We were seated at a sticky table that still had grains all over it. We were not asked if we knew how the ordering process worked. In contrast to the “normal” bona'me, the food was more like that and the selection was also rather small. The “homemade” iced tea was just this cheap crumbled tea with a mint stalk stuck in it. You can only reserve if there are at least 6 people. To pay you had to walk through the entire restaurant and then hand over a chip card. Unfortunately no one told us this either. Luckily the table next to us explained this to us. Only good point is that the restaurant looks really nice.

Super nice service and pleasant atmosphere. We were even allowed to choose a table, but towards the evening you might want to make a reservation :) The food was a 10/10 🙏😊

Last week we went to this restaurant for breakfast with a group of seven people. A big plus point of this restaurant is that although you go there for breakfast, you can also enjoy many other freshly cooked dishes. What particularly caught my eye: Everyone who works at this restaurant was happy, smiling and even joking with each other even on Sunday even though they were working! This creates a very pleasant working atmosphere, which is also nice to experience as a guest. And what should I say about the food? One was better than the other! This restaurant has now become a real meeting place for me and I will definitely go there again!

Nice shop come here very often with friends and have always been satisfied to this day but we definitely won't be coming back after the waiter made fun of me because of my allergy because I just asked him to bring me vanilla ice cream solo without strawberries and without nuts Priced the price of the Lebanese ice cream instead of the macaron ice cream but he made fun of it and sent the new waiter to say no. The other waiters are always nice and answers are always very polite but today the head waiter found it funny. I work in the catering industry myself, which made a turnover of 8.5 million last year and we always try to send the guest home happy and don't stand in the way or laugh at the guest because of an ice cream. Brunch with an oriental touch - simply a dream for the taste buds! I have known and liked lunch at Boname in Rheinauhafen for years. Today we tried breakfast at this related restaurant and loved it. The Boname breakfast, the golden porridge, an egg breakfast, two different smoothies and the pastries from the dessert corner were all very tasty and obviously made with fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is very chic - more like a hip bar with oriental elements (and less like the one in the original restaurant in Rheinauhafen). The service was always friendly and the food came to the table quickly. On Sundays it would make sense to make a reservation as it got full after 11am. We definitely want to go there again.

The BonaMe Factory is not just a restaurant, but rather an experience place. The ambience is exquisite, extravagant and characterized by an elegance that is second to none. However, appropriately oriental, just in a new way. Each room exudes a unique atmosphere. Every detail is refreshing, from the artistic oriental elements to the interesting room layout, everything with the open kitchen contributes to an atmosphere that invites you to linger. The highlights were the freshly prepared, homemade iced tea and the delicious oriental tacos, which offer a taste experience of fusion cuisine. The service was outstanding – fast, courteous and always with a friendly smile. Thanks to the spaciousness of the premises, I think that events can also be held here without any problems.

We went for breakfast on a weekday, the menu has a QR code, you scan it and order. There is a classic breakfast plate, but it is very empty compared to other places, this place is left in the background, but it has a quality, everything is ok, from the decoration of the place to the spaciousness and the fast service. In my opinion, it is a place to go occasionally, not a place to go regularly. There is a closed parking lot on the side street. It costs 2.00 euros per hour. You can leave your car there. There is a disabled entrance. You can pay by cash or card. In general, we were satisfied.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food was very good. We went there for breakfast and it was really, really tasty. Would go again and again and recommend it to anyone traveling to Cologne. I ate scrambled eggs with spinach and an accompanying bread. I also had a cappuccino with oat milk and a cocktail with passion fruit. Everything I ate/drank there was exceptionally good. In the end I paid around €25 for it, which I found a bit expensive. However, I would still pay for this service again and again.

Very nice restaurant with several different styles. You can find authentic Turkish/Kurdish dishes here that taste very delicious. However, it should be noted that the preparation of the dishes differs slightly between the Bona'me Factory and the other Bona'me locations. Personally, I like the preparation of the traditional locations a little more.

Great food! My husband and I eat here often and always look forward to the food! A small tart for dessert and the day got off to a great start! We can recommend it to everyone!

There were four of us in the restaurant last night and we had to wait 40 minutes. For 40 minutes there was no smiling face from the employees. They were more annoyed that we were there. Other groups that came after us and also didn't have reservations were let in before us because there were fewer people (three of them). None of us liked the food and the service was also bad. The toilets weren't clean. The ambience was nice, but it has no value if the food doesn't taste good and the waiters are unfriendly. In my opinion not worth visiting. The other locations are by far better.

