Really good, I'd give it six stars if I could.

The less positive aspects: The reservation took three days to confirm, and then even longer after a follow-up inquiry, leaving me uncertain for a long time whether everything would be alright. When we finally arrived, it turned out that far from all the tables were reserved. It was our first time there, so the ordering process was somewhat complicated after the very brief introduction, resulting in the food not being ready at the same time and two of us having nothing in front of us for quite a while. Regarding the drinks, my drink was repeatedly passed by the server, who seemed to be searching for it, even though I pointed out my drink order to the waitress. The drink finally arrived long after I had picked up my food. In the women's restroom, one of the three (?) toilets couldn't be locked, and the whole place looked rather unhygienic, as is often the case in large restaurants. The positive aspects: The food was consistently very, very tasty and attractively presented with fresh ingredients (just like the photos on the menu), which helped with our choices. The service, especially at the counter, was very friendly. All in all, we had a good meal, especially considering the timing of an event at the Lanxess Arena. Therefore, a table reservation was advisable; you should arrive at the restaurant two hours beforehand.

You order your meals via app and you receive a pager; when it beeps, you can pick up your food yourself.

We ate at Bona'me in Deutz as part of our Christmas party. Everyone enjoyed it and the food was delicious. Friendly and good service.

ÇİFTLİK SAC with shrimp for 15 euros is far too expensive. Such a small portion with only 5 tiny shrimp. No one will get full on that. The taste was good, though.

I ordered grilled lamb . It was delicious and good. The amount of the food was really good not too much and not to few. Food price compared to food quality and services is really good ! Highly recommend for friend meeting and for business meetings.

Great Kurdish food with a wide variety of options. Our favorite spot is the cozy seating area in the back. The lunch menu is affordable and highly recommended. The only downside is that you have to pick up your own food. You pay at the register when you leave, which feels impersonal.

Cozy, warm, and not too loud. You order via QR codes and a buzzer at your table; a smartphone is required. Unfortunately, the vegan options are very limited. You can omit dips, but you don't get an alternative and pay the same price. Even the hummus isn't vegan? The restrooms could be better maintained. Amex is not accepted. For parking, I recommend the Triangle parking garage (€2.50/hour).

A beautiful, modern restaurant with a great terrace overlooking the Rhine. The Kurdish-Turkish dishes are fresh and delicious. Prices are fair, and the service is friendly. Overall, a highly recommended spot in Cologne-Deutz.

The overall quality of the food seemed uninspired, unprofessional, and completely inadequate for a restaurant that boasts good reviews. No one in our group was satisfied. Every single plate remained almost untouched because the food was simply inedible. In the end, we all went hungry, which is truly unacceptable for a restaurant visit. Our feedback was also completely ignored, which only reinforced the negative impression. This was definitely our first and last visit. We absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant. Anyone expecting good, hot, and properly prepared food should spend their money elsewhere. A completely disappointing experience."

Breakfast was tasty, however the bread was very hard and unfortunately didn't taste fresh. It was also a bit chilly in the restaurant. The service was pleasant and friendly. The decor was inviting.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere cozy. We really liked the murals and the large glass front. The dishes are perfect for sharing in a group. The food was served quickly, although the drinks took a little longer. Ordering is easy via a QR code on your smartphone, where you enter your table number and page number. It's very straightforward. We would suggest brightening the lighting in the restrooms, as we found them rather dim.

This service is unbelievable. Unfriendly, and on top of that, you have to serve your own food and drinks on a tray. What are the waiters paid for? I felt like I was going to work myself. The food is great, but the self-service unfortunately detracts from the restaurant's appeal. Additionally, ordering via QR code doesn't always work.

I ordered pasta with chicken. The pasta tasted old and was extremely oily. It was awful. Luckily, I didn't eat much, because I felt really sick later. A friend of mine ordered something else and she also got very ill. This is incredibly irresponsible. The ingredients were too oily and didn't taste fresh. It's a shame, because the atmosphere is nice and the staff are friendly.

I've had the same dish before at the Von-Werth-Straße branch – it was really good there. Unfortunately, this time it wasn't satisfactory at all. The food was very watery and didn't look appetizing at all – the ingredients were simply thrown into a bowl without any decoration. The quality is significantly worse compared to the Von-Werth-Straße branch. I hope management pays more attention to the quality and presentation of the food in the future.

One of my favorite restaurants in Cologne. The food is fantastic, and the staff is always very friendly and accommodating. The only downside to the service was that you have to pick up your own food. It's a bit of a shame, but we still love coming here. I find the breakfast particularly creative and unusual! We're even allowed to bring our dog into the restaurant. That's another reason we love coming here.

