We already knew the restaurant, our previous experiences were always good. However, something has changed in the quality of the food. The food didn't taste good and was heavy on the stomach.

Found by chance! Service - fast - attentive - friendly - great! Food - quick for such excellent cuisine - taste explosion! Ambiance - cozy - modern but traditional Atmosphere - already warm with the fireplace! The only negative detail is that the entrance area smells like a toilet, that can be optimized! Looking forward to summer to eat outside! Will be our new favorite restaurant ❤️🍀

I was really surprised at how good it looks here and the ambience also fits surprisingly well. Food was okay although the portions weren't exactly large, it seemed more like it was. Service was good. Definitely worth a visit. You should definitely reserve a table on the weekend.

A nice restaurant with a great outdoor area, which is certainly busy in the summer. It's right on the Aller. Unfortunately, I had the feeling that the employees were a bit overwhelmed on Christmas Day. It would have been nice if all the glasses had already been prepared. This would have brought a little more peace. The food is well chosen in terms of variety and creativity. Unfortunately the food was only lukewarm and the risotto was still very hard. The staff were very friendly and accommodating when you asked for something. It's a great location when it's not a holiday.

Awesome!! Deliciously eaten Pasta made from Parmesan cheese, generously sprinkled with freshly shaved black truffle. Service is super friendly. This restaurant is highly recommended. Also a good price/quality ratio

For a very long time I wanted to visit this restaurant and now the time has come. It is really a beautiful place, well arranged, clean and with a pleasant atmosphere. Excellent food and impeccable service, the food arrived very quickly even though the restaurant was full. Professional and attentive waiters. I recommend with confidence.

Although our reservation for 8 was forgotten, waiter Leo found a great solution on a Friday in the run-up to Christmas (!) when the restaurant was fully booked. We sat like VIPs, ate excellently and were served quickly, very attentively and friendly. Great ambience, charming staff, top cuisine - nothing more is possible! Thanks to the team and “our” Leo🙏

One of the very best Italian restaurants I know. Ate there for the first time today: class reunion with 12 people! Very comfortable rooms and nicely decorated. Table was reserved. Big praise to the kitchen, which prepared our large orders quickly and was served smoothly by the wait staff. This is a real masterpiece. I had veal with mushrooms in white wine sauce. 😋👍... DIVINO is highly recommended and I will stop here with my family: probably in December. That was a very successful 4.5 hour evening!

Great restaurant, best Italian in Celle!

The ambience is very discreet and stylish, but if a larger event is taking place, it can of course get very loud. The service is professional and friendly. There is fine Italian cuisine of really excellent quality in large portions. The food was a treat for the palate, it was a real pleasure to eat!

Yesterday again in the Divino and again very satisfied. It took a bit of time as the restaurant was busy. But the venison ragout with mashed potatoes and fresh truffles - a dream

Huge selection, meat dishes very good. Tomato soup was delicious, tasted like fresh tomatoes, without a lot of shish, just right. 😉 Pizza "Rucola" was well-intentioned, but unfortunately there was far too much Parma ham and rocket on it. It would taste more like a pizza bianco.

No reservations and plenty of space in the restaurant. Food was great, service was also very attentive. I can only give my recommendation and we have a new favorite restaurant.

I love this restaurant, for me it is one of the best in Celle. The tartufo risotto is one of the best I’ve ever eaten! The service is always a 10, the atmosphere always has a good atmosphere and energy. I highly recommend it.

We were there on a Saturday at 6 p.m. I had truffle risotto with beef ragout, which was delicious. The tables were a bit close together, which was a bit of a shame because you could hardly hear your own words over the loud conversations of the other guests. But I would definitely come back wanting to try other dishes. You get fresh bread from the house in advance, and there is olive oil on the table, which also tastes particularly good.

We were at Divino on a Sunday around 6 p.m. and had booked the table a few days before. reserved. The restaurant wasn't that busy yet, so we could choose whether we wanted to dine inside or outside on the Aller. We decided to go outside because we had our furry friends with us again. - as other guests do... We were served quickly and friendly, the drinks and food also came very quickly. The lamb was completely tender, as it should be and the vegetables were fresh and crunchy and everything was very tasty. This wasn't our first visit to Divino and it won't be our last visit either. Keep it up!👍

One of my absolute favorite restaurants. I've been going there for years and am always very satisfied. The employees are very nice and accommodating. The food is always very fresh, very tasty and prepared to perfection. In summer you can also sit outside on the Aller.

The biggest asset of the place is the river. You sit there and enjoy the quiet but lovely scenery. The service is kind and businesslike. Dishes are very tasty. The waiters leave you so you may have the desired time of romance or thinking time or fun time with your company. Absolutely one of the best restaurants in Celle to visit.

Unfortunately, when the weather is super sunny, there is no service outside on the grounds that it is cold... today it was a sunny 24 degrees.

