Food and more from the Indus culture. Very helpful staff. I will shop there more often.

I had something delivered to me, a sharwarma roll, crispy chicken and sharwarma plate, everything arrived cold and everything had no taste, the sauce was completely missing from the roll and the salad on the sharwarma plate was from the day before yesterday, not like that friends, once and not again, Even a phone call didn't help because they don't speak German there.🤮And the delivery was just a few houses away.

I have been here many times in the last few years. I liked the shawarma; But I have to admit that I came here because of a lack of alternatives. But I won't visit this snack bar again. The food is ok but the atmosphere is a disaster. The tables are sticky and often dirty. The toilets are run down, I'm more afraid of catching diseases here. I'm surprised that the authorities didn't even do an inspection here. So hygiene and cleanliness a 6 minus. That's why I'm now looking for another shawarma takeaway. A real shame!

When our food arrived it was cold and not warm at all. The sandwiches we ordered were poorly wrapped, and the meat was neither well cooked nor properly packaged. It was still raw and bloody, which was extremely unappetizing and unacceptable. The quality of the food here has always been excellent, and the service has been friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, this has changed drastically. The atmosphere was no longer as inviting and the service left a lot to be desired. Our waiter seemed disinterested and not attentive to our needs. We were looking forward to a pleasant meal, but the quality of the food was in no way what we expected. It's disappointing to see a once great restaurant decline so much. We hope that the restaurant improves its standards and returns to its previous quality to provide a better experience for future guests. Until then, unfortunately we cannot recommend it.

I liked the place initially but now they have increased prices on payment counter and the one in menu is different. The shawrma used to be good and juicy but now it is all dried up. The portion size is also reduced. Unfortunately not my choice anymore.

Dishes on the menu are listed as vegan even though they are clearly not vegan. Example, the halloumi. When asked, the owners don't understand what vegan means. Schawarma ist ok, aber wenig hygienisch. Der Mitarbeiter am Spieß dreht den Spieß mit seiner flachen Hand ohne Handschuhe.

من أول ما فتح المطعم ونحنا ما منطلب الشاورما العربي إلا من عندو وتحديدا من هاد الفرع. للأسف مبارح ولأول مرة كانت الشاورما اللي طلبناها سفري باردة والبطاطا اللي معها متل لوح التلج. وهاد الشي بخجل قدام ضيف عم ندوقوا الاكل السوري. بتمنى تضل جودة الأكل كويسة وما يصير بمطعم مارينا متل بقية المطاعم السورية اللي بتنخفض جودة الأكل فيها مع مرور الوقت.

Das Essen war reinste Katastrophe! Die Falafel waren noch essbar, aber der Rest… habe noch nie so schlechte Shawarma gegessen! Vor allem war nicht mal eine Beilage dabei, außer ein paar Gurken und Möhren.

1A Essen! Super Bedingungen und angenehme Musik. Der Chef steht persönlich an der Kasse und leitet auch die Küche. Die Bedienung erfüllt auch Sonderwünsche und auch Kostproben werden kostenlos angeboten. Insgesamt wünsche ich euch alles gute und weiterhin viel Erfolg. PS: Wir haben Shawarma und Shawarma Arabi gegessen. Beides total empfehlenswert. Aber der Chef ist der Hammer.

Früher war das Essen unterdurchschnitt, aber in den letzten zwei Mals war richtig klasse.
