Located centrally in downtown of Kaiserslautern, And close to the main train station this place is very easily accessible. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and the service was nice. The staff was friendly. The food was also very good. We had the spring rolls for appetizers and pho which was delicious. Also had the traditional Vietnamese coffee, which was very good. The only downside to this place is not having its own parking area and it is quite difficult to find parking around the place.

Simple Asian restaurant, food is tasteful and tasty, service is attentive and the ambience is quite simple. But all in all solid and okay, just like the price-performance ratio. We have been there several times and will definitely come again.

I am a huge Pho-enthusiast and this restaurant has some of the best pho I have ever had in my life! The staff is extremely friendly, the ambiance is modern and inviting, and the quality of the food is excellent. I love this place and will visit anytime I am in Kaiserslautern!

The atmosphere and everything is ruined by having to wait 90 minutes for your food while other guests are served first. You had to get your own cutlery and napkins. My conclusion: never again.

It was very bad experience today. Our appetizer came after an hour, no apologies or excuses not until I asked why it takes so long. We were also not served with utensils ot napkins with our appetizers. This place used to be good, but today was totally awful. Could ruin your Sunday.

The food was good - but we were a little bit disappointed. The chicken and onion was advertised as "spicy", and turned out pretty bland. Desserts are interesting but on the more expensive side. Atmosphere is not the highlight of the place, and it gets easily pretty loud.

Meiner Meinung nach einer der besten Restaurants in der Stadt!!! Es ist klein und sehr familiär. Das Essen ist extrem frisch und lecker! Ich gehe mehrmals im Jahr hier her und wurde noch nie enttäuscht! Die Bedienung ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Man sollte auf jeden Fall einen Tisch reservieren und etwas Zeit mitbringen aber es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall! Nachtrag: wir sind immer noch top zufrieden und sehr glücklich nachdem wir hier gegessen haben

Gutes Ambiente und Essen ging schnell und war gut

Es schmeckt richtig gut und mal was anderes :-) Und die Bedienung ist sowas von freundlich. Unbedingt die selbstgemachte Limonade probieren!

Tasty pho soup. Fast service and many tables. Can go in a larger group. The waitress is nice. It's a bit difficult to find parking.

Sind durch den Schlemmerblock auf das Restaurant aufmerksam geworden. Essen war sehr lecker, hatten beide das Viet-Curry (mit jeweils unterschiedlichen Fleischsorten). Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ambiente und Service ist sehr angenehm und freundlich. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Das Essen ist lecker, nichts außergewöhnliches und die Bedienungen sind freundlich. Leider sind die Bedienungen entweder unaufmerksam oder selbst bei nur 4 besetzten Tischen bereits überfordert.. Wir haben 20min für unsere ersten Getränke, weitere 30min für die Vorspeise und anschließend nochmal fast 50min für unsere Hauptspeise gewartet.. Mit Geduld, Humor und ohne Hunger oder Durst kann man sich dort aber trotzdem einen schönen Abend machen..

Went there with a friend and sat right in front of the good size and clean aquarium, which was nice. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive and we even found Korean Apple Soju to drink. The food ordered arrived within a reasonable time and was delicious. The Beef Pho was good, but the duck was the star. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Wir waren zu dritt hier. Ca 20 min auf die Getränke mussten wir warten.Jeder hat sein Essen einzeln bekommen, nach ca.1 Std.und dann auch noch lau warm. Wenn ich zu dritt essen gehe möchte ich auch das alle ihr essen gleichzeitig bekommen. Zumal noch 2x das gleiche Gericht bestellt wurde. Auch die Portion ist sehr überschaubar. Fazit.... viel Zeit mitbringen und kein Hunger

Unbelievably slow service! We arrived just before 7pm and got served a dish at a time (there were 3 of us) after 9pm! The portions were so small we had to find an open fast food after to fill us up. My son’s dish had 5 small shrimps in it, my fish curry was half potatoes, and my husband’s self-grill beef dish had at most 100 grams of beef accompanied by a mountain of cold rice noodles, lettuce and 20 sheets of rice paper! The smoothie arrived at 9:30!

