Shawarma has gotten more expensive again. 6€ for such a small thing. It's incomprehensible; two years ago I paid 3.50€.

Unfortunately the food wasn't like it used to be. The sandwich consisted almost entirely of bread, and the meat was very tough and tasteless. Shawarma roll is Hamburg's best, all the dips/spreads there are also great, we haven't tried the rest there yet because we've only been getting shawarma there for years. The restaurant is not cozy, but everything is clean and you can see all the dishes and watch them being prepared. The service is sober but reliable. Card payment is possible. It's just a very good take-away, not a restaurant where you want to sit for a long time.

I already tried to talk to the staff, but unfortunately there were language barriers which made communication difficult. Overall disappointing and not recommended if you value hygienic preparation.

The food is ok but the atmosphere is a disaster. The tables are sticky and often dirty. The toilets are run down, I'm more afraid of catching diseases here.
