Great restaurant. Where you can just have a glass on the corner.

It was a great evening in a wonderful atmosphere that made it easy to feel comfortable and welcomed. Every taste found a suitable dish on the extraordinary menu. Always my pleasure.

My God, what a lovely evening we had!!! Everything was chilled out, we were able to sit on the covered terrace in Fabula and a table for 3 or 4 became a nice group table. We ordered different dishes, from burgers to starters to chicken enchilada... the food was TOP... and the staff was incredibly nice. It was simply fantastic and cozy!!!

Nice place in the center of the museum, however the food left a lot to be desired, terrible and arrived cold.

Very nice atmosphere, with nice service, delicious food at reasonable prices. Always recommended if you want to visit the open-air theater afterwards.

The food was tasty and reasonably priced. The service is quick and friendly. We had a pasta dish, pork medallions and the Argentinian steak. In our opinion, there should be something as a side dish with the steak, as my husband wasn't full and it was too expensive for that. I know that a steak dish is a little smaller and more expensive due to the quality, but we haven't had that before.

Very nice restaurant and service all around very good. Unfortunately the quality of the food is not up to par. Surf & Turf has to be better than what I got. Loveless two pieces of minute steaks with no taste and shrimps were also without a taste experience. Plates not warm and therefore everything gets cold quickly. It was a shame for me and it spoiled the evening a bit.

Had burgers and pizza. Both of those were really great. Service was just right: not too much, not too little. Definitely not the last time there!

I give one star for the terrible noise in the beer garden, caused by selfish motorcyclists and drivers. We have known Fabula for almost 30 years and it was always nice to spend a hot summer day in the shade outside in the beer garden. The food and drinks were delicious, the waitresses were friendly and hard-working and the innkeepers were always there for a quick chat. But this noise, which is now increasing, ruins any relaxed Sunday mood. There are no signs on the street asking for consideration. Poor Fabula, poor Tecklenburg... it's no longer fun to cycle there from Saerbeck! Many greetings to the Fabula team!!!

Everything great! Overall concept TOP! That's why it's always well attended and usually booked! Thank you very much, gladly again!

Great atmosphere, very nice staff and delicious food!

We have been here twice (always give a second chance 😃) but both times we were disappointed. The salmon dish with exotic rice turned out to be with a ball of Basmati rice without anything nice or extra on top. That doesn't make it exotic. It was tasty but rather ordinary and therefore too expensive for what you get. The duo dessert looked nice on a tier, but a lot of it had brownie in it, it would have been nicer with some crumble and others for variation. The 2nd time the sandwiches were not cooked, which made one of us sick afterwards. The chicken fingers were also served with grated cheese on top. This wasn't on the menu and I can't have cheese. The dish was taken back to the kitchen, but it was a pity that only the cheese was wiped off a little and the meat was served again with the cheese side down.

I rarely give five stars. But everything was perfect here. The food was delicious, you didn't have to wait forever. We sat outside under cover, the whole ambience inside and outside is harmonious. The staff very friendly and attentive.

Super tasty food, nice fast and competent service! Update 08/18/24, ate delicious vegetable pancakes with salad. Everyone in our group is thrilled. Be sure to pay attention to the parking conditions on the other side of the street! Parking ticket, pay for private parking!!

The food and the ambience were great, unfortunately we were only asked for something to drink at the beginning, it's a shame otherwise we would have stayed longer and come back

Food was good, portions were sufficient and prices were reasonable. Unfortunately there weren't enough parking spaces, so you had to use the expensive private parking lot opposite. For which you have to pay around the clock.

The food - a burger - was good, but the wrong one came and the waiter insisted that it was right. A look at the map confirmed that it was the wrong one. The waiter assigned the wrong number...well, it was still tasty. Does a burger have to cost 17.50? The first drinks took forever, the second round was forgotten, the waitress blamed it on the system... of course... in the end I had to pay 3 instead of 2 non-alcoholic wheat... no, to be honest, at the pharmacy prices It was an absolute zero today - especially when it came to service. I don't need the store again.

What should you say? Great ambience and the service is “first class”. Haven't experienced anything like this in a long time. Here you can tell that everyone enjoys their job, including the owners. The cook could have a little courage when seasoning but salt and pepper after 10 seconds at the table. So, no complaining. Everything fresh and very, very tasty. Looking forward to the next visit...

