Very tasty lunch with very friendly, attentive staff

Our pig in Eidelstedt. Great location, nice service and you immediately feel at home. Delicious food, nice beer garden, not right on the street. Just always beautiful. On weekends it is advisable to reserve a table. It is often very crowded. . . It's really great how the staff manages to do it anyway. - Thanks for the great service. There are also parking spaces, although not many. Highly recommended.

The food is good, unfortunately there is only Pepsi Cola and it was very cold in the restaurant

Food was okay...but the service could be better.

Unfortunately the food was very poor. We have been here many times, but the taste and portion size have changed. The tomato pepper sauce and the Jägerschnitzel sauce taste like they come from a Maggi Fix bag. The Chicken Lime Bowl is covered with spray cheese. Visually it looks like it's a mess. It feels like the furnishings haven't been updated or cleaned properly in 30 years. Everything looks very run down and worn out.

Overall, the restaurant impresses with tasty food. The dishes are fresh and well prepared and the friendly service makes you feel welcome. A small downside: I really miss the Gorgonzola sauce that used to be on the menu. :( Occasionally there are minor weaknesses in the kitchen, such as poorly peeled asparagus or potatoes that are a little too firm. These small dropouts detract from the overall impression a little.

A restaurant with heart and soul! As soon as you enter you feel welcome. The team is warm and attentive without seeming fake. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed evening or a special meal. The food impresses with fresh ingredients and a lot of attention to detail and the prices are absolutely fair. Here you can just tell that the guests come first. A place that you would like to visit again and recommend to everyone 🫶🏻

We have been here three times during our visit to the area. The first two times there was lunch and now breakfast for the first time. The waitress is always super nice and also has an eye/ear for his guests. Since there was a little left over here, a bag was placed on the table for us to take without asking. That's service! What I always find very strange is that there is a lot of reservation here. But I never see anyone sitting there. Well, that's how it is sometimes. The ambience is typical Schweinske. Anyone who has been to the other stores knows this. It's a little "smaller" here but that also makes it more comfortable. There is even extra play space for the little ones. I'd love to come back. What was super great and the food was bomb

A nice little corner restaurant that is not reminiscent of the "mass processing" in the large branches. What's impressive here is the friendly and courteous service with stable prices and, in my opinion, better quality than in the larger stores. So definitely worth a visit! 👌

I had breakfast here with my girlfriend today....great 😍 dear employee....the scrambled eggs with champions were super delicious 😋 the rolls were a dream....the trip was worth it.....we'll be back 100% again !!!!!Keep it up!!!

After 10 years, back to Schweinske and nothing has changed for the worse. I love Rundstück warm and it still tasted as good as before. The prices are completely ok. The waiter was attentive and friendly. The weather was great so we sat outside

Went here for dinner with a good friend yesterday. Why are we such a mess? Well, because Schweinske is actually known for its delicious homemade schnitzels. However, what I got was anything but tasty or homemade. Firstly, the schnitzel wasn't nearly as big as I was used to. I'm not picky, but what was brought to me I would call it schnitzel. Unsatisfactory. Secondly, and this is the much more crucial point, the schnitzel was not homemade. Clearly industrially manufactured. After asking the really friendly waitress, I was told that the schnitzels had not been made, pounded, breaded and fried in-house for some time. Unfortunately, only industrial, prefabricated mass-produced goods like those from the company canteen. Thirdly, the fries were definitely not freshly made, but frozen goods like you would find at a snack bar. Not objectionable per se, but unfortunately it was fried too briefly. A real disappointment unfortunately. And €15.70 for that. Therefore: Food - flop Service - top Ambiance - Good Addendum to Schweinske's answer: I very much doubt that the schnitzel is freshly made. See picture 1, my schnitzel looked 99% like this example picture. Everything is flat and beautifully industrially breaded and completely the same in breading and height. In the second picture a classic real schnitzel, which was beaten and breaded in-house. An example image from another Schweinske branch from the vastness of the Internet. This is how I imagine a nice schnitzel. The difference is simply clearly visible. That's why there's direct demand from the staff. Maybe I'll come by again and ask for exactly this schnitzel. Let's see what it looks like then. ;-)

In my opinion, the food is nowhere near as good as it used to be. The schnitzels are supposedly freshly prepared, but their taste and consistency are more reminiscent of convenience products. You can certainly eat there, but the overall experience and enjoyment has now reached the level of a better snack bar

I was here for lunch and had the Paprikaschnitzel. The food was very good and the portion was absolutely appropriate for the price. The service was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, the menu offers a nice selection, including for vegetarians.

Nice and friendly. But it has become very expensive. Coffee 2.60. Breakfast, the big party, now costs 9.90 euros and is less. Because now without scrambled eggs. Otherwise it was always there, but you had to order it separately for a lot of money. 😁🙄. It doesn't work at all.

Super delicious breakfast (had champagne breakfast) there is really something for everyone, the service is great, attentive and humorous. Scrambled eggs were exceptionally good. Unfortunately the room was a bit cold. Parking spaces are available. Price-performance is really great!

Since there is no Schweinske in Elmshorn anymore, we got the tip from this restaurant. Either you make a reservation in advance or you arrive on time. The menu selection has been expanded for breakfast, which is great. The taste is also great. Service attentive and friendly. Have been there twice now and certainly not the last time

The first impression is great. The 2. Horrible! We were ripped off while eating! We ordered the small currywurst. We also got a small one. We had to pay for the large one that we supposedly ordered, which is an absolute rip-off!

We made reservations in advance by phone for several people. When we were there, we were accused of not having reserved anything and of not knowing anything about it. The store was half empty and the employee really didn't want to let us sit down at first. We stood in the doorway with our child for ages and when we showed our call history, they didn't even apologize and we were allowed to sit down. Waited a long time for the dishes, the taste was okay, but not a high flyer. All food was lukewarm, some components were cold. But the worst part was the portion for our little one. Overcooked pasta with a bit of diluted tomato paste, for almost €5. He tried it, didn't even want to eat it. He liked our dishes and the bread better :) Very unfriendly staff, I don't think we'll go there again.

Prices and quality are simply no longer right. Not even with the drinks. Cocktails are weak, have less alcohol, but are more expensive. And I can no longer see paying twice for ketchup or mayo (red/white).

For me the BEST PORK. We were happy that a Schweinske opened in Niendorf. But no comparison to Eidelstedt. Starting with the service, the portions, the ambience. Extreme volume in Niendorf. Hard to bear. No relaxed meal possible. Waited over 1 hour for the food. So we remain loyal to Eidelstedt. It's worth driving through the enclosure.

We (2 people) went to "Schweini" because they had great fried potatoes there! The quantity was ok, but the quality left a lot to be desired! Was there another cook in the kitchen?

It's a nice rustic atmosphere. The service is friendly and in a good mood. The price-performance ratio is excellent.

Nach über 10 Jahren war ich mal wieder dort essen,es war noch genauso gut und lecker wie früher!Schade das es euch nicht in Boizenburg/Elbe gibt!!!

Das Essen ist ok (Fleisch allerdings nicht so hochwertig), die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, aber man sollte unbedingt Bargeld dabei haben, denn das EC-Gerät funktioniert so gut wie nie! Für mich ein Grund den Laden nicht mehr zu besuchen, da es auch immer auf irgendwelche Umstände geschoben wird (Wetter, Baustelle,..) und man jedes mal zur nächsten Bank laufen muss. Bitte investiert in besseres WLAN!
