Essen sehr gut, Portionen sind knapp gemessen. Ambiente top, jedoch die Toiletten katastrophal...schmutzig, Beleuchtung defekt!!!!

Modernes Lokal, hervorragende Speisen und freundliches Personal. Lediglich die Bestellung per Smartphone finde ich unpersönlich und in der Gastronomie unpassend.

Wir waren heute zu viert in der Bona`me Factory und fanden es gleichermaßen großartig! Ob das Bona`me Frühstück mit Menemen, das Granola oder der Salat, alle bestellten Speisen und alle Getränke waren hervorragend. Danke für den netten Service, wor müssen wiederkommen, um noch die vielen anderen leckeren Sachen zu probieren :-)

Das Essen kam viel zu spät und war kalt. Die Qualität des Essens war überhaupt nicht gut. Nur die Getränke waren okay, aber selbst die kamen sehr spät.

Die Räumlichkeiten, die Möbel, das komplette Design und die Lage sind 1a! Die Aussenterrassen sind einladend und nicht zuletzt aufgrund der Lage auf einem extrem hohen Niveau. Die Möbel sind massiv, hochwertig und gemütlich. Das Design ist ein echter Traum. Hier haben viele Vorredner bereits Fotos veröffentlicht. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: Wir waren an einem Samstagmittag dort essen und kannten nur das Konzept vom Rheinauhafen. Niemand der Angestellten fragte uns: Hey, wisst ihr wie man hier bestellt? Sollen wir euch das Konzept zeigen? Dabei saßen wir recht fragend an unseren Plätzen und warteten auf eine Karte. Auch auf den Tischen war nirgendwo sichtbar, dass man seine Bestellung online tätigt. Das Essen war gut, meiner Ansicht nach allerdings noch etwas unterwürzt. Ich hätte mir Salz, Pfeffer und Schärfe auf dem Tisch gewünscht. Der Eistee und der Mango-Matcha waren unglaublich gut! Nichtsdestotrotz ziehe ich das Lokal am Rheinauhafen nicht zuletzt wegen der Gerichte vor, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Ansonsten: Ich bin Fan vom bona‘me!

Wir waren zu viert im Boname essen und leider insgesamt sehr enttäuscht vom Service. Die Vorspeisen kamen schnell und waren wirklich lecker. Danach mussten wir allerdings insgesamt zwischen einer und anderthalb Stunden auf den Hauptgang warten. Währenddessen standen die leeren Vorspeisenteller lange auf dem Tisch. Wir mussten die Könner mehrmals darum bitten diese abzuräumen. Zusätzlich war die Tischlampe defekt und hat dauerhaft geflackert, sodass wir die Glühbirne irgendwann selbst herausgedreht haben. Nach etwa einer Stunde fragten wir erstmals nach unserem Essen. Die einzige Aussage war, dass die Küche gerade sehr voll sei – ohne Entschuldigung oder kurze Information zur weiteren Wartezeit. Nachdem erneut längere Zeit nichts passiert ist, haben wir nochmals nachgefragt. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt waren wir verständlicherweise genervt, aber definitiv nicht unfreundlich. Die angesprochene Kellnerin wirkte allerdings völlig überfordert, ging plötzlich weg, fing an zu weinen und holte einen Kollegen. Dieser erklärte uns erneut, dass viel los sei, sprach dabei jedoch eher mit uns wie mit seinen Freunden und benutzte Aussagen wie „safe“, was absolut unpassend ist. Kurz darauf wurde uns Beilagen gebracht, bei der wir das Gefühl hatten, dass sie eigentlich zu einem anderen Tisch gehörte. Danach dauerte es nochmals 15–20 Minuten, bis überhaupt die ersten zwei Hauptgerichte kamen. Die restlichen zwei Gerichte folgten einige Minuten später. Zusätzlich wurde eine Extra-Bestellung offenbar komplett vergessen, obwohl sie in der App und auf der Rechnung sichtbar war. Diese wurde immerhin nachträglich entfernt. Das Enttäuschendste war am Ende allerdings, dass sich beim Bezahlen niemand für die Situation entschuldigt oder die Probleme überhaupt angesprochen hat. Schade – denn das Essen war grundsätzlich gut, aber der Service an diesem Abend leider absolut unterirdisch. Traurig wenn der Inhaber überhaupt nicht mehr in qualifiziertes Personal investiert und keinen Wert auf vernünftigen, professionellen Service legt.

