The Thai food tasted good, but it seemed a bit pricey compared to other Thai restaurants in the area.

The food isn't authentic, it's not tasty, and the restaurant smells of burnt oil, so you have to wash your clothes afterward. Service is friendly.

Thank you so much, came here on an off chance as we wanted to eat something different, wow, ,wow and wow, so good we came back the following night. The food, the service and the price was brilliant. My wife and particularly me consider ourselves foodies, we both thought the food was one of the nicest we had ever tasted!!! The waitresses that looked after us was particularly lovely, thank you. Don't miss this Gem of a restaurant....ps..the Duck is to die for!

We had chicken Panang and chicken Pat Pet. Both were totally delicious! One of the best Thai meals we’ve had and we have been to Thailand! Service was great, Riesling was lovely and great value. Food fresh and presented beautifully. We only visited Nuremberg for three night but came here twice it was so good!

No land of smiles in Nuremberg: Four of us arrived on a Saturday evening with a reservation. Our first impression upon entering the restaurant took some getting used to. Instead of a greeting, we were given a brusque announcement that our reserved table would be available for two hours. That immediately shows how "welcome" a guest is. The service and ambiance didn't impress us. The food tasted better than at the Thai takeaways in Nuremberg. The cocktail we ordered was served carelessly, without any fruit. It was a bit lacking for a successful evening, so we won't be coming back for the time being.

Enjoyed this lovely Thai restaurant. Staff were welcoming, many choices on the menu and a very pleasant atmosphere. Seating available outdoors also. Beer and wine served. Our starters and main meals tasted great. Would definitely return on our next trip.

I always enjoy eating here because the service is great and the food is delicious. At lunchtime you can eat cheaper than in the evening (lunch menu with or without starters), it is open from 11:30 a.m. It's better to make a reservation in advance for the evening, as the restaurant is usually busy.

Das Essen war köstlich, der Service deutlich überfordert. Während 30 Teilnehmer unserer Gruppe an mehreren Tischen auf die Bestellungen warteten, spielte der Barkeeper hinter der Theke Schach….nach 1 Getränk und Essen gingen wir. Mit aufmerksamerem Service hätten wir weiter geratscht und getrunken, es gab jedoch keinerlei Nachfrage ob wir etwas möchten. Deutlich Luft nach oben. Schade.

I love Osha Thai Restaurant! The food is simply fantastic - the red Thai curry with duck in particular is an absolute favorite of mine: wonderfully aromatic, perfectly seasoned and always freshly prepared. You can simply taste that the cooking here is made with love. The service is also a highlight every time: super friendly, attentive and very accommodating. You immediately feel welcome and in good hands. The restaurant itself is stylishly furnished and has a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere - people like to come here, whether for a cozy dinner or for a special occasion. For me, definitely one of the best Thai restaurants in Nuremberg. Absolute recommendation!

Unfortunately I cannot share the excellent reviews available, my experience was terrible. There are 8 of us, we had a hard time making a reservation, it was always full, but in the end we managed to do so, a nice place, there was a very helpful and nice person at the time of booking who welcomed us well, but was not present on the evening of dinner. Well made menu, very beautiful and well described dishes, but they actually arrived in a somewhat disorganized way, the last ones when the first ones were almost finished, unprofessional. Young, inattentive staff, they pretended not to see you, too busy laughing and joking behind the counter, the lack of a senior manager was noticeable. But let's go back to the dishes, very beautiful and well made, apparently tasty, but with a sad surprise, although indicated as not spicy or in some cases not very spicy it was essentially a hymn to spicy, so much so that a good part of the people, although accustomed to spicy, gave in and left the food on the table. Strange, because Thai cuisine is renowned for its delicacy, certainly not for the spiciness that overpowers every taste, a real shame, a good cooking job completely ruined by exaggerated doses of chilli pepper. Sorry but this is not Thai cuisine, whether you might like it is another matter. At the end of the absolute event for which there are no words, behind the counter one of the girls, although with a handkerchief, spent a good two minutes digging into her nose, in front of everyone as if it were the most normal thing in the world. Then without washing she came to the table to collect the dishes, I'm almost ready to vomit everything..... I think any comment is superfluous. Note: it is also particularly expensive.

