Delicious Italian food on the Aller. If there is a lot of audience, it takes too long.

When the weather is nice, dine directly on the Aller - highly recommended! Don't forget: book a table in advance!

The mixed fish dish I had was delicious and more than enough. My wife ate the saffron risotto with the scallops saint Jacques. It looked nice, but it was very salty. The number of shells was limited. Furthermore, it is nice to sit by the river. The service is not overly friendly, but correct.

A really nice restaurant with tables all the way down to the Aller river. Two out of three times I have eaten there, the food has been very tasty. The third time, a little better seasoning was needed to hit the dish's potential. I would like to give Divino my recommendations in the hope that the somewhat disappointing dish was a one-off on a quiet and rainy Tuesday evening without many guests. The chef is informed - also about the best experiences. Usually the outdoor tables are almost full. All in all only 4 stars this time.

Nice restaurant with tasty dishes. However, I was a little disappointed one of the three times I ate there. The outdoor facilities are right down to the river Aller, which means that you don't want to sit indoors at all.

The location is great. Sitting outside when the weather is nice just gives you a bit of a holiday feeling. What makes water so special. There were many service staff present that evening. Unfortunately, you quickly notice who does this full-time and who doesn't. Looking between the tables to see if something was missing or someone had a request didn't work. Look yes, see no. The wheat was stale, we paid attention and got a new one, unfortunately the same, the tap was set incorrectly, pre-tapped or the barrel wasn't appropriate? The starter was delicious and I have never seen it on a menu at an Italian restaurant. The main course was pasta in tomato sauce with strips of beef fillet. The "fillet" was far from what it was supposed to be. Overcooked goulash was closer. The sauce was seasoned without any idea and was “child-friendly”. All in all, this was disappointing. Pizza would probably be better, our companions liked it too, to mention that. As we were clearing the food, the young lady dutifully asked if it was tasty, and I answered the question truthfully and kindly. She was overwhelmed with the answer and nothing else happened. While paying, a colleague asked the same question as to whether everything was OK. I also answered him, he asked again and said that he would let the kitchen know. It's not about getting a coffee on the house afterwards, it's about being understood and noticed. I didn't have that feeling. Someone always had to be called for drinks, there were no questions asked on their own, nor was there any question after the main course was served, asking if everything was OK, then there might have been an opportunity to make a correction. Combined with the ambience, I unfortunately have to say that the Allerblick couldn't capture the rest of the evening. Next time it's Italian, probably without everything, but with service and great food.

We were at Divino on a Sunday around 6 p.m. and had booked the table a few days before. reserved. The restaurant wasn't that busy yet, so we could choose whether we wanted to dine inside or outside on the Aller. We decided to go outside because we had our furry friends with us again. - as other guests do... We were served quickly and friendly, the drinks and food also came very quickly. The lamb was completely tender, as it should be and the vegetables were fresh and crunchy and everything was very tasty. This wasn't our first visit to Divino and it won't be our last visit either. Keep it up!👍

Unfortunately, the low temperature on this May evening did not allow us to dine on the large terrace directly above the Aller, but the food inside was just as delicious! Attentive service, pleasant ambience, good quality — a successful evening at Divino! Grace!

DANGER!!! This review is the overall review from many visits. Unfortunately, the actual rating for our last visit would have to be much worse. However, that would be unfair to the Divino, as the quality of food and service is otherwise much better. Regarding our last visit to Divino: I'm not in Celle often anymore and I'm only here to visit my parents. Whenever I'm there, we always go to Divino and have never been disappointed. The one time a chef masters one dish better than the other is completely OK and doesn't happen all that rarely. In our case, unfortunately, this seemed to apply to the preparation of the meat. We had: pork medallions in Gorgonzola sauce, in cherry sauce and once the grilled plate with various types of meat. The food was really incredibly dry, so we didn't finish our plates completely. The service staff also noticed this when clearing up (it has to be said that the staff were seen less often anyway and never asked how we were - as mentioned, only when we were clearing away). Considering the really high price of the food, the quality of the meat preparation (tough, dry, grilled for too long) was anything but good. However, the response was professional and there was a small gift in the form of free espresso and a small beer. However, I would like to mention that this is the first time that my parents and I were "disappointed" both by food and by the attentiveness of the service staff. In our terms, the Divino otherwise stands for excellent food, nice and great as well as very attentive service. The location is something very special anyway. Therefore, as a guest, I would like the staff to ask the guest about their satisfaction during the meal after the food has been delivered to the table and not wait until it is cleared away anyway - but as a guest I should actively do this during the meal (I find it a bit uncomfortable in such a nice restaurant) I would be happy to do that in the future if Divino would welcome it.

