We were trying to find a place for late dinner. The owner welcomed us with great hospitality. We got garlic bread, Samos platter, walnut baklava, good portion for two and all tasted great! Complimentary Ouzo at the end of the meal was a pleasant surprise :)

First of all: the service is lovely The food is stuck in the 70s and is loveless. I like crispy gyros. There was rubbery coal here. I suspect this was heated in the microwave. There was what felt like half a kilo of salt on the fries 🍟, which were actually good. The moussaka had a lot of béchamel sauce, so it probably came to over 5000 kcal. We won't go here again

Typical Greek restaurant with a very good price-performance ratio and, from what I have observed, a regular customer base that seems to be returning. The reception and service are extremely friendly, attentive and fast, the interior of the restaurant takes you a little bit to Greece and tells a little bit of the history of the restaurant and its owner using numerous photos. The portions are not only generous, but also fresh and very tasty. I had the stuffed bifteki myself. Overall, a clear recommendation for another visit.

We were there during the week for a romantic dinner date and even sat on the “Street of Love”. The restaurant is beautifully designed and has a real tavern feeling. The employees were super nice and accommodating - the boss came to our table and spoke to us and recommended something from the menu. You immediately had a feeling of being at home. The food came very quickly and tasted very, very tasty! You could taste the quality and we would like to visit and recommend the restaurant again and again :)

My boyfriend brought me here for my birthday knowing that i love greek food and this restaurant didn’t disappoint. The food was amazing and the ambience is very traditional and cozy. Would definitely recommend.

Angelockt durch volle Location und gute Bewertung haben wir uns zu einem Besuch verleiten lassen und waren enttäuscht. Personal läuft in Jogginghose rum, als wäre es gerade aufgestanden. Allerdings freundlich und schnell unterwegs. Toiletten katastrophal: Deckenhöhe unter 1,80-m und um 17:00 Uhr kein Papier vorhanden. Grillteller mit 4 verschiedenen Fleischsorten, die alle gleich schmecken: ohne jegliche Würzen, nach nix. Reis (und Kartoffeln) ungenießbar. Salat ohne Dressing hätte auch mein Hamster gemieden. Insgesamt leider mehr als enttäuschend, auch bei meinen Begleitern. Einzig der Ouzo auf Kosten des Hauses war dann tatsächlich wirklich gut.

Rustic Greek. Nice service and atmosphere. The food also tasted very tasty, large portions. Had bifteki with gyros in Metaxa sauce for 18 euros. The price was completely okay and as I said, we enjoyed it very much. We will definitely come back again. Thank you very much ☺️😎👌🏼

Amazing! This was our 2nd adventure to Samos - and now it is going to be a regular stop on our trips to Berlin. The food was tasty, service was quick and very attentive. The staff make you feel welcome and like you have stepped into a family home - nothing is a trouble and everything is with a hearty smile.

Overall it was tasty and filling. Service was quite friendly. Very loud conversations but you get used to it. A little more spice could have been used. We sat inside by the window, the walls could have been given a new coat of paint and the beautiful pictures could have been wiped down, I thought that was a shame.

Great food, good value for money. Unfortunately, the large hall has something of a waiting room feel to it.

Very nice, tasty, if not exceptionally tasty food. Even if you are looking for a vegetarian alternative, you will find it, which is not a given with Greeks. Moderate prices for the area. The interior is nice, but it's too loud and crowded when it's full, and then the service doesn't really keep up. Therefore a solid 4 out of 5 stars, still an absolute recommendation.

Always hospitable and courteous service - but not all servers offer the Uzo first or second. Food very good - lunch with small portions but just as good.

For a Greek restaurant, I expected something a bit different. The meat for souvlaki on a skewer was not cut correctly in cubes.. it was flat meat cut in small pieces. The tzatziki didn’t have cucumber in it. It was only yogurt and garlic. However, the portions were more than enough.

Large portions - but the gyros were very fatty, gristly and lacked spices. 5 different waiters without any Corona protection measures serve a table. Toilets? Awful. Update 2024: Prices have been raised extremely and the side salad has simply been deleted - this corresponds to a whopping price increase of 5-6 euros/dish. Toilets are still disgusting.

I have known and been visiting the restaurant for 29 years now. The dishes have undergone many changes over time, but one thing has always remained: delicious! The staff is always friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is family. Worth a visit!

One star for the beer. Food was basically good, but far more over salted! How else could i put it: they just dropped a fist of salt in it! My bifteki were barelly eatable, but the "special" gyros of my wife impossible to approach. On the chips you can see a strong crust of assesonement. Indifferent service, but very friendly with some local/more-frequent customers.

The food was extremly salty, impossible to eat. Moreover, the waiter was rude and unwelcoming.

Holiday, but reporting it online is too much effort. Drove half an hour for nothing...

Delicious Greek restaurant in a nice area of ​​Berlin.

There were three of us eating there. Large portions, really inexpensive for Kudamm standards, there was nothing to complain about. Update July 2024 The food was really very good, extremely nice staff who made every effort to accommodate the numerous guests. 50 euros including drinks and absolutely full for 3 people and that on the Kudamm.

I ordered pita gyros over the phone, they just didn't taste good at all, there was no salt and the chicken wasn't baked through. Sorry, it was the first time and the last time, I just want to share my experience. Thanks

The only drawback was that my rice noodles were definitely too soft. Otherwise the food was good and the portions were large and reasonably priced. The Greek vocabulary on the napkin was also interesting. Everything around was okay too. It was also nice that I was able to call at lunchtime and get a table for the evening (although it was also during the week).

The food was thrown on the plate a bit carelessly. Portions huge. The pieces of gyro were way too big. The rice noodles were completely overcooked and without salt. The Taramas was far too soft and unfortunately no longer recognizable as roe. It was way too fatty. If you want large portions, this is the place for you! Prices quite cheap! The young man from the service was very nice!!!!!!

We discovered this restaurant by chance and were 100% impressed by the service and food. The ambience doesn't have to be hidden and you can eat here very comfortably.

Nice restaurant where you can sit outside. Food tastes good and is plentiful. A small salad or general garnish would have been nice with the dish. And if you order a bottle of water and you get a plastic bottle from the supermarket, I think that's very inappropriate for a restaurant. This is snack bar level. But otherwise everything was ok.

The food was great and well-cooked. The service was friendly and the place felt cOZy. Order Tzatziki Sauce on the side since it doesn't come with most dishes. All gyros are pork, but it's not listed on the menu. A nice spot for a good meal.

Really delicious food, nice service and nice ambience. I didn't really like the potato side dish, but that's definitely a matter of taste. The lamb skewer is recommended.

The service is very friendly, professional and attentive, and the restaurant is cozy. However, the tarama was tasteless and the grilled peppers on the samos plate consisted of a thin strip of pepper. Unfortunately, the baked feta is frozen and not grilled in aluminum foil. The bread you get is beyond question in terms of consistency and taste. However, the dry white wine was excellent. I ate much better here 15 years ago. It's a shame, because I like the "Samos".

True Greek. Even though in Germany this Greek food was very authentic and YUMMY!!! Atmosphere was on point and service was top notch.

A terrific host. The entire team is courteous and lovely. Great food, the lamb chops are super tasty. Upon request, an individual platter of fish and meat can also be served. It doesn't get any better.

The dishes we selected were top. A Greek to feel good about. As is often the case, little attention is paid to well-maintained sanitary facilities. These can only be reached via steep stairs. So be careful if you have limited mobility.