Food is amazing a bit more on the pricier side, we has pad thai, summer rolls and beef curry which are highly recommended. The spicier option are genuinely spicy so choose wisely. Service was good, food came very quickly. The atmosphere could be better but its okey nothing special.

It was a spontaneous visit to O.sha Thai because our chosen restaurant was closed, so we didn't have a reservation and were given a table for 1.5 hours. The staff was very friendly. The waitress had a bit of trouble with the pronunciation, but she tried to answer our questions as best she could. Kudos to her. We had a three-course meal. The starter was delicious, the main courses were generously portioned and beautifully presented. And the dessert with black rice was something I hadn't tried before; it was a taste explosion. My drink (Red Thai Iced Tea) was also very tasty. (I had it with milk.) I was a bit skeptical about the reviews, but I can't agree; everything was good. (I'm a spicy food eater and chose "spicy," and I think the spiciness is worth it.) I will definitely come back and try the Thai spicy food.

O.sha Thai Restaurant in Nuremberg was a very pleasant surprise. The service was excellent! The staff was extremely attentive and helped us choose a great dish. I’m allergic to garlic, and this was one of the few places where I could enjoy a delicious meal while respecting my allergy. The beer was fantastic. I highly recommend it!

The O.Sha is a nice Thai restaurant in the middle of the city, with a small beer garden in the back yard, the decor is very well done and you feel very comfortable. Let's start with the staff. Consistently friendly staff, super nice and competent people. Both international drinks (from cola to beer) but also typically Thai are served. You can enjoy Oliang (frappe made from strong Thai coffee with palm sugar), a Thai beer or one of the many cocktails. A large selection of teas and a suitable wine selection round off the whole thing. The food. There were 4 of us, from the salad to the main courses, everything was really great! The salad was large and fresh and the meals were prepared as requested, although we like to eat very spicy food and were regularly disappointed here (except for Chok Dee, which is unfortunately closed), not at O.Sha. “Thai spicy” was ordered and once “Thai spicy please, but please VERY VERY spicy”. The Thai spicy was not to be despised, the perfect spiciness, perfectly matched to the ingredients, certainly not for everyone, as you get what you order here. The Thai Spicy+ dish was also perfectly prepared, the kitchen brought a good increase in spiciness (which cannot be achieved with more chili alone, hotheads know that) which did not come from any sauces, but from good spices. The non-spicy curry was also perfect. The whole thing was rounded off with a very good dessert, there was sticky rice on mango. Price In terms of price, I would describe the O.sha as upscale, but that is completely justified. The quality of the food was outstanding, the price/performance ratio deserves full marks. We would like to thank the O.sha team for their years of service and the many great meals Update: after many years, O.sha is and remains our regular restaurant. Went there spontaneously for a lunch on a Saturday. Not much going on, but still good and cozy atmosphere. We ordered an appetizer to share and the main dishes. We waited for the main dishes over 40minutes even though the restaurant was semi-empty. Also, soybean sprouts weren’t mentioned in one dish as an ingredient, and when the dish came, they were of course in the dish. Service was slow and also not very interested. We mentioned that we waited long for our meals to come, but there was no comment on that.

First of all: the 1 star is only given because the starter was really tasty. For the main course I ordered red Thai curry “Thai-spicy”. When the food came, I realized that not only was it not spicy at all, but it also had no taste. I spent a good 10 minutes trying to tell two waitresses who kept running past us this. When I was finally successful, she brought me some chili sauce that didn't taste like the curry at all. The fact that a dish is served incorrectly is not a problem at all and is simply human. But if after something like that you simply ignore the almost full plate that the customer returns and then just collect the money normally, without asking whether everything was ok... that's not possible. We definitely won't be coming back!

