Madame Bui in Nürnberg

Wir waren nun zum dritten Mal hier und jedesmal sehr zufrieden! Das Essen schmeckt wirklich sehr lecker und authentisch. Auch der Service passt, schnell und freundlich (auch obwohl wir jedesmal den Schlemmerblock hatten)! Für uns definitiv eines der besten Vietnamesischen Restaurants, einzig die Entfernung (ca. 3/4 Std. Fahrzeit) hintert uns öfters hier her zu kommen.

Einfach super lecker und sympathisch bedient worden,

Das Essen ist wirklich authentisch vietnamesisch und lecker. Die Preise sind jedoch absurd. Die meisten Hauptspeisen für 19/20 €, ich glaube das günstigste Gericht für 16€ entdeckt zu haben. Das sind Preise die selbst für die Innenstadt hoch wären. Das Ambiente ist in Ordnung, für die Preise hätte ich jedoch mehr erwartet. Der Service war auch „nur“ in Ordnung. Sonderlich motiviert wirkte man hier leider nicht. Alles in allem nur mit Gutscheinbuch zu empfehlen, sonst viel zu teuer für das was es ist.

Zu teuer im Verhältnis zur Leistung

Das Essen war ganz gut, die Portionen eher klein und teuer (20€ für ein vegetarisches Hauptgericht). Der Service war langsam und ohne eine Spur von Freundlichkeit.

Bisher nur bestellt. Aber es war immer pünktlich, der Service sehr nett und (am wichtigsten) das Essen war immer lecker. Egal ob Pho oder Reißgericht, immer gut und v.a. raffiniert gewürzt!

Waren wegen dem Genießerblock dort und aufgrund der Bewertungen voller Erwartungen. Allerdings war der Service äußerst unfreundlich:( aufgrund einer Unverträglichkeit habe ich nach einer kleinen Abänderung gefragt (nichts kompliziertes, was eigentlich sonst nie ein Problem war!), was aber leider nicht beachtet wurde als das Essen kam. Auch Getränke wurden falsch geliefert und ich war schon ziemlich enttäuscht (preislich auch ziemlich teuer) . Die Sommerrollen waren gut und das andere Gericht war auch okay. Kommen allerdings nicht wieder.

Wir kommen öfter und sind immer begeistert. Wir hatten die Sommerrollen mit Garnelen und das Bun mit Rind. Alles wirklich super lecker und frisch. Können wir sehr empfehlen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke 👍🏻

Die Qualität hat spürbar nachgelassen und die Sauberkeit auch (Ameisen am Tisch, Spinnweben und die Toilette war nicht sauber) . Der Service war auch schon mal freundlicher ....schade.

Wir sind durch unseren Schlemmerblock auf Madame Bui aufmerksam geworden. Ich hatte vorab für 4 Pers. online reserviert, das hat alles schnell und reibungslos geklappt. Leider war der erste Eindruck vor der Tür nicht der beste. Die ausgewiesene Speisekarte im beleuchteten Schaukasten ist ein Grund direkt kehrt zu machen. Nachdem wir die stark klemmende Eingangstür mit Gewalt geöffnet haben, wurden wir sehr nüchtern und eher genervt „begrüßt“. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass unser Kellner gleichzeitig Barkeeper, Koch und Kellner war. Was vielleicht auch seine durchgeht genervte Art erklären würde. Nach dem unsere Vorspeisen kamen, konnten wir uns auch endlich von großen Spinnenweben in den Ecken und der in die Jahre gekommenen Ausstattung im Raum losreißen. Zum Wichtigen: Das Essen war sehr lecker.Es war toll zubereitet, hergerichtet und war geschmacklich sehr gut. Ob wir wiederkommen? Vielleicht im Sommer, dann ist die Laune vielleicht besser und der Frühjahrsputz durch.

Mega leckeres Essen und sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Dieses Lokal kann ich nur empfehlen. 👍

Ich gestehe, ich war Wiederholungstäter. Alles war prima. Lecker Essen, SEHR lecker Kaffee! Es war zwar etwas frisch im Raum, wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt und werden ganz sicher wieder kommen.

The food was good. However, the price/performance ratio was abysmal. The appetizers cost €27 (!!), see photo. 4 wontons, 3 shrimp, and 2 Lalot rolls. Just for comparison: at other Vietnamese restaurants, you can get 5 minced meat rolls wrapped in Lalot for the same price, which are even better 🫣. And the main course: Phô => the portion was also much too small. Definitely not 40 grams of meat. I compared it again with the other restaurant, and there the comparable portion costs only a third. And last but not least: the service was nice but very arrogant. I ordered the main course to go and made sure the noodles were packaged separately from the soup. This already generated a very disparaging comment. And then I dared to ask if I also got chilies with the Phô. "Yes, of course," was the decidedly arrogant reply. And no: of course, there were zero chili (and zero lime). My conclusion: they tried hard, but were completely overpriced and, what's more, unjustifiably arrogant. P.S.: Fun fact: I had also bought a fan from the arsenal. Only when I got home did I realize it was a rather tattered fan with "Barcelona" printed on it. So, keep your eyes open in every respect, and no, this was my second and definitely last visit. For a bill of over €51, I can get much better food elsewhere, and most importantly, I'll be full 🙃

