I was there with my son and ate we had a salmon with spinach and a rump steak with fries. It was very nice in the shop and the food tasted very good, the price was also good and the service was friendly. I would be happy to come back again

As part of my magical dinner shows (mental magic around the brain), I was able to get to know the Schützenhof and its operators better. I was impressed by the team's great commitment. Everyone is very warm, familiar and the food is really delicious. The sauces in particular are probably legendary. Thank you, dear Steffi, for the fried Maultaschen on the last day of the show. This is one of my favorite dishes :-). How did you know that?

We celebrated my mother's 80th birthday here with guests from near and far. From the great decoration to the extremely friendly service staff to the excellent food, everything was absolutely perfect. We held a alumni meeting with 45 people in the Schützenhof on September 7th, 2024. The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly and quick. I can only recommend the restaurant.

We celebrated my mother's 90th birthday here on August 24th. It was very nice, we sat in a separate room. Very cozy, you can also sit outside in the restaurant and in the beer garden. The food is very good. Price/performance is right. The whole team is very nice and you feel comfortable. We always enjoy going there.

Small oasis with excellent food! The garden is a small oasis in the middle of the city, the staff and owners are very friendly and attentive. Sometimes you also get entertainment from live singers - these evenings are always something special - the food, whether schnitzel or fish, always has something special. Therefore only recommended!!!

Super delicious food at a great price. I had dinner there with my wife yesterday. I had the cordon bleu with an upgrade to fried potatoes and my wife had the mushroom cream schnitzel with fried potatoes. The food was so rich that we had to have it packed up. Absolute visit recommendation. Yesterday there was even live music in the beer garden with a top musician 💪🏻👌🏻 we will definitely be back and would recommend the restaurant to everyone who comes to Wiesbaden/Biebrich :-) Almost the best thing to forget ;-) the super nice waitress and cook(?!) shouldn't be forgotten at this point either. All three from the restaurant that I/we got to know yesterday have their hearts in the right place and are totally accommodating, keep it up 👍🏻

Well, it's just a pub, it's okay without any pretensions or experience. I only ate dessert and a potato soup. Dessert is much better, soup is fine. Service tried hard. Just stop.

We came here for lunch with our visit from the USA, everything was very good and we would like to come back!!!

The food is wonderfully fresh, just like your mother's and she could cook really well. The service is there promptly and fulfills every wish and you really feel cared for and looked after. The dishes are so delicious and large that as a 204m tall man I had to manage it and I couldn't leave anything on the plate. Simply too delicious. When we are in the area again, this restaurant will be the first and only place we will go to. Simply bomb.👍👍👍

We were here for the first time today and really felt very comfortable. The food was very tasty and plentiful. Value for money is great. The service was super nice and accommodating. We had the farmer's cordon bleu and a mushroom cream schnitzel with fried potatoes... highly recommended. The feta cheese from the oven as a starter was also really tasty (some people would say “better than Greek” 😉). There is also a delicious “liquid dessert”. We will definitely come back and say thank you for the lovely evening.

Once again from Switzerland visiting the old homeland and discovering the Schützenhof. In the super cozy beer garden, Tafelspitz was eaten tenderly and without annoying fat with Frankfurt green sauce like my great-grandmother made it, and my partner's schnitzel was perfect from the breading to the point of cooking. Fresh salads, homemade sauces and everything at an unbeatable price for the portion sizes. Nice little menu with a great selection of regional dishes, plus a seasonal menu and two daily specials, including a curry for mainstream guests. Very friendly and attentive service. If you like freshly cooked food, this is the place for you. The inside of the restaurant is a bit old, but that may be the case. Ambiance matches the food. Thank you very much dear Schützenhof team, we will definitely come back on our next visit!

