Serways Raststätte Greding West in Greding

We were served with a young member of staff who was clearly still in training but was left on her own to serve guests in the cafe (operate till/ make coffee etc) in a busy time of the day, she certainly tried her best and kept smiling and professional. The cue kept getting longer so her senior colleague came to help, shouting at the girl in front of the guests. It’s very unprofessional and unkind.

The toilet was clean and the coffee was good too. That's all you need for a short break.

The cafe corner immediately to the right after the entrance area is “rest stop”-cozy. The coffee was delicious and the staff was very friendly. We'll definitely stop again.

Nice rest area with indoor playground!

The prices are absolutely exorbitant and there is nothing special. A little consolation: the croissant was warm.

It's outrageous what's happening here I bought two items and the older gentleman at the checkout simply rounds up the price It was only about two cents but that's not possible at all, if at all then the customer rounds up and not the staff Doesn't even deserve a star This is the last time I was there, that's for sure Unfortunately I have to give it one star otherwise it won't post

Unfortunately, as expected. Prices beyond good and evil, tables and chairs uncleaned, defibrillator broken; Fortunately, there is a sign indicating this. Maybe we would have a bad day today too. Yes, everything can be done better at German rest stops and, to be fair, there are better ones out there. So I remain optimistic.

Short break here at the Greding rest stop towards Munich. Everything nice and clean. Friendliness is really important. Great here. Thank you for the lovely stay ❤️

If I could give 0 stars I would. We asked for veggie cheeseburgers and we were judgmentally asked three times by the person who serves us if we want veggie burgers (such a shock to ask for a veggie cheeseburger that is advertised in the menu!). Then when we got the burgers and we realized they were normal meat burgers. After answering him 3 times that we want veggie burgers… The attitude was quite annoying especially given that veggie cheeseburger was on the menu. He didn’t apologize. I got the burger replaced and it also didn’t taste good at all… I absolutely regret going there.

Short lunch stop on the way to Munich: Currywurst with fries and cola: Fries were crispy and tasty, sausage with sauce was delicious (served separately on the plate so that the fries stay crispy - great) Staff very friendly - top It was a bit cool in the dining room - probably save on heating costs. Sanifair toilets smelled clean. Urinals were clean. Unfortunately the floor was stuck a bit (dry mop was in the corner)

The staff (North Sea) are rude, the portions are laughably small for the price and they seem to have run out of sauces. Will eat somewhere else next time. One star for the clean toilets.

An absolutely unfriendly, malicious and cheeky service at the Segafredo counter.

It's a shame that they've recently started using Starbucks here. We treated ourselves to your delicious cappuccino about every 2 weeks when we were passing through. It wasn't cheap either, but still ok. Without a voucher for a small cappu to go €4.90... sobering!! What a shame!

Good, albeit expensive, offer. A friendly young woman who spoke a foreign language as her home language but had insufficient knowledge of German worked as a sales assistant. This meant it took a little longer; a second conditional force would have been beneficial.

There are many parking spaces for cars and trucks. You have to watch out for children because there is a lot of through traffic

A dream for parents with babies. Tip Top clean changing room with everything you need. There is also a games corner.

A nice rest area for families. There is a well-equipped changing room with an infrared lamp, a small indoor play area and an outdoor playground with deck chairs for parents. There are also enough children's high chairs available. Otherwise there are parking spaces directly in front of the building and all sorts of things to buy. We were able to spend our break with a small child very well.

Well-kept motorway service area, the playground is in the shade from morning to midday and is just as well maintained.

Friendly and courteous service despite the dead of night (2:30 a.m.). Good food offerings appropriate to the time of day.

You have to pay 1€ to use the toilet, only to be left with a completely trashed toilet with no toilet paper, soap or towels available. No breakfast available on Sunday mornings.

We stopped here as a family on our trip to Austria. It was basically OK, but nothing special. Little choice and little quality for breakfast. But you can do it. Not a complete catastrophe. Toilets clean.
