Essen schmeckt sehr gut, aber die portionen sind viel viel zu klein für den Preis viel zu teuer . Finde ich schade. Ich werde da nicht mehr zum Essen hingehen.

Optisch ist das Anh&Em Vietnamese Kitchen wirklich einladend, der Laden macht einen sehr schönen Eindruck und die Atmosphäre scheint super zu sein. Leider mussten wir draußen bleiben, da ein Schild mit dem Hinweis „Keine Kartenzahlung“ hing. Für uns war das ein K.O.-Kriterium, da wir nur mit Karte zahlen. Auch spricht es nicht für das Restaurant, wenn man auf den Internet link klickt in Forchheim rauskommt Hier fehlen für mich die Basics eines guten Restaurants

Sehr authentischer Vietnamese. Leckeres Futter, eine schöne Mittagskarte. I'll be back. Wirklich der mit Abstand beste Vietnamese im Südosten von N. LIKE! An die ganzen Kreditkartenhanseln - ihr wisst vermutlich nicht, wie derb die Zahlungsdienstleister hinlangen, gell.

Freundliche flotte Bedienung Sauberes Lokal und schön angerichtetes Essen Hatte das Mittagsmenu für "nur" 9,90 Euro. Portionsgröße ausreichend, allerdings sehr geschmacksneutral. Hoisin Soße schmeckte künstlich, Vielfalt bei dem Gemüse so gut wie nicht vorhanden. Vielleicht auch dem niedrigeren Preis geschuldet, aber dann lieber den Preis für das Mittagsmenu um 2 Euro erhöhen......

Hatte den Mittagstisch mit Suppe. Sehr lecker, frische Zutaten. Nettes sauberes Ambiente. Gerne wieder.

Wir waren gestern zum Essen in der vietnamesischen Küche. Wir bestellten die Mittags Menüs und gegen einen Aufpreis eine andere Suppe, als sie im menüe enhalten gewesen wäre und zwar eine Wantansuppe. Diese Suppe war geschmacklich hervorragend und eigentlich das Beste am ganzen Essen. Die beiden Hauptgerichte bestanden jeweils aus Ente mit verschiedenen Gemüsen und Saucen. Leider kam alles auf kalten Tellern, und so kühlt das Essen sehr schnell ab. Die Gemüse waren frisch, wenn auch die Auswahl nicht sehr reichhaltig war. Leider bestand das Entenfleisch nur aus einem Konglomerat von Fett und knuspriger Haut und sehr wenig Fleisch. Das hat uns den Appetit schon etwas verdorben aber wir hatten Hunger und so aßen wir es. Das Ambiente war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll. Auch die Hintergrundmusik war unaufdringlich und trug zu einem schönen Ambiente bei. Das Servicepersonal war aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir werden aber wahrscheinlich trotzdem nicht mehr kommen, denn das Entenfleisch war eigentlich fast ungenießbar und dass man das Essen nicht auf heißen Tellern servieren kann, ist uns vollkommen schleierhaft, dann heiße Teller sind wahrlich keine Zauberei. Also: wer schnell für 10, 11 oder zwölf Euro ein Mittags Menü essen will und keinen großen Wert auf super Qualität legt ist hier richtig. Feinschmecker sind es eher nicht.

Sehr gut! Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zu jedem Gericht gibt es eine kostenlose Frühlingsrolle oder Suppe (nach Wahl). Es schmeckt hervorragend! Das Restaurant hat ein geschmackvolles Ambiente und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.

Ich war heute zum ersten mal in diesem Restaurant. Der Gastraum ist sehr schön gestaltet, viel Tageslicht und man entdeckt stets etwas neues. Die einrichtung ist sehr Geschmackvoll wie ich finde. Typisch Vietnamesisch ist das Personal sehr freundlich und offen für Fragen. Die Gerichte sind sehr Schmackhaft und man merkt schnell, dass hier Frisch und Handwerklich gearbeitet wird. Ich habe gleich erkannt dass vieles Hausgemacht ist. Von Soßen über Brühen, Frühlingsröllchen mit einer ausergewöhnlich guten Füllung und Hausgemachter Chillipaste. Wir hatten uns zu zweit drei Vorspeißen geteilt und zwei Hauptgerichte. Alles war sehr köstlich, und bringt eine breite Palette an Geschmacksrichtungen mit. Es war unser erster Besuch, aber nicht der Letzte, so viel steht fest. Vielen Dank an das Team und bis zum nächsten mal, wir freuen uns schon.

Schneller Service. Das Essen war gut.

Die Betreiber sind unglaublich freundlich und das essen kam überraschend schnell. Außerdem gibt es Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Lokal.

