ABSOLUTE RECOMMENDATION ❗ Nice...friendly...family-like. You feel at home from the very beginning in this beautiful restaurant, decorated with attention to detail. Big praise goes to the chef! Everything that comes out of the kitchen here is an absolute feast for the palate. From the various tapas variations to the tomato and bread salad and even the desserts, everything is perfectly prepared and presented.👌 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We'll be back...👍

There's a small but fine menu, supplemented by daily specials. The food was excellent, although, as a wine lounge, the focus is more on the wine than the food. We tried two wines, both of which were very fine, and the advice we received was excellent. I have to commend the service in general: informative, friendly, attentive, and never intrusive—that's what service should be, in my opinion! A perfect place to enjoy fine food and sample wines.

I don't know of a better restaurant between Basel and the Baltic Sea. The special dishes not only look great, they also taste incredibly delicious. You can tell that this restaurant is run with love and passion. I've never eaten so well in Germany. Highly recommended. Exquisite cuisine, super-friendly people, run with heart and soul. Thank you very much for the outstanding culinary and spiritual delight. I will definitely eat here every time I'm in the region. Reservations are recommended depending on the day, which doesn't surprise me at all.

A wonderful restaurant with incredibly good food. The steaks and mixed appetizers were a dream. And the mother-daughter team catered to our larger group's every need. I absolutely recommend this small but exquisite restaurant. I'm already looking forward to the next time.

Wow, what was that? A lovely evening, with a pleasant start from the senior manageress. But when it came to paying, the young woman really let us down!!!! We wanted a catering receipt and since we only mentioned this when paying, we got a telling off, which I honestly don't know what that was about??? We are supposed to say before paying that we want a catering receipt and that we don't have one with us!!!!! I'll spare you any further discussion here. I'm very sorry, because the senior manageress is really lovely. I wouldn't recommend it. There are enough tourists here, so we don't need the locals! For that reason, I'm not posting any pictures.

The seasonal dish of burrata with Mediterranean oven-baked vegetables was very tasty, though a bit understated for a main course. The rump steak, unfortunately, wasn't as satisfying as one would expect from previous years, and was quite fatty. Two alcoholic drinks, two meals with a small appetizer, which unfortunately included more cheese than olives, cost just under €80. A pleasant atmosphere with nice music. You almost feel like you're on vacation.

Everything is just right here. The service is also just to make you feel good. It's nice that there is growth.

We celebrated our birthday with family and friends. Before that there was a written offer where several tapas per person (40€/per person) should be served in the evening. Of course we thought every guest would get their own personal tapas for €40 per person. Mistake they put a few tapas on each table (3 tables with 20 people). There were far too few of these and sold out quickly. Our guests complained about the crowds and that they weren't served their own tapas, which was the case before. We then found it particularly disgraceful that the owner suddenly said that her calculations had now been exhausted and that we should now continue to pay extra for tapas. At this point, some guests had only received a few nibbles from the few tapas that were put on the table. Unbelievable, we then rejected what was accepted after critical words. A few tapas were then distributed to each table to keep the outrage at bay. Unfortunately, the selection of dessert ordered according to the written offer was also not available. In addition, the owner asked us several times to play the music, which was already playing discreetly, even more quietly, even though we had clearly agreed on the musical accompaniment in the evening. The owner even offered us a small band beforehand, which unfortunately was not available that day. Despite the fact that we were considerate about the volume, we were even disproportionately reprimanded by the landlady when the guests had small birthday parties. Even our older guests found it inappropriate. On the bill we also noticed major differences in the drinks, which we were able to rate well after consultation with our guests, as many of them couldn't drink alcohol at all (arriving by car). That was probably the reason why it was emphasized that we had to pay immediately and not by invoice. Unfortunately we are very disappointed.

We had pre-booked a table and waited in the restaurant. A waiter showed us the table. Then this was withdrawn and a couple from outside were given the table. We watched. We couldn't say whether there would be a table for us. You can clearly say that we were not wanted here.

Extremely delicious food and wine, good and friendly advice, this was certainly not our last visit!

Wir hatten uns zu einer Familienfeier angemeldet, wurden wirklich freundlich willkommen geheißen und nett bedient und beraten. Ambiente, Getränke und Essen waren sehr niveauvoll, der Abend gelungen. Das Angebot ist prima. Der Abend war nicht gerade billig, aber jeden Taler wert. Das wollten wir so und dafür ein herzliches Danke.

A mega restaurant at the end of Kötzschenbroda's restaurant mile. Small but perfectly formed. Excellent Spanish cuisine in a family-run business. The mother and daughter rock the place and always have a friendly smile on their faces. And the chef conjures up delicious dishes in the background. The restaurant's name and origins stem from a love of Spain and Mallorca. If you're looking for a quiet and cozy meal, this is the place for you. It is precisely such restaurants that need to be promoted and evaluated. We come here every now and then and every time it is as follows: Great, super nice service, the food is prepared with a lot of love and tastes special and even if something goes wrong, the reaction is always really nice. We used to eat out a lot and eat out less and less because of the lack of quality and love, but when we do, we eat here, among other places.