The food in this modern place was wonderful and delicious. The chefs are definitely from our region. The German guests I brought with me also liked it very much. Both the taste of the food and the Kurdish music playing in the place takes you to the east. Thank you bona me.

I used to come to this restaurant quite often and always enjoyed the atmosphere. it’s cozy, and I’ve always liked how they serve drinks in such interesting cups. However, after visiting again recently (after more than a year), I was a bit disappointed. It feels like the management has changed or something isn’t quite as organized as it used to be. Some of the staff didn’t seem very confident or attentive, and the overall service could definitely improve. Even small things, like the fireplace not working, made the experience less enjoyable. I think the restaurant still has potential. it just needs better management and a bit of care to bring back the charm it used to have. In general, it’s still okay, but I hope they make some changes soon.

Order exceptionally delicious & modern online! The menu selection is almost overwhelming! But that makes trying it all the more delicious.

If an Arabic restaurant offers dried-out flatbread on an appetizer board (see screenshot from the homepage), then something is wrong with the restaurant! The two whole flatbreads that were served later were also dried-out. Even worse: the sauces for the "Sê Meze III" were lukewarm, and the kofte and falafe balls were so dried out that the waiter, after checking the kitchen, had to agree and remove the dish from the bill. In fact, this one friendly, courteous, and exceptionally authentic waiter was the reason we felt valued as guests. After the bread complaint, the kitchen was apparently encouraged to put more effort into the main course. The pide we ordered tasted impeccable. The tacos were only lukewarm, but delicious. The shrimp, ordered separately for €6.90, arrived unspectacularly on a plate and were only lukewarm (small, lukewarm shrimp, after all). At 10:10 p.m., there were two other people in the restaurant. When we asked about dessert, another, seemingly somewhat disillusioned employee explained that they were closing. I pointed out the time was 10:10 p.m. He said the cash register at the front was closing. Where on earth was our competent and knowledgeable service staff? We were able to opt for a quick dessert by the glass. Because of the friendliness of this ONE employee, I tipped €5.80 at 10:20 p.m. on a bill totaling €69.20. Although we were discreetly asked to leave the restaurant, we planned to try the breakfast the following day. I assume they might at least have fresh bread in the morning. At 10:10 a.m., we found the doors locked. An employee opened the door when he saw us and told us they wouldn't open until 11 a.m., and that breakfast would be served then. We couldn't find any opening hours on the door or the outside wall. The lounge, with a small artificial fireplace, is very nice. ``` Otherwise, the restaurant is a huge hall and incredibly noisy and noisy. I don't think I'll come back. Maybe I'll visit the new bona'me in Münster, where I actually live.

Considering the lack of service, the value for money is abysmal. The portions are small but extremely expensive. Two ordered meals were forgotten, and when it was time to pick them up, they were cold. All the employees seemed completely overwhelmed and clueless. The food didn't taste good either.

I've enjoyed going to Bona'me for over a decade and find the food there very delicious. Unfortunately, after multiple expansions, the quality has declined slightly, as is often the case with chains. The bread served with it today was extremely dry, but is otherwise very tasty. There is a large selection and many delicious dishes. The staff was very friendly. While the digital ordering system saves staff, I don't recommend it very much for the older clientele.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've rarely eaten such delicious food in my life! I came all the way from Essen and was in Cologne for the Ayliva concert – afterward, I visited the Bona'me branch. And I have to say: Even the appetizers were a dream, and the entire meal was incredibly delicious. You can immediately tell that a lot of love and quality goes into it. I found the process of having to order and pick up everything yourself a bit unusual. But: The staff is super friendly, helpful, and especially takes care of older people or guests with disabilities – they are served as a matter of course. I have great respect for that. I think the price is absolutely reasonable, especially because the dishes are so full of flavor. They remind me of home and childhood, almost like my grandmother's. I really hope that Bona'me will open a branch in Essen, Mülheim, or the Ruhr area in general one day – I would be a regular in a heartbeat! This definitely won't be my last visit, and I definitely want to try the other branches as well. Simply fantastic – highly recommended!

We had planned a dinner with friends and came here. It's quite crowded, but also safe and peaceful. It's nice that everyone chooses this place. There's a high-quality wine list. They serve Turkish, German, and international cuisine. Service and ordering are a bit complicated, but not difficult.

The restaurant is promising, but the food and service are still mediocre. While the atmosphere is really good, we expected tastier food and a better selection. I think there's very little choice.

We spontaneously wanted to reserve a table for four. Even though it was relatively full, the nice gentleman at the reception took care of it. Thank you very much, we'll be back!

