The food was delicious. Prices were reasonable. Ordering was done via QR code and mobile phone, or via a terminal (?). Despite the restaurant being full, we received our food and drinks relatively quickly. All the staff were friendly.

The moment you step inside, you realize: this is no ordinary restaurant. The atmosphere is modern, stylish, and yet incredibly cozy – a perfect blend of oriental flair and urban design. I was particularly impressed by the open kitchen. You can watch everything being freshly prepared, which immediately inspires confidence. Everything appears clean, organized, and high-quality. The food was simply superb! The selection is vast and offers something for everyone. We had hummus, ezme, and tabbouleh as appetizers, among others, all of which were incredibly fresh and flavorful. (Lieferando) For our main courses, we had manti (filled pastries with yogurt sauce) and köfte with bulgur, both incredibly delicious and perfectly seasoned. The pide (Turkish pizza) is also highly recommended – crispy, moist, and bursting with flavor. (Menu) What I find particularly cool: There are also many modern dishes like chicken curry with coconut sauce or creative stir-fries (Çiftlik Sac) that combine traditional cuisine with new ideas. I went to Boname Factory today and ordered the Chili Cheese Lahmacun, which the menu described as only "mildly spicy." Since I usually eat very spicy food and can handle a lot, I didn't expect any problems. Unfortunately, the dish was extremely spicy—so spicy that it was completely inedible for me. I politely informed the waitress and asked if anything could be done. She said she would ask her boss, but came back saying that nothing could be done because that's just how the dish was. At the register, I was also told that the dish couldn't be removed from the bill. What I found particularly disappointing was how the situation was handled. That's not what I call customer-oriented service. I definitely won't be coming back. Very poor service. A real shame.

I actually like the atmosphere and the food, but I was simply disappointed on my last visit. The whole restaurant was empty, and we were ushered to a table in the very back corner. Furthermore, it's just awful when they use rotten avocados for breakfast instead of fresh ones. The simit was rock hard and burnt… The menemen had more oil than eggs. And at €17 for breakfast, that's outrageous. I wouldn't go back to this place.

One of the Best authentic restaurant in town. Beyti kebap, lentil soup and salads were amazing. Service was Fast. Staff was very helpful and atmosphere were amazing. Prices are normal comparing to Cologne standards. Definitely Will visit again..

I had the babuko with beef. The beef was very tough and unfortunately inedible. Luckily, there was only a maximum of 50g of meat in the dish anyway, so it was still okay. Pide with feta and arugula is also more like what it used to be.

We usually love coming here and have always been satisfied. The staff is consistently friendly and professional. Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed on February 14th. Although we arrived a little late in the evening, the kitchen was still open, and we placed an order. However, the food served wasn't fresh. We pointed this out to the waiter and showed him the situation. He apologized and said he would pass it on to the kitchen. Nevertheless, it was a shame, especially on such a day, as we had hoped to enjoy the evening together. Of course, we arrived late, but when the kitchen is open, the quality of the food should meet the usual standard. If something isn't fresh, it shouldn't be served. We hope this was an exception, as we generally really like this restaurant.

I'm writing this review reluctantly, as I know how stressful working in the restaurant industry can be. However, that doesn't justify treating guests disrespectfully. I've been to this restaurant almost five times now, and unfortunately, each experience has been negative. Some of the female staff members, in particular, were repeatedly unfriendly, dismissive, and disrespectful. Their behavior struck me as discriminatory. On our last visit with my family, despite having a reservation, we were seated at a very inconvenient table, practically sitting next to other guests. Food and drinks were placed roughly on the table, which frightened my nine-year-old sister. We didn't feel welcome. In addition, the portion sizes have become smaller, and even before we sat down, we were informed that we could only use the table for two hours. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

We arrived after making a reservation and were told the table had already been given to someone else. They said they would have called us in advance. The call came two minutes before our arrival. After a brief consultation between an employee and a colleague, we were told to wait in a corner. Ten minutes later, we were informed we could join a queue that was about ten meters long. The purpose of a reservation was clearly disregarded at that point. An extremely unpleasant and unsatisfactory experience. Customer service is clearly not a priority here.