Nice ambience. The food and staff were outstanding. However, the noise level was very high; which we found disturbing.

The ambience was quite good and the service wasn't bad either, but the food was nothing special or even bad. I had linguini with fillet strips, but the aftertaste was very bad. The pizza tastes like a pizza from a snack bar that offers everything possible. The carbonara tasted okay, but I wouldn't order it again. My conclusion: the location is quite good, but I wouldn't go there again just to eat. I think the good reviews are more due to the good ambience and the expensive price, you could also serve people canned ravioli and they would still call the food a “speciality”.

Food very good, very tasty, the atmosphere is also very nice. BUT: the staff doesn't speak (neither when entering nor leaving the restaurant), avoids eye contact and doesn't do more than the bare minimum. The main course took 1 hour after the starter was cleared away, after which the plates stood on the table for ages and no one asked for coffee or dessert. If the restaurant relies solely on its good food and location, then I'm sorry - my money would be better spent elsewhere.

So ein schöner Abend im Il Divino! Der Service ist aufmerksam aber unaufdringlich, Sonderwünsche werden gerne erfüllt. Das Essen ist absolut köstlich und alles ist ein bisschen besser, feiner, leckerer, netter angerichtet und hochwertiger als man es vom italienischen Durchschnittsrestaurant gewohnt ist. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön, sowohl innen mit Kaminfeuer als auch im Sommer draußen auf der schönen Terrasse mit Blick auf die Aller. Für diese Qualität sind die Preise auch durchaus angemessen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Schade. Das Restaurant war mal gut. Aber heute wird man zeitlich unter Druck gesetzt und das Essen ist eher mittelmäßig. Wenn man keine Zeit und Lust hat, sollte man auch keine Reservierungen mehr annehmen.

Das Divino ist mein absoluter go-to! Wunderbares Essen, freundliche Servicekräfte, im Sommer wunderschöne Plätze am Wasser. Immer einen Besuch wert ☺️

Wirklich ein Restaurant, dass sich die die 5 Sterne verdient hat.

Diese Bewertung bezieht sich ausschließlich (!) auf das Angebot: Spaghetti aus dem Grana Padano Laib mit Trüffeln. Wer der naiven Annahme ist, dass er (oder sie) für knapp 20,- € ein Trüffelgericht wie zuvor beschrieben erhält, wird enttäuscht: zwar zieren reichlich frisch und sogar am Tisch gehobelte Trüffel (?) das Gericht, aber dieses schmeckt anschließend leider weder sonderlich nach Grana Padano, noch nach schwarzen Trüffeln. Daher unser Tipp: Wählen Sie etwas anderes aus der insgesamt reichhaltigen Karte.

Passt alles, preislich allerdings am oberen Limit. Im Sommer auf der Terrasse an der Aller sicher sehr attraktiv

Phantastisches Essen in stilvollem Ambiente. Alles ein bisschen feiner als andernorts. Der Service geht ruhig, strukturiert und sehr freundlich vonstatten, auch wenn alle Plätze besetzt sind.

25 Grad, Sonntag, 13:45, sorry, wir machen gleich Mittagspause, ein schnelles Getränk, kein Essen möglich! Liegt es am Personalmangel? Während wir dort kurz noch ein Getränk nehmen durften, wurden mindestens 12 potenzielle Gäste abgewiesen 😳. Sehr bedauerlich, ist für mich einer der besten Plätze in Celle, eigentlich. Am Sonntag frühstücken viele Gäste eher spät, entsprechend wäre ein Salat o.ä. Am Nachmittag sehr willkommen.

