This rest stop is clean and well-maintained! Friendly staff! Restrooms too! However, I generally have a problem with the payment system, which allows you to relieve yourself. It's a rip-off. The requirement to immediately redeem the voucher always annoys me, and I'll continue to resent it!

Very clean rest area. The staff in the café were very friendly. The Sanifair restrooms were clean and modern. Everything was great here.

Rest stop...we stopped briefly to relieve ourselves. I was very pleased by what I saw on the way to and from the toilet. Clean, uncluttered and the staff looked friendly.

The parking lot is good, on Saturday there were a couple more spaces available by lunchtime, you can get water at the gas station at the entrance, showers are 5€ + 1€ per pass, so far I’ve been standing without incident.

The shower costs 5€ and you also have to pay 1€ at the toilet barrier because the shower is behind the barrier..

Very clean! Family friendly. Indoor and outdoor children's area. Many high chairs are available. Toilets extremely clean and tidy. Recommended for families!

Everything was clean, although 1€ was spent on the local food, but with the voucher you could get something again in the restaurant or have 1€ deducted from the bill. Bought rolls from North Sea, deducted €1, everything was ok. Thanks keep it up.

Taking a shower is 5 euros, plus 1 euro to get in...and finally the shower is not cleaned

impertinence. 50 cents more in petrol ripped off than it was on the A20 near Berlin. A cheeky thing. Modern theft. Just don't drive there to fill up. It's just strange that the answer supposedly only concerns this one T&R. Very unbelievable for me

Really bad, super unfriendly service. No smiles on my face and I actually wanted a caffe latte but got a disgusting cappuccino that didn't even have milk foam, which is what you might expect from Segafredo. Butter pretzel also bone dry

I was only there for a pee break (toilets clean) and to buy a coffee (extremely expensive, even for a gas station). But the employee was very nice, helpful and friendly.

We were served with a young member of staff who was clearly still in training but was left on her own to serve guests in the cafe (operate till/ make coffee etc) in a busy time of the day, she certainly tried her best and kept smiling and professional. The cue kept getting longer so her senior colleague came to help, shouting at the girl in front of the guests. It’s very unprofessional and unkind.

The toilet was clean and the coffee was good too. That's all you need for a short break.

The cafe corner immediately to the right after the entrance area is “rest stop”-cozy. The coffee was delicious and the staff was very friendly. We'll definitely stop again.

The prices are absolutely exorbitant and there is nothing special. A little consolation: the croissant was warm.

It's outrageous what's happening here I bought two items and the older gentleman at the checkout simply rounds up the price It was only about two cents but that's not possible at all, if at all then the customer rounds up and not the staff Doesn't even deserve a star This is the last time I was there, that's for sure Unfortunately I have to give it one star otherwise it won't post

Unfortunately, as expected. Prices beyond good and evil, tables and chairs uncleaned, defibrillator broken; Fortunately, there is a sign indicating this. Maybe we would have a bad day today too. Yes, everything can be done better at German rest stops and, to be fair, there are better ones out there. So I remain optimistic.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We asked for veggie cheeseburgers and we were judgmentally asked three times by the person who serves us if we want veggie burgers (such a shock to ask for a veggie cheeseburger that is advertised in the menu!). Then when we got the burgers and we realized they were normal meat burgers. After answering him 3 times that we want veggie burgers… The attitude was quite annoying especially given that veggie cheeseburger was on the menu. He didn’t apologize. I got the burger replaced and it also didn’t taste good at all… I absolutely regret going there.

Short lunch stop on the way to Munich: Currywurst with fries and cola: Fries were crispy and tasty, sausage with sauce was delicious (served separately on the plate so that the fries stay crispy - great) Staff very friendly - top It was a bit cool in the dining room - probably save on heating costs. Sanifair toilets smelled clean. Urinals were clean. Unfortunately the floor was stuck a bit (dry mop was in the corner)

The staff (North Sea) are rude, the portions are laughably small for the price and they seem to have run out of sauces. Will eat somewhere else next time. One star for the clean toilets.

An absolutely unfriendly, malicious and cheeky service at the Segafredo counter.

It's a shame that they've recently started using Starbucks here. We treated ourselves to your delicious cappuccino about every 2 weeks when we were passing through. It wasn't cheap either, but still ok. Without a voucher for a small cappu to go €4.90... sobering!! What a shame!
