The late shift on September 30, 2024 was very nice, fast, friendly and confident. The food was good and fresh. We'd love to come back! *Price was great too!

Went there spontaneously to eat and got a seat. Food was very tasty, very nice service. Atmosphere seems a bit old-fashioned at first, but is still cozy. The Garley Hell is very tasty and recommended. The price is okay, but not cheap either, but the quality does justice. If there is something to "criticize" then it is the parking situation on site, where of course the options are limited and the not so well cleaned chanterelles. Despite all this, I ignored it in my review. :-)

Very tasty, rustic inn with history, very good and tasty home cooking. Prices are also very moderate these days. Always happy.

Wedding anniversary visit Old-fashioned restaurant, ambience leaves a lot to be desired. Food was oversalted and inedible. Vegan food not available. When asked, only ambiguous information about the method of preparation. Ultimately, a makeshift salad was offered that would be thrown together. I refused and went home hungry. Last visit. Prices are also exorbitantly high for what is on offer.

The FOOD was simply DELICIOUS and the service was very good! Just go there and enjoy it!!

An outdated shop with average food, but it's still nice that shops like this still exist, because there aren't that many restaurants in a small town in a rural area.

At first I didn't think the Schützenhaus was particularly special. With the bar it had a bit of a pub feel to it. But the facility is well maintained. The tables are clean and beautifully set. We were there in a small group and had a table where we could have a good chat. The service is ok. The wait for the food to arrive felt a bit long. But the food was really tasty. I had the nut roast with sweet potato fries and found it very tasty. There are a few vegetarian dishes. So more than the usual big salad. The portions are large. The prices are OK. I will definitely come back and try more dishes.

The cake is definitely very fresh and delicious. The waitress was super friendly even though it was a bit crowded. No on-site parking - if you're not a local or don't walk well, it's poorly regulated. The restaurant itself looks old and the toilet and water there are very cold! Nevertheless, I would happily go there again.

A pity. Food was lukewarm to cold. The waiter rolls dice behind his counter instead of bringing drinks. Unfortunately it's no longer worth another visit. A real shame.

Clean restaurant with home-style cuisine and (for today's times) moderate prices. Food was great and actually seemed homemade despite the prices. Fast and very friendly service. Free table for 4 people in transit unannounced at lunchtime👍🏻. Top. Ambiance was actually ok, only the Christmas decorations in mid-February took some getting used to 😉

We ate here for the first time today and were thrilled. Great service and despite the fact that the shop was full, the food was pretty quick and tasted really tasty. We'd love to come back.

Went to the Schützenhaus for a book reading. With regard to the reader "Overbeck", the event was a very well presented event, coupled with a lot of humor and current circumstances of the guests' behavior. Big thanks to those reading. The house itself has to live with criticism. The acoustics in the hall are suboptimal because not everything in the last rows could be understood. If necessary, you should remedy the situation by installing loudspeakers. An untenable situation, however, in the men's sanitary facilities, where all urinals were 3/4 full after use and the drainage was completely overwhelmed or even non-existent. Event rating: 5 out of 5 points. Venue: 2 out of 5 points

Sind ca. alle 4 Wochen dort. Immer wieder gut. Essen gut, Ambiente gut, Deko sehr gut, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Eigentlich eine tolle Auswahl an bürgerlicher Küche. Die Hochzeitssuppe war etwas fad und hätte heißer sein können. Das Steak mit Würzfleisch war nichts, essen war kalt das Steak total trocken das Würzfleisch war geschmacklich sehr fad. Die Preise sind schon recht hoch und das für dies Quantität vom Essen. Service war ok. Leider keine Empfehlung mehr.

Super Essen, gemütlich, rustikal..... Die Beleuchtung/ Lichtkonzept müsste im Gastraum überarbeitet werden!

Essen sah lecker aus, war aber leider lauwarm. Preise sind bezahlbar.

Essen war gut und große Portionen. Leider ist das Ambiente etwas oldscool. Personal war sehr freundlich.

Eine gepflegte, gemütliche Gaststätte mit sehr guter deutscher Küche! Bedienung freundlich und schnell, das Essen reichhaltig, frisch und sehr wohlschmeckend! Wir waren sehr angetan! Woanders längst von der Speisekarte verbannt, gibt es hier noch Rostbrätl, Soljanka oder Würzfleisch - wie früher - und das ist auch gut so! Eine Empfehlung für jeden, der nicht unbedingt vegan oder kalorienarm essen muß!

Essen war gut ausser die Pommes. Die bedienung war auh gut ausser ein Typ der etwas Frech war. Die Gaststätte ist super. Schön geräumig und gut ausgestattet.

Sehr freundlich uns das Essen sehr leckere.

Dort gehen wir schon Jahre essen,schmeckt immer lecker und das Personal sehr nett immer ein offenes Wort für die Gäste.

Gut Bürgerliche Küche mit ehrlichen Gerichten. Was man bestellt schmeckt gut zu fairen Preisen. Bedienung ist auf zack, nett und sehr aufmerksam. Kennt man garnicht mehr! Immer wieder gern!

Erlich zu winig Sterne gibst hier. War seeeeeeehr lecker. So wie die trinken ist perfekt.
