Restaurant Quê Choa in Berlin

Tonight we spontaneously decided to eat at Que Choa. Fresh vegetables, excellent duck, piping hot food, beautifully presented. Exemplary service. It's a shame we only discovered this restaurant towards the end of our vacation; otherwise, we certainly would have eaten there more often.

Not cheap, but definitely worth the price. Very friendly and attentive service; we felt well taken care of. Great vegan options!

We went with my husband to celebrate his birthday. The excellent service started right at the door; you always felt warmly welcomed. The staff was polite, helpful, and efficient. We ordered Won Tang and fried noodles with crispy duck. The portions were generous, and everything tasted fantastic. What I appreciated was that the excellent service didn't end with paying the bill. Unfortunately, you don't find that in all restaurants. We ordered more dishes and will gladly return. Thank you for a wonderful birthday evening.

Delicious food and all the staff are super friendly! We had to wait a bit because we hadn't made a reservation, but we were immediately served tea (which was also very tasty). We'll definitely be back! We went again, this time without any waiting. Delicious once more, only the salad was missing mango 😅

Delicious vegan food. The vegetable broth soup was very tasty. They really cook it from scratch, not using canned broth. The vegan duck was superb. I've never eaten such good duck. The homemade drinks were also perfect. Pleasant atmosphere and very friendly waiters. Highly recommended.

Last night we had a truly excellent Vietnamese and vegan meal. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the menu was a vegan's dream (I'm more of a vegetarian myself): a crispy vegan duck was the perfect finishing touch to our three otherwise different dishes. Everything was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. They also had excellent drinks (non-alcoholic cocktails and iced teas). The ambiance was great too. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience! I spontaneously decided to visit Quê Choa and it was wonderful! The food was incredibly delicious, authentic, and of extremely high quality (I often get stomach aches from food, but everything was fine here). The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. And the prices are very reasonable. Two drinks, an appetizer, and two main courses cost a total of €50.

Unfortunately, I can't try the food because this large restaurant only accepts cash. I can't say for sure whether the tax office will be coming here for a meal or for some other reason.

A very nice restaurant with friendly service. The homemade iced tea was very refreshing. The food I ate in (number 27) was delicious and arrived quite quickly. However, the two takeaway portions of summer rolls (number 1), one with tofu and one with chicken, were unfortunately very bad and a complete disappointment. Firstly, the unwashed lettuce was crunchy with dirt, and secondly, the chicken roll contained a slice of chicken meat instead of chicken. That's not very Vietnamese. Therefore, only 3 stars.

As Asian food lovers, we enjoyed everything from starter to main course. We were thrilled and have never had such good Asian food as here. We'll be back.

Ordered the Hühner-Pho, and I absolutely loved it! I’m quite a veggie-forward person, so I asked if they could add some Gemüse, and the staff kindly did — really appreciated that. The Brühe was hearty, warm, and beautifully fragrant — super clean and herbal with perfectly textured Nudeln and fresh herbs. Added a bit of Hoisin and Sriracha on the side, and it made the whole thing even better. The Service was amazing — super freundlich, attentive, and welcoming. I was dining alone, but they made me feel really comfortable, and the Atmosphäre was so cozy. Honestly, the best pho I’ve had in this area. It’s definitely going to be my Stammlokal for a good, comforting bowl of pho!

This is the BEST Vietnamese Restaurant in Moabit, Berlin!! My wife and I visit here probably at least every month if not every 2nd week sometimes. They have amazing fresh Vegan dishes with vegetables and faux meat substitutes if you want duck or beef or chicken or tofu or mushrooms... or all! We totally love their version of the Phó noodle soup dish and the Vegan crispy Duck dishes. Today I took my own hand-made Special Peanut Chilli Oil to add to the Phó when we met for a lunch date and it was DIVINE!! 🤪💯🥰 I need to encourage the Chef to use my recipe, or another, because it blows an Awesome Phó into the realm of Masterful! Always a high standard of friendly service and efficient delivery of meals that totally satisfy the tastebuds! This is a wonderful restaurant, beautiful decor and a joy to revisit each time we do! Xxx I hope that one day they stock the 333 Vietnamese beer as this is authentic Vietnamese rice beer that complements Phó the best!! Imho 😉🙏 Cảm ơn

The place is beautiful. The food is delicious and great value for money! I would recommend having their tea with your meal because it's a real plus. A fantastic Vietnamese restaurant! We went there two days in a row. The food was fresh, authentic, and incredibly delicious. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Even though all the tables were full and we had to wait a bit, we found it really funny because they improvised so well – and as a little treat, they even gave us a delicious free tea. A truly heartfelt gesture! Highly recommended; we'll definitely be back.

Actually seemed like a Racist Restaurant, food was average, staff..ugh.. they were looking at us and laughing, and when my friend commented on the food that too out of courtesy, and just said the food was good. The waiter and bar person looked at each other n laughed, Pathetic. Tbh, don't go guys. There are plenty of amazing Vietnamese kitchens in berlin, just not this.