Great, around 20 people arrived spontaneously and we felt very well looked after.

A great atmosphere... Food tastes so delicious.

Ordered 4 places for the evening on Easter Sunday. Worked great and was necessary. Restaurant was full. The fear that this might take a long time was quickly dispelled. Great, attentive and fast service; The time difference between starters and main course was taken into account (not everyone had starters). The dishes were visually very appealingly prepared and tasty. When a steak is prepared exactly as ordered, it is a sign of a kitchen that can do something. Whether vegan, vegetarian or meat dishes, everything tasted excellent to us. We'd love to come back! Ha, the table is already booked!

A beautifully decorated restaurant with an extensive menu. We chose: “Der Texaner: Hausgemachtes Pulled-Pork in der heißen Guss-pfanne serves. Abgerundet with spicy Jalapenos, Röstzwiebeln, Cheddar-Cheese-Sauce and Wedges”. Three minutes after we ordered, it was already brought to the table. It's nice if you don't have to wait too long for your order, but we find such a short time suspicious. The taste of the dish was decent, but it wasn't really hot. That is not possible in such a short time. There was simply pulled pork (we doubt very much whether this is homemade, probably from the wholesaler) put into the pan, some cheese sauce from a jar on top, some fried potato wedges added, some topping on top and then the whole thing put under (too briefly). the salamander (grill). It tasted good, but after a few bites it was boring, just pulled pork with potatoes and cheese sauce. An added salad would have made a difference. In short, we think the restaurant lives up to its name, the menu contains fables. Not recommended. Our points: Ambiance: 8 Operation: 7 Food: 4 Price/quality ratio: 3

Always great food! The ambience is ideal both inside in winter and outside in summer! Good telephone availability. I've never had a bad meal there. Every now and then the service is a bit slow or forgets something, but that certainly depends on the day. Gladly again and again!

We were able to reserve a table for 3 people at short notice for the same evening. When we arrived the table was ready. The waitress was still very young and more than made up for any insecurities with her friendliness. The place is a bit rustic and we really liked the atmosphere. Special requests, such as leaving out the jalapenos and making the dish less spicy, were responded to promptly. Instead of the jalapenos there were additional nachos, which provided a brilliant crunch. Our food was very tasty and really plentiful. The wine, which is only available at Fabula, was also a very good recommendation. The menu is super funny and really put you in a good mood. I will gladly come again.

We visited this restaurant on the rehab weekend and were really impressed. The dishes are not only delicious but also beautifully prepared. The staff is very friendly and sees if something is missing or needs to be refilled without being intrusive. The prices are absolutely fine. However, a reservation is necessary during peak times on weekends.

Haben dort den Pulled- Porked'Burger "Tatort Dallas" gegessen. Der Burger war sehr lecker. Pommes hätten es ein paar mehr sein können. Satt geworden sind wir aber trotzdem. Das Ambiente war nicht sehr schön, da wir trotz Reservierung leider nur ein Tisch vorne im Schankraum bekamen. Nun ja vllt. hatten wir auch einwenig zu spät reserviert.

Passt alles, Essen und Getränke sind auf jeden Fall den Preis wert. Habe mir den New York cheeseburger bestellt, hat extrem gut geschmeckt

Das Restaurant ist sehr gut gelegen, hat eine nette Atmosphäre und fixe Kellner. Das Essen war in meinem Fall leider ein Fehlgriff meinerseits, das Wokgericht war etwas scharf, entweder es stand nicht auf der Karte, ich habe es überlesen oder dem Koch ist das Gewürz ausgerutscht. ;-) Die Champignons waren gut, aber nicht so viel wie gedacht. Hier kommen wir nochmal hin und bestellen besser zünftigen Burger, damit macht man nichts falsch. Preise sind okay, Getränke auch.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, was aufgrund der hohen Auslastung einen hohen Geräuschpegel hat. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht sich während des Essen auch um Getränke, was in anderen Lokalitäten ja des öfteren vernachlässigt wird. Das Essen schmeckt außerordentlich gut bei angemessenen Preisen. Kostenfreie Parkplätze vor der Tür vorhanden, alternativ direkt gegenüber ein öffentlicher Parkplatz (mit Parkscheinautomat). Von daher verdient das Restaurant die volle Punktzahl.
