Ich war schon öfters mit Freunden dort essen und wir alle waren immer begeistert vom Essen, von der Menge und der freundlichen Bedienung ! Das Ambiente ist auch sehr schön. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Schönes Lokal. Gutes und schmackhaftes Essen. Von mild bis echt scharf. Im Sommer toller Außenbereich. Gepflegt! Die Chefin lächelt zu wenig. Aber ein Besuch lohnt. Danach gibt es bei einem Spaziergang viel zu entdecken.

Ich wollte nur sagen, dass es unglaublich seltsam und ungewöhnlich ist, dass ein Restaurant sonntags geschlossen hat – ausgerechnet an dem Tag, an dem man am besten ein schönes Abendessen mit Freunden und Familie genießen kann.

Das ist mal ein echter Hit in Berlin !!! Ich bin ein großer Freund der vietnamesischen Küche und habe sie auch schon vor Ort (Hue, Hanoi, etc.) genossen. Aber den weiten Weg kann man sich sparen und einfach hierher kommen ☺️ Phantastisches Essen mit frischesten Zutaten (allein diese Sojasprossen !!! 🤤 ), ein superfreundlicher und flotter Service und als krönenden Abschluss der berühmte vietnamesische Kaffee, der jeden anderen Nachtisch um Längen schlägt 😛 Also wir gehen heut gleich wieder hin 🥰🥰🥰 Nachtrag: War heute wieder genauso lecker (siehe Bild 2 + 3) 🤤

Es war das erste Restaurant, in dem ich in Berlin zu Mittag gegessen habe. Es war wunderbar. Das Essen sah fantastisch aus und schmeckte köstlich. Ich bin Mexikanerin, und da es dort auch scharfe Gerichte gibt, ist das ein Pluspunkt. Die Preise sind fair und die Portionen großzügig. Der Kellner war unglaublich nett. Ich war begeistert und kann dieses Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen.

The food was amazing!! The duck we had for mains was sooooo good! And the waiter guy was very friendly, sweet and kinda hot.

We had lunch 3 people The waiter was polite and told us that we ordered too much, that the portions were large. It was very tasty, good atmosphere.

We came by based on the high review and were curious to try the different dishes they offer. We had a stroller with us and as soon as we entered the door and they saw the stroller, one employee jumped to us, offered us the worst table (with two kids the suggestion to sit in front of the door with cold temperature outside). It was so obvious that the stroller was such a problem (our son was asleep in it), so we left immediately. Extremely unfriendly from our opinion as good service is just as important as good food. Note: this was on a Wednesday evening and only 3 tables were occupied (6 customers in total). We came in before peak hours as we like to avoid that.

One of our favorite restaurants right in our neighborhood. From the service and the cozy, well-maintained decor to the most important part, the food—everything here is just right. We've often come for dinner spontaneously and have always been lucky enough to get a table. Therefore, making a reservation is highly recommended. The various dishes on the menu have always been a great pleasure for us. I especially want to highlight that even the spring rolls as an appetizer deserve high praise, as they look completely different from the "pre-made" ones you get at other restaurants, clearly made by hand. They taste absolutely fantastic! 👏🏼 I could go on and on about the other dishes, but I don't want to write too much. My advice: come and see for yourself—it's worth it! 😉 To the restaurant team: please keep up the great work, you're all wonderful! ✨🫶🏼

Had the beef pho and it was SO DELICIOUS. I have been craving Asian food for months since moving to the UK and this really hit the spot. Had it as my last dinner before the Berlin marathon and no regrets. Waiters were also super efficient, friendly and helpful. 10/10 experience.

No matter what I write it won't do this place justice, tucked away on a street corner this is a gem. The service and welcome is first class, it feels just like being in Saigon itself with the decor. Nice people, so I'm sorry to say this: The food is unfortunately some of the worst I've ever had in a Vietnamese restaurant and, IMHO, has little to do with "authentic" cuisine.

A for effort B for execution C for the Saigon restaurant that tries to serve Vietnamese food I'm sure for many univited this place lives up to hype but this ain't Vietnamese food. Its catered for Germans, lacks the spice levels, lacks the hint of penuatiwhere needed. The chicken salad lacked the rice vinegar, the pickled carrots, the chicken used was breast not leg, no peanuts ... Abd the list goes on. To their credit the waiter apologized when he realized the ethnical roots of his audience but the kitchen failed to deliver. I'm happy we tried it but wouldn't put it on my list of places to try out.

Das Restaurant liegt unweit von der U-Bahn Nollendorfplatz. Die Nollendorfstraße liegt in der Ecke zum Nollendorfplatz. Das Restaurant ist in der Ecke gelegen und ist unscheinbar. Wenn man reinkommt, besticht die Räumlichkeit nicht durch außergewöhnliche Atmosphäre. Dafür ist aber das Essen extrem lecker. Die Auswahl ist zwar nicht sehr groß, aber das was wir hatten, war extrem gut gemacht. Die Zutaten waren frisch, das Fleisch war hervorragend, der Reis war sehr sehr lecker. Für ein asiatisches Restaurant ist die Weinauswahl exzellent. Der Service ist zuvorkommend und schnell. Die hatten nichts auszusetzen und kommen definitiv wieder. Insbesondere stimmt auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

I had dinner in May. The selection is authentic Vietnamese food. There attention to food taste, to balance, to texture, you can distinguish freshness and spiciness in same dish. Typical Vietnamese, Asian flavors with a western influenced technique. After traveling to Vietnam, I had been looking for long time for this specific balance. The place honors the true Vietnamese kitchen. Thank you very much

Muy buena comida, se obtiene exactamente lo que pide y la calidad es de primera. Tenía los rollitos de primavera con salsa de pescado que sabía increíble, creo que tenía el Bun Gao Xao con pato, si no recuerdo mal para el plato principal, que estaba bueno, el pato estaba tal vez un poco seco, pero en general sabía bien.

Great food, good service and ambience

Highly recommended small Vietnamese restaurant, nice, attentive service, delicious food, good price/performance ratio.

It was another very nice evening at Saigon Food. The pho and dim sum were very tasty, we wouldn't order the curry next time, it was well seasoned, but it was reminiscent of an Indian dish.

Always delicious to eat your way through the menu there.
