Huang’s Sushi & Asian Food in Mannheim

Echt einer meiner Lieblings Sushi und japanischen Restaurants. Das Personal ein Traum und das Essen erst. Auch wird auf der Speisekarte alles genau erklärt. Das Restaurant ist auch sehr schön. Ich empfehle sehr stark die Miso-Suppe!

Köstliches, frisch zubereitetes Essen, lecker, freundlich, sauber, guter Preis. Besser geht es nicht.

Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Das Essen inklusive Sushi ist hervorragend. Der Service ist einfach klasse und sehr angenehm. Super nette Betreiber. Ich werde sicher wieder vorbeikommen.

Sehr freundlicher Service! Das Essen ist köstlich und preiswert.

Ich war bislang immer sehr zufrieden gewesen mit dem Essen, deswegen 2 Sterne. Aber nach dem heutigen Besuch, nicht mal einen Stern möchte ich geben. Mein Mann hatte Sushi bestellt. der Reis war leider kaum gewürzt und der Inhalt sehr spärlich bestückt. Es waren Gunkan und diese für den Preis von ca 4,5€ war gefüllt nur ein Klumpen Reis so groß wie ein Daumen und ein paar klein geschnittene Thunfischstücke. Das Inside Out mit frittierten Garnele bestand tatsächlich auch nur aus der Garnele, den Enden schaute ein bisschen Salat raus. Und die größte Unverschämtheit war das Inside Out mit Thunfisch und Avocado, wobei eher Avocado und Thunfisch wohl richtiger ist. Statt wie gewohnt ( wie auch bei anderen Mitbewerbern ) ein ganzes Stück Thunfisch mit Avocado, wurde die Rolle anscheinend mit Reststücken aus vorherigen Gerichten gefüllt. Als wir darauf anwiesen, hieß es nur „sage ich ihm“ Nach dem Bezahlen wurde auch kein Wort mehr darüber verloren. Also sehr schade, aber nie wieder, egal dass andere Gerichte uns bislang immer sehr gemundet hatten.

Also ich kann ja verstehen wenn man heutzutage bei einer solchen location durchaus sparen und zusehen muss wie man sich über wasser hält aber was hier betrieben wird kann ich leider nur noch als dreiste abzocke bezeichnen. Ich hatte heute einmal Thunfisch gunkan und zwei inside out Rollen bestellt. Das gunkan bestand zu min. 90% aus Reis, die ebi fry rolle bestand aus genau zwei Garnelen in Reis und nori Blatt eingewickelt, die Thunfisch avocado rolle bestand hauptsächlich aus avocado und Thunfisch Resten eines anderen Gerichts da es aus kleinen Streifen zusammen gelegt wurde anstatt wie man es kenn aus einem einheitlich geschnittenen stück Fisch. Dazu kommt das der sushi Reis praktisch nicht gewürzt war und einfach nach normalem Reis geschmeckt hat. Alles in alles war es eine unfassbar enttäuschende Erfahrung für ein Lokal das Sushi im Namen hat....und nach dem man das auch noch bei der Bedienung angesprochen hat kam nichts außer " ich gebe das so weiter" ja uhi toll ....

Wollte fancy Sushi essen gehen, das ist allerdings nicht der richtige Laden dafür. Sushi extrem basic, in der Schorle keine Kohlensäure. Dafür war der Preis aber relativ stolz. Schade.

Die Sushis sind wirklich sehr sehr lecker und immer frisch zubereitet. Wir kommen schon seit über 10 Jahren und es ist einfach immer perfekt!

Man sollte öfter mal die taiwanesische Küche probieren – die ist gut! – und nicht nur Sushi essen.

Ich bin china imbis Experte und muss sagen : das ist wahnsinnig lecker. Absolut frisch zubereitet und perfekt abgeschmeckt. Also ich komme auf jeden fall wieder

Essen ziemlich geschmacklos, schmeckt hauptsächlich nach Salz. Portionen im Verhältnis klein und Service leider gar nicht gut. Mussten 1h auf unser Essen warten…

In meiner Limonade waren Glasscherben. 😠Ich habe die Besitzerin daraufhingewiesen und sie hat sich nicht entschuldigt mir nur ein neues angeboten. Ich habe ein Wasser genommen. Sie hat es nicht von der Rechnung genommen und wollte mir anstelle das Wasser berechnen. Ich komme nie wieder.

