For many years, I've only been going to SAH. The skewers are homemade, and all the ingredients are fresh.

We had a doner pizza to go for €9. We thought it was a pretty reasonable price, and it was also delicious! Unfortunately, we only got one 😋

After so many years, I have to leave a review. Homemade doner kebab skewer with our own seasoning and sauce, and homemade doner and durum bread. I've known the owners and previous owners (Sahverdi) since I was a teenager. It's a family business, and you can tell. I'm not related to or friends with the owners, but I've been coming here for years. Simply because it's so consistent and good. I look forward to this doner every time. Quality is a top priority here, unlike the other generic doner kebab shops on the street, which, among other things, often sell raw (!!!) meat. I try the other doner kebabs from time to time, but I don't understand why people wouldn't prefer Sah Doner. The Sulzbach Big Durum is the second best on the street. Sah Doner is the best chicken/turkey doner I've ever had the pleasure of eating. And believe me, I've tried a lot. I recommend eating döner here instead of dürüm; the bread is simply sensational. The prices are also more than fair. Currently €6.50 for a döner. Super friendly service, always a smile. A family feeling. A small criticism of the past: I think the döner kebab used to be a bit softer (about 2-3 years ago?). Maybe they make it too early in advance, so it hardens a bit? But it's still top-notch and the best in town! Just nitpicking. Please stay the way it is and don't move or close. My future children need you! 😁

Very nice couple, are always in a good mood and also fulfill little extra requests. Here you get the best kebab or dürüm in the city, the meat is not very fatty, the salad is always fresh, the sauce is homemade and tastes very good and the bread is also homemade. They do everything themselves... crazy! The kebab was sensationally delicious 😋 I'll come back next time I'm in the area. You definitely have to support such a great store!

I'm particularly enthusiastic about the crusty bread - it gives the kebab that certain extra something. The staff is friendly and service is quick, even when it's busy. The portions are also generous and the price-performance ratio is absolutely right. If you want to enjoy really good kebab, you should definitely stop by here!

I used to live near there. I think there are 3-4 kebab shops on the street and in my opinion this was the best. Always enjoyed being there – highly recommended!

Fresh homemade bread! For me it's the best vegetarian kebab I've ever eaten! Pleasant portion, you really feel full. The store is clean and everyone is super nice and friendly. Clear recommendation!

My absolute favorite kebab shop on Sulzbacher Straße in the Wöhrder See area. The operators are kind-hearted people, you don't get treated like you would at the larger kebab shops and the dishes taste very good. As is well known, the size of the kebab bread can be debated, I don't think it's too small, as others have written here in the reviews, but it's absolutely outstanding in terms of taste. The daily specials and the homemade sekerpare are also highly recommended.

I was here just an hour ago to try something new and it is possibly the best I have ever eaten in Nuremberg. Not to mention that the very friendly man behind the counter spoke my language when I was struggling with my hungover German. 😄 Just FYI: I had a huge Dürum kebab with fries and then there was baklava. Excellent food guys, you've gained a new regular customer.

Das Reddit-Forum r/doener hat mich auf den Laden aufmerksam gemacht. Nachdem ich selbst einen Döner probiert habe, muss ich sagen: Ich teile die positive Meinung des Forums. Der Döner hat wirklich gut geschmeckt: Fleisch gut durchgebraten, Brot ordentlich gebacken, Preis nur spektakuläre 5,50 Euro. Wo findet man heute noch so etwas? Einzig die Soßen haben mir nicht gefallen. Sie kamen aus der Tube, was mich stutzig gemacht hat. Die weiße Soße bestand wohl teils aus Mayo, weil sie etwas süßlich geschmeckt hat. Dennoch gebe ich 5 Sterne für das tolle Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Für mich ist das der Beste Döner in ganz Nürnberg! Selbstgemachtes Brot, Fleischspieß wird selber gesteckt, Salate immer frisch geschnitten. Es wird nicht an Fleisch und Soße gespart, super freundliches Personal, Senior und Junior Chef! Hier fühlt man sich gut aufgehoben, ich komme hier regelmäßig zum Döner Essen her! Kann ich sehr empfehlen, habe schon viele Döner Imbisse getestet, SAH Döner ist der Beste in ganz Nürnberg! Super auch für (Beruf)Schüler es gibt Mittags ein spezielle Preise.

Dönerbox war okey, aber für 5,50€ hatte ich sehr wenig Fleisch drinnen, obwohl ich schon auf den Salat verzichtet habe, bekam ich eigentlich fast eine "Reisbox". Schade :(

Wunderbarer Döner und Dürüm von freundlichen Leuten! 👍🏻

Der Döner erinnert an meine Kindheit, als es den Laden „Sahverdi“ noch gab. Dieser war sogar in der gleichen Straße. Er hat leider zugemacht, aber der „Sah“ kommt geschmacklich fast 1 zu 1 ran. Preise sind top, die Bedienungen alle sehr nett, zuvorkommend und familiär. Das einzige was ich vom alten Sahverdi vermisse sind, die kleinen Tuben extra Soße, die man (damals!) für 50ct. dazu bekommen hat, wenn man vor Ort gegessen hat. Heutzutage würde das bestimmt mehr kosten, währe aber jeden Euro wert. Für diese Soße würde ich auch mehr zahlen und die schmeckt hier erstaunlich gleich. Das gibt es nirgendwo anders. Außerdem war beim alten Sahverdi mehr Fleisch im Döner, dafür etwas weniger Gemüse -> fand ich sehr gut, ist aber Geschmacksache. Hier vielleicht eine Option anbieten, die etwas mehr kostet wäre super!👍🏼 Brot ist auch immer extra gut und selbstgemacht, genauso wie der Fleischspieß. Für den Döner zahlt man gerne auch mehr und wir fahren jedes Mal, wenn wir Lust auf Döner haben fast 30km extra hier her. Weiter so!

Döner hier ne klare 10/10. hatte den Falafeldürüm. Zutaten waren Frisch und lecker. Das Brot wurde vor Ort selbst gemacht und das Personal war freundlich.

Wirklich seit Ewigkeiten schon mein Lieblingsdönerimbiss in ganz Nürnberg! Jegliches Brot wird selbst gebacken, der Dönerspieß noch selbst geschichtet und die Soße ist einzigartig. Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich immer sehr nett und zuvorkommend hier wird halt wert auf die Kundenzufriedenheit gelegt und jeder extra Wunsch berücksichtigt. Kann ich jedem nur weiter empfehlen, der eine gute Mahlzeit genießen möchte. Vielen Dank für euren Service und bis bald!

Ich kann überhaupt nichts negatives über diesen Döner-Laden berichten. Das Essen dort schmeckt super. Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Zutaten immer frisch, Mitarbeiter steht’s freundlich und zuvorkommend und der Laden immer hygienisch sauber. Preise passen auch. Ich esse in der Pause oft dort, da meine Berufsschule in der Nähe ist. Meiner Meinung nach nicht mit anderen Dönerläden in der Gegend vergleichbar.

Die Dönersoße ist die beste weit und breit. Stets nette Mitarbeiter und Top Qualität
