Very bad. Delivery took two hours, the company doesn't answer the phone, and they don't apologize for the problems. The poke bowl was 80% lettuce with salmon, which really didn't taste good. The spring rolls were cold and soggy. Soy sauce was everywhere in the bag. Better not order from here.

Always order sushi from here. Always fresh and delivered very fast. Haven’t found any better sushi in this delivery region yet. Totally recommend! Also love the packaging and lots of soy sauce and wasabi

Customer service is a top priority here. A mistake occurred, which is normal, and it was handled more than adequately. I think I spoke with the owner. You couldn't be more diligent and committed to customer satisfaction. The quality is always top-notch. The fish-to-rice ratio is excellent. Plenty of fish. Not like many other restaurants where it's mostly rice and tiny pieces of fish. These guys know how to build customer loyalty. Definitely recommended!

The vegetarian options are also very well thought out and delicious. What's also positive: The portions are generous and the prices are fair – something you can't take for granted these days. Bottom line: If you want high-quality sushi conveniently delivered to your home, this is the place for you. I'll definitely order again!

Their offer: I could pay for the food now in cash, otherwise it would be taken away. I didn't have enough cash, so that was the end of it. Thanks for nothing.

I ordered sushi for my son's birthday at 6 p.m. It's now almost 9 p.m. and the sushi hasn't arrived. In my opinion, the service is poor and I don't recommend it.

We ordered the Sushi Saiko XL Platter via Uber Eats. Unfortunately, it wasn't particularly tasty. The rice fell apart, and otherwise...it wasn't a sushi treat, even though we love sushi. What a shame.

There was a problem with my order, which the restaurant resolved very quickly and courteously (seaweed salad was quickly reordered). Full marks for that :-) Overall, the food was very fresh and good.

My boyfriend and I had Saiko Sushi delivered via Uber Eats. Aside from taking more than twice as long as advertised, the sushi wasn't fresh at all. The nigiri fell apart, and all the sushi rice was dry and looked like it was yesterday. The chives and cucumbers were also anything but fresh. Unfortunately, the taste was very disappointing.

Great! The boss, or rather the one who answers the phone, is always relaxed and friendly, even when it can be hectic. I order from Saiko very regularly and I am very satisfied! The food is delicious, and my fried sushi rolls arrive warm and crispy. I am very satisfied because nothing has been forgotten in all my orders so far. The boss was also very accommodating and sent me free sauce when I forgot to order it on Uber Eats. I often call when I'm hungry because I'm very impatient, but the boss is always very relaxed and has thankfully never gotten angry or annoyed like he would at most other restaurants. For me, as an experienced sushi eater (only fried sushi), these are the best fried sushi to order in the Steglitz area.

Absolute garbage!!! Don't order from here under any circumstances! The food took two hours to arrive, and they didn't even deliver the entire meal. I paid €30 and only half arrived, and it was cold, too. There was no refund at all. The worst experience I've ever had!

Order sushi via Uber Eats every now and then and it's always delicious

Ordered online. Worst experience ever. We waited 1.5 hours for delivery. When it arrived it was cold so we had to warm it by microwave🙃🙃 As a cherry on top my veggie bowl was prepared wrong even they gave options to choose they decided to prepare in a different way. Too expensive for this terrible experience.

Actually our regular delivery service for sushi to this day. We were always satisfied with the quality. Our order was accepted today (7:15 p.m.) and the money was then refunded without comment. Nobody can be reached by phone. This was the last time we ordered here, what a shame.

Unfortunately the quality is getting worse and worse. It's a huge difference from the sushi of 2-3 years ago. The store is also stingy with ginger. With a 2x salmon menu (48 pieces of sushi), you can probably expect there to be enough ginger. But for a long time now the ginger has been decreasing with every order. The waiting time for delivery is also getting longer and longer. Prices go up, but quality goes down. Unfortunately I can no longer support this. It's a shame, because the store used to be very good.

We ordered today at 7:45 p.m. With a stated waiting time of around 1 hour, I'm not petty and call straight away if the food isn't there yet. But after almost 2 hours of waiting, 19 calls to the store until someone answered the phone, also very unfriendly, I started to get annoyed. We actually had good experiences with Saiko Sushi. Even though delivery occasionally took a little longer, the food was fresh and tasty. Let's see what the food is like today (if it even arrives today), but the service from the employees with such a long wait is subpar and unacceptable. I don't order for €50 in the store, then wait over 2 hours for the food and the staff doesn't even apologize for the waiting time, but also answers the phone in a rude manner. Unfortunately we won't be ordering again. It would be appropriate to no longer open the door and get the money back. Absolutely unfriendly and unfortunately very disappointing behavior from the employees

My order is via Wolt. I have already informed Wolt and now I would like to warn the others. Given that the sushi didn't taste good at all, the shrimp nigiri looked completely dried out and tired. But the worst thing was the Unagi Nigiri, which smelled so bad.

Wie zum Teufel kann sowas passieren?! Eine Bestellung für drei Personen in eine Box zu quetschen und dann alles durcheinander fliegen zu lassen zeugt schon von besonderem Desinteresse. Auch die in kalte Soße ertränkten Hähnchenspieße (drei Mal einzeln bestellt) in einen Karton zu werfen erscheint mir nur mäßig sinnvoll. Die Lieferung war im Ergebnis also eine Vollkatastrophe. Eine Bestellung hier kann ich also absolut nicht empfehlen. Aber vielen Dank nochmal für die tausend Saucen in kleinsten Containern, in die man das Sushi (das bisschen davon, das nicht auseinandergefallen ist) nicht reinbekommt.

We had lunch there today and unexpectedly saw friends as well that enjoyed their meal very much. We sat outside under a shady tree and the weather was perfect for outside dining. I ordered Menu 18 and it was delicious! My husband ordered some vegetarian options and was also extremely pleased. But rices were very reasonable. We can’t wait to go back.

Viel Spaß für (verhältnismäßig) wenig Geld. Sushi war frisch und kam pünktlich. Gerne wieder.

Habe bei Saiko schon oft bestellt. Das Essen ist immer frisch und kommt super schnell. Ist zwar nicht ganz so wichtig, aber auch die Lieferanten waren bisher immer echt freundlich. Kann ich jedem der Sushi mag auf alle Fälle empfehlen! :-)

Sushi 3 Sterne Lieferung 1 Stern --- Das Sushi ist absolut mittelmäßig und nicht besonders herausragend wie manche Bewertungen suggerieren (da ist noch Luft nach oben). Am gestrigen Valentinstag war der Laden wohl nicht Herr der Lage, bei 2,5 h Wartezeit, das Essen aber fast 1,5 h zu später liefern geht gar nicht!

Schnelle Lieferzeiten, leckeres Sushi und netter Service. Mein einziges Manko ist, dass in den Poke Bowls zu viel Salat und ingwer ist und die Lachs/Garnele Suppe zu wenig Nudeln und Fleisch hat. Außerdem schmecken die Suppen sehr wässrig und es bleibt ein pulver zurück, was an YumYum Nudeln erinnert.
