Very tasty food (including regional specialties from Baden-Württemberg) in a pleasant, cozy atmosphere.

Atmospheric atmosphere (we were in the beer garden), very large portions, and above all, delicious! The staff was very friendly, and my dog ​​was immediately given water and treats, so he'll want to come back :) A real insider tip!

Update after 3 years: I feel like everything's a bit run-down these days. The play area in the beer garden, in particular, could be spruced up. A lot could be achieved there with relatively little effort. As a father, I pay attention to things like that. Here and there, you can see in the beer garden that nothing has been done here in a while. A few loose/rotten boards here and there... What really bothers me, though, is that our drinks always came with ice cubes, and even then, they were only filled to the gauge line! That's not allowed, and it makes you feel a bit "stupid." I would prefer that they asked us if we wanted ice cubes, especially since it wasn't exactly hot at 20 degrees Celsius. Recession of 2022: Nice beer garden and good food with a frequently changing specials menu. Service has also improved after the coronavirus pandemic and is attentive. The only thing I find a bit odd is that with the €22 rump steak, you get the choice between herb butter or braised onions, and they're charged extra for each. I haven't experienced that in other restaurants. The fries weren't my cup of tea either, as they came straight from the oven, but that's probably due to the current oil shortage.

We happened to be there at 10pm and the owner was very kind enough to give us more food even late in the evening… highly recommended.

We were there for a quiz night. One of the two waitresses (the younger one) was quite unfriendly, but the other lady was very nice and welcoming. The food was okay... nothing particularly noticeable. It was very loud (also before and after the quiz). However, they are very dog-friendly.

We went to Schnick-Schnack for Mother's Day brunch and were totally thrilled!!! The selection of food was large and it all looked very appetizing. It was always lovingly replenished and if we had any questions, someone was immediately at our side. The 3 hours flew by and we went home very happy and full. I would even say that there is nothing comparable in the area in terms of price-performance ratio. I will definitely recommend it to my friends 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Food great, service flop Yesterday we went to see live music at Schnick Schnack. The food was very tasty, fresh, hot and came at the same time for everyone. The music was also great, as was the mood of the guests - but unfortunately that of the service staff was not. I worked in the catering service myself for over 10 years... So it's a real shame because it depressed the mood. That was the case the last time we visited, hence the recession.

Ordered salad with calamari rings and the double schnitzel. From my point of view, fries must be cross and brown, were soft and pale. What really bothered me, however, were the fried calamari rings. Here it is fashionable to replace the natural product with a mushy mass. This is particularly unpleasant if you know the original natural product. Beer garden is nice, conditions are nice so my tip is to use the beer garden to drink beer and eat at home.

We sat in the idyllic garden and enjoyed the delicious food. You can taste that the dishes are prepared fresh and by hand. We had the spinach dumplings from the special menu, a mixed salad and the pinsa with grilled vegetables. The Pinsa in particular surprised me extremely positively. Unfortunately everything was eaten so quickly that I couldn't take any photos...

SCHNITZEL with fried potatoes, schnitzel too thin. Fried potatoes too oily, plus extra charge for nice fried potatoes. In my opinion, all the praise for food is exaggerated.

I like going to Schnick-Schnack and the changing music events. However, I was disappointed with the “Easter Market” because most of it had nothing to do with Easter. A pity! But I'd still like to come back. Preferably when Sean Treacy performs or 2COOL.

Hallo Leute, ich war am 11.10.23 beim Konzert der MIDWEEK Band erstmalig in dieser Gaststätte. Konzert sowie das gesamte Team waren Klasse, ebenso das Essen.

Das Essen war eher durchschnittlich bis drunter…würde jetzt nach dem einem Besuch nicht mehr hingehen. Da gibt es deutlich bessere Restaurants in der Umgebung.