We had a very nice evening. The three ladies were very concerned about our well-being. It was a very pleasant feeling to be welcomed here. The menu only offers a small selection of dishes. In my experience, this is always positive because they only make these dishes to their own perfection. The atmosphere is relaxed and rustic and didn't seem overcrowded when we visited. You can also eat in the beer garden to the side of the guest house. All in all I would give it 4.6 stars. Gladly again. For the benefit

We visited this restaurant with a small group of 4 people. I can say that the impression of dinner can be described by the scene "Anton Ego Tastes Ratatouille" 😉 everything was very very tasty, the salad, the steak, the asparagus and a great dessert. Many thanks to all the service staff for our great evening, by the way, service is possible not only in German and English, for this an extra like🤝👍 P.S.I don’t have any photos of the dishes, we enjoyed dinner and forgot about our phones😅

Unfortunately, the Schützenhof is no longer what it used to be! My experience in the last 2 years, tried to get something to eat there 3 times, once in 2022 at 1:15 p.m. with a friend in the restaurant, wanted to order food, they would have lunch soon and we could only drink something! gone without a word! We could have ordered drinks twice in the afternoon shortly before 5 p.m. in 2022, but there was no food! Mother's Day this year, I was there at 11.30 a.m., 1 guest was sitting in the courtyard, I sat down with the joy of getting something to eat, the waitress came and said: have you made a reservation? If not, all they can do is order something to drink! Hello, is a restaurant that was STILL empty not able to serve meals if seats were not reserved? She said they weren't prepared for that. Someone should say that the Corona period has damaged this restaurant if you can't accept an additional guest in a courtyard that is still learning. I've been there about 70 times in about 40 years. That is now in the past. If you're spontaneously hungry, you don't need to go there without a reservation!

Very nice, attentive and fast service, good selection of food and drinks, large portions and very, very tasty! Our dog was given a bowl of water straight away and we felt very welcome and will definitely come back more often!

The side salad was good. The schnitzel with hand cheese wasn't anything special. The hand cheese stuck my mouth together, I know that solved much better. The fries were good. The onion roast wasn't anything special either. The portions were large. Unfortunately the Tafelspitz was out.

We were there for the first time and absolutely loved it. The food was freshly prepared, the price-performance ratio was great and our individual wishes were taken into account very personally and fulfilled to our complete satisfaction. We don't live around the corner, but we'll definitely come back!

We went to the Schützenhof for lunch. Food and service were good. Schnitzel and asparagus were fine, but the price was a bit excessive The side salad was a bit stale. The Schützenhof itself should be modernized a bit, that would be good for the rooms.

Not what it used to be anymore. Service with one person revised for approx. 20 guests. According to the announcement, the service was ok. Schnitzel was tasteless and dry and dark. Fresh schnitzels were delivered later but all in all it wasn't an experience I would want to repeat!!!

Yesterday we had dinner with 8 people. The meals were super tasty. Almost everyone had a schnitzel specialty. The meat was tasty and juicy. My fried potatoes really dark, the way I like them. The service was quick, friendly and always present. At the end there was a “rolled schnapps” with the landlady. Everything perfect. We'd love to come back.

We had dinner today with a group of eight people. The starters of Spundkäse and Carpacchio were very tasty, the Farmer's Cordon Bleu, the brawn and pepper cream were sooooo good. Stopped in spontaneously at lunchtime and were served very friendly and quickly. There are children's chairs, a children's meal (schnitzel with fries), we were three adults with two children. Our food was very tasty, the sauces were good. The price-performance ratio was right, gladly again.

Wir waren am 25.12.23 mit 25 Personen hier im Schützenhof zum Weihnachtsessen. Wie immer wurden wir hier sehr herzlich empfangen. Die diesjährige Weihnachtsempfehlung war sehr einladend und für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Aufgrund der Personen waren wir in der Lage alles zu bestellen und zu probieren. Von Ochsenbäckchen, Wildgulasch, Gänsekeule bis hin zum Schnitzel…..uns allen hat es geschmeckt. Bemerkenswert war wir konnten alle zusammen Essen trotz vollem Restaurant. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.