We discovered Madame Bui through the voucher book and are absolutely thrilled. The atmosphere in the restaurant is lovely; you immediately feel at home when you enter. The food and drink menu leaves nothing to be desired. Everything tasted very authentic Vietnamese, was beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The service was friendly, and the value for money was absolutely perfect. We'll definitely be back and have discovered a new favorite restaurant in Nuremberg 😋🇻🇳👍😀

A very nice restaurant with friendly service. Delicious, but above all, AUTHENTIC, Vietnamese food. The appetizer platter is very good, and the noodle dish I ordered was even better. I highly recommend it :) The prices are reasonable too!

Super delicious. Everything was fresh, and the garden was nice and quiet. Our food was ready very quickly, after 10 minutes (when no one else was there). If it's busy, it can take 40 minutes.

Nice Vietnamese restaurant in a residential area on the outskirts of town. The mixed appetizer platter for two is definitely worth recommending, even if the summer rolls taste just as bland here as anywhere else. The Mi Sui Cao noodle bowl with caramelized pork is highly recommended, but why it's served with shrimp-filled dumplings in a rather lukewarm broth isn't entirely clear to us. The classic La Chanh rice dish scores with crisp, fresh vegetables, but despite the labeling, it's not particularly spicy and, in my opinion, tastes more generally Asian than specifically Vietnamese, though I'm no expert. Great side salad. The outside area is small and quite cozy, and street parking is no problem.

I actually wanted to order something to pick up... there's no online menu, so I walked by and asked if they had a brochure. The employee—I assume it was the manager—was very rude and said they didn't have anything like that. I said I'd like to order something to pick up, but without a menu, I wouldn't know what they had to offer. He just said they have regulars and know what they serve. It seems they don't need new customers 😊 Well, then, no... With such an unfriendly initial interaction, you don't want to order food there again.

There were two of us there for lunch and we had the whole restaurant to ourselves. The food was prepared accordingly quickly. We had a starter and a total of two main courses. Since I have no comparison to Vietnamese cuisine, I can only say that it tasted wonderful and the portion was sufficient. The service was very attentive and took time for us and answered questions about Vietnam. Thank you for that!

Discovered through the voucher book and what can I say, great! Beautifully and tastefully decorated small restaurant with friendly service. The menu offers a large selection of dishes and it is difficult to decide because you want to try everything. But what I would like to recommend is the starter platter for 2, it's not cheap at €18 (like the other dishes) but it offers so many different tastes! We'll be back

Small beer garden in front of the house, but you can't see anything from the street through the hedge. The service is friendly, but could be quicker. Probably too few staff, so you have to wait longer. However, the food is very good, nicely prepared and the portions are sufficient.

I discovered “Madame Bui” by chance on Maps while I was in the area looking for lunch. Very tasty rice noodle bowl with beef, sitting nicely in the garden. The interior was also nice and modern. The service was also really nice and good. It's just a shame that I live further away, I'll definitely be back.

The food is really excellent and we have eaten there many times and have always been completely satisfied! But this Thursday the service was a complete disaster, if that had been my first visit there, it would have been the last! I have never experienced such an incapable condition. She didn't know her way around at all, nothing was cleared away, you sat there with all the plates and glasses for 2 hours!!!! The calculation wasn't right either! When it came to drinks, they said the ice machine was broken and they could only offer them without ice. A short time later, strangely enough, drinks with ice came out. We actually want to continue eating there but NOT with this service!!!!

Klar ist das essen ein bisschen teurer wie in "Standard" Restaurants, aber das macht man ja nicht jeden Tag. Preis/Leistung ist gut und wir kommen gerne wieder.

The portion was 1. Too small and 2. Not so good. The quality of the shrimp and the chicken was not 1A

It tastes something different and that's why it was totally worth it. The store is also nicely decorated, but it was a bit fresh when we arrived. But it wasn't so wild. :)

Ich habe ein Rindfleischgericht bestellt für €18. Zugegegen das ist nicht teuer für ein Fleischgericht, allerdings als das Essen kam, musste ich feststellen, dass das kein echtes Fleisch war. Skandalös! Die Paar Streifen "Rinfleisch" (ca. 40-50g) waren einer schwammartiger Pressfleisch-Fleischersatz-Zeugs. Lieber bezahle ich ein Paar Euro mehr für gute Qualität. Sonst koche ich lieber Zuhause mit ausgewählte Zutaten. Der Rest des Gerichts war eine Muschung aus Salatblätter und Reisnudeln. Etwas wässrig. Das übliche undefinierbare deutsch-asiatisch Brei. Bitte echtes Fleisch und diverse Gemüse. Ich suche nicht billig essen. Ich möchte was Gutes.

