Satoru in Nürnberg

Wir waren das zweite Mal in dem Restaurant. Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen und schnell bedient. Ein ganz großes Lob an die sehr freundlichen Bedienungen, das Essen war hervorragend und auch ein großes Lob an die Köche. Persönlich würde ich 100 Sterne geben.

Toller Japaner, sehr gutes Sushi. Riesenauswahl muss man unbedingt hin. war eine kleine Portion, die wir gegessen haben.😀😁

Sehr freundlicher Service. Und die Speisen richtig gut. Kann nur empfohlen werden.

War hier spontan mit meiner Frau essen. War mit Abstand einer der leckersten Sushi die ich je hatte :) Wer in der Nähe ist sollte unbedingt vorbei schauen Kommen gerne wieder

Ich gehe seit längerer Zeit sehr gerne in dieses Restaurant und war immer der Meinung, dass es hier das beste Sushi weit und breit gibt. Bei meinen letzten Besuchen bzw. auch bei Abholungen ist mir jedoch aufgefallen, dass die Qualität leider nicht mehr konstant ist. Teilweise waren die Sushi-Rollen sehr unsauber gerollt, sodass sie beim Essen auseinandergefallen sind. Auch mein sonst heiß geliebter Kokospudding hat geschmacklich diesmal leider gar nicht überzeugt. Ich hoffe sehr, dass die Qualität bald wieder dem früheren, gewohnt hohen Niveau entspricht.

Wir waren mit sieben Personen dort zu Gast. Trotz Reservierung müssten wir ca. 10 Minuten auf unseren Tisch warten. Was dann folgte erklärte warum der Laden überrannt wird von Gästen . Sehr gute Getränke, super Vorspeisen, super leckere warme Gerichte und sehr gutes Sushi! Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und versucht nach bestem Gewissen die Menschenmassen zufriedenzustellen.

Ich wollte für den Valentinstag einen Tisch reservieren und habe extra vorher angerufen. Am Telefon wurde mir gesagt, ich solle einfach vorbeikommen. Also bin ich rund 20 Kilometer gefahren – und dann die Überraschung: Kein einziger Tisch war frei. Ich musste etwa 15 Minuten draußen in der Kälte warten. Mehrere andere Gäste standen ebenfalls draußen und warteten auf einen freien Platz. So etwas geht einfach gar nicht. Wenn man Gäste telefonisch bittet vorbeizukommen, sollte zumindest ein Tisch verfügbar sein oder ehrlich kommuniziert werden, wie die Situation wirklich ist. Sehr enttäuschend.

War schon öfter da, immer alles super

Also wir waren in verschiedenen Sushi Lokalen, die in Nürnberg bekannt sind und teurer. Aber das hier ist ein anderes Level. Einfach super, kann ich jedem empfehlen.

Wir waren gestern Abend sehr zu Frieden. Das Essen kam innerhalb von 10-15 min und es war auch sehr lecker. Bedingungen war auch sehr freundlich.

Absolut empfehlenswert – toller Service und super Essen. Wir waren über die Feiertage gleich zweimal hier: Am zweiten Weihnachtsfeiertag zum Mittagessen und am Silvesterabend. Obwohl das Restaurant beide Male bis auf den letzten Platz besetzt war, hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Die netten Damen im Service waren extrem flott und trotz des Trubels sehr freundlich. Das Essen wurde schnell serviert, die Portionen waren wirklich reichlich und geschmacklich hat es uns hervorragend geschmeckt! Besonders positiv überrascht hat uns die Aufmerksamkeit des Hauses: Da wir an Silvester eine kurze Zeit auf unseren Tisch warten mussten, bekamen wir als Entschädigung jeweils ein Glas Sekt spendiert. Eine tolle Geste! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I haven't been here in ages, probably three years. New management. No more buffet, which is a shame. But... I was very surprised. The staff was incredibly friendly. We hadn't booked anything and still got tables. Lucky us, the restaurant was packed when we left.

Not a trendy location. Not impressive architecture. Not a hipster hotspot. What matters here is quality and service. I've rarely eaten such good sushi. The various appetizers are also amazing. The restaurant can easily compete with the "big names." We will definitely come back for dinner. TOP! Update October 2025: Even after several visits, the outstanding rating remains. In my opinion, the restaurant is still sensational.

The crispy duck, number 62, Kamomiso, is truly the best duck I've ever eaten. The price is a bit higher than at other restaurants, but the others are a cut above the rest; it's incomparable. The meat melts in your mouth, and the lamb is fantastic to go with it. I highly recommend it. 👍🏼

The food was very good as always, the waiters were extremely friendly and attentive.

