The service seemed overloaded. Even though the store seemed moderately full, she made me understand that I would have to wait a long time. I decided against it.

Such a concept exists in every big city. But here they know how to look after and entertain their guests. You really get every question answered and the kitchen implements special requests. Keep it up!

I always like staying at the Schweinske - the price/performance is right, I find it cozy, the staff is ALWAYS very friendly and accommodating. And usually the food is good too. Unfortunately not this time: instead of the crispy home-baked rolls, this time the Puti (the in-house turkey steak burger) had soft, sweet rolls with what felt like tons of tartar sauce. Unfortunately, it didn't fit together at all - and it wasn't enjoyable either. I'll still come back - and hope that the normal rolls were only sold out today.

Were in Hamburg for a few days and discovered Schweinske by chance. Super nice staff and very, very tasty. Whether salad, burgers or dessert, everything is very tasty! Always happy!

Very good, inexpensive and delicious food, highly recommended

The food was very subpar. I ordered the grilled cheese burger and the chicken lime bowl. The burger was too sweet as if they wanted to mask the rest of the flavours for some reason. The bowl had fries and cheese, but it was soggy and lacking any flavours. Chicken was simply nuggets which were frozen and later fried for the meal. The beer on tap was the only good thing about the meal.

Delicious breakfast, with "Strammer Max" offering something a little different from the standard (rolls, jam, cold cuts). They also serve that. I'd be happy to return.

The schnitzel always needs to be knocked. That's thinner and better.

If I'm in Hamburg, schweinske is a must. The staff is super nice and the food is great.

Let's move on to the children's schnitzel. I had to cut off the burnt edges. My husband's schnitzel was like a children's schnitzel, only bigger and so thin. The fried potatoes were greasy and the only thing that wasn't burnt besides the mini fries. The burger bun was completely hard on the bottom because it was so dried out. The wedges were more burnt than anything else. I wanted wedges, not chips. The food was a disgrace and didn't even serve as a simple meal. The service didn't even notice the partially full plates. The only positive thing was the child-friendliness.

We ended up here by chance and had a lovely evening. The staff was very friendly, the food was very good. Public viewing of the HSV game, good atmosphere among the guests, we'll be back.

Super nice and fast service, value for money totally okay. The whole crew was extremely organized at all times of the day. We were very satisfied. The “Schweinske” is a great shop and definitely recommended. If we are ever in Hamburg again, it will definitely be our go-to place. The food was delicious, the chef deserves great praise, as does the team.

Unfortunately we weren't very satisfied. The quality has noticeably decreased compared to previous years. Too bad.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this pig at all. The girls who work there were super nice and accommodating. The atmosphere has something of a fast food joint and is not at all inviting. The food was cold and the portions were very small. I'm really not a big eater and I was still hungry. The prices have risen sharply and the portions have shrunk considerably. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, but would advise against a visit.

Ordered food and delivery was very quick. I had the hunter-gatherer pig. Schnitzel breading was crispy and the fries were well seasoned. All in all very tasty

If I could I would give 0 stars. The delivery took over an hour despite a journey of 4 minutes. After 45 minutes the call said that the food you wanted was not available and you should choose something else. As for the food itself, it was a complete disaster, see photo. If you can't tell, the photo is supposed to represent a citizen. Just threw everything together and closed the lid. Bread was completely soggy and wet. Meat patty partly raw. I'll never do that to myself again. So absolutely not recommended unless you want to get sick.

The only reason I didn't give a full star for service was the long wait. Also, some softer pop music might have been a better choice. We visit the restaurant often - so next time we'll give it a star!

Wir waren mit der Familie 2x dort essen.Mit Rollstuhl ist man sehr willkommen und es ist genug Platz. Beide Male wurden wir herzlich bedient. Für unsere Kinder gab es sogar eine kleine Beschäftigung, bis das Essen kam. Das Essen und das Hauseigene Bier sind lecker, würden uns wünschen, daß es in Dresden auch ein Schweinske gäbe.

When we were in Hamburg for Christmas The restaurant “Schweinske” was recommended to us when we visited. It was a good recommendation and decision to have breakfast here. A fresh and cheerful man served us. I don't think morning grouches have a chance with him. My wife and I chose breakfast from the clear and lovingly designed menu. The expectations were completely met. I don't want to mention that it was much cheaper here than in the hotel. The cozy atmosphere and friendly service were a good start to the day. We have no regrets about following this recommendation. Since we want to visit our granddaughter often, we definitely won't be here for the last time. Over time, the restaurant filled up, especially with young families with children. We had the feeling that they also felt comfortable. So the day got off to a harmonious start. Sorry for the review. But apart from the service (which was top), I can't say anything positive. The location was ok. But the main reason I go to a restaurant is because of the food. And unfortunately that was a disaster. It was ready after a maximum of 10 minutes (for 2 people), that says it all. And it didn't really taste good. No cook will have breaded and fried the schnitzel. With the bread plus garlic dip that was served at the beginning (nice, but nothing - stuff bought cheaply in bulk), I thought that it wouldn't taste good today (the first impression, carelessly thrown into a basket together with mayonnaise, ketchup, cutlery) and that's how it was. It's a shame, but unfortunately it's okay