Das Essen hat sehr lange gedauert, bis es serviert wurde, und war dann leider auch noch kalt. Die Getränke kamen erst lange nach dem Essen. Insgesamt war der Service sehr schlecht und enttäuschend. Ich komme nicht wieder.

Service - unterirdisch! Über 1 1/2 Stunden auf die Hauptspeise zu warten ist einfach nur traurig, ohne informiert zu werden und vom Personal komplett ignoriert. Andere Tische sind nach uns gekommen und bekommen davor Ihr Essen. Die Vorspeise wurde nach zwei Mal bitten dann auch endlich mal abgeräumt. Von dem Personal kriegt man nur zu hören - ja Save - als ob wir Kumpel wären- aber keiner nimmt sich dem Problem an. Auch nach dem nachfragen wegen des Hauptganges wird man nur hingehalten. Zwischen durch bekommt man dann einfach eine Beilage hingestellt. 15 Minuten später dann den Hauptgang. Die Lampe über dem Tisch die geflackert hat haben wir selbst heraus gedreht weil sich auch darum keiner gekümmert hat. Und die Mitarbeiterin, die wir zwischen durch auch mal gefragt haben nach dem Stand unseres Essen, wie schlecht der Service heute ist ohne Infos zu bekommen hat dann angefangen zu weinen - unprofessionell wenn man nicht mit Kritik umgehen kann. Traurig das so ein Unternehmen am Service des Personals spart!

Katastrophaler Abend. Über 90 Minuten auf den Hauptgang gewartet – ohne eine einzige Information vom Personal. Tische, die nach uns kamen, wurden längst bedient. Die Vorspeisateller blieben trotz zweifacher Bitte stehen. Auf Nachfrage zum Stand des Essens: Vertröstung, nichts weiter. Zwischenzeitlich stellte jemand einfach eine Beilage hin – der Hauptgang folgte 15 Minuten später, kommentarlos. Das Personal beschränkte sich auf ein freundschaftliches „Hey” – aber niemand hat das Problem auch nur ansatzweise in die Hand genommen. Eine flackernde Lampe über unserem Tisch haben wir schließlich selbst herausgedreht, weil sich auch darum niemand gekümmert hat. Als wir eine Mitarbeiterin direkt auf den schlechten Service angesprochen haben, fing sie an zu weinen. Kritikfähigkeit gehört zum Gastgewerbe dazu – das war schlicht unprofessionell. Hier wird offensichtlich am falschen Ende gespart.

Ich habe kürzlich das bona’me Factory GQ besucht und war total begeistert. Das Konzept ist etwas ungewöhnlich, aber es funktioniert hervorragend – das Essen war frisch, geschmackvoll und ansprechend zubereitet. Es gab eine gute Auswahl an Gerichten, und alles wirkte hochwertig. Die Atmosphäre war modern und lebhaft, und die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein toller Ort für ein etwas anderes und richtig leckeres Essen.

Leckere türkische Küche in relativ ruhiger Lage mit Außengastro. Wegen App Bestellung statt Karte nur 4 Sterne. Preise noch günstig, daher eine Empfehlung.

Tolle location. Sehr gute Auswahl an Desserts und Speisen. Nette Mitarbeiter. Viele Plätze draußen.

Rote beete salat mit burrata leider nicht wie auf dem photo mit kräutern , in Fett gebratene dazu angerichtete stücke von sesamring komplett geschmacklos, sodass der salat nach nix schmeckte für knapp 16 euro! koriander avocado tomate extra nur sauer, nicht gesalzen. Extra rindfleisch für nahezu 7 euro klein und leider auch teilweisen zäh. Kleiner salat ok aber viel mais und krautbeilage, kaum frische salatblätter. Köfte waren lecker. Apfelschorle mit nur 2 Stückchen Eis schmeckte sehr wässrig. War hungrig gekommen und nicht zufrieden gesättigt,einfach etwas ohne Geschmack das Essen. Service dauerte doch länger und man fühlte sich nur mäßig willkommen. Bestellung mit dem Handy finde ich zu klein die Bilder und als jmd der nicht alle Gerichte kennt sieht die Zubereitung auch gerne. Fühlte mich, da meine Karte zum scannen zunächst nicht funktionierte doch etwas seltsam. Toilette leider dreckig und in einer war das Licht koplett ausgefallen. Schade, denn die Location liegt an sich schön.