We used to always go to your restaurant with family and friends, but now we won't be visiting again after the absolutely disrespectful and rude service. I've never experienced such rudeness towards myself and a person in a wheelchair. The waiter refused to give his name or call management so I could complain. What a shame.

Very fresh, the fish is buttery soft and tender, not salty, and the hot dishes are very good. Plenty of choice and definitely something for every taste—even if you're a bit picky, you'll find something there. The staff is so friendly and always helpful, and the place looks especially beautiful in the evening with all the lights and a very cozy decor. We'll definitely be back! 😁😁😁

Highly recommended, conveniently located in Nuremberg Eibach on the B2 highway, and also close to the S-Bahn. Friendly staff, delicious food, especially the No. 62 Kamomiso duck with mango miso sauce. A nice outdoor terrace. History: This used to be a superb all-you-can-eat Chinese restaurant, where you could also have meat and whole plate meals cooked. We've been here before with the entire club and will be back again.

A very good restaurant for sushi, curries, and the like. Located in the south of Nuremberg. Reservations are highly recommended, as parking is limited nearby. The prices are slightly above average, but the quality is excellent. Very friendly staff. Depending on where you sit, it can be quite loud.

Everything is perfect here! When I come to Satoru, I always know I'll eat well. I've been to Satoru with a variety of people, and we've never been disappointed. What can you say about Satoru? It combines friendly service, a pleasant ambiance, and outstanding sushi. They say there's no accounting for taste. And when it comes to the food here, there's truly no debate. Five out of five stars. Absolutely fantastic! The servers are on the ball, always friendly, quick to respond, but by no means pushy. You feel truly welcome and valued as a guest. The service also gets five out of five stars.

The absolute star of the evening is the sushi. Every piece is a work of art, incredibly fresh, and melts in your mouth. The fish is of outstanding quality, and the rice is perfectly seasoned – simply incomparably delicious! You can taste the care and mastery that goes into each individual nigiri and maki. In addition to the first-class sushi, the restaurant also impresses with its pleasant, relaxed atmosphere and attentive service. A must for every sushi fan and a clear recommendation!

Very tasty food and very nice service. However, you should plan quite a lot of time, despite having a reservation we had to wait half an hour for our table and about an hour for the food. You sit very close to each other. Vegetarian choices would be bowls, sushi and just 1 curry.

If I could only order from one store, it would be Satoru. Whether it's sushi, fried noodles or delicious curries, this shop always blows me away. We come for and actually order sushi because the price-performance ratio is optimal. Super fresh fish, generously portioned so that the fish to rice ratio is perfect. We love Satoru's sushi (we've literally tried every shop in Nuremberg and the surrounding area). The employees are always friendly and you feel comfortable there. I'm happy to leave my money there.

The food and service were absolutely TOP!

We visited Satoru on 01/13/25. We were 6 people. My daughters really enjoyed the food, but when I was paying and asked for the bill because the amount seemed unrealistically high. I only received the amount, but I was expecting a detailed printout of the meals and their prices. We did not consume alcohol and desserts.

We spontaneously went to the restaurant on New Year's Eve. It was completely full and with a lot of luck we managed to get a seat. The food was extremely good! Delicious! Everything went very quickly, despite it being so crowded. No long waiting times for the food. There was also a small appetizer from the kitchen! Highly recommended!

Exceptionally good sushi restaurant in Nuremberg Eibach. Compared to the competition, Satoru scores points with sushi of the highest quality, a taste that feels like it's fresh from Japan, and exceptionally good service in which even special requests feel like a given. Perhaps the best sushi restaurant around Nuremberg, with many uniquely good Japanese dishes and specialties and a good price-performance ratio. We particularly recommend the bento box to try a little of everything and of course the beautifully prepared sushi platters that are served in boats. This means that eating becomes an experience. Absolute recommendation and full marks.

Very service is extremely friendly and attentive, rarely experienced like this. However, the sushi, as so much praised by many, was nothing special for me. This wouldn't be my first stop for sushi. There are 1 1/2 hour slots for eating in the restaurant. This absolutely doesn't work if the restaurant is full and fully booked. Got table 10 minutes late and food came 5 minutes before time was up. Luckily our table was not needed.

Good sushi with a decent selection

Japanese restaurant in the medium price segment. There is a very large selection of different sushi, not just standard varieties and also a whole page with vegetarian versions. Hot dishes and starters are also available. The gyozas were awesome. Crispy on one side, soft on the other with fluffy chicken filling. The service was very nice and accommodating, so you can even ignore a forgotten drink. All in all, highly recommended and still down to earth, so not a fancy restaurant.