Madame Bui in Nürnberg-Laufamholz besuchten wir zu dritt. Das Essen war ausgesprochen lecker. Die Einrichtung abgenutzt und das Ambiente erinnerte ein wenig an Kantine. Wir hatten schon eine Zeche von 145 Euro, die uns dann ohne Vorankündigung um 20.45 h mit dem Hinweis „wir schließen um 21.00 h“ präsentiert wurde. Unser Einwand, im Web stünde 22.00 h, wurde mit „ wir schließen Dienstag immer um 21.00 h“ abgebügelt. Gut, außer uns war auch sonst kein Gast da. Aber so war die sonst so nette Abendstimmung dahin. Schade, Madame Bui. So werden wir keine Freunde.

We came here after reading the amazing reviews. Cute restaurant with friendly service. The food was much too salty. The pho was bland, the beef had a funky texture. We left most of the meat as it was really not nice. Dissappointing.

Hübsches Lokal, etwas versteckt, aber es lohnt sich. Sehr, sehr köstlich und wir werden wiederkommen.

Waren am 27.9. bei Madame Bui mit dem Gutscheinbuch Essen. Es gibt einen grossen offenen Raum und draußen einen kleinen Biergarten. Der Chef sehr höflich und nett, sagte uns auch das der Name des Restaurants von seiner Oma ist, die bald 100 Jahre alt wird. Wir bestellten ein dunkles Weizen und ein Pils vom Fass. Als Vorspeise eine Kokossuppe, die meinem Mann sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Ich habe typische Vietnamesische Frühlingsrollen gegessen mit einen Dip dazu. Auf dem Tisch standen dann noch die Krappen-Chips Als Hauptspeise aßen wir Hühnchen in Kokos-Gemüse und ich hatte ein Hühnchen in scharfer Sosse mit Gemüse. Alles sehr lecker und auch ich kann das Restaurant empfehlen.

Wir waren schon mehrmals dort und sind immer wieder begeistert! Das Ambiente ist total gemütlich, durch schöne und geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Das Essen ist wunderbar und immer gut gewürzt. Besonders das Erdnussdressing des Salates, die Udon-Nudeln wie die Pho- Suppe😍! Jeder wird was in der Speisekarte finden und man kann bei keinem Gericht was falsches machen. Auch die hausgemachten Eistees sind super erfrischend und lecker! Insgesamt empfehle ich Madame Bui sehr, unbedingt ausprobieren!

Wie immer sehr lecker! Mein Favorit sind die Udon-Nudeln in aromatischer Erdnusssoße mit frischen Kräutern. Besondere Gerichte, die man in anderen asiatischen Restaurants so nicht bekommt. Gemütlich eingerichtet, schöner Garten, freundliche Bedienung. Unbedingt ausprobieren!

Sehr gutes und authentisches vietnamesisches Essen. Restaurant ist klein aber fein. Die Speisekarte ist auch nicht überfüllt, aber die Auswahl ist m.E. dennoch mehr als ausreichend. Es fehlt nichts.

Tolles, geschmackvolles Essen, dazu frischer Jasmintee. Krabbenchips und gemischten Salat mit leckerem, selbst gemachtem Dressing gab es einfach so dazu. Service sehr nett. Komme gern wieder....

Es war sehr süß dort und mega lecker, authentische Küche und schön angerichtet. Man sollte nur aber wahrscheinlich öfters kommen, waren zum ersten Mal da und alles war noch frei, dennoch haben wir die ungemütlichsten platz im Lokal bekommen.

Das Restaurant liegt mitten im Wohngebiet ohne eigene Parkplätze. Wir haben jedoch schnell in der angrenzenden Strasse einen Parkplatz gefunden. Es ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, mit leiser Musik im Hintergrund. Wir waren als Gruppe mit 9 Personen hier. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und ging auf alle Fragen und Wünsche ein. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und auch die Portionen sind für die Preise angemessen gross. Das Essen meiner Tochter konnten wir sogar mitnehmen, da sie nicht alles geschafft hat. Zahlung mit Karte war absolut problemlos. Ich kann Madame Bui vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen. Wir waren heute bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal da 😊

Eine feine vietnamesische Küche, eleganter, top Service und schönes Ambiente, gern wieder

Wir haben heute Freunde in Schwaig besucht und waren davor hier essen. Der Empfang und Inhaber ist äusserst freundlich. Das Essen war auch lecker: Ich hatte Kokossuppe und meine Freundin das Ba La Loi. Als Hauptspeise hatten wir Mi Wan Tan und Bun Cha (mit Rind statt Schweinebauch), alles prima😊 Super auch, dass es dort Spalter Bier gibt! Den Punkt Abzug vergeben wir, da mal wieder Staub gewischt werden könnte und die toten Insekten von den Fensterbänken entfernt werden könnten.

Very yummy Vietnam food!! I like the coffee and the big pho! The appetisers are fresh and good! Baby enjoy the atmosphere and definitely baby friendly restaurant!
