Wanderer, kommst Du nach Schwabing, kehre ein beim „Wassermann“. Ein tolles Lokal, wir waren hier 3x zum Frühstück und 1x zum Abendessen, es war ganz toll, feine Speisen, zuvorkommendes, freundliches Personal, angenehmes Ambiente, eine Lampe aus Metallfolie in Rot/Braun, sehr extravaganter Lichtspender.

There is probably a new manager who still has to prove himself. Definitely not a restaurant for a cozy evening with friends. We were rudely thrown out after an expensive meal on a Wednesday because we were playing cards.

Despite nice service and good food, only 2 stars - thanks to the new shift manager, who probably has the ideal image of his restaurant in mind without relaxed regulars' tables with card games. We were asked to leave the restaurant because of our Doppelkopf round.

The breakfast was very good. The lady who served us was super friendly and did her best to fulfill our special requests. The arguments and loud discussions among the staff at the bar were annoying. That was a mood killer and should be solved differently

There is a good breakfast here, not cheap, but tasty. It's best to make a reservation on weekends as it gets quite busy.

We went to Schwabinger Wassermann for a birthday breakfast with our daughter. It was an absolutely successful morning: very tasty breakfast, very friendly service and a very inviting atmosphere. Our birthday child felt very comfortable.

Needs to improve a lot on food quality, even if u want to cut costs, there are some basics to call a burger black Angus . Service was great and wonderful location.

The restaurant later turned into a cool bar - a great atmosphere with fantastic drinks. We would particularly like to highlight the attentive and super-friendly staff. A real highlight in Munich – if we are in Munich again, we will definitely come back!

We were here for breakfast on Saturday a week ago. Not for the first time, but definitely for the last time. Even in the cafeteria of a furniture store, I would expect a different response from the service staff to my comments. But it is probably more important to have an eyelash that is reminiscent of the flapping wings of an African spotted eagle than to show empathy in service. Be that as it may, now to the process. In one of the five breakfasts the raspberries were moldy. It's not bad at first - things like that can happen. Everything else around it was fine and tasted very good and was brought to the table attractively. The feedback regarding the raspberries was accepted without comment, as was the advice that you should keep an eye on them in the kitchen. This was also ignored. I don't even want to go into how long it took to prepare my second latte. The crowning moment for me was that when I commented that I had a locking clip in my Bircher muesli, the answer came: “What’s piling up at the table”. Sorry guys, you might hear that in a fast food restaurant - but not here.

Successful mix of classic and modern... you sit very comfortably. The staff are very friendly, excellent service and a really great breakfast, you have to go if you are in Munich. There is also a great evening menu. We would be happy to come back on our next visit to Munich.

We were in Munich for 2 days and the breakfast in the hotel wasn't the first choice, which is why we looked for a restaurant on OpenTable and came across Schwabinger Wassermann. The breakfast was great on both days - fresh, tasty, plenty and varied. Simply great! The team was first class on both December 31st and January 1st, super friendly and on the ball. Great class, although not only these days but also the weeks before were particularly stressful. Big praise. We'll definitely take a look again when we're in Munich.

Very nice atmosphere with good food. You can find both local food and international food. We ate Topkapı (omelette) and Kaiserschumarnn. I just loved Kaiser it was so delicious ! A little warning for the English speaker customers, the stuff may not know English :) so, be prepared.

Very tasty food (good selection too) at normal prices in Munich. There were four of us and everyone was very satisfied with the taste. Unfortunately, there were compromises in the portion size, which was not satisfactory and was too small. Nobody was really full and that's a bit bitter. So desserts had to be ordered - but they were all a delight. Cozy, Bavarian atmosphere and definitely worth a visit. The friendly waiter Carsten was outstanding: you can tell he's really up for it, personable, good wine advice, he can simply provide service.

Alles sehr lebendig und teilweise aufschreckend laut; der Service war sehr zuverlässig und schnell; jedoch nicht nett; beim Strammen Max waren die Spiegeleier kalt; also richtig kalt nicht lauwarm oder so…unterm Strich: „Passt scho!“

Really chic place. Whether it's a delicious beer or just a coffee. I honestly have mixed opinions when it comes to food. The last few times the portions were really small. So small that even the children couldn't get enough. At a whopping 25 euros per meal, that's quite an announcement. The taste is good but the ratio to the price just doesn't fit.

I used to really enjoy being there. We are a group of several people who live in the neighborhood. But the portions are sometimes OUTRAGEOUSLY small. I really wouldn't be writing this if I wasn't completely horrified. The duck I recently ordered didn't even satisfy my 45 kilo colleague. A few pieces of meat, a dollop of red cabbage and a tiny dumpling. The whole thing cost 24 euros. Since then we have said to each other that we will not come back to eat there. Inflation or not, you can still expect an inexpensive main course to fill you up.

We were here for dinner for the first time. Unfortunately we have to say that the food is very expensive in relation to the quantity. We had the fish and the ravioli and it was really pretty straightforward. The taste was super delicious but please a little more of everything. We also reported this back to the service person, but she only asked us if we would like to look at the map again. If prices are already being raised everywhere in the catering industry, please don't reduce the portion size as well.

