We ordered some food and got a worked with some attitude yelling at us in german and then just giving a cold interaction when we paid. Food is expensive and they try to hide the fact that you still need to add taxes to the price. They wont do anything more then the bare minimum, so if you need cutlery or your batwurst bread cut open you have to ask yourself🥳 Dont come here

I have NEVER, in all my many highway journeys, experienced a Serways toilet that was so dirty. The condition of the road there was also marked by humanity's throwaway morality. Very unfortunate...

I was thirsty and got off the highway here. So, a 0.3 l can of No Name energy drink for 3.99 euros, a 0.5 l can of RB for 6.99 euros and then the big hit: a 1.5 l bottle of water for 4, 29 euros....... immediately went out again; You're used to a lot of price gouging by now, but at some point it's enough. You can't be so thirsty as to pay such prices. Drink your stuff yourself... the market will sort it out at some point...

We stopped at the rest stop. It looks very old and uninviting. The employees argued loudly upstairs and later stood together outside smoking. Half of the women's toilets were closed, soap dispensers were broken, monitors weren't working.

Typical motorway rest stop. Stopped for ice cream and coffee. Both at pharmacist prices. However, the service was quick. Changing room on the ground floor (directly left of the entrance) separate from the Sanifair area in the basement. Separate playground available (fenced, various play equipment and also a sandpit). Lots of spacious parking spaces for cars.

Unfortunately, like all rest stops, it is absolutely overpriced. Cappuccino small over €5!

Clean and well located rest stop

Time has stopped here. Sometime in the early 90s. The toilets are forbidden! Everything is broken: soap dispenser, gripper... It smells like urine and looks like something out of a horror movie with the ancient motel next door. Only the gentleman at the checkout was very nice. I felt kind of sorry for him!

Quite a nice, clean playground on site, very clean, great toilets and especially the vet room was a dream. Super spacious and clean with an extra toilet. For 1 euro it was really good. You can get the euro back in the shop if you buy something there. It was a clean rest area, that's about it in terms of positive points. The "service" at the food and drinks stand was, well, bad, but that's nice to say.

I wanted to order something for me and my daughter that was signposted at the entrance and was told that it wasn't available. Chose salad, 2 pieces of cheesecake and 2 small juices for EUR 32.50. The salad was rotten. The tables were not clean. Toilets just OK. Still below the minimum standard overall.

We were just there and wanted to redeem the Serways vouchers. We had 4 pieces in total. We wanted to use it to buy a pack of (totally overpriced) Leibniz cookies for just under 5 euros. We were told that only one voucher can be redeemed per product! Nothing like this has ever happened to us, at any other rest stop. I think this approach is an impudence, not to say fraud!!!

Service absolutely unfriendly, toilets were ok (this time). I advise everyone not to eat at Serways, it is massively overpriced and tastes rather half-hearted on top of that. The picture showed the 10 fillet box for €16.99 and 1 sauce (similar to McDonald's). It's better to drive to the next exit and get something decent, because the prices will almost fill up a tank of gas.

A Magnum ice cream for €4.59. The men's toilet is tiny and the floor in front of the waterless urinals is wet. Probably not from water. Three employees were sitting behind the building and smoking. You don't have time to clean. Oh yes, when it comes to saving operating time: only warm water comes out of the tap in the toilet. This is not environmentally friendly and causes large, avoidable costs.

Not a nice stop! As soon as you enter the building you are greeted by a terrible smell of toilets! (comes from the men's toilet) If you have any criticism on site, you will only be referred to Sanifair's feedback address! If it hadn't been absolutely necessary, we would have turned around straight away and continued on! Really not a nice place!

Pretty much the worst and most outrageous thing I've experienced at motorway service stations. The toilets smell so bad that no pig farm can keep up with them. The prices cannot be beaten when it comes to cheekiness: Langnese Flutschfinger 2.99 Haribo bag 3.79 Hot chocolate 5.49 It's better to drive 18 kilometers further to the truck stop north of Ladbergen!

You should avoid this rest stop. We've never experienced it so bad: the smell of toilets as soon as you enter the rest house. Nobody was responsible for criticism on site... It was okay so far, but there is still room for improvement in the toilet, the smell is very bad and the shower is also defective.

No hot water in the shower (and the friendly ladies at the counter reported that this had been reported for 3 weeks (!) but had not been fixed. And then in the men's toilet there was this "tasty" sink (see photo) with leftovers that had already dried up (!) of whatever (you don't want to know exactly)... Then you have to charge €1 for it. At the sink opposite, which was also contaminated with germs but was at least usable, the soap dispenser and one of the two paper dispensers were used up... Really impressive - Service Desert Germany and SaniUNFair! Shame on you!

Vergebliche 10 Minuten warten auf das Person um einen Schlüssel für den oberen Wickelraum zubekommen. Als ab nach unten mit 3 Kids, dann noch 1€ fürs wickeln bezahlen. Dann kein Klopapier für die Kinder. Kein Wertbon aus dem Automaten. Nach 20 Minuten kam dann man eine Dame auf die Anregung kein Papier und kein wertbon. Keine Reaktion. Hauptsache den Kaffee (3,99€) abkassieren und dann wieder weg. Noch nicht mal etwas zu essen (Frühstück)um 8:30 Uhr Sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt. Unfreundlich, unverschämt

Leider kostet ein kleiner Cappuccino über 5€, damit ist meine Schmerzgrenze überschritten. Es war auch nichts los. Ich beziehe mich lediglich auf die Gastronomie. Den Rest kann ich nicht beurteilen.

Мест для порковки много это наверное единственный плюс. Минус и большой что в душе холодная вода!! Если бы было лето и жара то ещё было бы норм но зимой в холодной воде как то не очень мыться!!!
