Honestly I want to go back here again and again. And with my friends and family as well. As a person who says “why repeat a restaurant when there’s always so many more restaurants to try out?”, this is crazy for me to say. So I was craving sushi and seafood and my date was not particularly sure what they wanted. So when we googled a place that can give us the best of both worlds in Erfurt, this place came up. It has a buffet kind of set up for eating so you pick all that you can eat from the buffet at a price. The food tasted great. The sushi for me and the other cuisine for my date. I would honestly invite people that I like there. We went when they had 1 hour left to close. The staff were so kind, polite and friendly to us for people that were just about to close. They said they would allow us to fully enjoy the experience even though they were about to close the buffet. And I wanted sushi so bad so they refilled for us some that had run out at the buffet. It was just amazing. Also it was my first time being served by a robot (the drinks) so that was exciting. Hahah. I will go back just to confirm that how good these guys made us feel was actually real.

The "Golden Wok" restaurant is a typical buffet restaurant. With non-alcoholic drinks included in the buffet price, the price is reasonable for a Saturday evening. The sushi was good, and the rest of the menu was constantly refilled. Special praise goes to the friendly staff.

Located in the middle of a residential area next to an Aldi supermarket. (Please note: the Aldi parking lot only allows 1.5 hours of parking.) We were lucky and found a parking space around the corner. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The buffet selection was okay, but we personally didn't find it as appealing as we expected based on the good reviews. It's good that the two non-alcoholic drinks are included in the price.

Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated, as has the selection. The philosophy you once had of good quality at a consistent price is unfortunately no longer valid. This was our last time there!

So we had "all you can eat" and were all full. There's a wide selection of food. Definitely worth recommending for those who like Chinese food and are hungry. 😃

2 lunch buffets for 2 people + a fruit bowl for the child and a plate of fried pasta for the other child. We were charged almost €60 for 4 ice-cold lunch buffets, and we had to pay for them. What a disgrace! I don't pay for what I don't order. The boss couldn't be summoned either... a silly joke.

Too expensive for what's on offer. The food wasn't bad, but some of it was too salty. Little seafood, lackluster desserts. The cheapest no-name soft drinks included. 0% chance of returning.

The restaurant is in a prefabricated building area, so the ambience leaves nothing to be desired. The interior is typical of a Chinese restaurant. We ate from the buffet, which was very tasty and filling. A small note, perhaps there is an option to separate fish and meat even better so that there is no confusion when it comes to the cutlery. I can't get the Golden Wok in Erfurt yet. So I wanted to pre-order a table. (I've never experienced that you can only pre-order a table by phone during opening times!) First statement "No, 7 p.m. suits me better." In service, I ask the guest to apologize for the time discrepancy. Not that I set times. Ok, ordered a table, then I get to the top, the place is very full, a lot of loud people, everything is fine. I'm standing in line at the entrance and then the statement "In or out" is thrown at me. When we finally got to the table, we waited about 10 minutes for the waiter. So I ask him for a card, next statement. "No, only buffet, because otherwise the kitchen would be overwhelmed. I can only shake my head and politely declined, after which we left the restaurant. Cleanliness: Tables have a light film of grease and are sticky. I wrote everything about friendliness and service. I've actually eaten in a lot of restaurants, but one on the beach for locals 6000 klm away from Germany, offers far more services and friendliness, then these people get my hard-earned euros.

One of the better buffet restaurants I've visited so far. A good selection of delicious food, which was also regularly refilled. Unfortunately, I was missing a dish with duck meat, but the dim sum, which I wasn't expecting, was quite ok. What is clearly positive is the excellent price-performance ratio. The price also includes soft drinks and coffee specialties that you can tap yourself. In other restaurants these are used to drive up the price. Things are happily different here. At the beginning the waiter simply asked whether we liked alcoholic drinks, which were charged extra, and whether we wanted to eat buffet or a la carte. Then she was only visible when the used plates were cleared away. But it was also unobtrusive and at an appropriate distance. Overall, I can confidently recommend a visit.

A great restaurant and the buffet is ideal. Non-alcoholic drinks are included in the price and, like food, can always be made up. Alcoholic drinks must be paid for. The chocolate fountain is great, here too you should use the spoon for hygiene reasons and not hold the food in the fountain. There is another note about the buffet. Food can be made up as often as desired or as long as you can eat. If full plates are returned you have to pay extra. So it's better to get help more often than to be too wasteful. Great in terms of taste and ambience.

We were there on a weekday (Tuesday). Although it said everywhere on the Internet that you can no longer reserve tables, the restaurant was not very busy and there was a lot of space. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They tried very hard to offer the guests a pleasant stay. The ambience in typical Asian style is very nice to look at, clean and cozy. To eat: There is a huge selection of food, whether chicken, pork, duck, fish, sushi etc. There is always plenty and is replenished regularly. The taste is great, everyone is sure to find something to eat. For the children there are also fries, nuggets, a chocolate fountain and vanilla fountain and ice cream or cake for dessert. Non-alcoholic drinks (Cola, Fanta, Sprite, etc.) are included in the price, even coffee, cappuccino, etc. you can use it free of charge. The highlight is the robot. He drives around and brings the alcoholic drinks to the table upon order, although these are chargeable but not too expensive. We were there with 2 adults and 4 children. Not recommended for togoodtogo. The employees were a bit condescending and you are given a small bowl of about 20x10x5cm that you can fill with (the very few) leftovers. And for €6.50 I get twice as much delicious fresh food from our regular Chinese restaurant for €2 more.

We received an invitation to “All you can eat at the Golden Wok”. We were pleasantly surprised at how many varied dishes there were to choose from. Alcoholic drinks were then brought to order by a small moving robot. You could get unlimited non-alcoholic drinks from the taps through self-service, such as coffee, tea and espresso. The ambience was also harmonious and the staff friendly.

Price performance is right. We were there in a large group, the food was great, and non-alcoholic drinks were included in the price. All you can eat.

The staff is always very friendly and makes it possible for us to sit in a "quieter" corner. Food is plentiful and delicious.

Here is my personal opinion as a wheelchair user. I do this for people with disabilities and their companions. My impressions and descriptions are of a personal nature and I try to describe this neutrally from the perspective of a person with a handicap/wheelchair user. Last Saturday I was in the said restaurant in Erfurt for several hours. Reaching this with a wheelchair was child's play. The same was true with access to the restaurant. In my opinion, you can get along very well with the wheelchair inside. It should be noted that I was traveling with the active wheelchair. The buffet on offer was easy to see and easy to reach even from a wheelchair. The conditions and service staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. This concerned the help in finding a suitable place and, above all, the service. Now to a point that is very important to me personally, the sanitary area. This can be accessed with a wheelchair without any problems. There is an extra disabled toilet which is also used as a baby changing room. There are extra grab handles to the left and right of the toilet. Also included is a suitable hand washbasin with a wall mirror. The entire sanitary area is extremely clean and friendly. It really shows you what is possible if you just want it. For this area alone we get two thumbs up. Many operators can learn a lot here. Overall, a perfect restaurant for people with disabilities and their companions. The food on offer is more than plentiful and there is enough choice for different tastes. Finally, a huge compliment to the operator(s) and their employees, in any case please keep it up. For me, the restaurant is a model restaurant in the points I described and I think there should be more of it. Perfect whether with or without a handicap. Before I forget, the buffet meal was priced at €30 including soft drinks. A price that is completely at the lowest level for a restaurant these days. The presentation and quality do not suffer in any way. Keep it up and I can only recommend it, it's worth it.

We were there for the first time to celebrate our completion of the first year of training. We are all so excited about this restaurant.