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal in dem Lokal und mit Sicherheit nicht zum letzten Mal. Das Essen war wirklich köstlich. Um ehrlich zu sein, habe ich selten so gut gegessen wie hier. Alle Gäste – egal, ob sie Fleisch, Meeresfrüchte oder Veganes hatten – waren mit ihren Speisen sehr zufrieden. Auch die Portionsgrößen waren recht ordentlich. Selbst „Gutesser“ kamen auf ihre Kosten und wurden satt. Dafür waren die Preise mehr als angemessen und nicht zu hoch. Die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm. Obwohl das Lokal bis auf den letzten Platz gefüllt war, konnte man sich bei normaler Lautstärke gut unterhalten. Die Bedienungen waren immer aufmerksam, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Einen Stern muss ich leider dennoch abziehen, da nur Bargeld akzeptiert wird, worauf man bei der Reservierung auch nicht hingewiesen wird. Dies zeigt sich erst durch ein Schild an der Eingangstür. Zum Glück wusste ich dies bereits im Vorfeld durch eine andere Rezension. In der heutigen Zeit Kartenzahlung abzulehnen, erscheint mir nicht gerade zeitgemäß. Ich persönlich zahle, wann immer es geht, mit Karte. Gerade bei einer Feierlichkeit mit mehreren Personen ist es schwierig zu kalkulieren, wie hoch die Rechnung am Ende ausfallen wird. Wäre das Essen hier nicht so verdammt lecker, wäre das für mich normalerweise ein K.-o.-Kriterium.

Super lecker. Auch wenn nicht regelmäßig, wir kommen immer wieder gerne. Man hat immer den Eindruck, man isst gesünder. Bis aufs nächste Mal, wir freuen uns schon.

Ich bin zufällig auf diesen Ort gestoßen und bereue es keine Sekunde! Ich war vor ein paar Monaten in Thailand und finde all die Aromen wieder, an die ich mich von dort erinnere. Der Rindfleisch-Papaya-Salat war einfach himmlisch, und die Ente mit Cashewnüssen ein wahrer Genuss! 💯👌🏻 Die Portionen sind für den Preis sehr großzügig.

Das Essen war fantastisch, geschmackvoll und köstlich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Einrichtung ist wunderschön und die Atmosphäre ruhig und gemütlich. Wir waren als Familie dort – mein Mann, meine zehnjährige Tochter und ich – und es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Ein wirklich ausgezeichnetes Restaurant. We were very pleasantly surprised by the authentic cuisine! We ordered spring rolls, summer rolls, duck, and a typical Vietnamese dish. Everything was delicious! The prices are fair and the service is extremely friendly. We'll definitely be back!

The food is super fresh and delicious!

The duck was wonderfully crispy on the outside yet tender on the inside. The fresh vegetables were a perfect complement, and the oyster sauce gave the dish a rich, full-bodied flavor. Served with rice, it made for a very well-balanced and truly delicious meal.

Goi Xoai is truly refreshing! The mango was beautifully sweet, complemented by the fresh herbs and the slight acidity – perfectly crisp and aromatic. Ideal as a light snack or appetizer.

Visually, Anh&Em Vietnamese Kitchen is really inviting; the place makes a very nice impression and the atmosphere seems great. Unfortunately, we had to stay outside because there was a sign saying "No card payments." For us, that was a deal-breaker, as we only pay by card.

The staff were very friendly, but unfortunately the food was mediocre. I wouldn't recommend it. But I suppose that's a matter of taste.

We've ordered there many times and have always been delighted with the food. Ordered takeout today. The food didn't seem fresh. The noodles were hard, like they'd been reheated twice. The chicken was also visibly not fresh (already tarnished) and very tough and hard. It's a shame. We've always enjoyed eating there or ordering there.

Great food, everything fresh. Service, however, isn't really recommendable; even after eye contact, they didn't ask if we (7 people) wanted anything to drink. We were ignored. We then got up and got ourselves something from the bar. Therefore, points deducted, but the food deserves 5 stars.

I was there on Sunday, September 28, 2025, around 9:24 p.m. Everything was dark, but it was supposed to be open until 10:00 p.m. On Monday, September 29, 2025, I was there before 8:00 p.m., and it closed again. There's nothing on the entrance door about vacation or that the restaurant is closed late. That's completely unacceptable, in my opinion.

Anh & Em is a beautifully decorated Asian restaurant serving traditional and modern Vietnamese cuisine. Let's start with the ambiance: the two brothers have given the restaurant a new and very stylish interior. Both the interior and the garden have been completely renovated. The staff is super friendly and prompt; despite the restaurant being busy, food and drinks were served quickly. The dishes were impeccable, from the appetizer to the main course and dessert. The quality of the duck was outstanding, crispy and lean, and not the fatty duck you unfortunately find in many Asian restaurants. The vegetables were fresh and crispy, and the rice was also very tasty. Anh & Em is completely reasonable in terms of price; the complaints about expensive drinks here just make us shake our heads. The restaurant is not a run-down pub like its predecessors, but rather maintains a very good, clean standard.

The food is truly delicious, and the portions are generous. The four of us had three dishes, but two would have been enough. So we took the leftovers home and had something to eat the next day :) The prices are reasonable, too.