Das Personal ist sehr bemüht. Das Essen war leider noch nicht mal Durchschnitt. Saucen waren nicht frisch. Waren eine große Gesellschaft. Auf das Essen haben wir nach der Bestellung ca 60 min gewartet. Meiner Meinung nach kann ich solch große Gesellschaften nicht annehmen wenn ich die Kapazitäten nicht habe. Essen war beim servieren nur noch lauwarm. Schade… da ist noch sehr viel Platz nach oben…

Vor kurzem hatten wir das Vergnügen, im Schützenhof Wiesbaden einen nachträglichen Geburtstag mit einer Gruppe von 16 Personen zu feiern. Diese Erfahrung war in jeder Hinsicht bemerkenswert. Das Essen übertraf unsere Erwartungen: Jeder Teller, der serviert wurde, war nicht nur köstlich, sondern auch in perfekten Portionen angerichtet. Die Qualität und Frische der Speisen waren außergewöhnlich. Das Ambiente des Schützenhofes trug wesentlich zu unserem angenehmen Abend bei. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sauber und einladend, was eine warme und gemütliche Atmosphäre schuf. Besonders beeindruckend war der Service. Sowohl die Bedienungen als auch die Geschäftsinhaber zeigten eine außerordentliche Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit. Sie sorgten dafür, dass wir uns willkommen und gut betreut fühlten. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im Schützenhof ist hervorzuheben. Angesichts der hohen Qualität des Essens und des Services waren die Preise sehr angemessen. Es ist selten, dass man ein Restaurant findet, das in so vielen Aspekten überzeugt. Zusammenfassend war unser Erlebnis im Schützenhof Wiesbaden ausgezeichnet. Es ist ein Ort, den ich wärmstens empfehlen kann, sei es für große Gruppenfeiern oder für ein gemütliches Abendessen. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

Ich war sehr begeistert von der Variete Dinnershow . Das Essen war spitze überhaupt alle drei Gänge . Dazwischen immer ein Artist mit vielen tollen Auftritte. Dem Personal vom Schützenhof ein ganz großes Lob für das tolle Essen das Ambiente und für eure Freundlichkeit . Macht weiter so 😃😃😃

Wir hatten das Vergnügen unsere Hochzeit dort zu feiern. Alle Essen waren sehr reichlich und super lecker. Freundliche Bedingungen. Es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Nach unserem monatlichen Kulturausflug mit 17 Mann zum Abendessen eingekehrt. Tische waren perfekt eingedeckt, das Personal (Frau Katharina) sehr aufmerksam, schnell und freundlich. Das Essen war sehr gut zubereitet und reichlich. Ein Restaurant, das wir empfehlen können.

Super nette Bedienungen, nicht aufdringlich, aber immer präsent. Preis Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt. Essen sehr lecker und frisch. Schnitzel kommen aus der Pfanne und die Pommes sind in sauberem Fett gebacken.... All das schmeckt man auch. Herzlichen Dank für den schönen Abend.... Wir kommen wieder.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, das drei Gänge Menü zu genießen, und es war schlichtweg fantastisch! Das Schnitzel war perfekt zubereitet, knusprig von außen und unglaublich zart von innen. Ein wahres Geschmackserlebnis! Doch das Highlight des Abends waren die Apfelringe in Vanillesoße als Nachspeise. Ein himmlischer Genuss, der meine Geschmacksknospen verzaubert hat. Das Zusammenspiel von süßen Apfelringen und der samtigen Vanillesoße war einfach göttlich. Das Ambiente und der Service rundeten das kulinarische Erlebnis ab. Absolut empfehlenswert – ich komme definitiv wieder!

Ich liebe Schnitzel und deutsche Küche. Zur Abwechslung habe ich ein Hacksteak (mit Röstzwiebeln, Spiegelei und Bacon) gegessen. SEHR GUT und ordentliche Portion. Auch meiner Schwester und meinem Schwager hat es sehr gut geschmeckt. Freundlicher und netter Service. Lediglich das Wetter war novemberbedingt nicht lobenswert. Wenn man bei schönem Wetter auch noch draußen sitzen kann, ist der SCHÜTZENHOF (am Rande des Schloßparks) eine gute Empfehlung. Ich jedenfalls werde gerne mal wieder reinschauen.

Zu erst : eine sehr freundliche Bedienung.Eine übersichtliche Speisekarte,nicht zu groß oder zu klein.Wir wurden dazu noch über Wildspezialitäten ,die nicht auf der Karte standen,informiert. Wir aßen jeder eine Schnitzelvariante mit Beilagensalat und Pommes.Es waren wirklich große Portionen so das meine Frau es nicht ganz schafte.Was übrig blieb wurde zum mitnehmen eingepackt.Geschmacklich waren die überbackenen Schnitzel vorzüglich,wirklich erste Sahne.Kann dieses Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.