We booked a table for 4 at this restaurant for the 24th December approximately two months before our visit. We also confirmed our booking the day before, because we understand that Christmas Eve is more important in Germany than Christmas Day. We arrived on time 14.00, and were seated immediately . The waitress came over and we ordered our drinks and then our food. As we were doing this the waitress told us that the kitchen was closing at 14.30, so we should order desserts if we wanted them. We decided against them and waited for our drinks and food. The drinks appeared one by one over a period of 10 minutes. My partners food arrived at the same time as one of the other members of our party. Neither came with the rice that was ordered. The food was not hot and we advised them to start eating and maybe the rice would arrive very soon. However, they finished their food and still no rice. My food and that of my daughters arrived after my partner and other guest had finished their meal. Their rice also arrived at the same time. None of the food was hot and the sticky rice was very dry and unpalatable. We were then rushed to pay our bill and given a perfunctory apology about the rice and other meals being delayed. I understand it was Christmas Eve, but if you want to shut at a certain time and because of that are unable to offer a high level of service do not let people book in. We were spending Christmas in Germany and were really looking forward to this meal. We were very disappointed

A must visit for beautiful Thai food! We visited recently and managed to get a table (booking advised). Staff are warm/friendly and accommodating. The menu has some fantastic options, we had starters and mains all the food was absolutely delicious, and portions are very generous. We would highly recommend and would return without question. I've been eating at this restaurant for years and it's particularly delicious. Unfortunately it is no longer included in the voucher book. That's how we discovered it tens of years ago. One of the best Thais I know. Unfortunately, when we were there on Thursday, the atmosphere wasn't as good as we know it to be. The waitresses were always the boss, or the supervisor that evening? Teased. That wasn't pleasant. And inappropriate. You can say that things have to go faster. But then it has to be good again!

The taste is definitely ok and the portion is okay, but I have to say that the price is a bit high. The snack platter for two is suitable for first-timers and tastes good. My friend ordered Tom Yum soup, which looked richer than many Thai restaurants. I forgot to choose Thai spicy for the main course, I’ll try it next time! Das Restaurant ist sehr gut besucht und das nicht ohne Grund. Der Service ist toll, die Vorspeisen waren perfekt, die Hauptspeisen waren gut (Pad Thai etwas zu sauer nach meinem Geschmack) aber dennoch war es insgesamt lecker. Der Preis ist etwas höher aber die Portionen dafür groß. Auf jeden Fall können wir das Restaurant empfehlen!

Das Essen war sehr gut - Preis war für uns auch okay. Allerdings war es für uns das schon - das Restaurant ist nicht gemütlich, Service überlastet und die Weinkarte eigentlich nicht vorhanden. Von 4 Rotweinen auf der Karte gab es 2 gar nicht. Unsere Erwartungen gemäss Rezessionen wurden nicht erfüllt - schade

Everything was perfect. We were thrilled and will be back.

Unfortunately, our visit was a bit mixed, the boss was “over it” in her way. The meal took a very long time and generally the service staff were hardly at the table. One dish arrived completely cold and was quickly put in the microwave when asked. There is also some catching up to do when it comes to levels of spiciness. A dish labeled “slightly hot” had a chili pepper mixed in with the vegetables and was therefore not edible. However, other dishes marked “spicy” were completely lacking in spiciness. In terms of taste, the dishes were okay except for the level of spiciness, but not a revelation. What was positive and surprising was that you get a starter in the after wok dinner, as this was only listed as included on the menu for the lunch menu.

It was ok but nothing more. Unfortunately I have to criticize two things: The beef in my dish was too well done and therefore too "chewy". The service was very friendly, but you had to wait a long time or wave very clearly. That's ok when it's overcrowded, but it should work better in normal operation. My companion's food was highly praised by her. The sharpness in particular was probably very good here. When it came to dessert (also very tasty), special requests were easily implemented. You can eat well here and perhaps my criticisms were exceptions. Everyone can have a bad day.