Leider sind wir enttäuscht, wir sind früher so gerne gekommen, leider ist der Service so unfreundlich und klatscht dir das Essen sowie die Getränke hin und wenn ich nach Servietten frage, kommt Sie nicht mal sondern ich muss nach Minuten aufstehen und es selber holen… die Speisen sind kleiner geworden und nicht mehr lecker wie früher, leider haben Sie sich mit den Jahren verschlechtert, da Sie vermutlich nicht mehr auf Qualität achten sondern nur noch auf die Preise und zu Wachsen… so wird man leider nicht gross und mit den Preisen sowieso nicht. Für den Lahmacun Tava mit 10 mini Lahmacun 16€ verlangen ist schon Next Level… dafür das da kein Fleisch + nichts schmeckt, genauso wie Beyti Chicken, ich hatte 3 oder 4 Chicken kleingeschnitten drinnen und die Speise war kleiner als davor. Als ich der jungen Dame beim Zahlen gesagt habe das es nicht gut war und wir Unzufrieden war, hat Sie es ignoriert und nichts gesagt, also Verbessern will man sich nicht. Danke gehe nächstes Mal wo anders hin! 😉

War sehr lange Wartezeit aber lecker

Einmal und nie wieder. Das Ambiente ist wirklich sehr schön und die Lage ebenfalls. Leider lässt der Service zu wünschen übrig… wir mussten sehr lange warten, wir wurden nicht gegrüßt und haben erst die Speisekarte erhalten, nachdem wir mehrfach nachfragen mussten… die Portionen sind auch nicht das beste../. Schade

Bisher war jedes Gericht das ich hier gegessen habe köstlich. Versuche immer vorbeizukommen wenn ich in Köln bin.

Sehr leckeres Essen und schneller Service (waren zur Mittagszeit da). Portionen sind mehr als großzügig. Das einzige das etwas gestört hat, war die sehr laute Musik. Gerne wieder!

Leider haben wir uns von Anfang an nicht willkommen gefühlt. Bei unserer Gruppenreservierung um 18:00 Uhr kamen wir um 18:06 Uhr pünktlich an (zwei Gäste trafen ca. 18:15 Uhr), doch die Bedienung sprach uns mit gestresstem Ton an und wies uns barsch darauf hin, dass der Tisch nur bis 20:00 Uhr verfügbar ist. Das wussten wir bereits aus der Reservierungsbestätigung per E-Mail, aber eine freundlichere Formulierung hätte den Abend nicht gleich getrübt. Wir bestellten vorsichtshalber direkt Vorspeisen, Hauptgerichte und Getränke. Die Handy-Bestellung war dabei wirklich praktisch und komfortabel, ein klares Pluspunkt. Leider fiel mein gemischter Vorspeisenteller total ab: Die Meze-Platte war entweder völlig ungesalzen und fade oder an manchen Stellen übersalzt und dadurch einfach nicht genießbar. Als Hauptspeise gab es dann einen Lichtblick: Das Babuko mit Beef schmeckte hervorragend, auch wenn die Fleischportion für den Preis etwas zu knapp bemessen war. Insgesamt ein enttäuschendes Erlebnis, bei dem der unfreundliche Service und die schwachen Vorspeisen den positiven Aspekten (App, Hauptgericht) überwiegen. Wir hatten uns mehr erhofft und sind schnell gegangen.

Wir waren hier öfter schon Frühstücken, zum Lunch oder Dinner - egal ob privat oder geschäftlich, man findet hier ein guten Platz und vor allem frische und leckere Speisen. Hunde sind hier ebenfalls willkommen.