The small but fine restaurant in Altkötzschenbroda is a specialty and highly recommended. The cuisine has a Spanish touch and the dishes are very finely prepared. The service is friendly and familiar. We would love to come back.

At the end of the evening we wanted to enjoy good wine and a few small delicacies here. When we ordered, however, we were told in a rather unfriendly manner that the mere consumption of small dishes was not welcome. Instead of complimenting us back outside, the waitress took our order anyway. The small appetizer appeared a whopping hour later - just as we were exhausted and about to pay. This is definitely too long a wait. Please let guests know in advance that your restaurant is one where they MUST order a main course! ;) Or don't allow drinks-only orders at all. So everyone gets their money's worth.

Wir hatten am 03.10.24 einen wunderschönen Abend im SaLimba anläßlich eines runden Geburtstages. Es gab ein vielfälltiges, reichhaltiges und sehr leckeres Tapas-Essen, alle Gäste waren begeistert. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und aufmerksam, so dass es ein gelungener Abend war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten aus Anlaß unserer Hochzeit im engsten Familienkreis für 8 Personen reserviert und wurden freundlich und mit einer festlich aber dezent geschmackvoll gedeckten Tafel empfangen. Die 2 Kinder bekamen schnell ihre offensichtlich leckeren Nudeln und auf die sehr unterschiedlichen Bedürfnisse und gesundheitlichen Notwendigkeiten wurde sehr freundlich und kreativ reagiert, verschiedenste Speisen neu kombiniert und was nicht auf der Karte stand, aber möglich war, ohne Umstände realisiert. Die Vorspeisenplatte für 2 Personen schmeckte 3 von uns besonders gut, alles andere war in guter Qualität und ansprechend angerichtet. Der Wein war gut und in Relation seinen Preis wert. Auch die Desserts machten einigen von uns Freude durch leckere, kreative Ideen. Leider war es an dem Tag ziemlich heiß, draußen aber drohte Gewitter, so war es ziemlich schwül in den Räumen und die Lüftungsmöglichkeiten wegen Durchzuggefahr etwas begrenzt, aber fürs Wetter waren ja eh nicht die freundlichen Gastgeber zuständig. The ambience and service are absolutely perfect. Very nice service and friendly contact. We had the liver and the tapas variation. The taste was okay, but it didn't fit the bill at all. Sorry, that was clearly not appropriate, because it wasn't a gourmet experience. I'm just saying, was there 4 or actually 5 plums in the coat? There are certainly alternatives in the region.

What can we say; we are completely thrilled. My husband celebrated his big birthday here with 15 people after our 'rehearsal dinner' was great. We had a tapas evening with lots of Spanish delicacies, also in liquid form. We will definitely come back and would be happy to recommend you!!!

We were able to enjoy the small but very fine selection of food one evening. Rounded off with a very courteous and friendly service, we received excellent, fresh things and felt very comfortable! Also a good tip when it comes to wine! Absolutely recommended!

Small, cozy restaurant with Spanish and Mediterranean dishes and an extensive wine list. The food was very good and the service was friendly and attentive.

We were 8 people and wanted to spend a cozy evening together. We had to wait an unreasonably long time to order our drinks. We ordered several starters, including the starter platter for 4 people for €40.00. In no case did this correspond to a price-performance ratio. There weren't even 4 slices of ham or 4 slices of sausage on it. The majority consisted of tuna spread and soft cheese (there were 4 pieces). When we asked, we were told that bread had to be ordered separately for a fee, which then cost 6.90. The boss couldn't deal with our criticism of this very weak appetizer plate in any way and also used a wrong tone and no professionalism whatsoever. We wouldn't be suitable for this type of "upscale restaurant". Once and never again. We then had our main courses in a restaurant.

Freundliches Personal und gemütliches Ambiente. Leider war das Essen nur noch lauwarm

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Abend erlebt: bei einem tollen spanischen Rotwein zunächst Muscheln in Knoblauch-Sud, dann Lammrücken mit Bohnen / Birne bzw. Tapasvariation und einem Espresso zum Schluss. Das Alles mit herzlichem Charme serviert: toll!