Chouette ambiance et service au top ! La terrasse est super et ils acceptent les chiens 😊 Bonnes bières allemandes 🍺 et bon repas (burger de porc effiloché excellent 👌). Ne pas hésiter si vous voulez passer une bonne soirée 🥰

Straßburger Wurstsalat angemacht mit „nichts“ hatte null Geschmack war einfach nur Wurst, Käse und ein paar „rote Zwiebelringe“ die Bratkartoffeln waren noch Ok aber fettig wenn so ein einfaches Gericht eine Küche nicht hinbekommt, da geh ich vielleicht noch mal auf ein Bier hin, mein Sohn hatte einen Burger der war auch nicht begeistert zumal die Teile mittlerweile ab 15€ aufwärts Kosten , Ambiente find ich gemütlich auch mit dem Biergarten

Essen einfach, aber gut und frisch gemacht sowie hübsch präsentiert. Durch die kleine Küche zu längeren Wartezeiten – viel länger als branchenüblich. Service ist freundlich, aber nur solange man nicht den Hauch einer Kritik äußert. Biergarten ist eigentlich schön, aber leider nicht sehr gepflegt – so wie das ganze Anwesen; innen eher Kneipencharakter.

Straßburg Wurst Salat war schon um einiges besser und Pommes kenne ich auch anders.

Regionale Küche lecker Zubereitet. Hier muss man Einkehren wenn man in der nähe ist. Die Künstlerischen Darbietung sind Legender.

Das Essen ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, Relativ günstig jedoch Hochwertige Produkte die man erkennen kann am geschmack , mit dem Chef als Barkeeper rundet es in einer tollen Atmosphäre ab. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Essen war gut. Suppe als Vorspeise war sehr lecker und ziemlich viel. Top! Schnitzel, Käsespätzle waren auch gut. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und super freundlich! Wir haben leider über 45 Minuten auf die Vorspeise gewartet und durften dabei „einen grünen Vortrag“ anhören. Dafür einen Stern-Abzug.

Die Beleuchtung ist zu dunkel. Baguette mit Schinken schmeckt gut, aber die Knoblauchsoße schmeckt mir nicht und fast kein Knoblauch. Personal freundlich.

Freundliche Bedienung und für eine Musikkneipe echt leckeres Essen/ wir werden gerne wieder kommen. Authentisch und ursprünglich. Gut dass es noch solche Locations gibt...

Ich war mit meinen Jungs im Schnick-Schnack. Wir saßen bei schönem Wetter im schönen Biergarten. Die Burger und Pommes waren excellent! Leider war die Bedienung (allein mit 50 Gästen) komplett überfordert, sodass alles sehr lange gedauert hat. Hätte gerne das ein oder andere Bier mehr getrunken, trotz Bestellung kam jedoch keines. Wir kommen trotzdem wieder vielleicht waren es ja gerade schwierige Umstände.

Seit nunmehr 18 Jahren fahre ich regelmässig nach Rastatt ins Mutterhaus meiner Firma aber hier hat mich noch keiner hingeführt. Letzte Woche nach langen endlosen 15 Monaten ohne Geschäftsreise durfte ich zum ersten Mal Gast bei Euch sein, Rainer sei Dank. Und das was ich erlebte war mega, super nette Gastgeber, gemütliche Atmosphäre und lecker pulled pork Burger, verglichen mit einem Steak am Vorabend in einem Steakhaus in Rastatt eine andere Welt zum halben Preis. Sogar der Wein wurde von der herzigen Bedienung - wie sie sagte - mit den eigenen Füssen gepresst, nur weil es ne Minute länger dauerte mit der „Lieferung“. Köstliche Reaktion. Ich war schon unzählige Male da. Dienstags ist wie immer Quizabend, was immer sehr viel spaß macht. Wir kommen immer ca 2 Stunden früher um noch etwas zu essen. Die Gerichte wechseln immer, je nach Saisonalen Lebensmitteln. Ich habe hier noch nie etwas gegessen, was nicht geschmeckt hat. Der Außenbereich ist sehr gemütlich und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Hier komme ich immer wieder gerne hin.

besonders gut hat uns der Biergarten gefallen. Hier gibt es ausreichend Platz und ein gemütliches Miteinander. Die Bedienung war auf zack - die Speisen haben etwas gedauert aber dafür war das Essen frisch und lecker zubereitet.
