Sababa in Berlin

Ordered food for my sons birthday. Everything was fresh! The taste is unique and there was plenty from Everything. The service was amazing. The owner is a great guy. I highly recommend this place for lovers of Hummus and middle eastern food.

Hands down the best baba ganoush in town. Top pita bread, fair prices, friendly staff. I love Falafel Sababa.

Falafel Sababa is simply amazing! The food is incredibly delicious, and you can tell it's made with a lot of love and care. We ate here based on the reviews and weren't disappointed! Everything is freshly made, the falafel is to die for and the entire dish was super delicious. As in previous reviews, the hummus is super soft and delicious. We often walked past the restaurant because it looks so inconspicuous. But luckily we ended up here. The prices are reasonable and the staff is super friendly/nice. The food came quickly. It's definitely not the last time we've been there and we can highly recommend it.

Highly recommended place ❤️ Authentic & delicious Israeli cuisine, the falafel and tahini are fantastically delicious. Good selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. In addition, very courteous service and a pleasant atmosphere. The outdoor area is beautifully shaded under trees in summer and offers enough space for guests.

Fresh, delicious food, generous portions- one of the only places in Berlin that prepares everything fresh on the spot! Their Pita bread is also incredible. And you must try the Falafel..

I had grilled aubergine with Humous. Delicious! And quite cheap - I paid 16 euros for a large platter and a drink. The owner was clearly enjoying his music (whistling along) - very relaxed atmosphere.

Our absolute favorite place to eat. We eat there almost every week. The falafel are soft and fluffy, the salad is fresh and for me personally the best thing is the pita, which is reminiscent of stick bread on school trips. The prices are super good for this quality. The atmosphere is also pleasant, you can sit outside and the employees are very relaxed. So absolutely recommended!

We’ve tried the hummus and falafel multiple times here and the place is amazing. The falafel are freshly prepared and very crispy and tasty. The hummus is very good as well. The pita is also soft and fluffy. The staff is very welcoming and gave us some great recommendations to try out.

Huge plate of falafel was great and hummus was amazing

Found this place while looking for a quick bite. I stepped inside to order from the counter like any falafel place, but I was mistaken. The waiter welcomed us and guided us to have a seat to order. It was a bit unexpected but quickly realised it's a restaurant, not a regular imbiss 😅 Ordered a falafel plate for two. The plate has a base made with creamy hummu sand and some salad on the side. Falafels were smaller than usual, but there was a lot of falafel on our plate (pun intended 😬). Everything was yummy, especially the star of the plate, falafel. It was super crispy outside and soft inside. Not mushy. Inside is small, but there are a lot of tables outside. The staff is friendly and attentive. Servis was quick. Long story short, it was unexpectedly good. I'll be definetely coming again for those crispy falafels 🤤

Wieso wird hier von authentischer israelischer Küche gesprochen? Die angebotenen Gerichte sind allesamt arabischen Ursprungs. Erschließt sich mir nicht ganz.

Amazing Middle Eastern food. We ordered the roasted eggplant plate with hummus and falafel. The eggplant was charred to perfection. Best I’ve EVER had! The falafel were tiny crunch nuggets of deliciousness. The hummus and salads all excellent!! Run don’t walk.

Cute little spot central Berlin, putting out some delicious Lebanese/Mediterranean food. We visited on a Monday early afternoon and it wasn't too busy. We ordered the Sababa Aubergine and the Msabaha. Both dishes were delicious, not kidding, this was probably the best Aubergine I've had recently. Staff was very nice as well. Food: great Atmosphere: super casual, and relaxed Service: welcoming and food came out fast

I am usually not big falafel fan, but this place’s falafels are the best with smoked aubergine and hummus. It is not very dry and they do not use frozen ones. Sababa Aubergine is my favourite. It is falafel, salad, smoked aubergine with sauce and hummus served with pita.

Zuverlässig das beste Babaganoush in Berlin. Absolut authentisch wie in Israel. Unglaublich liebe, gastfreundliche Menschen. Eher minimalistisches Ambiente, dafür aller Fokus auf den Geschmack des vorzüglichen Essens. Wir sind so froh dass es so etwas auch in Deutschland gibt - und müssen jetzt endlich mal eine Bewertung schreiben.

Super leuk, toegankelijk restaurant. De eigenaar lijkt alleen te werken dus je moet wel wat geduld hebben maar het is het 100% waard. Het eten was verrukkelijk en prijs kwaliteit is het eten bijna te goedkoop. Al helemaal met Nederlandse prijzen vergeleken. Zeker naar toe gaan als je in de gelegenheid bent.
