Wir waren heute hier& waren draußen gesessen, es war sehr angenehm & die Bedienung war super lieb& zuvorkommend. Das Essen war auch sehr lecker, die Suppe, die Häppchen aber auch die Hauptgerichte können wir empfehlen! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, vielen Dank❣️😋

Gestern Abend bestellt, Essen kam kurz vor Ladenschluss pünktlich Nun massivst Durchfall und Übelkeit Das Essen war in Sonnenblumenöl getränkt und wirklich nicht gut… Habe lange nicht so schlecht gegessen Einzig gut war die Verpackung sodass nichts bei der Lieferung danebengeht

Waren heute im Saigon 2 Essen und es war sehr lecker. Nette Bedienung und Portionen gut man wird wirklich satt. Kommen wieder. 👍🤗

Wir waren absolut begeistert! Das Essen im Saigon 2 war wirklich sehr, sehr lecker. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit frischen Zutaten gekocht wird. Besonders die knusprige Ente (wie auf meinem Foto zu sehen) war hervorragend und die Portion war richtig groß – man wird hier definitiv mehr als satt! Was den Besuch aber erst richtig abgerundet hat, war der Service: Die Bedienung war extrem freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich hier als Gast direkt willkommen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team.

Vielleicht hatte die Bedienung nur einen schlechten Tag, aber wir waren jetzt nicht begeistert. Erst habe man unsere Reservierung nicht gefunden, einen Tisch haben wir aber trotzdem bekommen. Das Ambiete ist eher "Wirtschaft". Dunkle geschnitzte Holzmöbel, Plastikblumen, ein Becken das wohl mal ein Aquarium war, ist leer. Alles etwas lieblos. Als ich bei der Bestellung eine Frage zu einem Gericht hatte, konnte mir die Bedienung nicht antworten. Hat aber auch nicht nachgefragt. Spätestens der Koch hätte wissen müssen, was rein kommt. Also auf gut Glück bestellt. Essen kam, mein Mann war irritiert, es sah so gar nicht nach dem Bestellten aus. Die Bedienung war aber gleich wieder weg. Während er mir noch erzählt hat, dass das nicht das Essen ist, dass er bestellt hat, kam die Bedienung zurück und hat es wieder mitgenommen. So schwungvoll, dass die Soße auf unserem Tisch blieb. Auf die Frage, ob denn mein Essen das Richtige wäre (war jedenfalls Ente, wie bestellt), kam sie zurück und nahm auch mein Essen wieder mit - und servierte es direkt am Nebentisch. An einem anderen Nebentisch servierte sie ab, obwohl die Gäste noch nicht fertig gegessen hatten. Meine Ente hat zwar geschmeckt, war aber nicht so knusprig, wie ich es kenne. Die Soße war salzig. Lobenswert war, dass wirklich viel leckeres Gemüse dabei war. Weil wir nicht alles geschafft haben, baten wir darum es eingepackt zu bekommen. Bei mir hat alles gepasst, bei meinem Mann hat man weder das Gemüse, noch die Soße eingepackt. Ich glaube nicht, dass wir dort nochmal hingehen.

Sehr leckeres Essen, grosse Portionen. Waren das erste Mal hier, kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir haben sehr lecker gegessen, vier verschiedene Gerichte und allen hat es gut geschmeckt. Was bei Google allerdings nicht stimmt: der Gastraum ist nicht barrierefrei zugänglich.

Mein Freund und ich hatten beide Rindfleisch mit Gemüse. Das Fleisch war zart und das Gemüse knackig. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

Waren schon wiederholt hier. Die Speisen waren immer sehr schmackhaft und gut abgerundet. Große Portion jeweils, so haben wir die Reste gern mitgenommen.👍. Insbesondere die Suppe Nr 1 ist mein Favorit. Die Bedienung ist immer sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Die Einrichtung des Lokals überrascht positiv. Aus unserer Sicht eine klare Empfehlung, wir kommen immer gern wieder.

