The most disgusting and, at €6.99, most expensive bockwurst I have ever eaten. Totally limp, as if she had been hanging in this brewing thing for days. The bun was also beyond crunchy and the mustard was also lumpy. Freshness seems to be a foreign word here. I stopped here to charge my car, but this “rest stop” was blocked in my charging planner.

Last Friday at 8:00 a.m., made a quick stop at the back parking lot and thought a coffee would be something nice, so I went into the restaurant, very clean but only two people were present (I knew why :-) ) went to the service counter, looked at the prices and there it was I also served... small coffee 4.69€ medium coffee 5.49€ and a wrapped sealed baguette for over 8€, use of the toilet 1€... those are sick prices I then turned around and drove on...

Was in the rest stop!! A normal roll €1.79 I don't think they heard the bang yet. This is more than just a joke. At the gas station €0.99 is also too expensive but still just bearable. I would like to go back to the old days when we could still afford it. Where people enjoyed meeting up. Now they only have prices that are so overpriced that people avoid the rest stops.

The lady in preparation (kitchen) was very flexible and helpful. The chip boxes looked exactly like the picture and tasted very good. There was also a family discount and that's how the price went.

The price is one euro, the soap dispenser should already be filled for brushing. You can save yourself with the voucher... There's nothing in the whole store for one euro

They charge 1.49 euros for a simple baked roll. You can get it in any supermarket for 20 cents. Bottomless impudence. I gave the bag to the waitress and said you should sell it to your boss and left. Well-located gas station and rest stop with overnight accommodation. We stopped here on our trip and had a leisurely coffee.

Only 3 who were responsible for preparing the food and serving the customers. Only 1 cash register allowed payment by card. If you were at another one they sent you through and the other ones they sent you back. Several customers have left their orders.

I don't know where the opinions about the lack of a shower come from??? Yes, there is no one at the station, but there are two in the restaurant. Paid at the restaurant counter: €3. Shower clean and hot water. Lots of toilets (clean) I recommend

The door can't be locked, there's no soap in the dispenser and it stinks and €1 for that...

Outrageously expensive, currywurst with fries 16.90 euros 🙈🙈. You lose your appetite. There wasn't a guest at the food counter either 😂😂😂, why 🤔?? Unfriendly employees....never this rest stop again!!!!

It's a strange payment system - sometimes you have to pay for the food first at the checkout, where at the same time you pay for shop goods and coffee is also paid for and served. So overall everything takes time. The toilets were magical enough but smell from the toilets came up to the restaurants area.

They say it can always be worse. But the hygienic conditions in this toilet are hard to beat, both in terms of appearance and smell. Sensitive minds will quickly think about the last meal. Then it's better to pee wildly as a man.

We ordered some food and got a worked with some attitude yelling at us in german and then just giving a cold interaction when we paid. Food is expensive and they try to hide the fact that you still need to add taxes to the price. They wont do anything more then the bare minimum, so if you need cutlery or your batwurst bread cut open you have to ask yourself🥳 Dont come here

Gastronomy is far too expensive. Portion of fries 4.95 euros!!! Bag of ketchup 1.30 euros!!!! Are out of proportion! Staff very unfriendly and rude! Never here again!!!

I have NEVER, in all my many highway journeys, experienced a Serways toilet that was so dirty. The condition of the road there was also marked by humanity's throwaway morality. Very unfortunate...

Unfortunately, the staff was understaffed and made an effort to process the waiting customers at the only manned checkout. The toilet was clean and in good condition.

I was thirsty and got off the highway here. So, a 0.3 l can of No Name energy drink for 3.99 euros, a 0.5 l can of RB for 6.99 euros and then the big hit: a 1.5 l bottle of water for 4, 29 euros....... immediately went out again; You're used to a lot of price gouging by now, but at some point it's enough. You can't be so thirsty as to pay such prices. Drink your stuff yourself... the market will sort it out at some point...

Very clean but the service, checkout area and self-service are not well organized. That's why only 3 stars.

We stopped at the rest stop. It looks very old and uninviting. The employees argued loudly upstairs and later stood together outside smoking. Half of the women's toilets were closed, soap dispensers were broken, monitors weren't working.

Typical motorway rest stop. Stopped for ice cream and coffee. Both at pharmacist prices. However, the service was quick. Changing room on the ground floor (directly left of the entrance) separate from the Sanifair area in the basement. Separate playground available (fenced, various play equipment and also a sandpit). Lots of spacious parking spaces for cars.

