Die Zutaten sind frisch und schmackhaft, aber die Präsentation und Zubereitung lassen zu wünschen übrig. Sushi sollte schön anzusehen sein.

In der sashimi lachs bowl waren leider sowohl paprika als auch Meerrettich. Das sollte so gekennzeichnet werden. Für mich war die gesamte bowl so leider ungenießbar! 13€ für die tonne

Completely unfriendly, but I ordered chicken noodles to go anyway. When paying, they "accidentally" entered €1 more than the total cost. After I pointed this out, they changed it to the correct amount without an apology. It took quite a while, even though it wasn't busy. About 10 minutes later, I ate and was furious because the chicken tasted really old and rancid, so I threw it away. Conclusion: Unfriendly, poor quality, and an attempted rip-off.

I got sushi there for the first time today. The crunchy version was indeed perfectly crunchy, and the portion was generous. It was definitely filling and tasted great! I'm only familiar with sushi with a delicate breading. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fine and below average. The service was rather pragmatically Asian, but still acceptable. The ambiance is somewhat limited, located in the restaurant area of ​​the SchlössleGalerie in the basement, so I'd only go there if I'm in town. I can recommend it! Definitely a success in this category.

We were a little disappointed. The taste was okay and it looked appealing. Unfortunately, the menu doesn't differentiate between vegan and vegetarian. When we asked, they couldn't help us either. Despite a good explanation that, among other things, we wanted vegan! Ramen, there was egg in it. That's not cool. And a little friendliness doesn't hurt business either. There are no high chairs for children.

Always fresh food, consistent quality, nice people. Love the crunchy rolls

I think this is the only place where you can get raw fish at this price.

Where's the fish? We see rice and decorations, but there is almost no fish.

Quick preparation, delicious food. The salmon bowl was fresh, everything lovingly put together. Dining and seating options are available for all restaurants/snack bars.

The sushi is very fresh and the price-performance ratio is excellent! I can especially recommend the Crunchy rolls!

The food was really great and that's why we'll definitely be back. Why it's not possible to clean up the tables every now and then is a mystery to me. Nevertheless, we'll stop by again.

The ramen was totally watery and resembled a standard broth. Udon noodles were edible but that was it. When asked which ramen was vegan, they just said “all of them”, although there were also some with egg and fish sauce on the menu. It's a shame, we expected more.

I ordered sushi here more by chance than planned because I was in the Schlössle Galerie and was a little hungry. The sushi came quickly, was freshly prepared and tasted excellent. It really surprised me in a positive way, so I ate here more often afterwards. The ambience is of course not great as it is in the middle of a department store and often has dirty tables and is very loud. Of course, there is also self-service here. But definitely recommended for a little snack in between. I actually think the sushi is much better than at Anami.

I ordered the ramen dish RA2 Shoyu Ramen. Visually, the dish looks very inviting and delicious, except for the ramen noodles, which were rather thin. Furthermore, the dish was served hot, which is what you would expect with a dish like this. Unfortunately I wasn't impressed with the taste of the dish. The egg tasted rather sweet, the noris were probably not homemade and the soup was rather bland. In terms of price, in my experience the dish is below average.

Unfortunately, the staff was super unfriendly...but the bowl with tofu was very tasty!

Waren schon öfters dort und eigentlich auch immer begeistert. Heute war es eine Katastrophe. Meine Bestellung wurde falsch aufgenommen - ein Gericht war zu viel. Erstmal kein Problem - als die Bedienung die bestellten Gerichte wiederholte ist der Fehler aufgefallen und ich habe (eigentlich) die Sache korrigiert. Die Zubereitung der (eigentlich) drei Gerichte dauerte dann über 45 Minuten. Gäste, die nach uns bestellten bekamen ihr Essen vor uns. Leider war es dem Koch letztlich nicht möglich eines der bestellten Gerichte zuzubereiten (irgendwas ging schief). Dafür stellte sich heraus, dass das irrtümlich aufgenommene Gericht doch noch auf der Bestellung war. Somit hatten in Summe doch drei Gerichte - aber eben nicht das was wir bestellt hatten inklusive langer Wartezeit. Wir bekamen ohne Nachfrage einen Teil des Rechnungsbetrags zurückerstattet.

Super freundliche Bedienung einfach mega leckeres und frisch vor den Augen zubereitetes Essen kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen jetzt öfter.

Wirklich leckeres Sushi und die Leute sind sehr, sehr freundlich. Was aber gar nicht geht, dass die Sojasauce mit Wasser runterverdünnt wird. Pfui! Ansonsten wären es fünf Sterne!

Sehr leckeres Sushi von wirklich guter Qualität und schön angerichtet. Bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder!
