Unfortunately I can't say anything about the drinks and food. Because when we told the waiter that we just wanted something to drink, we were expelled from the house with a derogatory tone. Just drinking wouldn't work. Well then we were happy to leave our money somewhere else.

This is a fraudulent company. They don't respond to emails or WhatsApp messages. Today I received a reminder, but I did not receive any invoice or notification from Schufa beforehand. Unfortunately, I have already paid the amount of 52 euros. Tomorrow I'm going to the police and will report this company.

Mediocre ambience and worst pizzas we've eaten in a long time. Interestingly, the floors were all the same size, which looked a lot like finished products.

You get a lot of food for your money here. I sat outside and had a beautiful panorama of old half-timbered houses in front of me. Located in the middle of Celle's old town, the restaurant offers a beautiful look into the past.

The best service and the best food ... Specially the pizza

Food was ok, pasta was actually very good. The service was catastrophic. One star for the young waiter, who was very friendly and tried hard, the boss was unfriendly, grumpy, no one needs a host like that. In this restaurant the service really depends on the day and that can't be the case. Luckily there are alternatives, and pasta is really recommended.

Nice restaurant, good food. The service was very friendly and we also brought water for the dog. When I ate spaghetti with garlic, I missed the garlic flavor a bit, but I think that's a matter of taste, some people like it more intense, others less. All in all a recommended restaurant

Unfortunately not the best choice for eating pizza. I ordered a Diavolo pizza, which unfortunately was hardly spicy and the edges were jet black. Ordered a Hefeweizen with it, which was unfortunately warm and not enjoyable.

we had a pizza with chanterelles and spaghetti bolognese. The pizza wasn't spectacular but OK. Unfortunately the spaghetti sauce lacked any flavor, i.e. empty and bland. Re-salting wasn't enough either. After reading the previous reviews, one must conclude that this is not a blip, but rather that they simply can't do it. Conclusion: if you haven't been here yet, you haven't missed anything!

My visit to Santa Lucia today was a failure! After thinking for a long time about where my partner and I would have lunch today, we decided on this Italian restaurant. We've been there a few times, including with the children. Today we were alone and sat outside. The decision was made quickly, a pizza and a lasagna (in my words, you can't go wrong). The waitress took our order in a friendly manner. Our food arrived after only about 20 minutes. Everything great. But then I was absolutely disappointed with this dish. The lasagna, which was no bigger than the palm of my hand, was baked with enough cheese to probably make it seem bigger. There was cooked ham between the layers, which is completely new to me in a lasagne. It was also lukewarm in the middle and the sauce was very fruity and sour, as if it hadn't really been seasoned. I could only eat it well with salt from the mill and the bread that came with it. When the waiter cleared away, the question came, as always, whether everything was tasty and I said if I'm honest, then I'm disappointed and whether I can give some nice criticism. He said of course and thanked me for it and wanted to note it in the kitchen. However, when paying, not a word was said about it, no offer of a small compensation, simply nothing. Nowadays you have to be able to afford to eat out, for such a tiny and bad lasagna I regretted sitting down in the restaurant today. The waiter was very nice and the atmosphere was nice as always. But if the food goes down like that, we'll go somewhere else soon...

Today, after visiting the outdoor pool with my daughter and grandson, we went to Santa Lucia in the evening, which used to be my absolute favorite restaurant. I ordered a large Coca Cola Zero with lots of lemon and a tuna/red onion pizza with extra red onions. A small Coca Cola Zero came, but at my request it remained that way and unfortunately the extra onions on the pizza were also missing. Basically the pizza tasted good, but I also like it with extra onions. When paying, I complained about the extra onions and they weren't charged to me either, but the waitress was completely incapable of criticism and so unfriendly, and at the end she intervened in a conversation with my daughter without being asked. No thanks, it wasn't the first time, it was very uncomfortable for me and I don't have to worry about it...

