Unfortunately, the food is not as original as the other comments mentioned. Prices are very expensive. Papaya salad with fermented fish Only sharp and sour Grilled pork with fresh milk available, three sticks, 8€, no sticky rice Pork waterfall tastes bland The sticky rice that comes with it is a mix of old and new rice. Half of it was dry and inedible. I told the staff but no replacement was given. Garden fish is delicious and can be used. Pad soy sauce tastes like pad thai. All food comes unhot. Even the side is beautiful Make it and then heat it up. Not recommended unless you want to waste your money.

Today I tried the Sala Thai restaurant. Found it in the neotaste app. Good reviews convinced me to take a look for myself. Nice atmosphere, fast and friendly service. There was a red curry and a panang curry. Both with duck. Very good taste and such an interesting menu too. We recommend. With the app, the price is of course super interesting. A duck curry normally costs 21.90 euros. The portions were sufficient and you were full. But there are other Thais where you get more for sometimes less money. But the restaurant was very tasty in terms of taste, which is most important...

I have eaten or ordered food on site several times. The food is always great, the service is very nice and the restaurant is decorated with love. Plus point: outdoor area with evening sun

We are very happy to have discovered this delicious and welcoming Thai restaurant. The restaurant is furnished to a high standard. We feel particularly comfortable on the raised platform, where you can sit at slightly lower tables and put your legs next to you or in the recess under the table. The service is super attentive. Since the curries are not traditionally vegan, a vegan version has now been specially created in order to have more vegan choices. Thank you very much for that. We are already looking forward to the next visit :)

We had a great evening in this beautifully decorated restaurant. The food (Pad Thai and Pad See Ew) was authentic and very tasty, the service staff was very friendly and attentive. There are regular tables and floor tables. The great thing about them is that they stand on a pedestal and you can dangle your legs underneath them. Very convenient! Absolutely recommended restaurant

The Sala Thai restaurant offers authentic and tasty Thai cuisine in a cozy atmosphere. The dishes are freshly prepared and offer a variety of flavors that pamper the senses. The friendly staff ensure pleasant service and are happy to answer any questions you may have. The menu offers a good selection of traditional Thai dishes as well as some creative variations. Overall, Sala Thai is a recommended address for lovers of Thai cuisine.

The place is small cosy. Service is a bit slow, so if u just want to grab a quick bite this is probably not the best place for you, but if u don't mind waiting you'll be rewarded with some tasty thai food. We enjoyed everything we ate, and the waitress was really smiley and nice. Overall for us was a really positive experience, absolutely recommended. Thank you 🙏🏻

Really beautifully designed restaurant, with the opportunity to eat traditionally on the gallery. The food is really excellent and the service is very friendly and warm. Starters, coconut soup, papaya salad and especially the breaded shrimp were convincing. Also main courses, here in particular the whole fish, sweet and sour.

There is a very nice atmosphere in the restaurant that is reminiscent of Thailand. Reading music complements the authentic mood. The service is nice, the food - tasty and fresh. Unfortunately the wrong food was brought to us. We didn't complain because we weren't sure whether it was our fault or the waiter's fault. Unfortunately, we didn't like this dish the most. That's not why I give it 4 stars instead of 5. It was a bit cold in the restaurant. The door didn't close properly and the heating was probably set to low. We were cold. Plus the prices weren't cheap.

