Great food. Great people. Cozy atmosphere. We were there for the Christmas party and for the first time. Everyone was thrilled! We will definitely come back…

Very friendly, attentive service and exceptionally delicious food! The fall rolls with peanut sauce are delicious, as is the dim sum starter. I also liked the vegetarian noodles (No. 22) with salad wonderfully. If we lived nearby, we would be regular guests - unfortunately we live in another city... but next time we're in Berlin, we'd love to come back! :-)

Went there on a Thursday with 2 friends, and we had a lovely dinner. Food was great and the atmosphere was very intimate.

Food was okay taste wise, but the waiter brought 3 wrong orders. Also my curry wasn’t supposed to be spicy but it was. The udons that should’ve been spicy weren’t. The ice tea didn’t taste like the promised peach-lemongrass and it was more crushed ice and orange slices than anything else. For a quick meal somewhere it’s okay but I wouldn’t recommend it for a nice dinner experience.

Finally there is a great Vietnamese restaurant nearby! We had a Pho Bo and a Bun bo Saigon. This is a mixture of Bun Nem and Bun Bo Nam Bo, i.e. with beef and spring rolls. Both were absolutely delicious, the broth of the Pho was very spicy and tasty. The Bun Bo Saigon with lots of fresh salad and a delicious dip. The beef was marinated nicely and spicy. The landlord was super friendly and very attentive. We will come back often and try the rest of the menu! Yummie. That was 5 years ago now... And today we still have the tastiest Pho :-)

- very tasty, authentic food, more sophisticated and unusual than standard - charming decoration, very homely, lots of details but not too much - super nice staff, the owner chatted with us in a friendly way - The cherry on the cake was a vintage tape player that played beautiful, calm Vietnamese music (the owner sang along exuberantly :3) Price-performance is great, you feel at home and we will 100% come back!

Phenomenal in every way. Beautiful decoration and atmosphere, super friendly staff and amazing food and portions for cheap prices. A real hidden gem! The beef noodle soup tastes like home made and the lychee/ginger drink is divine!

The food is more like 3 stars, I found it to be too salty overall, the portions weren't particularly generous, and the prices were close to the limit. But the friendliness definitely deserves 5 stars! I was a bit dismayed when we asked for fried noodles and chicken for a small child and were told that it wasn't on the menu. Just one star for flexibility :-( Edit 2024: the food is no longer too salty, the portions are appropriate. But I miss the spices, herbs and excitement that I know from Vietnam. Honestly the best pho I've ever had! Very fast, great portion sizes, friendly staff, great experience. We are visiting from Pittsburgh and this was the first place we ate and I'm so glad we did!

I honestly can't understand the 4.8 rating. In my opinion, the food is at best below standard. It was barely seasoned, very inspired and the rice was a bit mushy. The summer rolls were good. I wouldn't necessarily recommend coming here.

We were there spontaneously on Sunday early in the evening, the good reviews attracted us :) Lo and behold, they are absolutely justified! We had summer rolls as a starter, very tasty. The main course was a vegan, a vegetarian and a meat dish - perfectly seasoned, beautifully presented and tasted great. We even got the cocktails to go. It was a perfect start to the evening. We'd love to come back if we get the chance. PS: we had what appeared to be a new waiter, he was totally busy but sweet. You have to give young people a chance, we took it with humor and still got tips :) keep it up young man, when we come back you'll have everything under control!

Really good Pho! The udon and vermicelli noodles had great flavor. The duck was nice and crispy. The mango Lassi was delicious. Really close to Viktoriapark so a perfect place to stop by before or after hanging out in the park.

Me and 2 of my friends were looking for a place to have dinner. After 2 weeks of pizza and kebabs, we wanted to eat something new. Convinced by the excellent reviews, we decided to try this ethnic restaurant. We were super satisfied! And we will definitely be back. We really liked it, both for the very friendly waiters (they also speak English), and for the quality/variety of the food. The dishes are absolutely healthy and the portions generous. The choice is also wide for vegetarians/vegans. The 3 of us spent €56, we took: 2 soups + 1 portion of spring rolls + 1 plate of stewed beef + 1 beer + 1 still water + 1 cocktail. Compared to other restaurants we went to we spent less. They have tables both inside and outside. I recommend it to everyone!

Undoubtedly the best Pho we had in Germany, so felt really lucky to find this place on our last day during the drive home. Definitely coming back here on our first day when we are in Berlin again ❤️ Thank you

Fuimos allí para un almuerzo temprano. Los rollos de primavera fueron algunos de los mejores que he tenido. Realmente delicioso. Tenía fideos con langostinos, era tan bueno. Mi compañero tenía pho que también era excelente. Son amables y acogedores y sin duda volvería.