We recommend! I ordered number 51: rump steak with pepper sauce and fried potatoes. It's great that you can put it together. Either fries, fried potatoes or fried vegetables! I also received a very crisp, colorful salad plate in advance and 0.5l shandy! Very nice and cheerful service. I took a seat inside and it is very cozy here. Food was very salty. The waitress pointed this out in a friendly manner and we were given new food, which was fine. Afterwards, one of the waitress insulted other guests about my four friends and I and said how disrespectful we were and became very unfriendly and loud when we pointed out to her that we had heard this. Today, in a relaxed group of girls, we wanted to have a small rehearsal dinner for the pasta catering for my sister's wedding. When we ordered various juice spritzers, the waitress told us very pleasantly that she had to check for herself to see which ones were available because they were still new. We order five pasta dishes and were looking forward to eating. When the food came, one of us commented after the first bite that her food was very salty. Unfortunately, we discovered that all of our dishes were too salty and not edible. My sister asked the service person to come to us briefly and we explained to her that unfortunately all the food was too salty. The situation was also very unpleasant for us and we talked about how unpleasant the situation must be for the service worker on one of her first days at work. She cleared away the food, apologized and told us that of course we would all get a new meal. - Responded optimally! The chef can have a bad day sometimes. So far so good. While we waited for the second round, we talked about how glad we were that this didn't happen at the wedding. One of us noticed the advantages and said that it was practical and that you didn't have to add salt with the tequila. - We took it with humor and continued to devote ourselves to wedding planning. When the second round was served, the waitress apologized again and we tried the food. Now the cook was very careful when seasoning, but everything was good! Better than before! None of us ate everything, which was also noticeable when we cleared away the food. We said that we had been there many times before and the food was always really good. The question as to whether the staff in the kitchen had changed was answered in the negative. We had a quick chat with the service staff about how we had just noticed during our research that there have been more negative reviews lately. She replied: “There are haters here too!”. We paid and said goodbye. The other four walked to the car together. I locked my bike across the street from the streetlight while another waitress came out of the store onto the patio and was upset about “the disrespectful girls.” The third time the word “disrespectful” was mentioned, I went over and asked her to explain to me directly what exactly was disrespectful about our behavior. In my opinion, we tried to make the best of the situation and gave honest feedback on the food. Always with the point that the new colleague couldn't do anything about it. The waitress quickly became loud and called us disrespectful, childish and rude. She also picked up a part of the conversation in which we had said that we used to go there more often and the food was always very good. She couldn't remember us and then we would have to lie! We've never been there as a group before, but we've been there with other friends and family. When I realized that a factual conversation was not desired, I had no choice but to smile because I was overwhelmed, which was commented with “you don't have to laugh so stupidly.” I ended the conversation and rode away on my bike in shock. Even now I still can't believe what happened. - and it's not about the inedible food at all!

Wir haben spontan das Lokal besucht und ein nettes Plätzchen im gemütlichen Eingang gefunden. Bestellt haben wir die klassische Pizza des Tages die war richtig lecker und toll gebacken und das Doradenfilet einfach nur zu empfehlen, denn wir haben schon in einigen Lokalen gegessen. Meine Frau war schlichtweg begeistert. Wir werden nur deshalb hier auf jeden Fall noch mal wiederkommen. Als Beilage Spaghetti a Olio , eigentlich nicht besonderes , aber hier perfekt. Die beiden Damen waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Bis zum nächsten Mal.

As a Bremer, I spontaneously walked through Celle and came across the shop by chance. When I ordered a Margherita pizza I couldn't believe it. After all these years of searching for a good pizza, I fell in love with the shop. Unfortunately too far away from Bremen. Service was great and always asked if everything was OK.

Went to Aldo's again after a long time, and I was or we were thrilled, the food was so delicious, it was a nice birthday meal for my girlfriend.