The restaurant looks unassuming from the outside, but it's cozy inside. We sat in a small side room with pleasant music and wonderful peace and quiet.

For those who have just made spring rolls, please send me 3 questions: 1- Relearn how to roll spring rolls. Why: I learned how to roll spring rolls, I have been rolling them since I was a child, rolling them from home to the store. Rolling from North to South, rolling them with chives so they don't fall apart. When rolling, please try to pull them tight, they are loose like vermicelli mixed with rice paper, if you bite them, they all fall apart?!? Who learned how to cook and made this?!? 2- Takeaway spring rolls: 1. The rice paper is thick, 2. Do not absorb too much water into the rolls, roll just enough to open the mouth, do not roll them bigger than an elephant's trunk. Then they will crack and burst like this?!? 3- Rolls: When storing them in the same box, please insert a leaf between the rolls. How can they stick together like that? The street vendor selling spring rolls in Vietnam knows this. Really annoyed but still give 4 stars, spring rolls made like this don't deserve 1 star.

Restaurant with one of the biggest portion size in Nuernberg. It’s spicy when they say it’s spicy. Spice averse watchout.

Two of us were here today 👩‍❤️‍👨 and for the first time with a gourmet voucher. We ordered regular portions – they were significantly larger and more generous than expected 👍. Regarding the drinks: It was happy hour, so we tried two cocktails. My "Saigon Lolita" (non-alcoholic) was delicious and refreshing 🍹. For my main course, I chose 402. Bò Xào Xã Ớt (beef with lemongrass and chili) – super delicious! The meat was tender, the vegetables fresh, and the spiciness was perfect 🌶️🥵. I was very satisfied. The staff was very nice and friendly, and we felt welcome 🙏. A small note: They could invest a bit more in the design and decor. I like, for example, the "Saigon Lolita" (alcohol-free) and the "Saigon Lolita" (alcohol-free). For example, wine glasses with coffee beans and candles aren't so great, and a plastic orchid doesn't fit the otherwise great food in my opinion. Such good food 🥘 deserves an even nicer ambiance. Also, a tip about the packaging: The quality could be improved. When we ordered it for home, the sauce leaked into the plastic bags. For a €1 package price, I think that's okay, but you expect sturdier packaging. Conclusion: Food: 5⭐ Staff: 5⭐️ Restaurant: 2⭐ Portion size: 5⭐️ Value for money: 5⭐ Would gladly go again... ❤️

It was delivered. The delivery time was excellent. Otherwise, everything was ruined by leaking sauce. Plus, Lieferando gave me an incorrect description. I wouldn't have ordered otherwise. I called the restaurant - no compensation. I'm very disappointed. Lieferando didn't help me either. Very sad. I took photos.

Delicious food in a simple atmosphere at a good price. Parking isn't great, right in the middle of a residential area. But you can find somewhere nearby.

A surprisingly good restaurant in a not-so-great neighborhood. The outdoor seating is especially nice—quiet under the trees—where else in southern Nuremberg can you find that? They offer a few cocktails, but they're really good. The food tastes excellent (I don't know whether they use flavor enhancers or not). They also offer small portions of some dishes, so you can have an appetizer or dessert without worrying. The service is friendly and personable. A highly recommended restaurant. The value for money is also good.

The portions were large enough, but the seasoning was very bland, despite the "special seasoning." A lot of raw vegetables were thrown on top, which unfortunately didn't add any flavor and wasn't anything unusual – simply unnecessary. The beef had very little meat. While the outdoor seating was actually quite comfortable, the plastic tables and chairs weren't even cushioned. Overall, it was relatively expensive; not good value for money for us.

We were very happy with the food we ordered. Both the soup and the main course tasted excellent. All of this with very attentive service and absolutely fair prices.

Very friendly staff, dishes lovingly decorated, large portions. Large selection of food, everyone will find something here. From 6:00 p.m. happy hour for cocktails. Reservation makes sense as the restaurant is relatively small, residential area - therefore difficult parking situation depending on the time. With the invoice you automatically get a free entry into the competition with a jackpot👍

Highly recommended! Saigon 2 in Nuremberg impresses with delicious Vietnamese cuisine and unbeatable value for money at lunchtime. My crispy duck with rice was divine, and the service was prompt and super friendly. A definite recommendation for anyone looking for authentic, delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere!

