We sat in the beer garden. Unfortunately, we were overlooked and had to wait quite a while before we were even served. The main course didn't arrive for about 40 minutes. The food was okay, but it was only lukewarm.

Delicious food, friendly service I'll be back

Generally, most things were good. One drawback is that the menu offers very few options for vegetarians or vegans. However, they do offer the option of customizing meat-free meals. Unfortunately, several guests, especially one of the waitresses, were concerned. Guests simply didn't feel comfortable because everything was too much for her, and an order was forgotten and, even when asked about later, wasn't brought. A bad career choice!

Typically German, not subtle, but in its own way, it's very good. The value for money is also good. The service is friendly.

We went out to eat as a couple today and had a wonderful time sitting in the beer garden. Unfortunately, we had to wait forever for our food. When we asked after more than 45 minutes when our food would arrive, we were simply told that it was busy and would arrive soon. After over an hour, the food finally arrived. The portions were quite small for the price, but it was tasty. When we paid, the waiter asked again if everything was okay. When I mentioned the wait time again, we only received the snide reply that it was normal to wait over an hour for lunch. No apology or anything like that. There were two larger groups there, but you can't offer that many tables if you don't have the staff to handle it. It's completely understandable that it takes a while and that there are bottlenecks, but this snide manner and dismissal of everything was completely unprofessional and unbecoming of many guests! Clearly: I would not recommend it!

A wonderful location. With great food, super-friendly service, and it's wonderful when the miniature train passes by the beer garden—there's nothing to complain about.

Unfortunately, it's difficult for people who want to eat healthy to find something on the menu... The menu isn't up-to-date, but that's just my personal opinion. The other people's plates looked rather dry... very little sauce...

It's such a fun restaurant right next to the train tracks. The atmosphere is fantastic. The Asian servers who spoke Korean, as well as the German ones, were all incredibly friendly!

The main course easily held its own – top-notch all around! The service was fantastic, and Tebo, in particular, left a lasting impression. You immediately feel that he lives and loves his job – attentive, warm, and with a smile that made the evening even more enjoyable. Value for money? Absolutely fair and appropriate for the quality offered. My conclusion: highly recommended – I'd be happy to come back!

The food was delicious – freshly prepared and lovingly presented. Our waiter, Tebo, was super nice, attentive, and created a fun atmosphere with his entertaining manner. Every year on June 7th, I vacation in Radebeul and traditionally go to the Lößnitztal-Schänke for dinner. This time, I was served by Mr. Tebo, who made the evening even more enjoyable with his humorous and personable manner. As always, the food and atmosphere were outstanding—you simply feel at home. I'm already looking forward to next year and my next visit to this wonderful restaurant.

Drinks were brought incorrectly, resulting in long waits. Mistakes happen, but they were quickly corrected. With 15 people at a table and a full beer garden, mistakes happen. I can only recommend this restaurant. The food was delicious, the service was great, the waiter (Sandro) was friendly, the location was beautiful, and the Lössnitzgrund Railway with its steam locomotive ran right past the restaurant. So go there and see for yourself.

We stumbled upon the restaurant by chance. The waiter, Tedo, was really nice. We all ate asparagus, but unfortunately, it was a bit undercooked and still a bit hard. Nevertheless, the food itself was very tasty!

Beautiful location in the Lößnitzgrund, rustic atmosphere with a beer garden. Menu "German bourgeois", prices and quality are good, as is the service. Minor accounting problems were resolved promptly and quickly by management to our complete satisfaction. Restaurant is very suitable for family celebrations etc. Clear recommendation.

The service from the entire team cannot be surpassed and is highly commendable! A special thank you goes to Tebo, who was able to keep the children busy with his little puzzle until the food came. The restaurant is highly recommended in every respect, whether it be its warmth, hospitality, or the taste of the food. We tried many different dishes from the menu and were delighted. A big thank you also goes to the waiting staff, especially Tebo and Sandro, who served us. Just as much praise goes to the kitchen staff who prepared the delicious 😋 dishes. The restaurant offers a beautiful, rustic ambience. It's also worth mentioning that the Lössnitzgrundbahn railway runs right past the entrance. Great atmosphere. Especially thanks to the cheerful and attentive staff, despite the obvious stress. The food was delicious, and the portions were reasonable for the prices. While clearing the table, our waiter noticed that there was still food on our plates and asked us what the problem was. This is the kind of service you'd want anywhere.

Great place. The atmosphere was very cozy and inviting. The menu showed good home-style cuisine and the selection was extensive. The food tasted really good and was nicely prepared. The pricing is very fair for the size of the portions. The service was friendly and courteous - apart from one waiter who had neither decency nor a shred of etiquette. It's one thing to call a guest on a first-name basis and it's probably "normal" these days. Repeatedly calling the female guest “princess” even though she is accompanied by a man remains a no-go! Even when his rude behavior was pointed out to the waiter, he continued his disrespectful, inappropriate behavior! Maybe normal in his culture, but something like that shouldn't be tolerated. It's a shame, because this turned what was a nice visit into an unpleasant stay. Was probably our first and last visit.

Yesterday I celebrated my birthday there with my family. We really liked the restaurant, the food tasted great and the service was fast, friendly from start to finish, especially the nice waiter Tebo. I am very satisfied and will be back soon.

Great restaurant - dedicated team. We have been regular guests for many years - especially in winter. The operators come up with a lot of ideas to ensure variety according to the season. Both on the menu and in the decoration. In December you can drink a great mulled wine around the campfire in front of the Christmas tree and rock out to après-ski hits. Insider: There is a children's corner to play in the upper part of the restaurant. This makes it particularly attractive for families with children.