Wir konnten noch kurzfristig für den Silvesterabend um 20h einen Tisch reservieren. Darüber waren wir sehr froh, denn viele Restaurants in Celle waren zu oder waren schon ausgebucht. Beim regnerischen Spaziergang kamen wir am Santa Lucia vorbei und fragten spontan an, ob wir schon früher kommen könnten. Nach einer Überlegung, ob es passt, wurden wir sehr nett aufgenommen und bedient! Das Essen war lecker, der Service gut. Wir konnten entspannt sitzen und das Essen genießen, wurden nicht gehetzt und ein Sambuca/ Grappa gab es noch dazu! Vielen Dank an das Team!

My fiancée was very rudely advised not to stand in the way with our 1.5 year old daughter. You have to do it 1,000 times throughout the evening. After I asked the waiter that this could also be said in a friendlier tone, he became very loud and the boss had to intervene and send him away. If the food hadn't already been on the table, I would have left immediately.

Ich war dort mit Freundin essen, sehr gut, ich war erst einmal da. Ich hatte Nudeln mit Meeresfrüchte, Muscheln. Alles genau auf den Punkt gegart. Freundin hatte Pizza mit Meeresfrüchte, ganz lecker 😋 die Bedienung sehr freundlich und der Preis für die Nudeln, Pizza und 3 Getränke, Trinkgeld 40€ für 2 Personen. Da stimmt Preis, Leistung. Ich kann Santa Lucia empfehlen.

Einfach nur super unfreundliche Bedienungen, wir wurden so unfreundlich empfangen das wir direkt wieder gegangen sind.

Wir wollten zu viert was essen. Wir wurden erst durch eine Weibliche Bedienung sehr unfreundlich darauf aufmerksam gemacht das wir zu warten haben. Dann kam eine Männliche Bedienung ( ich nehme an der Chef) der uns ebenfalls so unfreundlich behandelte , das wir uns entschlossen haben in dieser Gastronomie nicht zu verweilen. Wir haben unser Geld sattt dessen lieber bei einem anderen Leckeren Italiener gelassen.

Der Chef war unhöflich und überheblich. Schön wenn er sich das leisten kann. Dauernd hat er alles mit seinen Blicken kontrolliert, wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt. Gleich um die Ecke ist auch eine Pizzeria, das war eine ganz andere Liga. Ja, wir wissen wo wir waren, bitte nicht antworten: hier können Sie nicht gewesen sein.

Selten so leckere Pizza gegessen wie hier. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das sehr freundliche und kompetente Servicepersonal.

Es war super lecker und bestens geschmeckt, der Service verdient die Note 1. Man kann schön draußen sitzen und beim Essen die Menschen beobachten. Immer gerne wieder. Pizza mit Pfifferlingen, ein Geheimtipp

Schönes, italienische Restaurant mitten in der Altstadt. Die grünen Bandnudeln mit Lachs und Brokkoli in Sahnesauce kann ich nur empfehlen.

Dieses Lokal ist ein kleines Stück Italien. Sehr schöne Einrichtung, das Essen war super. Das Teramisu war ein Traum und wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Der Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und ging auf jeden Wunsch ein. Für die kleinen gabs zum Schluss einen Lutscher. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!

Kamen ein paar Minuten vor 15 Uhr ( Mittagstisch Ende 15 Uhr) die Bedienung ließ sich dann so lange Zeit das es 15:05 Uhr war und weigerte sich die Bestellung zum Mittagagstisch aufzunehmen da es ja immerhin schon 5 nach war . Nach dem Essen mussten wir dann ewig warten mit dem bezahlen weil lieber gebabbel wurde mit der Freundin die einen Kaffee dort ein nahm . Hatten eine Gemüsesuppe wo das Gemüse stark nach TK ausgesehen hat.

Wirklich sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Bedienung. Leider haben wir bezüglich des Essens etwas anderes erwartet. Italienischer Name, Italienische Flaggen auf der Karte aber leider ist es kein italienisches Restaurant mit landestypischer Kost. Dies fanden wir ziemlich irreführend.. Preise, beispielsweise 7,50 EUR für eine Flasche Wasser, fanden wir zudem etwas unpassend..