Zum zweiten Mal innerhalb von 2 Wochen hier und wieder total begeistert. Ambiente, Service sowie das Essen genial . Geht doch, leider nicht überall 😉

Ich war am Samstag im Divino Restaurant und das Essen war sehr gut und das Personal war sehr nett. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Wir haben 20 Minuten auf den Kellner gewartet. Wir bestellten eine Pizza, sie war verbrannt. Wir gingen in ein Restaurant mit Stimmung, gingen ohne Stimmung von dort aus. Wir werden nicht mehr dorthin gehen.

Sehr gutes Essen! Netter und super Service! Biergarten direkt an der Aller. Heizstrahler und Decken als es kühler wurde. Wir haben in großer Runde einen perfekten Abend genossen.

Sehr schön gelegen, toll eingerichtet. Waren mit 9 Leuten dort. Bis auf ein Gericht, welches vergessen wurde, kamen alle zusammen. Leider fehlten bei einem Gericht die Zwiebeln, beim anderen der extra Käse. Personal war leider sehr unaufmerksam, man musste lange warten und winken und sich bemerkbar machen, um noch Getränke nach zu bestellen. Auf die Fehler wurde dann mit einer Frei-Runde Schnaps reagiert. Alles in allem ein schöner Abend, aber Preis/ Leistung stimmt hier nicht. Bisschen zu teuer für das, was abgeliefert wird.

Das Ambiente und das Essen waren gut. Einen Stern Abzug für die Mülltonnen am Eingang, deren Geruch regelmäßig über die Terrasse zieht und nur wenige Meter von den ersten Tischen entfernt ist. Der Service geht gar nicht. Schlecht gelauntes Personal, das zudem unorganisiert ist und bei jedem Teller der raus geht, erst einmal mehrere Tisch abklappert um ans Ziel zu kommen.

Prima italienische Speisen. Wir kommen sehr gerne hier her. Man kann auch sehr schön draußen am Wasser sitzen. Einzig die Pizza ist nach unserem Geschmack keine Spitzenleistung. Aber auf Pizza kann man auch gut verzichten. 😉

5 Sterne für das Ambiente. Keinen Stern für den Service. Wie das Essen gewesen wäre konnten wir nicht herausfinden, da der Service es nicht geschafft hat innerhalb von 15-20 Minuten eine Bestellung aufzunehmen. Zum Glück nicht das einzige Restaurant in Celle

Unfortunately a very poor experience and we didn't even get the chance to eat... We have booked a table for two came to restaurant in time and had, even there have been loads of free tables as we have seen in the book of reservations and on the signs on the table, they said we could only take one table for two which was completely out of place. No flexibility or customer kindness... Very poor result.. That's how you lose costumers and that rough treatment will definitely take care that they won't take a second chance.. Well done Mr.Rude

Viel Geld für falsches Essen. Statt Tomaten-Creme Soße eine versalzene braune Soße die das Menü total entwertet hat bekommen. Dem Kellner erklärt was nicht stimmt. Dann das Gleiche bekommen nur ohne Tomaten. Zum Ausgleich ein Stück Nachtisch bekommen. Bei einer Rechnung von über 80,-€ Geht gar nicht... Italienisch in Zukunft wo anders.

Wir waren heute in diesem Restaurant, gerne wieder alles super ,mein Mann hatte ein Lammfilet mit Cognacsouße sehr zu empfehlen, ich hatte eine tolle Pizza dazu ein Lambrusco sehr lecker.

