Great place to have an all you can eat. Only thing that’s missing is some deep fried vegan stuff.

The food almost always arrived cold. Not lukewarm, but cold. That was a real shame. Sometimes the plates we ordered didn't arrive until the next order or the one after that. Which at some point was a bit much. Because when there are several people, you quickly lose track of who ordered what. The service was very nice and always cleared the table quickly. In the end there was an error in the billing, but it was quickly and easily remedied. Overall the taste was good. Meat was very tender, but as I said, cold almost every time.

Unfortunately, the food often arrives cold and something is often forgotten. Dishes from the 2nd round then come with the 4th round etc...

Overall, everything was very discreet, as only food and drinks were brought to the table by the staff without any exchange of words. What I have to complain about, however, is that within 2 minutes two different employees came to us and wanted to send us out of the place, even though we still had 5 minutes of our booked time left, with the justification "the next guests are already downstairs" - but downstairs was There was no one in sight and other tables were empty. I think something like that with a small child, which takes longer to do everything, is inappropriate.

The atmosphere has something of a waiting hall and SM temple. A bit modern and elegant. Nothing that conveys Japan but not uncomfortable either. The dishes are extremely Japanese and beautiful. The service is courteous and friendly, although not very interactive due to language barriers. Food is so mixed. Some salads taste like vegetables in slightly sour sweet water. I've been there several times and the flagship, the sushi, depends on the day. This time was delicious. Not Best Sushi In Town, but OK. Especially for the price. Desserts are extremely good. Drinks are expensive, but the selection and quality are great. Especially the homemade things like lemonades and cocktails. All in all, it's a good place to go and for a casual time with friends it's a good choice, especially since the alternatives in the area aren't that numerous.

Overcooked edamame, I couldn't eat the sushi, bok choy was okay, ginger was fresh and tasty, but otherwise...mostly fried, wobbly shrimp, stringy chicken, etc In addition, drinks that were ordered accidentally were not taken off the bill - contrary to the waiter's promise. We went to Kofokoo for all you can eat. Unfortunately, most of the food wasn't that great. The warm dishes were lukewarm to cold and unfortunately rather sticky and tough, making some of them difficult to chew. The cold sushi was okay. The ice cream was quite good. Since everything happened so quickly, one might assume that the food had been there for a while and could therefore be brought straight away. Service was otherwise okay. Will be my first and last visit. Too bad

Hello, the environment and the food were good. The service was very friendly and everything was geared towards good and quick service. I particularly enjoyed the Asian soup. You can have a good time in this place. Highly recommended and happy to come again!

I wish i could give a lower rate than 1 star. None would express it better. First i want to say that the staff was wonderful. Lovely people. Good job. But the food? The food was mistly awful. A buffet for 34.99€ p.P. and everything that was served was either cold, tasted the same or was so badly fried it was hard to chew. On top of that there was a pork gyoza in my vegetable gyoza. Why having the option to order veggie gyozas when they come mixed up with meat. I get that it might have been a mistake.....but still. The location was not crowded to make such mistake. Very sad experience because I used to like the restaurant. But after today I will not visit again.

The food is delicious and you can really have a wide selection of good food at the quasi-all-you-can-eat. It was very busy, and since each table places a lot of orders, it often happened that the wrong orders came or none at all. But since it's easy to ignore that, because you can still fill up a lot with a large amount and there's a lot going on in the store and lots of small portions have to be delivered, it's normal for the wrong things to come every now and then. Therefore: If you want to really soak in the tub with a few people and at an acceptable price with lots of small tasting portions, then this is definitely a suitable place.

Together with my friend, I ordered two mini sushi plates, a large water and edamame à la carte, and we paid a total of €35.50. The price was okay, but the quality of the food left a lot to be desired in terms of taste. Unfortunately we had to leave some dishes behind because they didn't impress us. Things got particularly unpleasant when it came time to pay. I wanted to pay in cash and gave the waiter €40. We had dinner. Small selection of food. Hot dishes were delicious. Sushi and dim sum tasted ok, but nothing special. You are allowed to stay for two hours. 5 dishes every 10 minutes per person. Some dishes count as 2 orders but the portion is really small. The rules are fine, but they should offer bigger portions for every dishes. The food was delicious, but it's not something I would want to eat again.

After 45 minutes we were informed that the next reservation was coming up and we had to leave. We also ordered things that were supposedly no longer available, such as baked bananas. Probably so we can leave the store earlier. I also wonder how you can finish eating after 45 minutes at a restaurant like this. It was definitely better before, a shame!