This is a wonderful restaurant in one of the coziest cities in Lower Saxony. I visited this restaurant more than once when I was in Celle and each time left with the good feeling of a successful evening. The Mediterranean cuisine in the restaurant is delicious. All the dishes I ordered were prepared according to the best traditions of Italian cuisine. The waiters are polite, nice and attentive. I would also like to highlight the charming atmosphere in the restaurant, which changes depending on the season but remains pleasant. In summer you can enjoy the sunsets on the river bank and in winter you can spend time in an artfully decorated room. Divino can truly be considered a landmark of the city.

You are simply ignored as a guest here. Tables that arrived after us were brought forward, even the order was taken at the neighboring table and we were ignored!!! The service seemed overwhelmed with allocating tables and entertaining guests. Bad service 👎🏻

The chicken salad was extremely sandy. Even after the complaint, the grinding between the teeth was only slightly better. No seasoned marinade. And they also charge €16.00 for that. After dinner, my companion asked for the menu again to order dessert. The card came and then no one else. Even one star is too many for both the food and the service. Although the location is really nice, this restaurant won't see me again.

Unfortunately I have to share a very disappointing experience at the Divino restaurant in Celle. I had planned my birthday there and was looking forward to a lovely evening. Unfortunately, the starter, a tuna tartare, was not at all convincing in terms of taste. When we asked the boss to fix the problem - for example with a different starter - she yelled at all of us at the table. Instead of taking our feedback seriously, she questioned our sensibilities and yelled at us, telling us that the fish wasn't fresh - even though no one ever said that! Finally she angrily threw her pad and pen on the floor at our feet and continued to scream. I have never experienced such treatment in a restaurant. It's a shame because I've always been satisfied, but after this experience I will never visit this restaurant again.

Delicious Italian food on the Aller. If there is a lot of audience, it takes too long.

When the weather is nice, dine directly on the Aller - highly recommended! Don't forget: book a table in advance!

The mixed fish dish I had was delicious and more than enough. My wife ate the saffron risotto with the scallops saint Jacques. It looked nice, but it was very salty. The number of shells was limited. Furthermore, it is nice to sit by the river. The service is not overly friendly, but correct.

Divino is a very nice restaurant situated at the brink of River Aller. Meals are tasty, service friendly, and prices reasonable.

A really nice restaurant with tables all the way down to the Aller river. Two out of three times I have eaten there, the food has been very tasty. The third time, a little better seasoning was needed to hit the dish's potential. I would like to give Divino my recommendations in the hope that the somewhat disappointing dish was a one-off on a quiet and rainy Tuesday evening without many guests. The chef is informed - also about the best experiences. Usually the outdoor tables are almost full. All in all only 4 stars this time.

Nice restaurant with tasty dishes. However, I was a little disappointed one of the three times I ate there. The outdoor facilities are right down to the river Aller, which means that you don't want to sit indoors at all.

The location is great. Sitting outside when the weather is nice just gives you a bit of a holiday feeling. What makes water so special. There were many service staff present that evening. Unfortunately, you quickly notice who does this full-time and who doesn't. Looking between the tables to see if something was missing or someone had a request didn't work. Look yes, see no. The wheat was stale, we paid attention and got a new one, unfortunately the same, the tap was set incorrectly, pre-tapped or the barrel wasn't appropriate? The starter was delicious and I have never seen it on a menu at an Italian restaurant. The main course was pasta in tomato sauce with strips of beef fillet. The "fillet" was far from what it was supposed to be. Overcooked goulash was closer. The sauce was seasoned without any idea and was “child-friendly”. All in all, this was disappointing. Pizza would probably be better, our companions liked it too, to mention that. As we were clearing the food, the young lady dutifully asked if it was tasty, and I answered the question truthfully and kindly. She was overwhelmed with the answer and nothing else happened. While paying, a colleague asked the same question as to whether everything was OK. I also answered him, he asked again and said that he would let the kitchen know. It's not about getting a coffee on the house afterwards, it's about being understood and noticed. I didn't have that feeling. Someone always had to be called for drinks, there were no questions asked on their own, nor was there any question after the main course was served, asking if everything was OK, then there might have been an opportunity to make a correction. Combined with the ambience, I unfortunately have to say that the Allerblick couldn't capture the rest of the evening. Next time it's Italian, probably without everything, but with service and great food.

Meine klare 5 Serne Bewertung geht heute an das Restaurant und ganz besonders den zauberhaften Mitarbeiter George, der uns bei strömendem Regen mit einer liebenswerten Freundlichkeit das echt leckere Essen nach draussen gebracht hat. Die Location ist wirklich etwas ganz besonderes denn man sitzt direkt an der Aller. Das Essen (Steak, Bruscetta, Salat mit Huhn, Tomatensuppe und Tiramisu waren sehr schmackhaft und haben uns nicht enttäuscht. George wir kommen gerne wieder!