Hello, my girlfriend and I went to your restaurant today to enjoy a delicious dinner. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The food was completely tasteless. We ordered lahmacun with cheese and chili, which I absolutely cannot recommend. The cheese tasted like it came from a can, the coffee was mediocre, the ice cream was ordinary, and the smoothie was so disgusting that we didn't even want to drink it. I even felt nauseous in the restaurant and felt like I was going to vomit. Honestly, I cannot recommend this restaurant. We still feel sick. We wasted 50 euros on such rubbish.

I went to Bona'me with two other people and we were very satisfied overall. The location is modern, stylish, and definitely a real eye-catcher; you immediately feel comfortable. The food was also very tasty, fresh, and delicious. One small point for improvement: the portions could be a bit larger. Especially for men with good appetites, it was a little on the small side; they unfortunately weren't quite full. Otherwise, though, it was a lovely visit; we'll be back.

I'm not a fan of leaving bad reviews but in this one I was disappointed. I went here with my German friend since I am visiting Köln and took me to this place. Well the interior was kinda nice but when we asked for a seat they told us to sit in a very uncomfortable place since the place was nearly empty. Ok we changed the place, they sent us to a metal table which was super greasy and dirty, so the impression wasn't that good staff a bit unfriendly and the palce dirty, tabels and chairs, even the floor their employe slipped. The food arrived was not bad, except was super spicy. Me personally I would suggest the owner to work on cleanliness and their employees attitude, if you start getting bad reviews the reputation of the place with fall, just a friendly advice the kitchen staff seemed hardworking but the service staff got work to do if they wanna serve good and get tips. Don't forget to give the interior a deep clean.

The visit was disappointing from the start, especially in a restaurant that usually has a good reputation and makes a decent impression. Our table was dirty as soon as we arrived: crumbs, stains, simply unkempt. For a restaurant that is otherwise considered good, this is truly embarrassing. We had to point it out to the waitress before the table was cleaned. This immediately created a bad impression. We ordered two different types of beyti. But then came the shocking moment: when my friend opened her beyti, there was a short hair, root and all, right in the food! It was visibly embedded in the yufka dough, not just something that had fallen on it – so it wasn't something we had put there. This completely ruined our appetites and is absolutely unacceptable!!! The waitress apologized immediately, but after such a hygiene lapse, an apology alone isn't enough. We were offered to exchange the food and bring some soup as well... but after such a disgusting discovery, we didn't want to eat anything from that kitchen again. The Beyti order wasn't canceled, even though it absolutely should have been. In the end, only the two soft drinks (a Coke and an iced tea) were canceled. For such an incident, this is a completely inadequate response, especially since the main course my girlfriend ordered was significantly more expensive than the two soft drinks that were removed from the bill. The appetizer and bread were delicious, but after this experience, that simply doesn't matter anymore. For a restaurant that is usually good, this was a huge disappointment. We definitely won't be returning.

I just had to get this off my chest. I'm honestly thrilled with this place. From the food to the service, it was incredibly beautiful and delicious. I never usually write reviews, but I couldn't keep this to myself. The breakfast was first-rate, and the cappuccino was fantastic. I even got a little bear on it—it was so cute! We spent almost two hours this morning (Sunday, 11 a.m.) at bona'me Factory in the Gerling Quarter for breakfast and were absolutely delighted! The experience was perfect from start to finish: From the greeting at the door to paying, all the staff were incredibly friendly, extremely attentive, and genuinely caring. The breakfast we ordered was absolutely fantastic. It was very fresh, plentiful, and tasted so good that the time flew by. The atmosphere at the Factory is unique. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back!