We ordered various dishes via a tablet at an all-you-can-eat fixed price. The sushi was okay, nothing more or less, the warm dishes were below average, the fruit salad only consisted of apple pieces. The service is on point but impersonal, which is probably due to the concept. At this price, next time we'd rather eat good sushi paired with good service. The smell and cleanliness of the toilet were poor.

I always really enjoyed being at Kofokoo. I had a stomach reduction six months ago, but wanted to go again with a friend. She wanted all-you-can-eat and I wanted a menu because I just can't eat much anymore. After I provided proof of the operation, I was first told that I could pay the children's price for AYCE and then that it was not possible at all. Accordingly, I paid the full price and only ate 3 portions. Really a shame! Then next time I'll probably have to sit at a different table or I won't be able to come back.

We had dinner there for our wedding anniversary. Unfortunately we weren't impressed at all when it came to the food. Some of the warm dishes came to the table cold, but if you ordered several portions of a dish, this was often overlooked and only 1 portion came. The restaurant is well and centrally located in downtown Hamburg. The ambience is beautiful, modern and invites you to linger - even in the open air, either down on the ground floor on Gerhardt-Hauptmann-Platz or on the balcony on the first floor. We visited the restaurant on a Saturday at lunchtime. It was only moderately attended and there were enough seats available at all times. The all-you-can-eat concept is interesting in this restaurant: The restaurant provides a tablet with which you can order up to 5 dishes from the extensive menu every 10 minutes for two hours. The food comes to the table after a short wait and the portions are designed so that you can literally eat your way through the menu. Of course - but not tested - there is also the option of normal à la carte dining. The quality of both food and drinks was largely convincing and shone with school grades between 1 and 2. A few dishes, however, tasted strongly of convenience; This results in half a point being deducted from my rating. The other half point is due to the toilet situation. Unfortunately, the toilets were dirty - I don't want to blame the restaurant for this - and the smell was clearly unpleasant. In view of the rather high price structure, I would also like to deduct half a point for the latter. Conclusion: We would love to come back! Both the ordering system and overall the quality of the food and drinks are worth the price and definitely above average. Thank you!

The concept itself is totally distracting and frustrating. You get one tray per table, the menu is confusing and then you still have to make sure everyone's wishes are accommodated at the table. Some are more standard. The service was quick and friendly. The ambience is okay - the room on the 1st floor is quite large and only partially has a great atmosphere. The price is okay at just under €35 per person for the buffet. Drinks are extra, of course.

I was here for the first time yesterday and I have to say it was really awesome. Definitely a clear recommendation to eat something there. The concept of ordering in batches via tablet was new to me, as was the fact that you only have 2 hours to eat. 2 hours sounds so little at first but it's not noticeable at all. You never have to wait long for food or drinks. Of course there are dishes here and there that you have to wait for, but that's hardly noticeable and is often due to the dishes themselves and you don't actually wait more than 10 minutes. The quantities you get are also really manageable, which means you can try your way through the menu throughout the evening. Paying was also a real dream, it was reported via tablet that you wanted to pay and you had to choose card or cash and you could hardly put the tablet down and the service was at the table to pay. So don't draw attention to yourself for a long time and then wait until someone comes. The ambience got a star deducted from me. Everything is great and beautifully furnished, of course it's a matter of opinion. But there were a lot of little things that "bothered" me, all of which in and of themselves weren't worth a star. But overall then again. So a clear recommendation and I would love to come back!!

Due to the structure of the restaurant It is significantly quieter there than in the Rindermarkt Halle As a criticism I can actually only write the following. I liked a lot of things here better than in the Rindermarkt Halle, but some dishes didn't taste as good here. To give a few examples for the operator: Sometimes a little too much coriander (for my taste), the mango pudding was unfortunately a bit tasteless and the fried desserts were unfortunately fried far too short and not crispy, they should have been in the oil a little longer. Conclusion: Great restaurant with still some room for improvement. If you already know the restaurant in the Rindermarkt Halle and like it there, I can only recommend that you give this restaurant a try.

This was my first time with you, but I've also been to the other kofooko branch before, Your food is good, but the comparison with others is not the same.

In my opinion, the portions have shrunk by half. Some of my favorite foods are charged 2P when ordering (i.e. 2 orders out of 5 that you can make in one ordering round). I still find that all understandable. The service is also great, quick and friendly. BUT, what I found really unpleasant is that the dishes don't look like the photos, no sesame, no sauce. The waiters quickly put the dishes down, but without saying what they were.

So I think only Lidl Sushi is worse. The prices are very cheap but you can't expect anything in return. The sushi was dry and probably machine shaped and came to the table so quickly, unfortunately it was stored for too long and was dry.
