Sehr schönes Restaurant mit großem Innenbereich und einem kleineren, aber gemütlichen Außenbereich. Wir saßen bei dem tollen Wetter draußen Wir hatten Massaman Curry + knusprigen Hühnchen und Thai Whiskey. Das Essen kam zügig und war geschmacklich sehr gut. Der Service war sehr freundlich.

Bestellung wurde schnell aufgenommen und das Essen rasch serviert. Die Ente mit frischem Gemüse war lecker. Personal und die Inhaber waren sehr freundlich. Wie kommen gerne wieder. Dankeschön Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Parkplatzsituation ist schwierig.

Hatten einen außerordentlich schönen Abend im Duck and Curry! Die Bedienung war so bemüht, aufmerksam und freundlich! Wir waren eine sehr große Gruppe von fast 30 Personen, was dort bei vorheriger Reservierung kein Problem ist. Es waren auch viele Kinder dabei, worauf die Bedienungen sich perfekt eingestellt haben (auch Kinderportionen waren möglich). Im hinteren Bereich des Restaurants hatten wir einen seperierten Bereich, was sehr angenehm war. Essen sehr lecker und keine lange Wartezeit. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder! Klare Empfehlung (besonders auch mit großer Gruppe). Danke an das Team für diesen besonderen Abend! 🩷

Ein tolles Erlebnis! Die Gerichte waren köstlich und die Portionen großzügig. Sie wurden heiß serviert, die Aromen waren unglaublich und das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Die herausragende Qualität der Speisen wurde auch am neuen Standort beibehalten. Nun genießt man das Essen in einem wunderschönen und gemütlichen Ambiente und wird von aufmerksamen und sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern umsorgt. Alles in allem einfach hervorragend!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns zum reservierten Tisch gebracht, man musste nicht lange auf seine Bestellung warten. Das Essen war zwar nicht schlecht, aber leider überhaupt nicht authentisch, leider machen zu viele Restaurants den Fehler ihre eigentlich gute Küche zu sehr an den deutschen Geschmack anzupassen, dies war hier besonders ausgeprägt! Für mich ist beim Thai die Suppe "Tom Ka Gai" eigentlich immer der Maßstab, und die war leider nicht nur lauwarm, sondern auch ein lauer Aufguss, der originalen, außer ein paar Champions, Cocktailtomaten, wenig Hühnerfleisch, war nichts drin (kein Zitronengras, kein Ingwer, Koriander etc.). Auch die Hauptgerichte haben dann dies so fort geführt, zwar qualitativ gut, aber geschmacklich nicht das, was ich bei einem Thai erwarte (das mag den Leuten, die noch nicht in Thailand waren durchaus schmecken hat aber für mich leider kaum noch etwas an Authentizität - und dies bei gehoben Preisniveau). Liebe Inhaber, ich denke ihr könnt es durchaus besser - also zurück zu den Wurzeln!

Nach dem Umzug in die neue Lokation waren wir heute zu fünft hier und sehr gespannt… und es war einfach toll! Super netter Empfang, schönes Ambiente und ein wirklich sehr leckeres Essen (Vorspeisenteller, verschiedene Curry‘s, Hot Pan). Wir kommen sicher wieder :-)

Obwohl das Restaurant erst seit Kurzem in der Gegend ist, hat es bereits viele Stammgäste. Das Essen ist hervorragend. Der Service ist außergewöhnlich. Die Bedienung ist stets aufmerksam, aber nie aufdringlich. Das Ambiente ist angenehm, die Einrichtung frisch. Toiletten und alles andere sind blitzsauber! Besonders gut ist, dass es trotz der ständig laufenden Woks nicht unangenehm riecht. Wir hatten die Vorspeisenplatte und verschiedene Hauptgerichte – alle waren köstlich. Sowohl die Ente (aus der Pfanne) als auch die Currys sind perfekt gewürzt – und auf Wunsch kann man sie extra scharf bestellen. Beim nächsten Mal probiere ich das Mittagsmenü und die Option mit braunem Reis. (Die sollte auf der Speisekarte deutlicher hervorgehoben werden ;) ) Man spricht Englisch und Deutsch. Die Speisekarten sind zwar auf Deutsch, aber man kommt gut zurecht. Fürs Abendessen empfiehlt sich eine Reservierung. Es war für einen Donnerstag ziemlich voll, und auch größere Gruppen können problemlos bewirtet werden (es gibt größere Tische, und es waren auch schon größere Gruppen da). Die Preise sind angemessen.