The location is truly beautiful, but unfortunately, our visit was very disappointing overall. The service was chaotic and inattentive. The tables were dirty and were only cleaned after we asked for them. We didn't even receive plates for our appetizer. When serving our Turkish coffee, the servers—two very young women—simply placed the drinks on the table and spilled my friend's iced tea. It even landed on her, but there was neither an apology nor was the table properly cleaned. We ended up having to wipe it up ourselves. My food was also cleared away without any consultation, even though I hadn't finished eating. The biggest shock, however, was the restrooms: I have never seen such filthy sanitary facilities in a restaurant, not even at fast-food chains like McDonald's or Burger King. For the prices, neither the quality nor the quantity was justified. For me, it's clear: never again.

If I could give the food 0 stars. Last year, my first visit afterwards, I was throwing up until the morning... I thought it could have been anything and didn't want to give a bad review. I really liked the atmosphere. However, I am sorry that I have to write this review. We went out to eat on a Saturday evening around 9 p.m. and it was no longer that busy. There were a lot of waiters working, but they seemed very stressed. And after my dirty glass arrived, I got up myself and complained. I had already poured water and when I wanted to drink it, I saw that the glass was very dirty. My husband had ordered a glass bottle. When I asked the lady (who worked at the front desk - she was behind the counter at the time) for a new glass and bottle, she said no, you don't need that and gave me another glass and drew water from the tap. When our dessert arrived afterwards and the tea glass was also dirty and the saucer was broken, I decided to write this review and hope it gets through to the top. Because I have always been to the other Boname's before and I have never experienced anything like this - I find it cheeky and impertinent. Unfortunately, the toilets were also very dirty. The regular sweet tasted like rose water—I can't recommend it to anyone.

It's actually a very nice and friendly restaurant, and I actually really like it. BUT, when my food arrived, I unfortunately couldn't eat it because it was tasteless and I just couldn't eat it. I pointed it out to the waiter, and he simply ignored me. I barely ate any of it, but I had to pay the full price, and I thought that was a real shame! I think there should be more tolerance, and customer service should improve.

Wow, I liked that. The service was super friendly, and I also found the mobile ordering system really convenient. You have time to look around and order whenever you want, no annoying waving and the like. I only have to deduct one point because the service is quite slow when clearing empty tables. We sat for at least 10 minutes at a table that was still full and smelled extremely of smoke (outside). If the rest of the restaurant hadn't been so amazing, it would have been a really bad impression. And for me, the music inside was a bit too loud (we had to change it inside because of the wasps). But now finally to the positives, and they clearly outweigh the negatives. The restaurant looks amazing. The decor is really great, and the area is absolutely beautiful. The menu also includes pictures of the products—always a huge plus. And everything looks incredibly high-quality. Comfortable chairs, too! Especially in Cologne, you really get the feeling that uncomfortable benches or something like that are often placed on purpose to prevent you from staying long. Here, however, everything really invites you to sit comfortably and have a little chat afterward. It was worth it ;-) We definitely wouldn't have ordered dessert if it hadn't been so pleasant. Ordering food was difficult in the sense that we simply had a hard time deciding. I definitely want to come back to try more. I still want to try the breakfast alone. The food was good, too. All in all, it exceeded expectations. I can only give it 5 stars.

I had the opportunity to experience this restaurant in July and I was especially pleased to see that they closely follow technological developments. We visited as a group and the dish we enjoyed the most was the Çiftlik Saç Angus. It was both generous in portion and delicious. We were also happy to see that they offered multiple vegetarian options.

The food was okay, but unfortunately didn't meet our expectations. It was our first time there and we were given a chip card with the menu on it, which we found a bit odd. And we had to pay with the card at the cash register. No one told us how to do it. Unfortunately, it wasn't that great.

Simply wow!!!!!!! Everyone, the chef and team, are super friendly and the food is perfect and healthy!!!! A fantastic atmosphere!!!!

Very nice place. A pide costs around €15.