Today it was delivered twice in a row and everything was excellent again. Food and service top. When I ordered today, for whatever reason, the confirmation to pick up the food came via Lieferando even though I ordered via delivery. I called Schweinske briefly and informed them of this and a very friendly person named Jasmin said to me, no problem, we will deliver to your hotel. This is a 5 star service. The driver was also very friendly and accommodating and brought the food straight to the room, so you're happy to give a tip. Will definitely order there again and can recommend it 1,000% because, as mentioned, both the food and service are absolutely top.

It's a complete disaster, unfortunately the store doesn't give any negative stars. New menu, everything from the deep fryer is massively overpriced and the schnitzels are not homemade either. Who can't make something like that themselves? Store is more reminiscent of a pub than a restaurant. Slot machine in the corner where there are always some gambling addicts sitting at it who then scream throughout the store. It looks like it's family and child-friendly but it's not at all. I saw one of those playing on the slot machine was probably a maximum of 14 years old...

Far too small a portion for the price. It is understandable that the catering industry has to increase prices due to rising operating costs etc. But the quantity should still remain appropriate. It's a shame that things have changed so much.

Unfortunately we couldn't get in, impossible location with no parking, maybe another time.

I was in Eimsbüttel today to renew my supply of horse sausage. On the way back we tried the Schweinske in Eimsbüttel with a good friend. Test passed, service quick and super friendly. Food was also very good, both had schnitzel. Fried potatoes delicious. Parking is very critical, however, but there is a Lidl a few meters away 😉. We'll be back!

Stayed overnight at the nearby hotel and at the Schweinske for breakfast and dinner!!! Your rolls at breakfast are amazing, sooo delicious 😋 ......and the other dishes are also very tasty!! We had the Admiral Currywurst and Camembert Schnitzel and on the 2nd day the pulled pork bowl and a hamburger!! 👌😋 I really liked your “Udo” 😅 Very nice and attentive service staff.....💯🥳 We will definitely come back on our next trip to Hamburg ☝️☺️

My girlfriend had pasta with broccoli baked with cheese this evening. Pasta was very soft and unfortunately had no taste and had to be salted more and more And I had shredded turkey, the meat was cut into cubes with a greasy gravy that really didn't go well. The salad didn't go well and the baked potatoes were the best of the meal once and not again

We were there on Sunday for a late breakfast with a table order and waited almost half an hour until our order was taken. After an hour we can have breakfast, which was delicious as always. However, the implementation of reorders was ignored. We had to come to the counter to pay; there were already 6 customers waiting to pay their bill. I have never experienced anything like this in Schweinske.

Very friendly service, solid food, the Red Udo as a delicious beer. The bench/table combinations are not recommended for someone with long legs (very uncomfortable).

The waiting staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was inedible, the chicken lime bowl and obviously just freezer chicken from the day before and the cheese sauce was apparently cream cheese sauce which is not the case. The burger was not cooked properly. We couldn't eat the food, the waitress noticed this and offered us a free coffee which we declined. Who knows what it would have tasted like.

Even if we are sporadic regular guests, we are remembered. Last year we were there for lunch, this year more for breakfast. Everything is always delicious and generous, so that you are full but never full. The waitresses are always friendly with a smile on their faces. Good service is very important here, as we know from good restaurateurs. It is also child-friendly. Changing table, high chairs and painting supplies are available. Simply recommended!

I haven't even been to the restaurant. It was so exciting outside on the street that no one wanted to go in. Well sat, well eaten and very nice service! What more could you want?

The French onion soup was lovely! We just ordered wrong for our main meal. Ordered a lumberjack steak but it turned out to be gammon. The service was excellent though. They had football and I'm not a big fan of eating with TVs blaring.

Looks good on reviews but it isn't somewhere I would rush back too. Must be a sports bar as ever TV had football on . Not my idea of an enjoyable eating environment

I actually don't like writing bad experiences. The food was actually quite good though 1. The soup was brought almost at the same time as the starter and the meal. The roast pork was almost cold but otherwise it would have been good. I like it when the soup and starter can be eaten before the food arrives. When we asked for the bill we received an overpriced bill and I then wanted the bill. Then she came with another bill. I pointed out to her that we were paying too much, yes it was her mistake. She billed us for the bill from the wrong table. Just like that, it was only €22.