I recently had lunch with a friend at Wassermann (outdoor area). Unfortunately, the proud waitress showed little understanding for a special request. It is not possible to get a salad instead of vegetables with the pike perch fillet. In addition, the triplets (potatoes) are “counted out”, which means that you cannot order any more. Normally the young ladies in service at Aquarius are extremely friendly. However, this slightly older waitress behaved in a very condescending manner. Next time I will place myself outside of their area of ​​operation. If a change to the supplement is not possible, then you just have to accept that. But we didn't like the way it was communicated at all.

Die Bratkartoffeln beim Schnitzel waren verbrannt & mein Fischgericht hat zu viel Fett über dem Gemüse und dem Fisch gehabt. Hat nur nach Fett geschmeckt ... Habe dort schon richtig gutes Lammfleisch gegessen, dagegen war das Essen nicht gut.

It's lovely to eat outside in the summer. The staff is very nice and you can find a meal for everyone (especially vegetarian and vegan).

Stylish location, varied standard menu and day menu, value for money is good, nice and attentive service. I like the mixed audience: from seniors who eat lunch alone, to young people who meet for a late breakfast, to colleagues who are there after work to eat/drink.

Es war sehr schön. Wir hatten draußen einen Tisch. Es sind zwar immer wieder Autos vorbeigefahren, aber eher nur hin und wieder mal. Also es war nicht so laut (je nachdem welche Tischnachbarn man natürlich bekommt ;)) Das Essen war sehr gut. Zur Vorspeise hatten wir zu zweit den Büffelmozzarella mit Tomaten und Rucola. Das war echt sehr gut. Ich habe den Beyond Burger mit Süßkartoffelpommes ausprobiert. Mir persönlich hat das Patty nicht so geschmeckt, aber der Rest vom Burger und die Pommes, die auch noch gewürzt waren, waren klasse. Mein Freund hatte das Wiener Schnitzel mit Bratkartoffeln. Leider waren die Kartoffeln für unseren Geschmack nur wenig gewürzt und ein bisschen zu ölig. Deswegen würden er das nächste Mal eher Pommes anstatt Bratkartoffeln nehmen. Und die Nachspeisen kann ich nur empfehlen. Ich hatte Molleaux au chocolat (Schokokuchen mit flüssigem Kern) und mein Freund hatte eine Mascarponecreme mit Erdbeeren.

I used to LOVE the Wassermann in Glockenbach. Happy to see that this restaurant is also FAB, food was tasty and reasonable and a nice atmosphere. Wait staff was OUTSTANDING!!

The breakfast tasted good but was completely overpriced. The bread basket doesn't deserve the name - only 3 small slices of baguette per person and not even a fresh roll. And the cheese was just 3 extra thin tiny Emmental slices. Ow Otherwise a very clear plate. You won't really get full from breakfast. I would have expected more for the steep price.

Although it's a big restaurant but it has its charm. We were sitting inside as it was super hot outside! I had wiener schnitzel, which I can highly recommend! They service was very attentive! It has a big inside area to sit and outside around the restaurant you can also sit! If you like traditional Bavaria, which is a mixture of international food, then this is a place for you! I can only recommend it!!

Leute, was war das denn?? Ihr könnt doch nicht in einem Raum 2 Minuten Verzögerung zwischen dem einen kleinen TV und allen anderen Leinwänden und Fernsehern haben?! Von jedem Platz im Lokal hätte man gut sehen können ohne dass 3 Leute schon gejubelt haben. Da macht auch der gute Service keinen Spaß wenn man permanent schon weiß dass etwas, das aussieht wie ein guter Konter oder eine große Chance, nischt wird.

The waitress was unfriendly and unwilling to come to the table. The portion for 28€ Wienerschnitzel wouldn't be enough for a 10 year old child... Ambience was wonderful.

Great spot to watch the Euro24 game with friends. The food, drinks and service were all on point. I'd definitely come back for a regular dinner as well. This would be a fun date night spot or a place to have beers with a group of friends.

Das Essen war wirklich hervorragend, dafür hat sich auch die lange Wartezeit gelohnt. Der Kellner war, trotz enormem Stress, sehr freundlich und sogar noch zum Spaßen aufgelegt.

Leider war die Bedienung etwas unorganisiert. Wir mussten 45 Minutem warten bis wir Getränke bekammen (nach 2-maligen Nachfragen.). Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Schwabinger Wassermann können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Haven't been to this restaurant in a while - you can probably risk it for a Sunday walk stopover with a cappuccino and a croissant. We thought so. Sitting down outside, ordering was placed relatively quickly: two cappus, two croissants and two glasses of tap water. The coffee came after about 25 minutes. After the waitress came out ignoring us for the third time, I headed towards the counter to remember the rest of the order. Then she “already” came towards me, but without the water. That's what happened after all, as I remembered. Anyway. The coffee was an imposition: lukewarm, bitter, horrible. The croissants were fine, the water tasted soapy. The whole thing for 18 euros! 5.50 for a bad cold cappuccino, thank you very much, never again.
