Bistro im Gasometer in Pforzheim

Die Zutaten sind frisch und schmackhaft, aber die Präsentation und Zubereitung lassen zu wünschen übrig. Sushi sollte schön anzusehen sein.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sehr schöner Besuch im Kupferhammer in Pforzheim. Das Essen war sehr lecker und hat qualitativ überzeugt. Auch der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders angenehm fand ich das schöne Ambiente, in dem man sich wohlfühlen und entspannt Zeit verbringen kann. Insgesamt hat bei meinem Besuch alles gepasst – Essen, Service und Atmosphäre bekommen von mir jeweils 5 Sterne. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann den Kupferhammer in Pforzheim weiterempfehlen.

Unfortunately, it is not recommended for self-organized events such as weddings. We recently held our own here and are more than dissatisfied and disappointed. Many things were not implemented as discussed in advance. The price ended up being higher than agreed, and the buffet with its selection was unfortunately far too expensive, even though it was very tasty. The food was cleared away far too quickly, there was no service at all, you had to go to the bar yourself to get a drink, and as the bride, I had my used cake plate in front of my nose for a good two hours. The waitresses behind the bar were extremely unfriendly and their expressions on their faces were absolutely annoyed, and that lasted the entire evening! The decorations were also a disaster. It was agreed that we would have a whole day, but in the end it was two hours under pressure because, unfortunately, it was not possible to stay any longer at short notice. So, unfortunately, we ended up having to go to the stress of organizing people to finish decorating the room right before the wedding ceremony. And at 1:00 a.m., the shutters were closed, the tables were completely cleared, and the lights were turned on, even though several guests were still there. Unfortunately, this and the time weren't agreed upon. Ultimately, it made everything much more stressful, and had we known this beforehand, we definitely would have chosen a different location.