Lage: zentral, aber ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Sehr netter Empfang. Reservierung hat mit dem Sonderwunsch "Tisch für Rollstuhl geeignet" super geklappt. Lediglich eine Stufe musste manuell überwunden werden. Essen (After Work Menü) und Getränke (Happy Hour) war sehr Lecker und adrett serviert. Und die "Schärfegrade" sollte man ernst nehmen... Das Essen war super lecker und deshalb geht man ja auch dahin. Etwas schade war, dass die Anmerkung die ich bei der OpenTable-Reservierung angegeben hatte nicht beachtet wurde. Sie haben sich aber dann auf Nachfrage trotzdem sofort bemüht meiner Frau einen Hocker zum ablegen des Gipsfusses zu besorgen. Die Bedienungen waren freundlich und haben alles richtig gebracht und wussten auch wer was bestellt hatte. Für unseren Geschmack hätten sie aber noch ein- zweimal nachfragen können ob’s noch was sein darf. Aber da gehen die Vorlieben sicher auseinander. Insofern, ne klare Empfehlung.

Fantastic: so cozy, so friendly, so delicious - this Thai restaurant is definitely worth a visit. Rice dish with pork belly and fried egg is great, salmon curry is delicious. Really intense taste, there's a full range of aromas here. Eating doesn't take very long on a Thursday evening, despite the house being full. Cocktails also great. Price-performance fits. Parking situation bad.

We were there two weeks ago for a wedding celebration with the closest family and were thrilled from start to finish. The staff were incredibly nice and friendly, the food was delicious and magically prepared, and we sat very comfortably and comfortably. I particularly liked the fact that, on the one hand, it wasn't overheated, but at the perfect temperature (pleasant room temperature, I find an atmosphere that is too warm to be extremely unpleasant when eating), and on the other hand, there was no intrusive or too loud music playing, but rather just a pleasant, very unobtrusive one quiet music. This made it very comfortable to chat. As I said, unfortunately I can't say more about the food than: I was thrilled. :)

I've been a regular for 15 years. I am always pleasantly surprised. The kitchen with specialty chefs from Thailand deliver the finest food. The young service team really has fun and fulfills almost every wish. It's a shame if one or two guests have to make fun of little things. Reservations are strongly recommended, especially during trade fairs and on weekends. And yes, if you want to come early, you only get two hours to enjoy it, because the others also want to eat. The quality of the food is unbeatable. And no, it's not 100% like in Thailand, it's not possible at all, but it's very close. For me it's definitely the best Thai restaurant in Nuremberg and the surrounding area. And I'm not alone with this opinion. Call, stop by and let yourself be pampered the Thai way. It's worth it.

The normal food. The service not very good. They made a mistake in one of the drinks and it took them a long time to serve the main course. The kitchen closes one hour before the store's normal closing time. High price for quality and service. Not to return.

Were there for the first time and reserved a table at 7 p.m. Wanted to have a nice evening. At 9 p.m. we had to pay and leave because there were supposedly other guests waiting. We were of course disappointed because no one told us when we reserved the table or when we arrived. Therefore only 2 stars A friend of ours also had to travel over 50km!!

We wanted to show our Swedish vegan friend a nice Thai restaurant and went after the reviews. Unfortunately we were very disappointed :( The service was unfriendly (orders were taken poorly, we weren't even asked if everything was okay and eye contact with the waitress was impossible, so we only had one drink each...) The vegan food should have been spicy, but it didn't taste like anything---when we were told that it didn't taste like anything, we were fobbed off with chilli sauces and powders---very sad, especially given the prices!!! We will never go there again, we were extremely disappointed The rooms were nice but you can't get enough of them happily

Underground! We were there with 8 people. We hadn't yet sat at the table when we were told in a completely inappropriate and unfriendly manner that we were only allowed to stay for 2 hours. OK. The food took a long time (for the short time slot) until it finally came. We were able to order drinks once. Then no one came anymore. The food was okay. Some portions were okay, ours (salmon) were very small. We would have liked to have ordered dessert, two of us came too. The rest of us didn't, because we weren't fast enough with just one map. Even before (!) the two of them had dessert, the waitress stood at the table (1 hour and 30 minutes) to "ask" for payment in such an outrageous way that we were all speechless. The mood was over. The two ate quickly. Then we left. It may have had a reputation as an "in" restaurant - but with this arrogance they won't see us again... absolutely not recommended