Clean and well located rest stop

Time has stopped here. Sometime in the early 90s. The toilets are forbidden! Everything is broken: soap dispenser, gripper... It smells like urine and looks like something out of a horror movie with the ancient motel next door. Only the gentleman at the checkout was very nice. I felt kind of sorry for him!

Quite a nice, clean playground on site, very clean, great toilets and especially the vet room was a dream. Super spacious and clean with an extra toilet. For 1 euro it was really good. You can get the euro back in the shop if you buy something there. But the prices in the shop are abnormally expensive. 9.50 for 2 small water ice cream...... and then not even really friendly at the checkout

It was a clean rest area, that's about it in terms of positive points. The "service" at the food and drinks stand was, well, bad, but that's nice to say.

I wanted to order something for me and my daughter that was signposted at the entrance and was told that it wasn't available. Chose salad, 2 pieces of cheesecake and 2 small juices for EUR 32.50. The salad was rotten. The tables were not clean. Toilets just OK. Still below the minimum standard overall.

Well, at 11 a.m. my nerves are already exhausted???

Unfortunately, rest stops are no longer what they used to be... Today: Expensive, poor service, listless staff, dirty atmosphere, even at 1 euro to use the toilet, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired here too. Sad...

We were just there and wanted to redeem the Serways vouchers. We had 4 pieces in total. We wanted to use it to buy a pack of (totally overpriced) Leibniz cookies for just under 5 euros. We were told that only one voucher can be redeemed per product! Nothing like this has ever happened to us, at any other rest stop. I think this approach is an impudence, not to say fraud!!!

Located along the highway. Only 1 person present to serve 3 buses that stopped simultaneously at the ticket office. Also very pricey.

Service absolutely unfriendly, toilets were ok (this time). I advise everyone not to eat at Serways, it is massively overpriced and tastes rather half-hearted on top of that. The picture showed the 10 fillet box for €16.99 and 1 sauce (similar to McDonald's). It's better to drive to the next exit and get something decent, because the prices will almost fill up a tank of gas.

This was the worst rest stop I have ever visited! Advertising with warm food all you get is a baguette with some ingredients.

A Magnum ice cream for €4.59. The men's toilet is tiny and the floor in front of the waterless urinals is wet. Probably not from water. Three employees were sitting behind the building and smoking. You don't have time to clean. Oh yes, when it comes to saving operating time: only warm water comes out of the tap in the toilet. This is not environmentally friendly and causes large, avoidable costs.

The toilets at the rest stop smell awful.

Not a nice stop! As soon as you enter the building you are greeted by a terrible smell of toilets! (comes from the men's toilet) If you have any criticism on site, you will only be referred to Sanifair's feedback address! If it hadn't been absolutely necessary, we would have turned around straight away and continued on! Really not a nice place!

This is some kind of disaster, there are no showers for travelers in the restaurant and gas station, and it is a parking lot next to the highway. Civilization is starting to collapse here.

Horrible thing The attention, food, dirty toilets

I only bought something from the rest stop and didn't spend the night there or use the toilet. The saleswoman was friendly, I can't say anything more. Clean and quiet outside.

Expected nothing and was disappointed. The toilets are dirty, smelly and the staff is incredibly unfriendly. The Serways machine didn't give change and the staff couldn't help us and treated us unfriendly. I ended up paying €3 for the toilet. These rest stops are simply a crime.

Just a normal rest stop, nothing more and nothing less.

A renovation would be appropriate again

The waitress had to do everything herself, but was still very friendly. As soon as we walked in, it smelled like dirty toilets.

Disaster, another parking lot on the highway with no shower in the 1990s, the Polish People's Republic was better, the only country that pays for toilets and how much the rates go down.

My husband lost his keys in this place 🛑🚏 last March 20,2024 around 2pm,we did a stopover here,went to toilet and back to travel again ,until he realized the keys was gone,we tried to get back there at the moment he realized it,asked some staff there but sadly nobody returns it ,if whoever find🥰🍀 i hope someone who found it will contact me here🥰thanks!

Pretty much the worst and most outrageous thing I've experienced at motorway service stations. The toilets smell so bad that no pig farm can keep up with them. The prices cannot be beaten when it comes to cheekiness: Langnese Flutschfinger 2.99 Haribo bag 3.79 Hot chocolate 5.49 It's better to drive 18 kilometers further to the truck stop north of Ladbergen!

The toilets smelled very bad and it's a disgrace that you have to pay €1 per person, but then you can only redeem one voucher per coffee (over €4).
