The restaurant was completely full and we were served very quickly. In many restaurants you have to wait a long time for sushi, which wasn't the case here. The warm dishes were also delicious

Unfortunately there was no more kimchi. The mango salad was also very tasty. We can also recommend the udon noodles and a sushi menu.

It was our first time at the restaurant and I mentioned this in a casual conversation. The friendliness of the waiters and the service top everything conventional! The food is extremely tasty and the prices are more than reasonable. Since they obviously wanted to keep us as new customers for the long term, we were even given an appetizer and a final drink. All of this with a very nice smile on his face. Just fantastic. We will be back definitely.

I had a wonderful evening at Sakura Restaurant, which offers a huge variety of sushi to choose from! While the lighting isn't ideal for food photos, trust me, the dishes look much better in reality. The prices are very affordable, and the quality is excellent. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the stylish decor of the restaurant. We spent about three hours ordering and enjoying conversations. The service was fast and friendly. I'll definitely be a regular guest here!

In my opinion, Sakura is one of the best restaurants in Mannheim. The service is very attentive and courteous. When we took off our jackets, we were offered that they could hang up jackets for us. The atmosphere is also very pleasant and inviting. The food (both sushi and the rest) is made with a lot of love, you can tell in the taste. The meat in my soup was very tender and delicious. If you like sushi/Vietnamese food, you're definitely in good hands here. We have been there at least 5 times in the last year and have never been disappointed. From friendly service to delicious food, everything is just right there.

Coherent concept. Asian modern furnishings. However, the stools without backrests do not allow for a relaxed sitting position. Service very attentive and friendly. The quality, appearance and taste of the dishes were consistently great.

Ich kann die guten Bewertungen leider nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Die Soße zu den Sommerrollen war langweilig, da gibt es viel bessere. Die Hähnchenspieße wurden ganz vergessen. Als sie dann endlich kamen, waren sie absolut trocken mit einem Hauch von Soße. Sushi waren gut. Tisch war nicht richtig sauber. Im hinteren Teil des Raumes steigt immer wieder der Toilettenparfumduft nach oben. Also viele kleine Punkte, die mir nicht gefallen haben. Insgesamt zu wenig Qualität mit zu viel Trockeneis.

Just wow. We were there for the first time today and we are thrilled. The food looked very good, was high quality and tasted fantastic. The waiter and the man who showed us to the table were both very nice, funny and charming. Contributes to the relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant is also very nicely furnished and decorated with the lanterns. I think the many vegan/vegetarian meat alternatives are great, especially the duck. Progressive and almost no other restaurants have that. Definitely come by. The cocktails are good too. We will be back.

Went there spontaneously yesterday with my daughter and we were both absolutely thrilled. The employees are very accommodating and friendly. The food was excellent, the waiting time was short. We are from out of town and were in Mannheim for an event, but I would be happy to travel back specifically for a culinary experience like this.

The food tasted artificial, bland and soggy. The nice presentation with dry ice etc. seems to distract most people from the actual taste of the food. I can't recommend it.

The main course came before the starter, but was taken away again but 40 minutes later. Kept warm, unfortunately it wasn't as tasty and the taste was just very bland...

After our evening at Sakura Mannheim we are simply blown away. The way the staff welcomed us and anticipated our needs was quite impressive. But then the food – wow! You can see what I mean in the photo: The sushi not only tasted amazing, it also looked great. Arranged on a bamboo board, each piece is a little work of art that you almost don't want to eat because it is so beautiful. The atmosphere at Sakura is just right - cozy and stylish at the same time. You sit on benches, which gives the whole thing a casual touch, but if you prefer chairs, the guys and girls from the service conjure up those too. When my father-in-law wasn't able to walk very well, they even let him use the staff toilet so that he could save himself having to climb the stairs. This small but nice gesture really touched us. Every bite was a little trip to Japan. The aromas, the freshness – everything is great. We'll definitely be back, because it's not every day that you find such culinary delights combined with warmth.

We were really excited, so highly recommended. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. I can confidently describe the cuisine as excellent. You can't beat it in terms of freshness, cooked to perfection and delicious. The price-performance ratio is good and the atmosphere is cozy and rustic.

One of our favorite restaurants, everything on site is always great. Sometimes there is an error with Lieferando when you make an extra request, but when you call, you get what you actually ordered delivered straight away. Really very nice staff :)

The sushi restaurant is very inviting and has a nice atmosphere in which we felt very comfortable. The staff is super friendly, attentive and accommodating. We had a baby with us, who was warmly welcomed and given a lot of attention (not just pushing the tables away so that the stroller had enough space). The service was quick, the sushi was very tasty and beautifully prepared. We remember the visit fondly and would be happy to come back when the opportunity arises. So it's very comfortable to eat here. The food is definitely delicious and you can't fault it. But what stands out and really touched us very much is the service staff on site. To all Germans, everyone knows the saying, customer is king, if you haven't been able to imagine much about it and that's very difficult in the catering industry out there, then go in here and you'll be overwhelmed by it, because it's 100% literal implemented! Many thanks to the whole team. We were there for the first time. But not the last.

Rather disappointing, although we were surprised given the otherwise good reviews. The food is rather mediocre for the prices. The waiter was friendly and quick, but barely understood us. The menu on Google Maps is outdated (now more expensive and some other dishes/sauces).

The food was very tasty and the delivery person was very friendly. Portion could be a little larger but the food is very fresh and tasty. Happy to order again.

The price was very high. There were a lot of bells and whistles. The sushi was very good, but I would have expected more from vegan duck and vegan shrimp. Unfortunately, a dish was delivered to us incorrectly and it took a long time for the food to be delivered.