We went there for an early lunch. The spring rolls were some of the very best I’ve had. Really delicious. I had noodles with prawns - was so good. My partner had pho which was also excellent. They are friendly and welcoming and I would definitely go back.

A Gem! The best Vietnamese restaurant we have found in Berlin. Superb chef, lovely ambiance, delightful staff and authentic art from Vietnam. The classic noodle dishes are more artfully spiced and the clay pot is a sheer delight. We went 5 days in a row- that says it all.

I found this restaurant because it was conveniently close to where I was going to shop one day. I found the food to be delicious and healthy. The decor is beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. I have been returning for lunch day after day. It is a wonderful experience at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this place.

A great, authentic Vietnamese restaurant in the heart of Berlin. Highly recommended for the service, the neighborhood itself, and of course the food (which is even better than many places I've visited in Dong Xuan Center, and that's saying something!)

I can only rave about Gon 80. The food is so incredibly delicious, prepared with so much love and care, always using fresh and high quality ingredients. But above all, you are always welcomed here with so much friendliness and warmth. A real neighborhood pearl, but also worth a trip. Always happy ☺️

Very good curry. Creamy and flavourful with perfekt fried duck. Enjoyed the stay. Service ist really friendly but does not speak german or english well. We ordered chilli on the side but not received it. Would recommend!

I like Asian cuisine, especially when it is served with a friendly smile and at a very reasonable price. The food was very tasty, just the right amount of heat, well seasoned. A good offer also for vegans and vegetarians. Absolute recommendation!!!

The duck with curry was amazing

Very surprised by the good reviews for such mid food imo, overpriced for what you get. I guess it's ok for Germans but my portion tasted like a bunch of vegetables in sugar water. Also people kept complaining about the drink but got the answer that there's nothing to be done about it and they refuse to give the money back.

We have only recently moved in across the street and are already big fans, the food is delicious and made with fresh ingredients, the menu is not so overwhelming that it overwhelms you, there are vegan dishes and homemade non-alcoholic sodas are great, we come and have already come again.

Absolutely friendly, superfood, comfortable rooms

Very courteous service and nice atmosphere. The menu was small but nice and the food was very delicious. Pleasant portion sizes and fresh ingredients. There is also a child seat! We thought it was great, a full recommendation! P.s. What was unfortunately still missing was a mobile changing table. It can be folded out and is not expensive. Parents with small children will be happy. 👍🏻

The food was average to bad. My wife's food was floating in water, her drink was so bitter it made her sick. When asked about it, the waiter just said that she had probably done something wrong. My food was okay, but definitely not worth 4.8 stars. I clearly do not recommend this restaurant.

Not authentic…better check some other places in the area

The food, especially the Pho, is A1! But many of the other dishes that I was able to try also tasted great. The price is also fair and the service is super nice. 😊 All in all, a clear recommendation 👍🏽😊 I'll be happy to come back

Utterly amazing in all aspects, the food is brilliant as well as a friendly waiter. The prices ate also not bad at all for what you get. Its a bit out of the way and was empty when we arrived which made us sceptical at first but do not regret coming at all. Would fully reccomend even if its a bit out of you way.

Every mouthful of every dish (starter, main and desert) was sublime. Subtle, gorgeous flavours. We visited early, around 5pm, and were only joined by other diners at the end. Attentive, courteous service. Highly recommend!

Their dishes were delicious and fresh! Originally we ordered 1 appetizer, 1 main dish, 1 dessert and two drinks and after finishing those dishes we just had to order more because it was great! The staff were friendly and accommodating. A must try!

I am surprised that despite the short menu, the restaurant cannot ensure the availability of dishes. We booked a table especially for Sunday, especially with the Kombi-Set for 2 people in mind, and when we arrived it turned out that this particular dish was missing. Other substitutes were not satisfactory. The duck was of average quality and very average taste. The rest of the dishes are mainly vegetarian. I give 1 star for the interesting decor and the reel-to-reel tape recorder, and 1 star for friendly service. Unfortunately, we won't be visiting this place again, as when booking, you need to make sure that everything is on the menu.

Ich wünschte es gebe so einen guten Vietnamesen auch bei uns in der Stadt. Das essen war super lecker, vor allem die Erdnusssoße von den Herbstrollen sooooo gut & der Service wirklich freundlich. Auch gibt es im Restaurant viel interessante Dekoration zu entdecken. Wenn man dann noch ein Saigon Bier zu dem Essen bestellt ist alles perfekt!