I wish we could give 6 Starts to this one. The food was not only delicious but also very beautifully served; the restaurant has a great atmosphere and nicely decorated; and the cherry on the top was still the very kind and attentive staff - three guys that were very friendly and helpful. We have been there with our little toddler and they provided a wonderful experience for us three! We’ll definitely come back often!

An absolute highlight! The restaurant impresses with a wonderful combination of excellent cuisine, friendly service, and stylish decor. My dish was served very quickly and tasted fantastic. I would particularly like to emphasize the fresh ingredients and the beautiful presentation on the plate. You can tell the cooking here is done with passion. The prices are also absolutely fair for the quality. The team was welcoming and always had a smile on their faces. For me, this restaurant is definitely one of the best in the city – a clear recommendation!

The food is more European, but very greasy and lacking in quality. When the main course arrived, our dishes from the starter were still there. What's not at all contemporary is that you can only pay with cash or PayPal! I don't understand the high ratings.

We arrived about 5 pm Fri and there were lots of seating options, inside or outside. We were visiting from Canada and do not understand German yet. We were told only cash or PayPal were accepted for payment so we had to go back to our accommodation to get cash. Our table awaited us with a Reserved sign on it. I had a Crispy Chicken special and my husband had a spicy beef main course. Both of us thoroughly enjoyed our choices and the bite we shared of each other's. Well before we finished our meal the restaurant was full, understandably so! We strongly recommend this Vietnamese restaurant!!!

Very tasty Vietnamese dishes at a good price. We sat outside in the nice weather. The homemade iced teas are highly recommended! The portions are just right. The vegetables tasted fresh and crisp. The service is friendly, organized, and courteous. There's a bus stop right in front of the restaurant. It's important to note that this restaurant doesn't accept card payments. Luckily, we were able to pay via PayPal, as we unfortunately didn't have enough cash with us. If you like Asian cuisine, this is definitely the place to go.

According to the rate I expected something wow! But the food and service are normal! We had two Pho (soup) and it could be much better! I would say it’s a Germanised Vietnamese restaurant which the taste is not original! You can see that from the costumers who are mostly non asians 😁💕 4 is a perfect rate for this place ✨

Absolutely delicious! We ordered the 51 and 52: the soup is delicately flavored, a delight. The dish was incredible, especially the breaded tofu: silky in the middle with a crispy texture, served with a coconut sauce. In short, you have to try it. Plus: the servers are very friendly.

The food cannot get better than this. It was three of us, we all ordered completely different food and we all were very satisfied. I was more happy with my grilled chicken in red curry sauce. The meat was tender the curry was flavourful. Drinks are recommended too. Will definitely go again.

Absolutely delicious meal! Went for dinner with my partner and we got two portions of shrimp dumplings to start. His main was one of the monthly specials: crispy chicken thighs glazed with honey, served with vegetables in a reddish sauce and rice. My main was crispy duck with mixed vegetables in dark sauce, served with mango salad and rice. Both were excellent! We hadn’t had much Vietnamese food before but it was super tasty and so flavoursome. The service was a little slow but they were very friendly and helpful. They were able to make my cocktail without pineapple (allergic) and that was also so good! Next time I’m in Berlin I will definitely be going back. Our total was €66 for two starters, two mains, and three cocktails, which was very reasonable.

I'm not sure if the reviews are genuine, but it's definitely suspicious to see a 4.9-rated restaurant serving such bland and tasteless food. I love Vietnamese cuisine and have visited many excellent restaurants in Berlin, but for my taste, this was the worst.

Fantastic meal! Probably one of the best meals of my life! Not had much Vietnamese food before but loved this meal. We had shrimp dumplings as a starter which were lovely, cocktails which were great and had nice unusual flavours, appealing decoration too. Then the mains! I had the number two on the monthly menu, crispy glazed chicken with rice and veggies, absolutely incredible, great sauce, perfectly cooked chicken. Service was okay but a little slow, nice and friendly waiters though. Very pretty themed decoration as well, yes the restaurant is out of the way but definitely worth the trip.

Fine cuisine in a rustic atmosphere

This restaurant has showed an excellent selection, service and perfectly balance between seriousness and relaxing/fun. At the end they even gave us house wine, we came as four persons and even that we had one person that doesn’t drink alcohol she got an alcoholic free so she wouldn’t get the feeling of being different(this happened very fast in a short period of time so dobbel respect to handel that so fast). My critical concern is that payment only allows in cash. But we saw out of ranking that this restaurant is a slight better then the others.

Perhaps the best place I’ve ever eaten at. Everything is done perfectly and the prices are fantastic with big portions. There is nothing this establishment does not do perfectly, the waiters are friendly, funny, kind and know everything. The food was amazing, tasty and speedily delivered at the table received instantly. The restaurant itself was clean and amazingly decorated. The drinks were great and refreshing, and even the beer was fantastic.