Wir mussten sehr lange warten bis wir bestellen konnten und dann hat es gedauert bis das Essen kam, welches aber wirklich sehr lecker war. War halt viel Betrieb bei dem schönen Wetter

Perfektes leckeres Essen, waren mit 5 Personen dort, aufmerksamer Service, Vorspeise gemischte Antipasti von sehr guter Qualität und alles Hauptgericht ein sehr gut abgeschmecktes Risotto, wir waren mi Essen und Getränken sehr zufrieden

Great food. I went twice in one week - once for dinner and once for lunch. The food was nicely presented and very tasty. A wide choice from pizza and pasta to fish and meat dishes. I also loved the starters like Burrata with Fig and port and the tuna tartar with apple. The service was very attentive. Sitting outside on the terrace next to the river was lovely in this hot weather. If you want a table directly next to the river it is advisable to pre-book especially in the evenings and at weekends. It is very popular.

Haben für 4 Personen für draußen reserviert. Saßen draußen direkt am Wasser. Wurden zügig bedient und bekamen nach ca. 30 min unser Essen. Essen war sehr lecker und reichlich. Nach dem Essen wurde alles abgeräumt, aber leider hat keiner mehr nach Getränken oder einem Nachtisch gefragt. Als wir die Rechnung verlangten und einen Gutschein einlösen wollten, dauerte dieser Vorgang sehr lange und andere Gäste zahlten sogar vor uns. Deshalb nur 4 Sterne beim Service.

Wir waren auf einem Samstag ab 12.00 hier, die Getränke kamen recht schnell nur mit dem Essen hat es gedauert. Schönes Ambiente und das Essen schmeckt. Gerne wieder

Das Divino zeichnet sich natürlich durch sein Ambiente aus, besonders wenn man draußen "direkt am Wasser" sitzt, dafür 5 Sterne. Das Essen bekommt nur fast 5 Sterne, der Hauptgang war sehr sehr lecker, leider enttäuschte das Dessert. Aber nun zu einem Stern was den Service betrifft, was wirklich sehr sehr schade ist. So etwa habe ich noch nicht erlebt (und ich kann kaum glauben das hier manche von extrem guten Servicepersonal schreiben). Das Personal ist extremst unorganisiert, bei fast jeder Speise die rausgegangen wurde, wussten sie nicht an welchen Tisch dieses muss und klapperten erstmal alle ab. Wir selbst mussten fast 1 1/2 Std auf unser Essen warten, es gab KEINE Entschuldigung. Bei der Fischplatte fehlte ein Fisch, auch hier: keine Entschuldigung. Mein extra bestelltes Brot habe ich nicht erhalten. Mein bestelltes Dessert wurde ebenfalls nicht serviert, erst als ich ca nach 45 Min. danach gefragt hatte (auch hier, keine Entschuldigung). Eine Servicekraft ließ seinen Unmut auch frei raus (Kopfschütteln, Gesichtsmimik...sehr unprofessionell). Ich gebe sonst sehr gerne wirklich gutes Trinkgeld, aber so nicht.

Great dining experience! I didn't have a reservation to an outdoor table, so I had to sit inside the restaurant, without the view to the river. But the staff was very nice and helped me settle inside, spoke with me in english to facilitate my understanding. The food was delicious. I ordered a Risotto with truffle, and I liked it very much. The amount of food is perfect for one person. If you want an Italian experience in Celle, don't hesitate. It's totally worth it!

Herzlicher Service in schönem Ambiente. Wie sagte ein anderer Gast: "Leider gibt es in Celle viel zu wenige Restaurants direkt am Wasser." Das ist quasi das Alleinstellungsmerkmal. Das Essen überzeugt allerdings auch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und trotz hoher Auslastung im Stande in einem angemessenen Zeitrahmen jegliche Wünsche zu erfüllen. Mein Brokkoli zum Rumpsteak war beim letzten Besuch leider kalt. Daher ein Stern weniger beim Essen. Beim nächsten Mal wird es bestimmt wieder perfekt sein, dann korrigiere ich meine Bewertung gerne

Direkt an der Aller gelegen, saßen wir auf der Terrasse des Lokals. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich. Wir hatten recht schnell Getränke und unser Essen. Leider wurde ein Sonderwunsch missverstanden, falsch an die Küche übertragen oder aber irgendwo fehlinterpretiert. Wurde dann aber grad noch so 'repariert'. Die Pizza war sehr lecker.

Einfach nur super gut und super super lecker!