Ich war jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal bei Boname und es war wieder eine super Erfahrung. Es macht mich ehrlich gesagt glücklich zu sehen, wenn jemand so ambitioniert ist und so etwas aufbaut. Ich bin wirklich positiv überrascht, wie gut es ist und wie es sich weiterentwickelt hat. Die Prozesse sind optimiert, alles ist klar strukturiert, die Tische sind sauber und das Restaurant ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Burger, den ich gegessen habe, war richtig stark, die Mischung aus süss, sauer und ein bisschen scharf, dieser exotische Geschmack, wirklich sehr gut. Eine Sache war aber nicht so angenehm: Wir wurden an einen Tisch gesetzt, der zwischen zwei andere Tische eingeschoben war. Dadurch haben wir den Weg für die anderen Gäste ein bisschen blockiert. Für die Familien dort war das nicht ideal, weil wir immer wieder rutschen mussten, damit sie rausgehen konnten. Es wäre super, wenn man Feuchttücher bekommen würde. Insgesamt trotzdem eine sehr gute Erfahrung, ich komme gerne wieder.

Such a comprehensive and delicious menu!!! It took me ages to decide because everything sounded so good. The food was incredibly tasty and plentiful! The beef skewer was absolutely divine. We didn't have to wait too long for our food either. The atmosphere was fantastic! I would go there every week if I lived in Cologne!

A delicious and varied breakfast where you can immediately tell that all the ingredients are fresh and of high quality. The menemen was served piping hot and perfectly seasoned. Rasi, the waiter, was very friendly and attentive without being intrusive. His thoughtfulness was also evident in the way he brought us a blanket outside without hesitation. The ambiance and value for money are excellent, so we will definitely be back.

The moment you step inside, you realize: this is no ordinary restaurant. The atmosphere is modern, stylish, and yet incredibly cozy – a perfect blend of oriental flair and urban design. I was particularly impressed by the open kitchen. You can watch everything being freshly prepared, which immediately inspires confidence. Everything appears clean, organized, and high-quality. The food was simply superb! The selection is vast and offers something for everyone. We had hummus, ezme, and tabbouleh as appetizers, among others, all of which were incredibly fresh and flavorful. (Lieferando) For our main courses, we had manti (filled pastries with yogurt sauce) and köfte with bulgur, both incredibly delicious and perfectly seasoned. The pide (Turkish pizza) is also highly recommended – crispy, moist, and bursting with flavor. (Menu) What I find particularly cool: There are also many modern dishes like chicken curry with coconut sauce or creative stir-fries (Çiftlik Sac) that combine traditional cuisine with new ideas. The food was delicious. Prices were reasonable. Ordering was done via QR code and mobile phone, or via a terminal (?). Despite the restaurant being full, we received our food and drinks relatively quickly. All the staff were friendly.

I went to Boname Factory today and ordered the Chili Cheese Lahmacun, which the menu described as only "mildly spicy." Since I usually eat very spicy food and can handle a lot, I didn't expect any problems. Unfortunately, the dish was extremely spicy—so spicy that it was completely inedible for me. I politely informed the waitress and asked if anything could be done. She said she would ask her boss, but came back saying that nothing could be done because that's just how the dish was. At the register, I was also told that the dish couldn't be removed from the bill. What I found particularly disappointing was how the situation was handled. That's not what I call customer-oriented service. I definitely won't be coming back. Very poor service. A real shame.

I actually like the atmosphere and the food, but I was simply disappointed on my last visit. The whole restaurant was empty, and we were ushered to a table in the very back corner. Furthermore, it's just awful when they use rotten avocados for breakfast instead of fresh ones. The simit was rock hard and burnt… The menemen had more oil than eggs. And at €17 for breakfast, that's outrageous. I wouldn't go back to this place.

One of the Best authentic restaurant in town. Beyti kebap, lentil soup and salads were amazing. Service was Fast. Staff was very helpful and atmosphere were amazing. Prices are normal comparing to Cologne standards. Definitely Will visit again..

We really enjoyed the food here. It was wonderfully seasoned and enhanced with lots of fresh herbs. We ordered several appetizers and main courses, and everything was truly excellent. 😇

I had the babuko with beef. The beef was very tough and unfortunately inedible. Luckily, there was only a maximum of 50g of meat in the dish anyway, so it was still okay. Pide with feta and arugula is also more like what it used to be.