Unfortunately, the low temperature on this May evening did not allow us to dine on the large terrace directly above the Aller, but the food inside was just as delicious! Attentive service, pleasant ambience, good quality — a successful evening at Divino! Grace!

DANGER!!! This review is the overall review from many visits. Unfortunately, the actual rating for our last visit would have to be much worse. However, that would be unfair to the Divino, as the quality of food and service is otherwise much better. Regarding our last visit to Divino: I'm not in Celle often anymore and I'm only here to visit my parents. Whenever I'm there, we always go to Divino and have never been disappointed. The one time a chef masters one dish better than the other is completely OK and doesn't happen all that rarely. In our case, unfortunately, this seemed to apply to the preparation of the meat. We had: pork medallions in Gorgonzola sauce, in cherry sauce and once the grilled plate with various types of meat. The food was really incredibly dry, so we didn't finish our plates completely. The service staff also noticed this when clearing up (it has to be said that the staff were seen less often anyway and never asked how we were - as mentioned, only when we were clearing away). Considering the really high price of the food, the quality of the meat preparation (tough, dry, grilled for too long) was anything but good. However, the response was professional and there was a small gift in the form of free espresso and a small beer. However, I would like to mention that this is the first time that my parents and I were "disappointed" both by food and by the attentiveness of the service staff. In our terms, the Divino otherwise stands for excellent food, nice and great as well as very attentive service. The location is something very special anyway. Therefore, as a guest, I would like the staff to ask the guest about their satisfaction during the meal after the food has been delivered to the table and not wait until it is cleared away anyway - but as a guest I should actively do this during the meal (I find it a bit uncomfortable in such a nice restaurant) I would be happy to do that in the future if Divino would welcome it.

Nice ambience. The food and staff were outstanding. However, the noise level was very high; which we found disturbing.

The ambience was quite good and the service wasn't bad either, but the food was nothing special or even bad. I had linguini with fillet strips, but the aftertaste was very bad. The pizza tastes like a pizza from a snack bar that offers everything possible. The carbonara tasted okay, but I wouldn't order it again. My conclusion: the location is quite good, but I wouldn't go there again just to eat. I think the good reviews are more due to the good ambience and the expensive price, you could also serve people canned ravioli and they would still call the food a “speciality”.

Food very good, very tasty, the atmosphere is also very nice. BUT: the staff doesn't speak (neither when entering nor leaving the restaurant), avoids eye contact and doesn't do more than the bare minimum. The main course took 1 hour after the starter was cleared away, after which the plates stood on the table for ages and no one asked for coffee or dessert. If the restaurant relies solely on its good food and location, then I'm sorry - my money would be better spent elsewhere.

Ate there on Valentine's Day and it was so good. Unfortunately we had to wait longer for our food, but it was really busy and the food was just really good.

I recommend it to anyone who loves Italian food in Germany. Fast, high quality, tasty, reasonable money! Normal atmosphere, normal location..... I'll be back in the summer to have dinner on the river bank in an open area

So ein schöner Abend im Il Divino! Der Service ist aufmerksam aber unaufdringlich, Sonderwünsche werden gerne erfüllt. Das Essen ist absolut köstlich und alles ist ein bisschen besser, feiner, leckerer, netter angerichtet und hochwertiger als man es vom italienischen Durchschnittsrestaurant gewohnt ist. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön, sowohl innen mit Kaminfeuer als auch im Sommer draußen auf der schönen Terrasse mit Blick auf die Aller. Für diese Qualität sind die Preise auch durchaus angemessen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Gemütliches Ambiente, akzeptabler Service, die Gerichte sind vielfältig und lecker angerichtet. Die Fischplatte war bis auf den Lachs,der viel zu trocken war, wunderbar.

Schade. Das Restaurant war mal gut. Aber heute wird man zeitlich unter Druck gesetzt und das Essen ist eher mittelmäßig. Wenn man keine Zeit und Lust hat, sollte man auch keine Reservierungen mehr annehmen.

Wirklich ein Restaurant, dass sich die die 5 Sterne verdient hat.

Diese Bewertung bezieht sich ausschließlich (!) auf das Angebot: Spaghetti aus dem Grana Padano Laib mit Trüffeln. Wer der naiven Annahme ist, dass er (oder sie) für knapp 20,- € ein Trüffelgericht wie zuvor beschrieben erhält, wird enttäuscht: zwar zieren reichlich frisch und sogar am Tisch gehobelte Trüffel (?) das Gericht, aber dieses schmeckt anschließend leider weder sonderlich nach Grana Padano, noch nach schwarzen Trüffeln. Daher unser Tipp: Wählen Sie etwas anderes aus der insgesamt reichhaltigen Karte.

Phantastisches Essen in stilvollem Ambiente. Alles ein bisschen feiner als andernorts. Der Service geht ruhig, strukturiert und sehr freundlich vonstatten, auch wenn alle Plätze besetzt sind.