The bona'me Factory is significantly larger than the previous restaurants. The interior design has an oriental feel and is very successful! At the entrance you will receive a card with a QR code that you can use to order yourself. I think the system is great. The waiting times after ordering are short and the food is delicious! We had various pide with dips and a dessert each, all thoroughly recommended. The only (really small) negative points: The restaurant is rather loud in the evenings due to its size. In addition, the sometimes large recesses on the dining tables need to be vacuumed out, as a lot of crumbs etc. collect in them. Be sure to make a reservation on the weekend, otherwise you have little chance of getting a table at peak times. Overall we had a great meal and will definitely be back!

Without a reservation, we were seated at a high table with our dog. A positive thing to mention is that we were deliberately placed in a corner so that our dog could lie down in peace. You receive a plastic card in the shape of a credit card with a QR code on it. You scan this with your cell phone camera and it then shows you the food and drinks menu. You can have a very long breakfast there and the selection is ok. Then put everything in the shopping cart and order. To do this, you then have to manually enter the table number (sticker on the table) and both drinks and food will then be brought. You can access the menu again at any time and reorder. Payment is then made at the exit at the end. Show card and pay. The food was ok, but the coffee was unfortunately lukewarm. Two fried eggs for just under 7 euros is a lot... generally quite high prices. All in all ok, nice atmosphere and nice staff.

What a wonderful evening! We were here for our daughter's birthday. Even without a reservation, we were given one of the better tables in the blue part upon request. Ordering is done via an app, one of the best ordering apps I have tried. The service is certainly fast, friendly and neat. Definitely worth a tip. The most important thing is of course the food. And that was wonderful. Bread, vegetables, meat, shrimp, rice, sauces and even dessert were of top quality. We will definitely come back here on a beautiful summer day so we can sit outside.

I've been to Bon'ame in Deutz before and thought it would be the same, but I was actually pleasantly surprised, it was better. Starting with the super great ambience, the ease of ordering things using the app or calling the service person, to the really delicious food. Had a really great evening. Definitely coming back.

The restaurant is very nicely decorated. High quality and comfortable. Service was quick and good, but the cash register system didn't work, so the whole system with the QR code no longer made sense - we stood around for a bit. Our orders were “lost”. Unfortunately there is too much hype about the food. Had 3 different dishes, but none of them tasted great. A matter of taste. Unfortunately, the quality of the meat (e.g. the Angus in Babuko) is not that good. Other things but good. But overall still ok. Prices are really okay. We didn't have dessert - but it looked really good.

Soo a beautiful, bright Bona'Me. The food was super tasty. I can recommend the Occident salad. Pide and pastries (we also had a puff pastry tart with a fruity cream) were also super tasty and everything was so so fresh

The food there is delicious, I like to have breakfast with my girlfriend or my husband on the weekend. I'm really a regular customer, even if sometimes things don't go right (like last time, our order was forgotten and lost from the system, so we waited more than 1.5 hours), but otherwise great 👍🏼. Employees are always super nice and attentive. Ambiance is super nice 🥰.

Were here for the first time yesterday with friends. The interior is super nice and has a bit of an Anatolian touch. Enough places to sit and barrier-free - except for the toilets, which are in the basement and I only saw stairs that lead there. Eat: Had babuko with chicken - it was super tasty and the portion was enough to satisfy a person with a very big appetite. Also Crunchy Beyti with yogurt sauce, which was a bit spicy. But totally delicious, a little more of the sauce would have been nice :) And pide with meat: super tasty, very thin dough, was gone immediately because it was too tasty. Service: You get a card with a QR code and can then order everything using your cell phone. So no waitress comes to the table and asks what you want, which I also think is a good thing. Our orders arrived immediately. The waitresses were really nice and attentive. Dessert: unfortunately no photo was taken because we felt like we ate it all! We had the Orient Brest. I can only recommend it, totally delicious! It wasn't the last time we were here :)

One of the best restaurants in Cologne in terms of atmosphere. The food and desserts are of very high quality and the waiters' relationship with the customers is generally good. However, it is still questioned whether it is good in terms of price and performance. In general, my experience was good, but during my visit a few days ago, I was told that the coffee machine was broken and although they said they would cancel the coffee, the money for the coffee was taken from me. There are deficiencies in placing, canceling and editing orders in card order systems.

I recently visited this restaurant and have to say that my experience was unfortunately disappointing. Although the ambience is very appealing and the furnishings appear stylish and elegant, the food was a bitter disappointment. Not only were the dishes poorly seasoned, but they also gave me a stomach ache. The presentation of the food was nice, but that couldn't make up for the lack of flavor and quality. The service also left a lot to be desired. During our entire visit no one asked us if we needed anything. We had to get the menu ourselves and it took over 30 minutes for someone to finally clean our table. It seems that the restaurant suffers from poor management, which is a shame because the potential is definitely there. With better organization and a focus on quality it could be a great place, but in its current form I unfortunately cannot recommend it, except perhaps for a simple tea. Dinner for three. Ordered Pide Classic, Köfte, Babuko Angus and Crispy Chicken Beyti. Ordering is via mobile phone and relatively easy. The food is served here. We simply enjoyed everything, it was very delicious and everything was of the finest quality. The location is modern and cozy, very nicely decorated. The location is quiet, sat outside and enjoyed the evening. The location is quiet, even though you are right in the center. Perfect.