L'accueil est sympathique avec le sourire. Les plats sont excellents et un peu dépaysant dans la mesure ou on fait soi-même les "rouleaux" puisque la plupart des plats comportent les pâtes de riz, avec des feuilles de brick et les sauces... seuls changent les viandes que vous choisirez. Au final, on mange très bien, et on fait sa petite cuisine pour un prix très correct.

Mittlerweile nichtmehr so, wie es mal war. Nicht nur das Essen, sondern auch der Service hat qualitativ nachgelassen... Das Essen war fast kalt und hatte kaum Geschmack (nein ich hab kein Corona ;)) und wir warteten immer wieder sehr lange auf die zwar freundliche, jedoch sehr langsame Bedienung. Wir werden so schnell leider nicht wieder kommen.

Das Essen war wirklich lecker,nicht dieser Einheitsgeschmack wie man ihn leider sehr oft vorfindet. Service war schnell, aufmerksam und freundlich. Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt . Ambiente ist okay, bisschen kühl und nüchtern gehalten.

I had a craving for bun thit nuong and decided to go here on a whim. Safe to say they far exceeded my expectations! Staff was super friendly, the restaurant was clean, everything was very fresh, and oh my- the food was delicious. I have also tried the chicken curry which was also spectacular! Would most definitely recommend

The hotpot was a great meal on a cold day to warm us up. We got the hotpot with seafood, fishballs, and beef. The broth of the soup was great, had a good lemongrass flavor going for it and was quite enjoyable with the noodles. The meats (seafood and beef) were also great. The only thing that prevented this from being 5-star was to things. We wish there was more vegetables included with the meal, and also more flavorful sides (cilantro, basil, bean sprouts, so forth). Other than that, the hotpot was good and we will be eating it again.

Das Saigon ist eins unserer liebsten Restaurants in Kaiserslautern! Eine große Auswahl an leckeren Speisen und ein sehr freundlicher Service. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die Hot Pots, eine Art vietnamesisches Fondue. Es gibt auch tolle Mittagsmenüs und die Möglichkeit, vorbestelltes Essen abzuholen.

Total gut! Also man wird nett empfangen, alles corona-konform. Tisch war frisch gemacht. Karte kommt, bestellt und nach 15 Minuten Suppe, danach Hauptgericht. Preis-Leistung passt. Aber wenn Scharf in der Karte steht, dürfte es gern auch richtig scharf sein Insgesamt aber gutes Essen mit gutem Service

My wife and I ordered the Spring Rolls they were delicious. The Pho was the worst we had to date. No flavor in the broth small pieces of beef no meatballs I posted a picture for your reference. It’s was basically boiled water with noodles. I would never serve this to anyone. I make Pho and I know how hard it is to make. Avoid this place if you are looking for Authentic Pho.

B steht hier für Bedienung! Wenn 4 Personen zusammen bestellen, aber das Essen in 3 Tranchen serviert wird, ist das dem gemeinsamen Ess-Erlebnis abträglich. Dann gehe ich in einen Imbiss. Die Qualität war ordentlich, wenn auch nicht außergewöhnlich. Ist zwar kein Grund, nicht hinzugehen, aber auch keiner bald wieder zu kommen.

Mega gutes Essen und für Kaiserslautern ein echter Genuss. Sommerrollen zum selbst machen. Selbstgrillen am Tisch und sehr nettes Personal.

Waren 5-6 mal dort meistens gut. Einmal war der Koch verliebt und es gab nicht wenig Salz. Ansonsten immer Lecker.

Nach tel. Reservierung haben wir einen sehr schönen Tisch bekommen. Die Bestellung, Servierung und Rechnung waren etwas langsam. Und bei allen Gerichte sollte in der Karte vermerkt sein, dass es scharf ist. Sonst sitzt man vor seinem Teller und ärgert sich, dass man etwas bestellt hat, dass einem nicht schmeckt. Ansonsten hab’s nix zu meckern.

Wir haben zu zweit eine Stunde auf das Essen gewartet und sind dann wieder gegangen. Es war nicht besonders voll....