Aufgrund der Neueröffnung sowie der guten Rezensionen waren wir zu fünft (davon zwei Kinder) vor einigen Tagen zu Gast. Die guten Bewertungen können wir leider nicht nachvollziehen. Das Ambiente ist sehr schlicht. Viele Tische für diese Anzahl von Personen gibt es nicht, also saßen wir leider recht ungemütlich am Eingang. Als Vorspeisen bestellten wir Laab Mu, Glasnudelsalat mit Garnelen, gegrillten Schweinenacken sowie für die Kinder Chicken Wings mit Klebereis und Wan Tan. Zuerst erhielten wir die Chicken Wings, die leider innen noch sehr blutig waren. Ein absolutes No-Go! Nach Reklamation wurden sie nachfrittiert. Der Klebereis dazu kam zehn Minuten später… Die Wan Tan waren zu lange frittiert und schon dunkelbraun, die Füllung schmeckte nach nichts. Das Laab Muh war fad, sehr ölig und für 17,50 EUR eine Frechheit. Der Glasnudelsalat war geschmacklich in Ordnung, bis auf die 5cm langen Gemüsezwiebelstücke, die man so nicht essen konnte und auch nicht in das Gericht gehören. Zu den Hauptspeisen: das grüne Curry mit Rind war geschmacksneutral und das Fleisch wies schon schwarze Stellen auf. Nach Reklamation erhielten wir dafür Ente, die gut war. Machte das Curry aber nicht besser. Der frittierte Fisch war knusprig, aber dafür eiskalt. Die dazugehörige Sauce an sich sehr gut. Schade! Mit Getränken haben wir insgesamt 166 EUR bezahlt. Ganz schön stattlich. Service war bemüht und freundlich. Wir würden nicht nochmal kommen.

Als Thailänderin kann ich nur sagen: ich bin so froh, endlich ein so tolles thailändisches Restaurant in Nürnberg zu haben! Die Karte ist super umfangreich, es gab ganz viele authentische Gerichte und geschmacklich einfach TOP. Das Restaurant ist auch ganz toll eingerichtet. 10/10!!!

Ein richtig authentisches Thailändisches Restaurant. Essen super lecker. Der Service ist super und das Ambiente erinnert stark an Restaurants im Norden Thailands. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Bardzo przyjemna i klimatyczna restauracja. Jedzenie świeżo przygotowywane, wszystko pachnące i ciepłe. Porcje duże, ładnie podane. Dodatkowy punkt za znajomość angielskiego co nie jest normą w tym kraju. Jedyny minus - przy oknie faktycznie jest zimno.

It’s very nice ambient Thai restaurant. They have special seat you can put your feet in. We ordered a salad and 2 main menu and satisfied overall. Thai tea was also very good :) if you go to South Nuremberg, this restaurant is recommended for Thai food!

Das Essen ist sehr lecker und authentisch - genauso wie das Ambiente. Die Fenster könnten besser isoliert sein, da es bei frostigen Temperaturen schon arg kalt im Restaurant wird, aber das lass ich mal außen vor bei der Bewertung.

Wichtig: Öffnungszeiten auf der Website. Absolut toller thailändische Küche, tolles Ambiente, leckeres Essen, nette Bedienung. Wir kommen wieder! Ein Tipp an die Besitzer: Führt dem Google Profil mehr Infos hinzu (Öffnungszeiten, Website etc)

Sehr leckeres und vor allem Authentisches Thai Essen. Sehr nette und aufmerksame Bedienung. Preis höher als normal.... Was garnicht geht sind die Toiletten....der Sitz wackelt und es herrscht ein sehr schlechter Geruch.....

Wer sich nach echtem thailändischen Essen sehnt ist hier richtig. Es gibt sehr leckeres authentisches thailändisches Essen. Wir haben frittierten Fisch gegessen und er war genauso knusprig und lecker wie er sein sollte.

Ein schön dekoriertes​ Thailändisches Restaurant mit gemütlicher Atmosphäre, sauber und das Essen ist nach originalem Thailändischen Geschmack.

Dieses neue Restaurant ist sehr traditionell mit Holzvertäfelung eingerichtet was wirklich hübsch anzusehen ist. Mitgedacht wurde auch auf der Empore, wo niedrige Tische stehen für Gäste, die gern im Schneifersitz essen. Dank der Vertiefung unter dem Tisch können aber auch Gäste, die es nicht gewohnt sind längere Zeit im Schneidersitz zu sitzen, ihre Beine ausstrecken. Das Essen selbst war sehr gut und reichlich, jedoch sind die Preise etwas gehoben. Da bezahlt man das Ambiente einfach mit. Auch die Aufmachung der Speisekarte selbst könnte schöner sein. Fotos von Gerichten mit Numerierung erinnert sehr an einen Imbiss. Ansonsten aber sehr empfehlenswert