Unfortunately after a year I have to adjust my rating. Nothing has deteriorated in quality. However, it has become significantly more expensive and the portions are rather smaller. I've been to all the Boname branches. The best of all so far. The ambience is very comfortable. The food tasted very good.

The food selection is special. I am missing 1-2 “standards” that can be found in other boname branches. The ambience is incredibly beautiful and in general the location directly parallel to the main street is quiet and relaxed. Parking is a little more difficult but there is a good train connection. Desserts not only look like they do on the menu but also taste very good 👍🏽

Das Konzept hat mir gut gefallen, auch die Bestellung wie bei McDonalds am Bildschirm hat mich nicht gestört. Die Auswahl ist super und ich werde wieder hingehen. Allerdings muss man wissen, dass das Lokal für romantische Treffen nicht passend ist. Auch ist es keine gehobene Küche, jedoch stimmt die Qualität, wenn man mal einen schönen lockeren Abend mit Kollegen oder Freunden verbringen will. Die lage am Rhein und die Sitzplätze draussen sind auf jeden Fall im Sommer zu empfehlen. Mit der 15 oder 16 ist der Ort gut zu erreichen. Für Touristen empfehle ich den Spaziergang vom Dom, den Rhein entlang bis dorthin.

Beautiful restaurant near the downtown area, tastefully decorated. It has large outdoor terraces and several indoor dining rooms. The order is made through a web platform. The food is excellent, a mix of flavors and textures. The prices are competitive, according to the size and quality of the ingredients.

Well, at first I liked the shop, but I discovered that the temporary workers there were just being exploited! Talk about experience! E.g. For mini-job employees, more hours are scheduled and overtime is swept under the table. And if they open their mouths, they will slowly no longer be registered and will ultimately be dismissed (for no reason, nothing is said)! As a customer I will definitely not go there again. I find the exploitation of young people terrible! That's why I don't want to leave my money there anymore. There are much nicer restaurants in Cologne. And the food isn't that great either.

Unfortunately, our outdoor table had not been cleaned when we arrived, which somewhat affected the ambience. We also had to pick up the menu for the online menu ourselves at the restaurant instead of finding it directly at the table. You could say it's like a Turkish V.a.p.i.a.n.o with table service and similar to the regular boname but somehow different. The ability to place orders via mobile is nice. However, it would be advantageous if payment could also be made directly via this platform. The prices are rather higher and are not always in proportion to the quality of the food on offer. The chairs (outside) are decorative and I hadn't seen them before, but they don't necessarily invite you to linger. In summary, the place is good for enjoying a cool drink and a quick bite to eat. However, it is not a place that stands out for its special features or exceptional ambience. It feels more like an experiment. If you want to watch influencers posing in front of the front camera of your smartphone, you'll find what you're looking for here. But that's not because of the restaurant but because of the inner courtyard that seems to invite you there.

I've been there several times, but now for the first time for breakfast. All you can say is: wow wow wow. So so so delicious. This Turkish pancake was the best thing I have ever eaten. Price: two adults, two dishes, one drink each: 40 euros.

The food was very delicious, and the place had a nice ambiance. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. We ordered the Ciftik sac kofteli, Pideh, a starter, and a burger—all of which were delicious, though a bit spicy 😊. While the prices were a bit high, it was worth trying. However, the cleanliness of the toilet was a downside.

I was a little disappointed with the ambience. It is particularly uncomfortable to sit in the back of the restaurant. The food was served traditionally and tasted good. The portions were plentiful. The service was, like in the other bona me restaurants in Cologne, very good! We will come back for breakfast.

Das Esen ist sehr gut und die Einrichtigung ist sehr schön! Es ist aber sehr unfreundlich und umständlich, wenn man schon seine Getränke selbst holen muss, man auch noch an der Bar abgewiesen wird mit dem Hinweis man müsse selbst am Automaten bestellen. Das war nicht immer so und hat vorher besser funktioniert: Freundliche Begrüßung und man bekam sofort seine Getränke. Man wartet lange auf Getränke, man kann nicht gemeinsam essen, weil das Essen zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten kommt und immer jemand aufsteht und sein Essen holen muss. Das passt übrings gar nicht zur orientatalischen Gastfreundschaft, wo man immer sehr zuvorkommend bedient wird und man selbstverständlich gemeinsam essen kann.

It is a place where Turkish culture is very elegantly blended with European culture, both in the atmosphere and in the food. The three-course appetizer combinations that came out were very successful. We had a pleasant evening eating very delicious food, thanks to our friends living in Cologne.
