Sher e Punjab Erlangen in Erlangen

We ordered Naan and tandoori chicken and some mixed veg. And nonveg. pakoras which cost us 40€ . And the food was the worst we ever tasted from Indian restaurants. Mainly the chicken tandoori and the mango lassi tasted as it was made of rotten mangoes and there is nothing to say about pakoras we throwed all of it in waste bin. We want to take this to food safety authorities as it is not hygiene to serve these type of food in such a big price.

I ordered food and got some plastic thingy in it. I was not feeling well and ordered food and it was not even delivered to me properly. And this is what im left with. Never ordering here again!

Food taste bad, stomach got upset the next day. Delivery took 3 hours and we tried calling restaurant but the number was not working.

I ordered the Bharta dish from Sher e Punjab takeaway in Erlangen tonight, which is rice with freshly pureed eggplant 🍆 with onion, tomato 🍅, ginger and cilantro, and is vegan, and I thoroughly enjoyed it!🍴🍛😋 It was delicious, hot (as in temperature wise) and had the perfect degree of spiciness and hotness (as in taste wise). Took about 35 mins to arrive and the delivery guy was super friendly. Thank you Sher e Punjab Erlangen 👍🤗

Ordered there quite often for the nice chili chicken and chili duck. Unfortunately, the restaurant seems to have changed the recipe. It's Those really a pity since those are the only dishes I really liked there. Doesn't make sense for me to order anymore. :(

Food tasted like doom, worst Indian from attainment

Have ordered there several times and had them delivered to work. Last time longer delivery time than usual, phone number doesn't work. Delivery person but friendly and food was warm. In terms of taste, it's not an explosion like some other Indians, but it's also not a spicy surprise for usual spicy eaters, like some Indians. Topic price and portion: more expensive 1 to 2 euros per portion and also smaller portions or less meat/vegetables and side dishes apart from rice and bread, which are still plentiful as well as sauces. Therefore 4 stars because there is quite a bit of vegetarian main course

Despite the note, the order was completely contaminated with finely chopped coriander (including the naan and even the rice!) and was therefore inedibly soapy and couldn't be saved by fishing it out.

We ordered and paid for a pizza. There was no Indian at the address in question. The phone number didn't work. We didn't get any food either. I think this is a fake address

Unfortunately, we got completely the wrong food, people don't understand you on the phone (you hardly speak any German) and the food is more expensive than via Lieferando. But the mango drink was very tasty, what we otherwise got by mistake (baked cauliflower) unfortunately had no taste.

Ordered at 10:45 p.m., food arrived around 12:30 a.m. because there was a misunderstanding with the very nice delivery person. Little German was spoken on the phone. But food was good!

An appetizer plate was ordered, but half of it was missing

Today my day was quiet hectic so i decided to ordered my all time favorite sher e punjab here i ordered Bhindi dopyaza and chicken choupsey with 2 Naan. I received extra wheat halwa it was fresh and so delicious. Also few month back one of their delivery partner (Mr Ahmed)have waited for me when i ordered the food but got late by 10 minutes coming to my home as i thought by that time ill reach there, i will recieve warm and delicious food . The food was perfectly cooked , it taste so good. I've tried many dishes everything was so authentic (feels like home) like what a person need abroad.Made my day.

Ich habe Mitte März hier Sushi bestellt und würde hier leider nie wieder bestellen und es niemandem empfehlen. Der Sushireis ist einfach auseinander gefallen und war total geschmacklos. Und das noch schlimmere war, dass es mir leider nach dem Essen gar nicht gut ging. Sehr schade, aber für mich das schlechteste Sushi, dass ich je gegessen habe.

Im Restaurant essen ist leider nicht möglich. Liefert aber auch in Hotels. Das Essen ist sehr gut und schmackhaft aber auch ein bisschen fettig.

Haben hier schon mehrfach bestellt, weil das Essen meiner Frau und Anfangs auch mir gut geschmeckt hat. Bei Extrawünschen (kein Koriander) mehrfach enttäuscht worden, Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage. Bei Anruf im Restaurant um das Thema anzusprechen wurde einfach aufgelegt. Nie mehr!

Ordered food several times and the delivery is always fast. The taste is so authentic and the portion size are very big. The best thing is the rice that comes with it. The best rice I've had so far, very fragrant comes with pieces of fired onions on top. Really tasty and typical Indian food and taste!

Super leckeres Essen und unkomplizierte freundliche Lieferung. Wir werden hier auf alle Fälle noch häufiger Essen:)

Mango Lassi war vergammelt nicht zu empfehlen

I had ordered Kadi pakoda with rice & panner starter. Food seems to be fresh, packed well & tastes really good. I wonder if the non veg is halal or not?

I had ordered paneer chilli. I keep trying food in different restaurants. To give an honest opinion on food. The taste is so desi and typical taste. I usually ask extra spicy for all the food I ordered . They had done the spice perfectly as I expected. The best paneer chilli I had in Erlangen.

Super delicious indish food. We loved the butter chicken an chicken ticka masala. We will sure order again

The best north indian food in erlangen. i have tried other restaurants also, but nothing beats the authentic punjabi flavour of this place. Whenever i feel homesick, i order from here and the food is always spot on.

Ich bestelle nicht so häufig auswärts, aber wenn dann immer gerne hier. Geschmacklich habe ich bei vielen indischen Restaurant vor ort (auch in Erlangen) schon schlechter gegessen, für einen Lieferdienst kann man da absolut nicht meckern. Das Chili Chicken und Tikka Masala sind top, das Butter Chicken mir persönlich ein wenig zu fad, dennoch nicht schlecht. Preislich finde ich es auch ok, da sowohl ich als Mann, als auch meine Freundin von einer Portion für 14€ eigentlich zwei mal Essen können, da an der Menge nicht gegeizt wird. Wenn die Qualität so gehalten wird, bleibe ich sicher noch lange Kunde.

Bestellung auf Deutsch und Englisch schwierig. Essen nicht wie bestellt geliefert, dafür eins zuviel. Qualität ist in Ordnung, aber bei den Preisen auf jeden Fall nicht zu empfehlen.

Wenn man an die indische Küche denkt, denkt man sofort an die Vielzahl der Gewürze, welche die indische Küche zu bieten hat. Leider haben alle Gewürze im Butter Chicken gefehlt. Ich hab mit Garam Masala, Chili, Paprika und Kardamon nachgewürzt, dann hat's gut geschmeckt. Sorry, aber für 15 Euro kann man erwarten, das ihr Gewürze reinmacht.

Bestellung telefonisch auf Englisch. War etwas schwierig daher kam nicht alles an was bestellt wurde bzw. das Falsche. Essen war okay. Lieferung 30min.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Frische Zutaten und fein abgeschmeckt.