A great Vietnamese restaurant with delicious food, friendly service, and atmospheric photography as decor. My favorite dish is the Wan Tan Chien. Definitely try it!

The food tasted okay. The service, however, was abysmal. At the next table, the waiter spilled salad on a woman's lap while handing her a plate and didn't apologize. The salad from the next plate fell onto her shoes. I waited 40 minutes for my ordered drink. I couldn't ask for it because the waiters ignored us. Ordering dessert wasn't possible either. When I tried to pay, the waiter walked away. When he came back, he was rude and made us feel uncomfortable. Never again and definitely not recommended.

Exceptionally delicious food with many authentic dishes you wouldn't expect to find in an Asian restaurant. In addition to the usual curry dishes, there are tasty street food, soups, and cold main courses that will make your mouth water. Extremely friendly and cheerful service in a pleasant atmosphere.

We ended up there quite spontaneously and were very satisfied! Friendly hosts, a small but pleasant outdoor area, and a clean and lovingly decorated restaurant. The food was served promptly. The plates were beautiful to look at, and the dishes were very tasty and highly recommended. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely want to stay here again!

We stopped in spontaneously while passing through. According to Google, it was unclear whether the restaurant was open on the holiday. Please change this so that even more people can enjoy the delicious food and great service. All five different dishes were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The value for money is perfect for us! Great and friendly service! There's still room for improvement in the ambiance and the signal that the restaurant is open.

A nice restaurant with a terrace and good parking. The restaurant is busy, the food is freshly prepared and served very quickly. Unfortunately, our duck/chicken with coconut curry was completely oversalted. The dessert menu isn't great.

Service was very friendly. The food also looked very good on the neighboring tables. I ordered duck with vegetables in orange sauce and was a bit disappointed. The sauce itself was tasty but I wouldn't order it again. The sauce was so thick it was more like a cream and I felt like I missed out on a lot of better options on the menu. Luckily it's a matter of taste and would come again but next time I'd just order something different.

Wanted to get vouchers for Christmas. The first time I was there, the door was locked at 2:45 p.m., even though it was supposed to be open until 3:00 p.m. Then at 5:00 p.m. times and what happened there was anything but customer-friendly. It was open and I said I needed 2 vouchers, then I was kicked out, I should come back in 30 minutes, he doesn't have time now, he still has to make preparations. So he doesn't see a cent from me.

We have been coming to this lovely little restaurant with friends and family for many years and have never been disappointed. The food is always freshly prepared and of great quality, and the service is always friendly and quick. Hopefully the restaurant can reopen soon.

Despite making a reservation by calling twice, the restaurant was simply closed that day. So on the day we wanted to celebrate starting school, 11 people stood in front of closed doors. Communication is just a thing...

We were here with friends. Were received very friendly, aperitif from the house. El servicio estuvo muy bien: grandes sonrisas, nos ofrecieron un asiento elevador para nuestros 3 años, sin pedirlo, pudimos tomar 1 curso para los dos niños (el mayor es de 6 ) y se trajo un segundo plato con una gran sonrisa. Solo puntos débiles: los camareros y camarera apenas hablan inglés (más bien alemán) , y no éramos conscientes de que podíamos pagar con tarjetas (solo efectivo) . . .

We were actually there at the best time (Saturday evening). However, it was empty. That already made me suspicious. Very friendly service, nothing to complain about. It is clean and well-kept, but it is too dark, the tables are too narrow and it has the character of a small 3-room apartment rather than a restaurant. The spring rolls were on the table after 2 minutes, the main courses felt like they were on the table after 4 minutes. Apart from putting the duck in the deep fryer, nothing is freshly prepared, but rather the pre-cooked vegetables are served with a large ladle (nothing crunchy). Everything tastes very “Germanized”. What is on offer certainly has nothing to do with Vietnamese cuisine. But apparently many people seem to like it that way. Everything was arranged very nicely. But in my opinion that is not enough. Unfortunately we won't be coming back.

We were pleasantly surprised by the diverse selection! But first things first: We were greeted warmly and were free to choose where we wanted to sit. The drinks were picked up quickly, as was the food ordered. My wife chose two starters, a soup and skewers with peanut butter. I chose a dish with duck. Everything tasted excellent to us - and we are certainly critical and demanding guests. The quality of the meat was just as excellent as the ingredients were fresh and cooked to perfection. The service was always attentive and friendly and discreet. The bill at the end was absolutely fine, even though we each had two large drinks. And so we had a very nice evening with very tasty food at a good price-performance ratio. We will be back and can fully recommend this Vietnamese restaurant *****

The food was good so far, but from our point of view nothing special. What is very annoying: I felt really ripped off when I wanted to pay by card and was told that it wasn't possible. It works! But it was too convenient to 'transfer' the bill to card payment. The customer does not have to say in advance how he wants to pay. The service must ask in advance if it needs to be specified in advance. For me a reason not to come back.