Ein tolles Restaurant. Die Reservierung am Telefon war schon total nett und das Essen schmeckt, ist besonders und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Die Getränke sind ebenfalls klasse. Einen Kritikpunkt habe ich und es leider verpasst persönlich anzusprechen. Als Teetrinker würde ich euch empfehlen einen eurem tollen Restaurant angepassteren Tee zu holen. Da gibt es tolle Anbieter, auch im Teebeutel, die viel besonderer sind, so besonders wie euer Restaurant. :-)

Im SaLimba bekommt man hervorragende Küche, exzellente Weine und eine freundliche und individuelle Bewirtung. Man wird mit Herzlichkeit bedient , die so etwas wie „Sie gehören zur Familie“ empfinden läßt. Immer wieder gern dienstlich und privat eine besondere Location. Erlebnisgastronomie pur.

Frische Produkte mit spanischen Flair. Bedienung war sehr professionell, kann man absolut weiterempfehlen.

Hier kann man einfach entspannen und genießen! Immer wieder gern werden wir hier einen schönen Abend verbringen.

Ein kleines, liebevoll geführtes Restaurant. Das Essen hat uns allen (fünf Personen) sehr gut geschmeckt, auch auf Extrawünsche wurde eingegangen. Die Chefin ist für einen Spaß zu haben, sehr angenehm alles.

Wow. Das hat sich mal gelohnt. Chapeau für den Koch und seine Künste ein solches Geschmackserlebnis zu bereiten. Angefangen von der Vorspeise über den Hauptgang bis zum Dessert. Ein rundum gelungenes Menü. Es empfiehlt sich vorzureservieren, gerade dann, wenn man drinnen sitzen möchte. Das Restaurant ist recht klein. Ich persönlich finde jedoch, dass es für die Qualität auch nicht größer sein sollte.

Sehr eingeschränkte Karte, langsame Bedienung Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eher mittelmäßig.

Ich war gestern zum ersten Mal dort mit einer Freundin, welche dieses Restaurant empfohlen hat. Es ist zwar preislich etwas höher angesetzt, aber dafür sind Speisen und Getränke sehr lecker und frisch gewesen. Auch die Bedienungen waren freundlich, höflich und dem Gast gegenüber sehr zuvorkommend. Ich bzw. wir kommen auf alle Fälle gern wieder vorbei. 😃

Immer wieder gern und eine Gute Empfehlung für gutes Essen und gemütliche Atmosphäre. Ob Hauptgerichte oder Dessert, alles wird vom netten Personal liebevoll zubereitet und serviert. Also gern mal den alten Dorfanger in Kötzschenbroda bis zum Ende folgen um in dieser Location empfangen zu werden. Ein spanischer Abend zu Hause wurde auch schon mal mit der Abholung der Tapas hier organisiert und auch da klappte alles perfekt. Vielen Dank an euch drei👍👍👍

Das Sa Limba... Der Koch.... hats richtig drauf und verwöhnt die Gaumen seiner Gäste mit allerfeinsten mediterranen Kreationen (probiert den Brotsalat❗) auch die Anrichteweise auf dem schönen Geschirr gefällt... Ebenso der Service.... hier bekommt man noch die schönen Empfehlungen am Tisch ausgesprochen, der Tisch wird mit Stoffhandschuhen eingedeckt (alte Schule👌) die Getränke sind ebenso super hergerichtet... Die Lokalität ist klein aber fein... sehr gemütlich, schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber Einfach alles stimmig 😋😋😋 Geht hin, probiert es selber und viel Spaß beim genießen!!! Reservieren ist immer empfehlenswert 😉

Super Empfang, nette kompetente Empfehlung, Essen sehr gut, Espresso Traum. Komme gern wieder auf ein Steak wenn die Weinkarte besser geworden ist.

Wer wie wir diese Art Küche liebt, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Alles hier passiert mit Liebe zum Essen und zum Service. Wir feuen uns aufs nächste Mal.

Mehr zufällig sind wir hier noch kurz vor Feierabend eingekehrt, da die Oberschänke gegenüber voll war. Die Inhaberin des Sa Limba überzeugte uns aber direkt durch ihre herzliche und einladenden Art. Trotz später Stunde bekamen wir noch eine reichhaltige tapasplatte, die spanische, italienische sowie deutsche Kleinigkeiten in petto hatte. Auch eine kleine Einführung in die sächsischen Weine gab es. Hinzu kommen ein tolles Ambiente und eine super Lage in Kötzschenbroda. Sehr zu empfehlen, besonders mit mehr Zeit für die Weine!

Kleine feine Speisekarte mit einer sehr guten Qualität. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Ich hatte als Vorspeise karamellisierten Ziegenkäse. Als Hauptgang irisches Rumpsteak. Dazu die Portwein Soße, welche extra gekocht wurde für mich. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür, den diese stand heute nicht auf der Karte. Die Soße war einfach der Wahnsinn. Als Dessert dann Creme Catalan. Ein rund um gelungener Abend mit exzellenten Essen. Dieses Restaurant kann man nur weiterempfehlen und gern schaue ich wieder vorbei