Eines der allerbesten Thai-Restaurants der Stadt: in den neuen Räumlichkeiten jetzt noch besser aufgestellt, man fühlt sich in den gemütlichen Räumlichkeiten auf Anhieb wohl. Unbedingt Ente essen, der Restaurant-Name deutet den entsprechenden Schwerpunkt ja schon an. Von Dienstag bis Samstag gibt es tolle Mittagstisch-Angebote, aber wer von der regulären Karte bestellt, hat Zugriff auf noch großartigere Köstlichkeiten - unbedingt empfohlen seien an dieser Stelle Ente Thai-Whiskey (94) oder SaCha Ente (95). Service durch nicht mehr ganz junge Thai-Herren wie gehabt charmant und aufmerksam, nur die Parkplatz-Situation ist nach dem Umzug schlechter geworden.

Ein wunderschönes Restaurant. Es war gut besucht und die Atmosphäre war angenehm. Der Kellner war schnell und aufmerksam. Das Essen war köstlich und die Portionen großzügig. Absolut empfehlenswert!

We haven't had such good Thai food in a very long time. Incredibly delicious and plentiful. Really large portions. Super fresh. The vegetables were crisp and the duck was amazing. A very nice location, beautifully renovated after the move. The dishes are excellent, and there's a wide selection. The picture shows the Thai whiskey dish, which has a very interesting flavor.

We used to frequent Duck&Curry on Regensburger Straße, and this was our first visit to their new location in Nuremberg since they moved. The only downside is that parking around the restaurant is really difficult. You have to drive around quite a bit and search for a spot. Taking public transport is definitely the better option. But that's really the only criticism. Otherwise, in my opinion, the restaurant is nicer and larger than before, the food is still incredibly delicious, and the whole team is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were a group of seven, and everything was absolutely fine and highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

We went back to Duck&Curry last night for the first time in a while and, just like before, were absolutely delighted. The service was still incredibly friendly and fast, the food was superb, and the duck was divine.

I can only echo what others have said. We visited Duck & Curry again for the first time since they moved to their new location, and everything was excellent, just like always 🤩 The staff was incredibly dedicated and friendly, and the food was outstanding, as always 🥰 Please keep up the great work; we'll definitely be back 😋

The Duck & Curry Restaurant impressed with its tried-and-tested concept, even after the move! The staff is extremely dedicated, friendly, and attentive; you immediately feel welcome. After 8 p.m., it's easy to get a table. The dishes are incredibly delicious and, as a highlight, can be combined flexibly – whether with meat or vegetarian, with the perfect sauces, all fresh and flavorful. The roast duck is highly recommended. The new premises are modern and beautifully designed; you can tell that a lot of attention has gone into the details. The only small drawback: there are hardly any parking spaces nearby. However, the restaurant is very easily accessible by tram. Unfortunately, the restaurant is not easily accessible for wheelchair users due to the stairs. Overall, highly recommended – I'd be happy to come back!

We found our curry dishes to be very tasty. We were very pleased with the friendly service and the atmosphere was quite pleasant. A good, upper-middle-range restaurant that we would happily recommend.

I've been visiting this restaurant several times a year for over 10 years, even though I'm from Regensburg. I simply love it; the food is delicious and the service is top-notch!

Finally back! We were at the newly opened Duck & Curry at its new location today. As usual, the service was very attentive and friendly, the food was excellent with a virtually unchanged menu, and the ambiance was nicer and warmer than at the old location. A real recommendation!

I wanted to order two meals at around 9:30 p.m. The waitress came over and told me, "Hurry up, we're closing soon." We usually close at 10 p.m. I still have half an hour. If they don't want to, they won't take any more orders. And it's so expensive.