Wenn man ein authentisches italienisches Restaurant sucht, ist das Restaurant die falsche Wahl. Der Brschetta ohne Basilikum und trotz August unreife Tomaten. Der Beilagensalat mit Eisbergsalat und Mais und der Tintenfisch zwar sehr gut gegart, jedoch mit getrockneten Dill gewürzt. Das hat mir Italien nicht zu tun. Sehr schade, aber leider werden wir das Restaurant nicht mehr aufsuchen bzw. empfehlen.

Wir dachten man könnte hier einen netten Abend mit gutem Essen verbringen. Dem war nicht so durch das unmögliche Verhalten des Chefs und der Bedienung. Bei einer kleinen Reklamation machte man uns gleich laut von beiden an,das es andere Gäste auch mitbekamen. Das ist ein Armutszeugnis für die Gaststätte wir hoffen,das es anderen Gästen nicht so ergeht. Diesen Laden betreten wir keinesfalls wieder. Wie wir in den Rezessionen lesen konnten war dies wohl kein Einzelfall. Es gibt Leute die aus ihren Fehlern nichts dazu lernen.

The Pizza Caprese was deliciously made, also the pasta foods seemed very nice. The waiters are professional and polite, and also the sight is pleasant to the main street of Celle. Highly recommended!

Schöne Sitzplätze mitten in der Fußgängerzone. Ministone gut, Kaffee auch. Pizza würde ich nicht noch einmal hier essen. Hart, trocken. Scheint keine Hefe im Teig zu sein und bei niedriger Temperatur zu lange gebacken.

Super lecker, top Bedienung. Aber die Toiletten gehen garnicht!!! So etwas ist mir selten untergekommen vom Gestank mal ganz abgesehen

Das Essen ist gut und es geht sogar relativ schnell bis es auf dem Tisch steht. Die Zutaten sind frisch, man schmeckt die Details in der Würze und die Portion ist völlig okay. Nur das schlecht gelaunte Personal versaut einem den Abend, die Konflikte im Team sind deutlich hörbar und man fühlt sich als Gast "mittendrin" eher unwohl. Wie man liest wohl kein Einzelfall.

Pizza in bester Innenstadtlage, die männliche Bedienung - wahrscheinlich der Inhaber - hatte einen mürrischen Tag. Das Essen war eher durchschnittlich, wir waren enttäuscht.

Top, Service sehr freundlich und tadellos. So soll es sein. Das Essen kam so schnell, dass wir positiv überrascht waren. Bei Qualität und Geschmack, wir hatten mit fünf Personen Pasta, Leber, Fisch und Steak, gibt es nichts zu meckern. Alles bodenständig und gut gemacht.... vor allem wichtig "Preis & Leistung" passt hier. Danke!

Wenn ich mir die Rezensionen anschaue und mit dem vergleiche was ich so erlebt habe. Dann würde ich glatt sagen, dass es anscheinend ein bisschen von der Tagesform abhängig ist, ob man freundlich oder eher kurzsilbig bedient wird. Man kann dort allerdings sehr gut sitzen und den Trubel in der Einkaufsstraße verfolgen. Meine Pizza war eher nicht so gut. Dünner Teig, super. Aber leider nicht knusprig und völlig zermatscht.

Habe dort schon einige Mittagspausen verbracht. Sehr schönes und authentisches Restaurant. Eine hervorragende Speiseauswahl. Ob Pizza, Pasta oder einem anderen Gericht, jedes von Ihnen schmeckt sehr gut. Qualität und Frische sind on Top. Service ist sehr nett und man muss nicht lange warten. Vor allem die weibliche Servicekraft sorgt dafür, dass man sich sehr wohl fühlt. Jeder der mal in Celle ist, muss das Restaurant besuchen.