Drinks are served, but you have to pick up the food yourself at the counter. The prices are completely exorbitant for this self-service concept, and it honestly makes you feel a bit uncomfortable. The concept of making Turkish food look modern may be an interesting idea, but it just doesn't work here. It has little to do with classic Turkish food, it didn't taste good either, and some dishes were extremely greasy. For example, the chicken beyti was so greasy that it was truly unpleasant. The overall impression remains: Beautiful location, but neither the selection, taste, nor value for money are right. Unfortunately no recommendation.

The store is incredibly complicated. There are cards and a pager. Then there are pick-up stations where the name doesn't match the one displayed on the pager. The cooks are all incredibly unfriendly. Vegan food is simply served with yogurt. This store is not for vegans! Never again.

Very chic and friendly service. I know Boname in Düsseldorf and Hamburg, and in the other cities, the selection is wider and the food tastes better. Hence only 3 stars, as the other Boname restaurants were tastier. But for the atmosphere and all that, it's very pleasant :).

The food was very tasty and the portions were large. We were there on a Monday after lunch, and the place was very empty, so everything went very quickly. The ordering process via the app is okay, but a bit tedious, as you have to click on each dish to see the details. Unfortunately, the waitresses were a bit unmotivated, and it took a while for our food to be packed.

Ordering via app is absolute rubbish, it's no fun at all reading through the individual dishes and having to carry the food yourself through the entire restaurant is also rather unpleasant. The food itself was only "okay" and I wouldn't come again.

You need internet and a phone that can scan QR codes, then it works quite well. The food was delicious, a bit spicy 😅 but that's not their fault.

Why do they have such a crappy app? Please do everyone a favor and spend some money on a good ordering app—this is a complete disaster. We had to look through the regular website to even see the pictures and information (but even that was garbage—what's in the homemade iced tea??) and then ordered through the app. Totally uncool! The food was okay, but nothing more. This was definitely our first and last visit.

Yesterday, four of us were in boname Deutz and wanted to meet up again after a long time. Google suggested boname to us and since we were also at gamescom, it was right on our way. Unfortunately, we were completely disappointed. The service was TOTALLY overwhelmed and we had to wait a whopping 40 minutes for someone who could help us. When we finally went to reception, they were more concerned with their phones than with us. After we finally got our food, we first had to look for clean tables. The food wasn't tasty and really oily and unfortunately that was a flop. The ordering system is even worse than McDonald's. Unfortunately, we didn't get the impression that the hygiene was up to a good standard. Not recommended.

The self-ordering concept is so much fun, like a little adventure through the menu 🤭. The food was fresh, colorful, and so good you just want to try everything. The atmosphere is relaxed, modern, and cozy at the same time. The perfect place to laugh with friends, eat, and just have a good time. Delicious as always. I find the new ordering system to be better. Ordering is easier and faster, even though I'm not a fan of electronic menus. However, I find the mocha too thick; it could have used a spoonful of coffee.

Delicious food. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, you're not served and have to order using a QR code on your phone. A pager then calls you to the food counter. Not such a bad idea, actually. I just find it a shame that orders have to be picked up every five minutes. First came the main course. Then the drinks, then the appetizers. So I got up five times: get the pager to order, get the main course, get the drinks, get the appetizer. And finally, pay. Not for me. The beautiful view makes up for it somewhat.

Very pretty place and great food

Nice restaurant on the banks of the Rhine. You order all your food and drinks with your phone. We had to figure out how that worked. Overall, it's okay, though, and you can see the pictures of the dishes. A bit more information about the ingredients would have been good. When the buzzer goes off, you go to the kitchen and pick up your food yourself. It's okay if you like that. We've been there twice, but they use too much oil for my taste. Maybe that's just the way the kitchen is. Since we were a larger group of about 12 people, we weren't sure how to split the bill properly. Apparently, each group needs its own menu? So we just split it in thirds.

The waiter, the young guy I think (LGBTQ), is amazing. I've rarely seen him work as cleanly and as quickly as he does. And his sense of humor – wonderful!

The location is really nice. We didn't have a good experience. If an ordering system leads to inflexibility, this leads to dissatisfaction. I wanted to order onions and peppers as an extra for my dish, for an extra charge of course. It can't be that difficult. The reaction to this was totally unprofessional. The so-called boss reacted arrogantly when asked and said something about it not being possible because of the tax office... He couldn't enter it into the system because the system doesn't allow it... Really?! I'm in favor of the boss becoming an automaton who should be able to do one thing... be solution-oriented. And to be honest, as a customer, I simply couldn't care less about your problems with the tax office or ordering systems.

The food is good and relatively inexpensive. However, you order on screens similar to McDonald's and get a beeper. Then you have to pick up your drink, salad, and main course one by one. If you want another drink, you start over. The cost is charged to a card, which you then have to pay before leaving. Unfortunately, it's not my thing at all. It was also quite crowded and loud, and the atmosphere wasn't anything special. Plus, the food was ready quickly.
