My stay at the Moxy led me to Shi. I have to say the food was excellent. I was served by Zehra. Very nice and attentive. If I weren't so far away, I would come here every week. So 5 stars for Shi and Zehra.

I ate at this Asian restaurant for the first time today. I only have one word for it. Disappointed. The food was okay but not particularly appetizing and there wasn't even a glass with my drink. I wouldn't come here again.

Food was quite ok. Dessert not really. Canned pineapple in batter. On the map it looks deluxe, in reality it looks rather sad. Ambience was good. Overall, unfortunately not worth the money.

The employees seem to choose who they bring the food to. 5 tables that arrived significantly later than we got their food before us. We waited for the food for almost an hour. Very poor service.

We had a fantastic evening and can only recommend it! As soon as we entered we were warmly greeted and immediately felt at home. The atmosphere is stylish but cozy, and the ambience invites you to linger.

Western style Asian food. While you won't find any authentic Asian cuisine here, the atmosphere is quite nice. Way too pricey for the quality they offer tho

+ very friendly staff + very chic, cozy atmosphere + sufficient selection of dishes + huge portions (you could even have eaten it for two) + sometimes there is a free after-work cocktail from 5 p.m + delicious drinks & dishes + good value for money - Rice/noodle dishes could have been a little spicier (but there are spices on the table)

In order to have enough time for dinner before a ProSieben broadcast, we were in the restaurant at 4:30 p.m. and it was max. a third full. Even at this early time the service was poorly organized and rather chaotic. In addition to the drinks, we ordered a starter and a main course. The starter (spring roll vegetarian and with chicken) was bland and not a hit in terms of taste. The main course didn't come at all because we had to leave at 5:50 p.m. (more than an hour after placing the order). Despite repeated requests from the service, the kitchen did not manage to serve the main course in a reasonable time. The restaurant is loud, hectic and poorly managed and there was no feeling of comfort. We then grabbed something next door at Five Guys so we could at least eat something... So that was nothing! Unfortunately no recommendation, maybe the L'Osteria on the left or the Five Guys on the right next door.

Absolutely catastrophic no go man, speaks to the waiter after an hour of waiting. You don't get an answer when the food is ready. You are ignored and people walk past you. No understanding was shown, never again not recommended.

We waited forever for our food. The waiter just ignored you. Then they got up and left. It doesn't work at all!

Tasteful ambience with enough space for the neighboring table. Very friendly and attentive service. The food was very tasty, appetizingly prepared and plentiful. Very good value for money Gladly again!

We spontaneously went to Shi and were happy to come in with our little dog. Wednesday evening there was plenty of space and free choice of seating. We sat down in a padded roundel, which was also quite comfortable. The food selection is quite broad and looked good in other ways too. The card is well presented and not so run of the mill. We had 3 dishes plus a starter and drinks. Everything is delicious, good to look at and plentiful. The service was nice and quick. For us it was the first visit but certainly not the last. Thank you and see you soon.

I went there with my sister for the first time at lunchtime. We were warmly welcomed. We sat at a large round table. The atmosphere is bright and modern. The employee was friendly and the food came quickly. The food was good and the homemade lemonades were delicious

Unfortunately, our first visit was also our last. Unfortunately our food was pretty messed up. We were served seasoned, fried noodles instead of the rice we ordered for 2 of 3 dishes. That didn't go well with the food we ordered. When we were served we were boldly told that there was no more rice. Later, dishes with rice kept coming out of the kitchen. There was no response to our request. For the third dish, tofu was served with the rice noodles instead of chicken. That wasn't addressed either. Only the homemade lemonade was delicious. For the money I expect reasonable meals and a functioning kitchen.

I really expected more and was unfortunately disappointed. The staff seemed overwhelmed and my sister's food was burnt.

It is a wonderful place to get closer to yourself and your colleagues. The staff is very friendly and attentive. No matter whether we want peace of mind or we need advice. It seems to me as if the waiters notice when we need help and are there straight away. Thank you very much, I'll be happy to come back!

The restaurant impresses with a warm and inviting atmosphere and excellent food at fair prices - I almost gave it 5 stars for that. But Mo's excellent service took the experience to a whole new level. His friendly, calm and unobtrusive manner as well as the attention he showed us were simply impressive. Absolutely recommended!

Waiters were disorganized and unprofessional. The atmosphere and food, on the other hand, were good and pleasant. Only the music was a bit loud. Parking spaces are nearby on the street.

The food was great considering it is an Asian restaurant in Germany. The duck and beef were incredible and the vegetables were delicious too. The atmosphere was great, modern and well lit. It took almost no time to find a table :) The staff were very nice and friendly. Overall, a great experience in every way. Really a nice place to just relax and have fun, whether alone or with friends. Did you like it?

You wait an incredibly long time for your food, even if the shop isn't full. The food sits on the counter for minutes and is not brought out because there are too few and inattentive staff. The food itself is okay.

Cocktails had too much ice. Food bland and tasteless. Waiter did nothing when asked about ice in drink. Had to wait 15 mins before sometime came with menu card.

Good Asian restaurant in the Schanzenviertel. We spontaneously went to eat here and found a place straight away. The menu offers a wide selection. You can design many dishes according to your own taste. The food tasted really good. In my opinion, the price-performance ratio is also right. We'd love to come back.