The staff are 'extremely' friendly, where else a tenth wouldn't be possible 😅 Ambience is very authentic and cozy. Food was tasty with large portions. Special requests and combinations that are not on the menu are very kindly taken into account. Price not cheap but normal among Asian restaurants in the area.

It is better for Japanese people not to go there. I use jasmine rice for sushi. When I ordered rice and miso soup for the sashimi platter, only the rice and miso soup came first. After more than 10 minutes, the sashimi platter and sushi came out together. There is only one type of sake, and it is a cheap one used for hot sake. After asking for the bill, it took about 10 minutes, then another 10 minutes to print out the statement. I only care about the appearance of the platter, so it looks good on Instagram, but that's about it.

Von Außen eher unscheinbar, innen aber sehr hübsch eingerichtet und sehr nette und gesellige Angestellte. Essensauswahl ist insbesondere beim Sushi groß und wirklich sehr lecker. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Essen ist wirklich ein Gedicht! Das Personal ist total freundlich und nimmt einen gleich mit der guten Laune mit. Zuvorkommender Service, tolle Drinks. Man verbringt wirklich gerne eine schöne Zeit im Sakura!

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und der Laden ist super schön eingerichtet. Obwohl mein Geburtstag nicht angekündigt war, gabs spontan ein Ständchen vom gesamten Team, Edamame aufs Haus und sogar Rabatt. Unsere Sushiplatte haben wir uns selbst zusammengestellt und war echt lecker. Allein wie die Sushi angerichtet waren - einfach nur Wow! Vielen Dank und vor allem shoutout an Dom, richtig cooler Typ! Service war generell top, alle super lieb und aufmerksam.

Hatten Glück und haben noch einen Tisch für zwei bekommen. Am besten reserviert man hier. Das Sushi war verdammt lecker und wurde mega eindrucksvoll serviert. Hatten ne gute Zeit hier :-) Dachten wir geben noch den Hinweis, dass sich das Service Personal noch etwas besser absprechen könnte, wenn es um den Zeitpunkt des Herausgebens von Speisen geht.

Super nette Kellner, man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen. Ich habe nur etwas zum Mitnehmen bestellt, aber das Sushi war sehr lecker und hat es auch bis zuhause überstanden. Positiv überrascht war ich, dass sie mir zum Überbrücken der Zeit bis die Bestellung fertig war eine Limo spendiert haben. Ich habe weniger als 20 Minuten gewartet, daher auch keine Beanstandungen an der Stelle.

Ich kann eine einfache Rezension für Sakura Restaurant schreiben, basierend auf deiner Bestellung. Hier ist ein möglicher Text: Ich habe im Sakura Restaurant die Nudeln mit Hühnchen probiert und war sehr zufrieden. Die Nudeln waren al dente gekocht und das Hühnchen war zart und saftig. Das Gericht war reichhaltig und sättigend, aber nicht zu schwer. Das Sakura Restaurant ist ein tolles japanisches Restaurant, das ich gerne weiterempfehle. Die Besitzer sind extrem nett und der Service ist schnell und freundlich. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich und einladend. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, um mehr von ihrer leckeren Küche zu probieren.

Tolles Japanisches/Vietnamesisches Resturant mit tollen Mitarbeitern. Man wird sehr freundlich und herzlich Empfangen. Das ganze wirkt nicht aufgesetzt sondern sehr ehrlich. Alle Kellner sind sehr aufmerksam und es kommt zu keinen langen Wartezeiten. Das Essen ist super lecker und die Getränke der Hit! Wunderschön angerichtet! Man merkt, es steckt Liebe dahinter. Würde ich immer wieder hingehen!

Das Essen und der Service waren mega. Wir hatten den Mixed Vorspeisenteller und anschließend diverse Sushi. Alles top. Der Service war aufmerksam und sehr gut gelaunt. Wir kommen wieder. Leider erst im Februar, weil wir 100km entfernt wohnen.

Das Restaurant hat ein super angenehmes Ambiente, in dem man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und für die Kunden da, damit man sich wirklich wohl fühlt. Das Essen ist super schön angerichtet und schmeckt sehr gut. Man kann auch den Sushi-Chefs beim Zubereiten zuschauen. Man kann sehr deutlich sehen, dass akribisch gearbeitet wird und genau geschaut wird wo etwas hinkommt beim Anrichten. Alles in allem ist es ein super Restaurant.

Gut besucht, zu Stoßzeiten, z.B. Freitag 19.00 Uhr Reservierung empfehlenswert. Gedämpfte Teigtaschen waren sehr lecker. Hauptgericht war auch gut. Im vorderen Bereich zu sitzen ist im Winter etwas kühler, hinten ist es deutlich wärmer. Die großen Sushiplatten für Gruppen sehen auch gut aus und werden zelebriert.

Hier passt alles! Das Restaurant ist schön gestaltet und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Die Bedienungen waren alle sehr freundlich und haben sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob noch alles in Ordnung ist. Das Essen schmeckt lecker und ist schön angerichtet.

Ich war vor längerer Zeit hier um Sushi zu essen. Liebevoll angerichtet und sehr lecker!

Riesen Lob an das Team. Sie sind super nett und freundlich und hetzen einen nicht beim Essen. Ganz im Gegenteil. Man darf sich Zeit lassen beim Essen und fühlt sich nicht unerwünscht, das hat man mittlerweile selten. Am Ende bringen sie sogar oft noch einen kostenlosen Saft. Essen schmeckt sehr gut.

Freundlicher und schneller Service. Ideal auch zur Online-Bestellung. Es kann eine Abholzeit vereinbart werden. Und das Wichtigste: sehr leckeres Essen!!! Ich war sehr angetan von der Big-Roll mit veganer Fleischalternative Enten-Art. Richtig knusprig und lecker. Werde dort sicher wieder etwas essen oder zum mitnehmen bestellen!
