Even when Phoenix is ​​closed, hardly any men under 50 come here. Average age 68. 3 bartenders but busy with themselves and don't see that guests want to order. Tissues everywhere in the rooms, poor cleaning in between.

It's very bad service. I paid 200€ for 10 visit and for the 3rd week the jacuzzi doesn't work and everyone they gave me promise next time Will works but unfortunately untill now nothing changed. The enter is expensive because expected good service but unfortunately they are not professional and the owner doesn't care about the place and about the customer complaints. I took train for 5 hours to use the facilities at the place but I'm totally disappointed that what I complained about the jacuzzi 20 days ago and for the the 3rd tim I'm at the place and still have me the same excuses about the jacuzzi problem and they offered me free drinks which cost 5€ and I spent more than 500€ last 2 months to buy 10× visit 2 times. Actually I didn't expect such service and behaviour for them but I decided to shar my experience to let you know don't use their service because you'll never get what you expect from what amount you paid for.

A bit smaller than expected, but the atmosphere was great. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend it.