Horror! I've never eaten in such a bad restaurant! Service - only catastrophe, we were ignored for 30 minutes until I got up and asked for the tickets. We sat right by the window where there was no light source (it was already dark outside), and the candle wasn't turned on even when we asked. To order I had to get up again and ask someone to come to the table. But the food came quickly. The appetizer disgusting! The main course is even worse, sweet and sour sauce is basically water with vinegar. As if you had poured a spoonful of sweet and sour sauce with vinegar and a liter of water. Of course they didn't ask if the food was tasty and when I said something there was just a stupid look. Then 65€ for that. Had stomach pain afterwards. Never never again!!!

Ambience enchanting inside and out. The waiter was very polite, quick and courteous. The No. 5 Thai soup is super delicious in the gray November. The main course Wokente on soy sauce had too little duck meat and too much vegetables, sauce was thin and without pizzazz.

Today there was really great German music (at our special request) and it was great that Zehra DJ did it on the side.

Hello everyone! We were guests at Shi last night! The service was very attentive and quick, the food was fresh and delicious. And although everything is freshly prepared in the open kitchen, we didn't have to wait very long for our food. The portions are really big and fill you up. Price/performance is 100% right! The restaurant is modern but comfortably furnished. Therefore, 5 stars from me/us in all categories 😉

It has now become our regular place and we always enjoy coming. The staff is very courteous and competent.

We were looking for a good place to eat before the Blackout Problems concert and ended up here by chance after almost an hour of fruitless searching. And that was actually a happy coincidence. We said at the beginning that we were in Cologne for a concert that started in just under 70 minutes and asked if that would be possible in terms of time. Even though there was already a lot going on and we even ordered an appetizer each, everything worked out. I had a summer roll (the hoisin sauce is amazing!) and a nasi goreng. Both were extremely tasty and tasted very fresh. At the end there was even ice cream on the house to try. That was great too. Thank you for the delicious food and we will definitely come by again!

Ordered food by phone. When I arrived, the food for my family was already ready, but for the price I would expect larger aluminum bowls (portions). The roast duck was also dry.

I was at Shi for the second time yesterday and I was thrilled. I had fried duck with rice and salad (large portion), super tasty 😋 the sweet and sour sauce had an interesting taste, pure enjoyment. The duck was nice and crispy on the outside and the meat was nice and tender. I had a spring roll filled with vegetables and chicken in advance. The spring roll looked homemade and tasted excellent. The sauce with it was also very tasty. I could still recommend the peanut sauce! I was full so unfortunately I couldn't eat dessert 😂next time. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere is modern and cozy.

First of all I have to definitely praise the service here! The young lady was super friendly and, despite a lot of stress and a lot of visitors, she kept asking if we needed anything else, etc. On her recommendation, I tried the Huasmade Lemonade (Mango-Mint) and I absolutely fell in love with this drink! Sweet and super refreshing! The duck was very crispy and tasty, especially the fried noodles were amazing! If we didn't live so far away we would definitely eat here more often!

I felt comfortable and the food tasted good. It was already good, so I would go there a second and third time. But it wasn't an incredible special feature, so it's just one star less.

I ordered for the second time and both times I forgot a dish. I called and pointed it out and the only solution I was offered was that they would deliver it to me again in an hour, even though I had already had to wait an hour. I declined this because I didn't want to wait another hour and no other agreement was found and, to be honest, the restaurant didn't try to find one either. I think this is very unprofessional behavior from a restaurant especially since I paid in advance and was not refunded anything. I ended up paying and didn't get what I ordered.

There were three of us in the house on Saturday, September 14th, 2024. Unfortunately we had very poor service, which spoiled our evening a bit. For the first time we received the wrong drink, instead of admitting his mistake the waiter simply leaves the wrong drink and runs away. We told him that the drink was wrong, but the waiter preferred to argue. For the main course we had no cutlery or napkins left. His attitude was just horrible. After going back and forth with the drink, I wanted to order something again and the waiter told me to hurry up. I used to wait tables myself and have never told guests to hurry up. The food was great and the atmosphere was really nice. We would like to come back but hopefully be served by someone else. I'm sure other people would have escalated this behavior from the waiter and even called a shift manager. Despite everything, we tried to remain calm and nice to this very disrespectful and rude waiter.

Rather negative. The noodles were quite ok, service was also quite good. Music was way too loud. The soap dispensers and towel dispensers were empty in the toilets. That looked rancid. We had reserved and got the last seat. But that wasn't a specially reserved place. We were just lucky. Better not again.

Food and service were first class. There were three of us here and no one had anything to complain about. Zehra served us very well and was friendly and present, but not intrusive.

The atmosphere is very modern and chic, you can also sit outside. When we were there on a Wednesday evening, there wasn't a single Asian among the employees, not even in the open kitchen, which is rather unusual for a restaurant with exclusively Asian food. The food was rather average and very blandly seasoned. The service was polite, but due to the rush it was very stressful and the food was delivered incorrectly. We tried it, but wouldn't recommend it.

I've been there about 4 times now, unfortunately the food is always just medium. The prices are premium. That doesn't fit.

The fried shi noodles were just greasy, no taste, the fried tofu was cold, the vegetables were raw. €14.50 for this is a disgrace. Convenience is ok - but like that? No thanks
