Shahi Curry in Frankfurt am Main

The food served in this restaurant is excellent. One day, I ate food at Saravanan bhawan and rest days at this restaurant . I can say the food served here is better. P.S. I ordered North Indian Food at both the places.

Always happy...when I'm in the city center, this is my little temple for good, authentic Pakistani/Indian food. The boss is an incredibly friendly man who fulfills all wishes.

Bullshit as a pakistani restaurant and person. I went with family and friends, and he just served us with his own will and 7 pieces of pakura 7€ and keema was old and smally. I just feel like I wast my money and effort...so plz don't wast your money and effort to go there.

The food is good, but the service is modest. The restaurant is simple and does not have service utensils such as (ice). The food is prepared in advance (open buffet) and when you choose, it is heated with a microwave. The options are very limited.

It’s not the most attractive looking restaurant, but the food is homey, delicious, and fresh ! The service by the young gentleman was excellent. I’d recommend this place if you’re looking for a comforting home cooked Pakistani food 10/10!

Great home-style dishes and a diverse selection, great for connoisseurs

Basically, the curry, meat and rice were all very delicious, the portion was reasonable for the price, and the staff were very friendly. The lamb was tender and delicious, and the chicken curry was also great.

A small, simple snack bar with chairs, benches and tables and wonderfully delicious authentic Indian food. There are 4 plates to choose from: vegetarian plate, chicken plate, beef plate or lamb plate. You can have them put together yourself and choose from many sauce variations. There is a choice of 3 different sauces and rice, naan bread or roti. Spiciness: medium hot Service: friendly and fast. Prices: 10, 12, 13 or 14 € 👍 Conclusion: Good recommendation, we'll be back

For 10 euros you can have a plate full of two or three vegetables along with one large size Tawa Roti. You can order more rotis or rice as per your preference. The place is family friendly and kid friendly. They also serve chai which is extremely good after a sumptuous meal. Palak, Dal Makhni, Shalgam, Patta Gobhi, Baingan Curry, Plain Biryani Rice, Salad and Raita are available. If you are vegetarian and I want to have vegetarian food in Frankfurt at affordable prices then this is the best place among all the choices that are available. In a large group of more than three people the average spend would be less than 15 Euros as of June 2024. The owner is so hospitable.

I ate there by myself, nice service, a nice place is located near the mall on a side street, very tasty homemade food, it's just a shame that I have to clear the table for myself and I didn't clear it, but I saw others who refer the plates to your handling of the matter because the food is good and the price is very reasonable, all in all, I recommend the place.

The food tasted great. It was a pleasant surprise that the food tasted so good. The only drawback being the quantity. Apart from that, it was a great experience. The owner and the staff were very friendly.

I didn't think the food was great, the vegetables came to the plate cold, the rice was hot because it was warmed up in the microwave. Too good to go boxes are not worth it at all, they are only filled half full.

I only picked up food on the “toogoodtogo” app. It was plentiful and super tasty without any meat. I wouldn't go there for a cozy evening because it has a snack bar feel, but the chef knows what he's doing and I thought it was delicious.

Thanks to Google I discovered the small but nice shop. I had the vegetarian plate (for 10 euros!). You take what you want from vegetables, etc. Large, sufficient portion. Very well seasoned (just right for me as not too spicy). Ambience is kept simple. Pleasantly quiet during the week. I'll be back.

Very unpleasant experience. Food was not freshly provided they prepare it in the morning and serve it whole day. According to price food quantity is very less, you have to order twice for fullfill you stomach but price is not worth it. Price is high. Never will go there again . I regret my money is wasted.

Amazing healthy taste with great hospatality

Ein absoluter Traum! Wir hatten Butter Chicken und Lamm mit Reis und Roti und zu trinken Mango Lassi. Beides hat unglaublich gut geschmeckt, besonders die Soßen waren super, die Portionen sind großzügig, und der Preis ist fair. Besonders beim Lamm waren wir von der zarten Konsistenz begeistert. Auch das Roti und der Mango Lassi waren wirklich gut. Leider haben wir versäumt Fotos zu machen, weil das Essen zu gut aussah (keine Übertreibung!). Ein Besuch hier lohnt sich auf jeden Fall, wir kommen wieder!

Die beste Anlaufstelle für leckerste Essen in der Innenstadt. Sehr leckere Gerichte (Vegetarisch, Huhn, Lamm). Wahnsinnig netter Service (vom Inhaber). Großartig, dass es den Laden gibt. Preis/Leistung ist der Wahnsinn.

The food was amazing!!! It is authentic Pakistani food. I definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a real taste of desi food! The best part was that we got freshly made Roti/chappati which is extremely rare to find in restaurants outside Pakistan!!! Will definitely come again :D

Jedes Mal, wenn ich hier zum Essen kam, ist die Atmosphäre wirklich gut und die Qualität und Quantität des Essens muss ich 5 Sterne geben. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen, muss es sofort probieren.

Wir waren zu zweit da, um stressfrei und vor allem in Ruhe etwas zu Essen, ohne gleich im eleganten Outfit erscheinen zu müssen. Es gibt eigentlich "nur" vier verschiedene Gerichte, die man sowohl mit Fleisch, als auch vegetarisch genießen kann. Wir hatten sowohl mit Rindfleisch als auch die vegetarische Variante davon. Das Essen wurde frisch zubereitet, waren große Portionen gewesen und hat uns beiden vorzüglich geschmeckt. Es war auch wunderbar scharf gewürzt, ohne gleich zu viel Schärfe zu haben. Das Ambiente ist sehr einfach gehalten, mehr einem Imbiss mit Sitzmöglichkeit. Wen das nicht stört, wird dort sehr sehr freundlich bedient, kann wirklich sehr gut essen und geht anschließend zufrieden und satt nach Hause. Ich habe für beide Essen und drei Dosen Kaltgetränke (div. Cola) 27 Euro gezahlt. Das mag vielleicht einige Leute abschrecken, aber für Frankfurt und Zeilnähe, dazu frische Zubereitung und entsprechend frische Zutaten, finde ich das durchaus in Ordnung. Man konnte auwählen, es besteht also genug Auswahl, auch wenn vier Gerichte nach wenig klingt Wir haben den Chef selbst auswählen lassen, eine Sache habe ich mir ausgesucht dabei. Wer ein "Menü" beim SB-Burgerladen kauft, bekommt nur Pappmist und hat nach zwei Stunden wieder Hunger. Für mich sind das völlig berechtigte 5 Punkte. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Übrigens: Der Abholbetrieb hatte gut zu tun. Die Leute wissen das Essen zu schätzen.

Een zeer eenvoudig restaurant waar we niet zo snel naar binnen waren gelopen als we de goede beoordelingen niet hadden gelezen. Blij dat we deze gelezen hebben. Een vitrine waar het eten in bakken te aanschouwen was. De eigenaar schept het gerecht voor je op wat je uit gekozen hebt. Keuze uit 3 gerechten. Kip lam en rund met daarbij heerlijke oosterse bijgerechten. Restaurant zat vol met alleen Pakistanen. We hebben echt zitten smullen.
