There are two people you should remember in this spa house: Lukas Dürschmied (by far the best waiter I've had the pleasure of getting to know in tens of years) and the cook (as of 10/2024 - trainee in his 2nd year of training). My wife and I have rarely ordered dinner twice in a row; here it was the beef fillet sous-vide. The best piece of meat of my life - on October 12th, 2024 - perfectly prepared and served in a way that is second to none. Thank you for these unforgettable, outstanding achievements. BRAVO!!! We ordered online and other than the “Thank you for your order” email, we never heard from Broiler Bar again! We couldn't reach anyone by phone either! Thank you for nothing!

We needed a table for 20 people for New Year's Eve. Everything wasn't a problem. The food, the ambience and the staff were great. Small negative point: unfortunately only EC or cash payment possible. Anyway, thanks again for everything. Unfortunately it is no longer a given.
