VORSICHTIG !!!!!! Sehr schlechtes essen , das Restaurant ist sehr dreckig und das Essen schmeckt nicht , Wir waren 4 Personen da die Rechnung 107€ aber nach eine Stunde aller vier mit Bauchschmerzen.

Leider echt teuer und echt trocken für die Preise nicht fair

Die Qualität des Essens hat im Vergleich zu früher deutlich nachgelassen; die Preise sind gestiegen und die Portionen kleiner geworden, aber das Ambiente und der Service sind nach wie vor sehr gut.

Exzellenter Kundenservice und hervorragendes Essen

Unterirdisches Essen. Zwei Personen, “Kellepaça” bestellt, so steht es auch auf der Speisekarte. Bekommen haben wir eine rote Brühe mit fettigen Fleischereien, wahrscheinlich um so die Suppe günstig halten zu können. Kellner angesprochen, Antwort : “İch weiß, aber bei uns ist so”. Wir: Warum steht dann auf der Speisekarte “Kellepaça”(türkischer Name für Lammkopfsuppe). Danach keine Antwort. Wir haben beide sie Teller stehen und abräumen lassen. Wir wollten dem Ganzen eine Chance geben und haben dann 2x Lammspiesse mit Salar bestellt . Als ehemaliger Fleischveräufer vom Großmarkt habe ich sofort gemerkt, dass es Gammelfleisch war. Meine Tochter und ich waren entsetzt darüber und ließen auch dieses Gericht stehen. Wir haben die Kellner damit konfrontiert , jedoch kam keinerlei Reaktion auf unsere Beschwerde. Nicht einmal ein „Nein, kann nicht sein“, oder „Ich Probier mal“, unfassbar !!! Am Ende wollten Sie ein Ayran und ein Wasser aufs Hau’s schenken, was ich abgelehnt habe und mehr als den vollen Preis an die Kasse gelegt habe, damit sie sehen, das es uns nicht um‘s Geld ging. Geld wurde vom Kassierer dankend angenommen. Hoffe das dies jemand von der Lebensmittelüberwachung liest und denen einen ernsten Besuch abstattet. Vergiften können Sie sich selber die Herrschaften.

Super leckeres Essen, insbesondere das Kurdische Kebab war wahnsinnig lecker, mit diesem Frischen Kurdisches Brot , welche direkt frisch aus der Tandor rauskommt. Sehr empfehlenswert top Service , gerne wieder.

Es ist sehr gemütlich zu sitzen und sich zu entspannen, während man isst. Die Atmosphäre ist einladend und ruhig. Der Service ist super nett und völlig hilfsbereit. Das Essen kann zwar teuer werden, aber sogar die günstigsten Speisen sind sättigend und köstlich. Pluspunkt für kostenlose Toiletten im Gegensatz zu anderen Restaurants. Völlig legitimer Auswahl für Gemütlichkeit und Zufriedenheit. ( Die Hühnersuppe ist zu empfehlen.)

Sehr schlechte Lebensmittelqualität und unhöfliche Angestellte

Ich habe ihm dreimal gesagt, dass ich keine Zwiebeln möchte, trotzdem haben sie sie mir auf den Teller getan, und ich musste 86 Euro für zwei Döner und Schaschlik bezahlen.

Ich kann dieses Lokal nicht empfehlen, die Angestellten sind unhöflich und das Essen ist von schlechter Qualität.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und das Personal unglaublich freundlich. Die Preise sind fair und die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm. Jedes Mal wenn ich in Köln bin esse ich in diesem Restaurant – kann ich nur empfehlen!

