werden ( es fiel auf das der Partner nicht dabei war und es wurde angesprochen)

Wir waren hier zum Peking-Ente-Essen (auf Vorbestellung). Es war ein richtiges Erlebnis und hat toll geschmeckt. Es war so ein bissel wie "chinesische Tapas". Es gab 6 Gänge (Suppe, Frühlingsrollen, Salat, Knusprige Entenhaut mit Gemüse und Crepes, Ente mit Reis bzw Nudeln und Gemüse, Dessert. Es war wirklich sehr gelungen!

Sind eher durch Zufall bei einem Erfurt Besuch auf das Restaurant gestoßen. Sehr gutes Essen und extrem nettes Personal. Falls ich wieder einmal in Erfurt bin, esse ich dort gerne wieder.

Ich war gestern das aller erste Mal mit meiner Tochter bei euch. Ich war sehr positiv überrascht (nach anderen Erfahrungen in anderen Restaurants). Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, der Service war sehr freundlich und das Essen (Buffet) war auch sehr lecker. Sehr leckeres Essen, sehr nettes Personal. Ich war ziemlich überrascht in neunen Bundesländern (außer Berlin) richtig chinesisches Essen zu bekommen.

Мы были на вечернем Bufé ( (15.50 EU + мы брали сок 4,50) х 2 =40 EU - очень дорого для этого заведения) в 18:15. Итак, Суши- Maki - рисовая каша в Nori с огурцом, крабовые палочки, паприка. Скромное разнообразие в лотках было ужасно жирное. Была очень вкусная рыба без обжарки. Свежих овощей не было вообще !!!! . Wok не было. Был скромный, но не плохой сладкий стол, мороженное ( я не смотрела какое). Обслуживание было очень приятное, шустрое. Персонал действительно порадовал 👍 . Спасибо большое 💖 !!! Обстановка очень располагала.Очень красиво, также, во дворе. Но на этом плюсы за эту цену закончились. 5,5 лет мы всегда ходили в Wan - Bao. Решили попробовать что-то другое. Очень пожалели 😟. Вернемся туда. И дешевле и выбор на много больше.