Nach dem Sport was gesundes :) Bestes Hähnchen, was ich je gegessen habe!! Saftig, lecker und geschmacklich ausgezeichnet :) wirklich toller Service, die Dame war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Preise sind sehr günstig, eine kleine Vorspeisensuppe nur ~3,20€ , perfekte Hauptspeise mit Reis und saftigem Hähnchenfilet für unter 15€, ein Jasmin-Tee mit Rosenblüte drin auch nur 3,50€… ich hab mich so gut bedient und bewirtet gefühlt, dass mir das Trinkgeld wie von alleine aus der Tasche fiel :D einen Sonnenplatz gab es auch noch… ein perfektes Mittagessen!! komme definitiv wieder und empfehle allen, hier das Hähnchen mit Jasminreis zu probieren, besonders für gesundheitsbewusstes Essen ist es wirklich eine tolle Wahl :)

Kleines aber feines Restaurant. Alles was ich hier gegessen habe war hervorragend und deswegen komme ich immer wieder wenn ich in Mannheim bin.

Super leckeres Essen zu einem tollen Preis. Wir kommen seit Jahren in dieses Restaurant und sind seit dem 1. Tag immer begeistert. Der Service ist toll und die Mitarbeiter sind alle super nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Eine sehr erfahrene Dame bedient die Kunden. Kartenzahlung möglich. Gutes Gericht. Extra scharfes Chili-Sambal, falls Sie es gerne scharf mögen und das Essen noch schärfer mögen.

Ein wirklich freundliches Lokal in der Nachbarschaft. Frische Zutaten und faire Preise. Sehr empfehlenswert für einen schnellen Imbiss.

Super leckeres Essen zu einem bezahlbaren Preis und sehr freundlicher Bedienung. Taiwanesich-Kantonesische Küche findet man auch nicht allzu oft. Leider bin ich nicht oft in Mannheim, sonst würde ich öfters dort hin gehen.

Ein kleines nettes Restaurant. Ambiente war sehr schön und süß. Die Kellnerin war leider unfreundlich, man hat sich nicht wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Das Essen war sonst ganz lecker, nichts besonderes.

Vor allem das Sushi ist lecker und echt günstig :)

Ich war heute in diesem Restaurant, um schnell etwas zu essen, und wurde nicht enttäuscht! Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und der Service schnell. Da es dort recht voll werden kann, empfehle ich, die Stoßzeiten zu meiden. Die Preise waren auch sehr angemessen! Es gibt allerdings kein All-you-can-eat-Menü, das sollte man beachten.

The sushi is really delicious and fresh. I ordered salmon, avocado, and mango nigiri. Two of each. It was really delicious; you can't complain at all. I liked the mango the best, and it was really juicy. The price is reasonable. The atmosphere is pleasant. 5/5 stars. I'll be back.

Our favorite sushi restaurant with traditional Vietnamese dishes. I've eaten there several times with my family or alone, and we've always been very well served and satisfied. The sushi is always very fresh and tasty. The other dishes aren't as large in portions, but they're just right for me and taste just as good. Only last time I found the traffic outside a bit annoying. I would have preferred to sit inside. But we'd love to come back and look forward to the smile from the hostess. Cheers

Bediening vriendelijk, heeft wellicht ook te maken met de taal spreken en culturele verschillen. Ik ben zeer vriendelijk bejegend. Een menuutje voor een redelijke prijs, en nog wat extras bijbesteld. Prima maar niet uitzonderlijk. Gewoon goed voor de prijs.

The best Asian restaurant in Mannheim!!! There's a huge selection of specialties—from Vietnamese, Chinese, Taiwanese, and Japanese. I tried various sushi dishes, and it was so delicious! Fresh and made with care. If quality and service are important to you, then Huang's Sushi is the place for you.

Very long waiting times, very small portions and it wasn't particularly tasty either. The curry didn't really taste spicy, rather neutral and bland. Were there twice. Unfortunately the gyozas were small and fried instead of homemade and steamed

Insider tip. Very tasty, smaller shop; cozy, modern appealing. Everything fresh and carefully prepared. The Japanese noodles with chicken breast in teriyaki sauce are a poem. You can feel the family love in the preparation. Will become a regular.