Ich war mit zwei Freundinnen im Saana Kalk und ehrlich gesagt wir waren komplett geflasht,Das Essen war einfach überragend vor allem die Vorspeise war unfassbar lecker, sowas haben wir lange nicht mehr gegessen. Der Service Absolute 10/10 Mega freundlich, aufmerksam und richtig auf Zack. Dazu kam das Essen auch noch super schnell, was das Ganze perfekt gemacht hat. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, die Stimmung war top und es hat einfach alles gepasst. Einziger mini Kritikpunkt: Die Toilette hat ein bisschen gerochen, war aber ansonsten sauber und ordentlich. Fazit: Wirklich ein richtig geiler Laden wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! :)

Sind extra nach Köln Kalk gekommen, weil es hier auch kurdisches Essen gibt. Und es hat sich sehr gelohnt! Authentischer kurdischer Kebap, leckerer Tee, Humus war sehr gut und die Falafeln sehr zu empfehlen. Knusprig und schmackhaft. Gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis, große Portionen die gut satt machen. Großes Restaurant aber dennoch keine lange Wartezeit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder ☀️

Der döner war äußerst lecker. Besonders gefallen hat mir die Qualität und der Geschmack vom Fleisch sowie das Brot. Dieser döner ist aufjedenfall einen stopp wert. Gerne wieder.

Dönerteller zum mitnehmen war lecker und eine gute Portion. Dazu gibt es ein flaches Fladenbrot, was bei vielen vergleichbaren Restaurants keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr ist. Na gut, dafür ist das Saana auch einen Euro teurer, was ich in Ordnung finde, da die Qualität passt. Alles in allem, von mir eine Empfehlung, werde dort noch mal hingehen.

Im Gegensatz zu vor 2 Jahren hat sich die Qualität des Essens sehr verschlechtert. Fleisch, Salat und Reis waren leider sehr schlecht. Schade eigentlich, denn ich bin früher gerne dort essen gegangen, wenn ich in Köln war.

Ein ausgezeichnetes Restaurant mit hervorragender Küche – die Speisen waren durchweg sehr lecker und qualitativ hochwertig. Das Personal trat äußerst professionell, freundlich und zuvorkommend auf. Abgerundet wird das Ganze durch ein sehr ansprechendes Ambiente. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Besuch, den ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann.

Das Fleisch war schmeckt gut und die Frau die uns bedient hat, war sehr nett. Es war wenig los und deshalb ziemlich ruhig unter der Woche

With so many customers, that's quite remarkable, I think. The guys at the grill are always friendly, as are the waitresses and waitresses. We tried this place by chance and have become regulars. We even drive all the way to Kalk just to eat there now, even if we don't actually need anything special from Kalk. Highly recommended.

We ordered two shish kebabs and a shawarma sandwich, and they brought us two pieces of bread, but that was fine. We ordered another one, and when we saw the salad, there was only one grilled tomato. It's a shame, honestly.

Good afternoon, I would like to describe a very unpleasant experience we had today at your restaurant. While the soup was being served, a very hot bowl was almost spilled on my baby. My husband was able to react at the last moment – ​​otherwise, our daughter could have been severely scalded. The waiter apologized immediately, and we respected that. Mistakes can happen. Afterwards, my husband calmly but clearly told another employee (the woman with glasses) that the soup should be served on a tray, as our child had almost been scalded. This was a perfectly reasonable point. However, instead of showing understanding, this employee reacted very rudely and disrespectfully. She said, in essence, that "the baby shouldn't be standing there at all" and "should be sitting on a chair." However, this is a very small baby – of course, she can't simply sit on a chair like an adult. This reaction was completely inappropriate, lacked empathy, and demonstrated a lack of respect for parents who had just experienced a terrifying moment. I'm not writing this message to harm anyone, but so that your employee understands how inappropriate this behavior was—and hopefully reacts with more empathy and consideration for families in the future. For us, it's clear: We will not be visiting this restaurant again. I hope you take this feedback seriously!

Restaurant Erbili in Wuppertal is worth a visit

We were here for the second time today, and it was fantastic. Delicious, fresh food (vegetarian or meat) with a house starter, and all the waiters were super friendly and attentive. Next time we go to the cinema in Kalk, we'll eat here again.
