I had the cevapi in flatbread. Was very tasty. I didn't get any better in Sarajevo. I found the small portion of kajmak a bit expensive, but it was also very good and therefore ok.

I thought they were better cevapi, but they weren't. I think they are made industrially. It is not cevap that they make themselves. They are all shaped the same. There are much better cevaps in the neighborhood in Frankfurt. They charge 1€ for ajvar and I think that's not right.

Juicy meatballs, crazy clean! The sides and sauces could be included in the food because it gets too expensive with those.

Not bad but not my taste, I know it a little differently. But the byproducts are awesome.

Unfortunately we were very dissatisfied as a ENTIRE GROUP. Food is really precisely portioned like in a school canteen and not according to the Yugoslavian mentality. Instead of meat and a little more variety, the plate ended up being filled with lots of bread and onions... Price/performance is absolutely underground (around €23 per person) In our experience, if you are very hungry or want to order for several people at the same time, this is the wrong place.

The best cevapcici! Just like in the Balkans! !! A little more expensive But still 100% recommended for a snack. Unfortunately, we would still like some fries with that. But otherwise TOP

Super cevapi, the best I've ever eaten in Germany

Small, cozy shop. Hospitality is very important here! I was offered an espresso on the house while I waited for the cevapcici. This was brewed from a portafilter machine and was quite tasty. The cevapcici were fresh and prepared in front of us on a flat-top. These were the best cevapcici I have ever eaten. Absolutely great in terms of taste and value for money! However, since the store is a bit smaller, I would recommend ordering takeaway. However, in summer you can sit outside great. Overall, I can only recommend it and would visit it again at any time!

We ate at Sana Cevapcici for the first time today. The cevapcici were perfect, still a little pink inside, as it should be. Absolutely delicious. The cleanliness of the store was absolutely top, the service was perfect and very hospitable. We would love to come back to Mainz from Wiesbaden to Sana. See you soon.

Good, tasty cevape, almost like in Bosnia. Kajmak and Ajvar are also very tasty, I just think it's a shame that you have to order them separately. I think a “dip” should be included with a portion. Otherwise keep it up.

Very disappointing! I ordered food for delivery and was really dissatisfied. The meat was still red and not cooked through. In addition, the order was not well packaged. When I reported the problem there was no response from the restaurant. The customer service was absolutely disappointing. I definitely won't order here again.

Was there for the first time and it tasted great! This authentic shop is an asset to Mainz. I ordered cevapcici with kaymak and my only small complaint was that I felt like the meat needed to be cooked a bit more so that it wasn't so pink on the inside. Good luck!

Had the Large 10 piece cevapi with Lepinja and added kaymak, ajvar.....it was simply deliciousness!

Unfortunately, I don't understand the many positive reviews - the Civapcici were extremely small, as if they had been halved - and there was hardly any seasoning in terms of taste. Regarding the Djuvec rice, it was also completely tasteless and was missing various ingredients. Overall, you have to order everything separately, the dish was delivered without ajvar etc. Very unfortunate! Luckily there are better places in Mainz. Price performance a total failure.

I was taken for a ride by the employees. On the menu there was a grill plate for €19.90 for two people. I asked him several times in Serbian and German what was on it! He explained to me that the grill plate was enough for 2 people.. I wanted to buy 2 grill plates and eat quite a few portions.. long story short. I ended up paying 39.90 euros instead of 19.90 euros! . So it's a real rip-off... the food was so-so... there's a better Balkan grill! It's a shame that one of the Balkan grills was closed otherwise I would have eaten there.. but it's good that Wiesbaden is nearby.. have a nice evening! first time visit, it's a small restaurant, only 4 tables inside (barely 50 degrees outside) but the place was clean as a whistle, the service was good, and the food ( Pljeskavica Sana w sheep cheese) was excellent. I will be going back.

Food is great. You can only sit properly outside. Inside there are only tables with bar stools and there is no toilet.

Ein Restaurant was nichtmal Ketchup hat kann man nicht viel davon halten wenn man dann nichtmal(was üblich sein sollte) kajmak bekommt bzw. man bekommt es, aber nur wenn man es extra bestellt also nach meiner Meinung nach hat dieses „Restaurant“ nichts mit Gastronomie zu suchen. Kurze Anmerkung die Getränke waren auch nicht gekühlt

Working day and only one free table outside. Reasonable prices, delicious food,... And don't forget that you can order what you want inside, so you don't have to wait at the table, because no one will come to take your order.

Hundert Prozent authentisch: tolle, frisch zubereitete Grillspezialitäten in selbst gebackenem Brot. Der Sana-Grill hat eine kleine, aber feine Speisekarte, auf der sich alles um Cevapcici und Pljeskavica dreht. Gereicht werden diese Köstlichkeiten in dem selbst gebackenen Fladen, der für sich allein schon total lecker ist. Und wer mag, der nimmt sich noch Kajmak dazu, einen butter-rahm-schmand-ähnlichen Aufstrich. Man kann die Speisen mitnehmen, besser ist es aber, sie gleich frisch vom Grill vor Ort zu genießen. Es gibt einige Sitzplätze im Freien und einige Tische mit Barhockern im Innenbereich. Wer gerne Fleisch isst, der ist im Sana-Grill sehr gut aufgehoben!

Das Essen ist sehr sehr lecker. Das Fleisch schmeckt frisch und saftig . Die Bedienung ist sehr nett, Ambiente ist top. Wie kommen gerne immer wieder :)

Das Brot ist sehr lecker. Leider schmeckt das Fleisch nach Tiefkühlprodukt und anders als auf den Bildern waren bei uns weder Gurke noch Tomate dabei. Wir hatten Schafskäse extra bestellt der den Preis stark in die Höhe getrieben hat. Preis Leistung leider echt ein Flop. Schade

Sehr schöner und sauberer Cevapcici Grill. Ich habe mir beim Chef einen (sehr üppigen) Grillteller bestellt, der so nicht auf der Karte steht. Eine Zusammenstellung von Hähnchen, Cevapcici und Pljeskavica, dazu Brot, Gurke, Tomate und natürlich rohe Zwiebeln. Es war mehr als ausreichend und hätte auch für 2 Personen gereicht. Ich war sehr zufrieden, geschmacklich sehr lecker und authentisch, die Cevapcici auf den Punkt gegart und noch ganz leicht rot innen, so soll es sein. Unbedingt die Fanta probieren, ist lecker und passt eisgekühlt sehr gut zu den Gerichten.

Ein sehr schönes Grill mit super freundlichen und netten Arbeitern. Der Besitzer persönlich ist auch dabei gewesen und ist super nett. Es ist sehr sauber und ordentlich, die Preise sind auch gut und Ćevapi smecken auch gut. Ćevapi sind zwar nicht soooo wie in Bosnien, aber die besten so weit in Deutschland.