We don't know if it was because we were hungry, BUT it was the BEST Asian food we've had in a long time. Every single one of our three dishes was incomparable. In combination with the house-made kimchi, we all had goosebumps all over our bodies. It may sound exaggerated, but ultimately you have to convince yourself of the charming staff and the good food. We look forward to coming back next time we are in Mannheim! Just wow!

We spontaneously dined there on a Friday evening and were really impressed. The service is courteous but not intrusive. The atmosphere is very cozy. You feel good. The only drawback is that it is very quiet overall. You therefore want to talk more quietly and carefully so as not to disturb anyone, which has its advantages. The food is really good and freshly prepared. We had gyozo, miso soup and chicken skewers for starters. Then there was sushi, vegan fried noodles with tofu and fried eel plus a dessert to share. Including drinks €95 for three full and happy people. We've had that very rarely recently. Thanks to the entire team, we'll be happy to come back! It is very difficult to find a restaurant to suit all tastes and eating habits. Vegan, vegetarian, fish and meat are definitely recommended here ☺️

Excellent restaurant!!! All the food is excellent. For a first course we ordered an appetizer plate with seaweed salad, edamame, something stuffed with chicken and vegetables, and miso soup which was excellent. The sushi is delicious and delicate with a relatively large amount of fish and vegetables. The dish with the meat was also tasty and delicate, and for dessert a baked ice cream ball which was also delicious. In short, I recommend going to eat there.

Unfortunately, absolutely no recommendation at all! The portions are very, very small and the taste is not good either. The salmon and avocado sushi hardly had any salmon in it, the avocado was not fresh, some of it was already yellow. The sushi only tasted like sesame and fell apart because it was rolled so poorly. The summer rolls looked like mini spring rolls in size and were super expensive and not tasty at all. No mint in it, but lots of caraway! The peanut sauce wasn't tasty either. The tempura sushi was more of a snack and for €7! Unfortunately, we also waited a very long time for the food, even though only three tables were occupied. Price/performance is absolutely not given here and we will definitely not be coming back.

I've been going there for 4 years now: The Fireball and the lemonade are always a highlight. The service is very good and you can see the love in every detail. The ambience with its calm nature/wood look is perfect and mom can have a good time (perfect for dates ^.0) You can tell the love for the sushi and that everything is freshly made.

My absolute favorite restaurant! It tastes really good, sushi as well as pasta or rice dishes. Prices are really great and the staff is always very nice. Normally I don't like eating in restaurants but I feel very comfortable there. I even liked the noodle soups (ramen), even though I'm not a big fan of them.

We come from Stuttgart and were in Mannheim for a few days. On the day of our arrival we had dinner at Huang's for the first time in the evening. We are so impressed by the quality, the freshness of the ingredients/food and the friendliness that we decided to eat there a second time. Everything is worth trying, from homemade iced tea, starters, main courses and desserts. We are so impressed with this restaurant that we have already decided to stop there several times on our next visit to Mannheim. The second time, Lam suggested Cantonese dishes to us, which we really enjoyed. If you are not familiar with certain dishes, let Lam and her staff advise you - they were happy to do so with us. Definitely worth a visit!

Klein aber fein, ich war das erste Mal in dem kleinen Restaurant, und war positiv überrascht, das Ambiente schlicht aber passend, aufmerksame, freundliche Bedienung, das Essen sehr lecker, ich hatte die Udon Nudeln mit Rindfleisch, empfehlenswert, komme garantiert wieder. Wer asiatische Suppen mag, ist hier richtig ☺️

As a duck fan, I can say that the duck is prepared excellently here. Not too greasy, not too dry, not too crispy… the dish is rounded off with a homemade sauce; Price and portion size match. The furnishings are somewhat sober, but the overall ambience can still be worked on a bit. However, a good address to fortify yourself during or after shopping.

A small and very cozy establishment, delicious food, fast service. You can see how rolls, sushi and sashimi are prepared with your own eyes, as it happens in the hall. A convenient menu that allows you not to get confused yourself and not to confuse the staff with incorrect pronunciation of the names of dishes, since next to the name there is a letter designation of the dish or menu.

Inconspicuous from the outside but beautifully and modernly furnished inside, absolutely delicious food, lots of choice - some vegan too!! and the employees were all super nice :) The prices are also good and the food was ready quickly. I will definitely recommend to my friends