Very good food and the portion is very generous for a moderate price - absolutely recommended.

Admittedly, I haven't ordered anything in ages, so I have no idea what happened in the meantime. Used to be my No. 1 Pho. Now it's just noodles, beef and broth delivered. No lime, no chili, no coriander. And 12 euros for that?? The broth now comes in a thin plastic bag and spills all over my kitchen when I open it. Nothing better than cleaning the kitchen again at 10 p.m. after a long day at work ❤️. The delivery took almost 1 hour.

One of my favorite restaurants in Nuremberg. Cozy atmosphere where you feel very welcome by the employees/operators. A pleasant friendliness.:-) The food tastes absolutely fantastic and the portions are huge and more than fills even people who are very hungry ;-)

Das Saigon 2 befindet sich nicht in der Tafelfeld-, sondern in der Galvanistraße 19. Wenn man aber vorher googelt, findet man es leicht. Sollte in dem Medien aber vielleicht mal geändert werden. Gestern Abend war ich mit meiner Freundin in diesem Restaurant "Saigon 2" . Wir hatten einen Schlemmer-Gutschein-Block, der uns ein gleichwertiges oder niedrig- preisigeres Gericht gratis versprach. Da das mit der Adresse nicht stimmte, war ich ein wenig skeptisch. ABER!!! :-) Wir traten in ein kleines, aber hübsches, ordentliches Lokal, wo wir sofort nett begrüsst wurden und wo uns unser reservierter Tisch gezeigt wurde. Die Bestellung wurde auch sogleich aufgenommen. Wir gaben unseren Gutschein ab, der gerne entgegengenommen wurde. Unsere Bestellung (wir essen immer lieber mehrere Gerichte und teilen sie, so dass jede von uns mehrere Speisen kosten kann): als Vorspeise drei Frühlingsrollen mit scharfer Süß-Sauer-Sauce. Dann einmal eine kross gebratene Ente mit Reis mit Gemüse in einer wundervollen, geschmacklich hervorragenden Sauce. Dann noch ein weiteres Hauptgericht: gebratene Garnelen auf Reisnudeln, auch wieder mit Gemüse... Dazu war immer noch "Grünzeug" auf dem Teller platziert, also verschiedene Salat-Zutaten. Da wir keinen Nachtisch mehr schafften, bestellten wir statt dessen zwei Cocktails (es ist von 18 bis 21 Uhr Happy-Hour). Einen alkoholfreien für meine Freundin (Saigon Lolita) und einen stärkeren für mich (Long Island Ice Tea). Da wir die Gerichte gar nicht ganz aufessen konnten, wurde uns der Rest von jeder Portion getrennt eingepackt. So, und nun zur Bewertung: es gibt wirklich ü b e r h a u p t nichts zu Meckern. Das Lokal ist sehr sauber, die Toiletten ebenfalls, die beiden Damen, die bedienten, sind super-nett, das Essen ist hervorragend und viel. Die Cocktails sind sehr gut. Und da wir ja den Gutschein hatten, bezahlten wir für das Alles nur Euro 52,00. (Durch den Gutschein wurden uns Euro 18,00 geschenkt) Das hat sich wirklich gelohnt. Ein wunderbarer Mädels-Abend mit einem spitzenmässigen Abendessen. Danke schön! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.!

Location in the southern part of the city is a bit hidden from outsiders. Finding a parking space within the residential area is not that easy. The friendly service was attentive, patient and not annoying. The drinks were well chilled and the cocktails were tasty. The portions were more than sufficient, well seasoned and beautifully decorated. The outdoor area offers seating, unfortunately not in the classic garden but on the sidewalk. The stay was very pleasant for us and we would like to come back. This restaurant is a participant in Schlemmerblock 2024