Unfortunately, this was our last time eating at Duck! It's a shame that this wonderful restaurant has to close. We thank you for many wonderful hours in this wonderful restaurant and wish all the staff all the best. Perhaps you'll find a new restaurant, and then we'll definitely see you again. The first visit to Duck&Curry food was really tasty 😋 Service was very friendly Ambience something needs to be done again what bothered me were the partitions between the tables, the Corona feeling still comes through..

By far the best! Ambiance... well it's more of a larger snack bar. But no matter - the food there is absolutely top class.

We have reserved a table. After the reception, the menu was handed out. After about 5 minutes the order was taken and after 10 minutes our food arrived. And it was super good and tasty too. After 45 minutes we were ready again, strengthened and able to go to our concert. Top restaurant.

Highly recommended, the food tastes very good and we always receive a very warm welcome.

We went to Duck and Curry today because our Thai tribe was unfortunately already overcrowded. A reservation is also recommended on Saturday, but we were still able to get a free spot. Unfortunately the food wasn't really good. The duck was fine, but the sauce wasn't really that great. The vegetables are just okay and the handful of cheap salad is only there to make the plate look fuller. Despite repeated and insistent requests, the food was not served spicy. The staff was typically friendly. First and last visit.

Very tasty dishes and friendly, fast service. We got a table for two on a weekday evening without a reservation. A little more expensive than other Thai restaurants but for us it was still worth it (duck - around €22, curry - around €14). Vegetarians also get along very well with the food.

Friendly and courteous service. Huge portions (who else should order starters and/or desserts?). My duck in teriyaki sauce with vegetables was good but not a highlight. The fact that the boss and his son had to sit right next to us in the otherwise empty restaurant disturbed us a bit when we were exchanging our first impressions. Unfortunately, the outdoor area is right next to a large parking lot and, in our opinion, you cannot enjoy your meal comfortably and in peace on weekdays, when the neighboring shops are open. Were there again today and were once again served extremely well and friendly. The food was very tasty and the boss didn't bother us. Certainly not the last time I've been here. Price/performance fits.

We came across this restaurant for the first time today as part of an invitation. We can only say: we are thrilled! We ate the best curry ever here! The service is extremely friendly, attentive and accommodating. The interior is cozy and modern, and there is also a pretty terraced garden. We are happy about the new discovery and are coming gladly again.Special dessert tip: the fried, flambéed ice cream with coconut flakes: simply delicious!

Food is fantastic and ready quickly

The food was good, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was clean and cozy. The duck is really of excellent quality. We reserved a table online and that worked without any problems. Only the price of just under €95 for 3 dishes and 3 drinks results in a point deduction. On the pictures: 91 with used Noodles 92 with used Noodles 85 with used Noodles

Food was good as we expected it. Service was Great, too. Our reservation was around 5:30pm and it‘s summer. Place was a bit hot, of course, but we have flies joining us. I would suggest to place screen windows, or doors, to rid of the flies. Still, over-all experience was great. Serving was also a good amount. We‘ll definitely come back at another season. Kudos!

Pleasantly impressed by the friendly and smiling staff, the speed with which you are served, but also the quality of the food. I recommend with love! Ps: as negative points, I find it slightly embarrassing that when you bring the note, you are told 3 times that the tip is not included. Anyway, I would have left it either specified or not, but it's an embarrassing situation to be reminded of a totally voluntary action. I spent 66E for 2 portions of duck with rice, respectively noodles, 2 beers, 1 mineral water, 1 dessert.

The service, the operation was pleasantly friendly. We both had a little bit to complain about the meal, hence only four stars. The starters alone would have been worth five stars. The ambience is very simple, I like it or it's enough, others don't. We'll definitely come back again.

I think the prices are far too high for the performance. 22€ for a portion of duck, which is nothing special in terms of quality and the portion size is smaller than most others. Most of the food on the plate is vegetables and sauce. Duck rather little. A drink €6. In my opinion, this is not justified despite inflation.

The duck is very tasty and the service is on point

The service was so excellent that I was almost shocked and briefly wondered whether I was still in Germany. The gentleman even showed me how to eat the Asian pancakes I ordered. By the way, these were so delicious that I already told my friends about the place, even though I was only there yesterday. The black sticky rice was also super tasty and more than deserved the “not too sweet” award. The baked wontons for starters were also great. Really recommended :)
