Service was excellent, but the Hamburg-style pan-fried fish with a mini fillet of what was probably cheap pollock, soggy fried potatoes, and ready-made mustard sauce—sorry, I'm used to it differently. System-based gastronomy, not with me anymore. 🤮

The Schweinske in Eidelstedt offers good food and very friendly service. Everything is clean, and there are several parking spaces in front of the door.

My favorite pork loaf. The service is very friendly, the food is delicious, and you can even sit outside when it's warm.

After the rugby match, we were looking for a good restaurant and found one! The dishes were deliciously prepared. The service was excellent! Thank you very much for the last-minute reservation. Highly recommended! We'd love to come back.

Delicious food, nice service, ok price.

Delicious food, good and friendly service in a solid atmosphere. The crispy chicken burger was truly fantastic – juicy, large, and delicious. The cauliflower wings are also highly recommended. The highlight was the house-brewed beer, very drinkable and slightly bitter. The atmosphere is nice, not exactly a highlight, but cozy and rustic. Prices are reasonable, with no major surprises.

We visited Schweinske in Hamburg with the whole family and had an all-around wonderful stay. The service was truly excellent, very friendly, attentive, and warm. You immediately feel welcome and well looked after. The food was consistently delicious, freshly prepared, and generously portioned. The typical Schweinske classics were particularly impressive, and our children loved it too. The ambiance isn't quite as modern as some other restaurants, but it's still cozy and inviting. It has a certain down-to-earth charm that invites you to linger. The restrooms were fine, clean, and functional, if not particularly modern. There's still some room for improvement here. The children's area deserves special mention. Our two kids had a wonderful time playing there and were well occupied, which made the restaurant visit all the more relaxing for us parents. This is a huge plus for families. Overall, a very successful visit with delicious food, great service, and a family-friendly concept. We would be happy to come back.

Discovered by chance. We've been to Schweinske several times at various locations. This one is now our favorite. Simply amazing. Everything is delicious and fresh. Everything is very clean. Very friendly and attentive staff. Prices are still very reasonable. We'll be coming here more often now. Thank you for the amazing breakfast ❤️

Everything was great—but for me personally, the portions were too small, and I unfortunately remained hungry. Prices have risen significantly, but the lunch menu is still recommended.

A lovely, rather hidden pork kebab. The food and service are sensational. They ask almost too often if everything is okay or if you have any special requests. As a guest, you always feel valued, even if you're not a regular.

We decided to stop by Schweinske in Eidelstedt today at short notice. Parking was in the courtyard, we were greeted warmly, and the service was prompt (friendly, fast, and a true hostess!). We opted for the warm round steak and the pulled pork burger. The round steak brought back memories – it was incredibly delicious, the pork tenderloin was tender, and the sauce was divine! The burger was also very good. We started with a generous portion of bread with remoulade, also very tasty. We'd love to come back!

Food ok soup tasted bland Holstein potato soup slightly thin and without the bacon crumbs I ordered extra, so to speak tasteless

The food and service at the restaurant were great the other day. We wanted to order something over the phone for pickup today, but unfortunately, the employee on the phone, who was difficult to understand anyway, was extremely rude. He barely let us finish our order. It's unnecessary. :)

Can't really give it a star. We sat at a table outside, but weren't served. I went inside, too, but the waitress ignored me. So we left our seats after 30 minutes and went somewhere else to eat.

TOP! Whenever we're in Hamburg, a visit to Schweinske is a must! We feel at home there. Super attentive and friendly service, and the seating is comfortable both inside and outside (we sat in the sun 🌞). I also really like the parking! We love coming here, and this won't be our last time ⚘️👍🏻

The food came quickly and the service staff was very nice and competent. I found the atmosphere cozy. The noise level is ok. I had a simple schnitzel with fries. Except for the fact that the fries weren't seasoned, everything was very tasty and a good portion. I would love to come back.

Our pig in Eidelstedt. Great location, nice service and you immediately feel at home. Delicious food, nice beer garden, not right on the street. Just always beautiful. On weekends it is advisable to reserve a table. It is often very crowded. . . It's really great how the staff manages to do it anyway. - Thanks for the great service. There are also parking spaces, although not many. Highly recommended.

The food is good, unfortunately there is only Pepsi Cola and it was very cold in the restaurant

Food was okay...but the service could be better.

Unfortunately the food was very poor. We have been here many times, but the taste and portion size have changed. The tomato pepper sauce and the Jägerschnitzel sauce taste like they come from a Maggi Fix bag. The Chicken Lime Bowl is covered with spray cheese. Visually it looks like it's a mess. It feels like the furnishings haven't been updated or cleaned properly in 30 years. Everything looks very run down and worn out.

Overall, the restaurant impresses with tasty food. The dishes are fresh and well prepared and the friendly service makes you feel welcome. A small downside: I really miss the Gorgonzola sauce that used to be on the menu. :( Occasionally there are minor weaknesses in the kitchen, such as poorly peeled asparagus or potatoes that are a little too firm. These small dropouts detract from the overall impression a little.

We have been here three times during our visit to the area. The first two times there was lunch and now breakfast for the first time. The waitress is always super nice and also has an eye/ear for his guests. Since there was a little left over here, a bag was placed on the table for us to take without asking. That's service! What I always find very strange is that there is a lot of reservation here. But I never see anyone sitting there. Well, that's how it is sometimes. The ambience is typical Schweinske. Anyone who has been to the other stores knows this. It's a little "smaller" here but that also makes it more comfortable. There is even extra play space for the little ones. I'd love to come back. What was super great and the food was bomb

A nice little corner restaurant that is not reminiscent of the "mass processing" in the large branches. What's impressive here is the friendly and courteous service with stable prices and, in my opinion, better quality than in the larger stores. So definitely worth a visit! 👌

Went here for dinner with a good friend yesterday. Why are we such a mess? Well, because Schweinske is actually known for its delicious homemade schnitzels. However, what I got was anything but tasty or homemade. Firstly, the schnitzel wasn't nearly as big as I was used to. I'm not picky, but what was brought to me I would call it schnitzel. Unsatisfactory. Secondly, and this is the much more crucial point, the schnitzel was not homemade. Clearly industrially manufactured. After asking the really friendly waitress, I was told that the schnitzels had not been made, pounded, breaded and fried in-house for some time. Unfortunately, only industrial, prefabricated mass-produced goods like those from the company canteen. Thirdly, the fries were definitely not freshly made, but frozen goods like you would find at a snack bar. Not objectionable per se, but unfortunately it was fried too briefly. A real disappointment unfortunately. And €15.70 for that. Therefore: Food - flop Service - top Ambiance - Good Addendum to Schweinske's answer: I very much doubt that the schnitzel is freshly made. See picture 1, my schnitzel looked 99% like this example picture. Everything is flat and beautifully industrially breaded and completely the same in breading and height. In the second picture a classic real schnitzel, which was beaten and breaded in-house. An example image from another Schweinske branch from the vastness of the Internet. This is how I imagine a nice schnitzel. The difference is simply clearly visible. That's why there's direct demand from the staff. Maybe I'll come by again and ask for exactly this schnitzel. Let's see what it looks like then. ;-)

In my opinion, the food is nowhere near as good as it used to be. The schnitzels are supposedly freshly prepared, but their taste and consistency are more reminiscent of convenience products. You can certainly eat there, but the overall experience and enjoyment has now reached the level of a better snack bar

I was here for lunch and had the Paprikaschnitzel. The food was very good and the portion was absolutely appropriate for the price. The service was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, the menu offers a nice selection, including for vegetarians.