We usually love coming here and have always been satisfied. The staff is consistently friendly and professional. Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed on February 14th. Although we arrived a little late in the evening, the kitchen was still open, and we placed an order. However, the food served wasn't fresh. We pointed this out to the waiter and showed him the situation. He apologized and said he would pass it on to the kitchen. Nevertheless, it was a shame, especially on such a day, as we had hoped to enjoy the evening together. Of course, we arrived late, but when the kitchen is open, the quality of the food should meet the usual standard. If something isn't fresh, it shouldn't be served. We hope this was an exception, as we generally really like this restaurant.

I'm writing this review reluctantly, as I know how stressful working in the restaurant industry can be. However, that doesn't justify treating guests disrespectfully. I've been to this restaurant almost five times now, and unfortunately, each experience has been negative. Some of the female staff members, in particular, were repeatedly unfriendly, dismissive, and disrespectful. Their behavior struck me as discriminatory. On our last visit with my family, despite having a reservation, we were seated at a very inconvenient table, practically sitting next to other guests. Food and drinks were placed roughly on the table, which frightened my nine-year-old sister. We didn't feel welcome. In addition, the portion sizes have become smaller, and even before we sat down, we were informed that we could only use the table for two hours. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

I'm still thrilled. The atmosphere was very pleasant. Ordering food myself using my phone took some getting used to and was new to me, but the food was really, really good and delicious. Thank you so much for the lovely evening.

We arrived after making a reservation and were told the table had already been given to someone else. They said they would have called us in advance. The call came two minutes before our arrival. After a brief consultation between an employee and a colleague, we were told to wait in a corner. Ten minutes later, we were informed we could join a queue that was about ten meters long. The purpose of a reservation was clearly disregarded at that point. An extremely unpleasant and unsatisfactory experience. Customer service is clearly not a priority here.

Hello, my girlfriend and I went to your restaurant today to enjoy a delicious dinner. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The food was completely tasteless. We ordered lahmacun with cheese and chili, which I absolutely cannot recommend. The cheese tasted like it came from a can, the coffee was mediocre, the ice cream was ordinary, and the smoothie was so disgusting that we didn't even want to drink it. I even felt nauseous in the restaurant and felt like I was going to vomit. Honestly, I cannot recommend this restaurant. We still feel sick. We wasted 50 euros on such rubbish.

The atmosphere is lovely and pleasant. The service is always attentive and friendly. The food is varied and delicious. I'd gladly come back again!

The food is generally very good, but I was particularly impressed by the breakfast. The selection is huge and perfect for someone like me who prefers to enjoy a meal in the morning rather than at lunchtime or in the evening. ** I also went to Bona Me for dessert in the evening, and it was just as impressive as before. The dessert was delicious and freshly prepared. Despite the crowds, the service was quick and friendly, and the restaurant was, as always, clean and tidy. I highly recommend it for dinner as well – I'll definitely be back.

The Chicken Babuko was delicious, but the amount of chicken was low. It was mainly a mushroom and spinach dish. The flatbreads and appetizers were very good.

I went to Bona'me with two other people and we were very satisfied overall. The location is modern, stylish, and definitely a real eye-catcher; you immediately feel comfortable. The food was also very tasty, fresh, and delicious. One small point for improvement: the portions could be a bit larger. Especially for men with good appetites, it was a little on the small side; they unfortunately weren't quite full. Otherwise, though, it was a lovely visit; we'll be back.

I'm so disappointed that such a great restaurant has such terrible staff. There were three of us, and the service was absolutely awful. I just can't understand such poor service in such a great place. It's a real shame.

I'm not a fan of leaving bad reviews but in this one I was disappointed. I went here with my German friend since I am visiting Köln and took me to this place. Well the interior was kinda nice but when we asked for a seat they told us to sit in a very uncomfortable place since the place was nearly empty. Ok we changed the place, they sent us to a metal table which was super greasy and dirty, so the impression wasn't that good staff a bit unfriendly and the palce dirty, tabels and chairs, even the floor their employe slipped. The food arrived was not bad, except was super spicy. Me personally I would suggest the owner to work on cleanliness and their employees attitude, if you start getting bad reviews the reputation of the place with fall, just a friendly advice the kitchen staff seemed hardworking but the service staff got work to do if they wanna serve good and get tips. Don't forget to give the interior a deep clean.

A beautiful, exclusive restaurant in a central location. The food is excellent, the selection is impressive, and the prices are more than fair. We always love coming back!

We were very satisfied all around and received a warm welcome, especially from Mr. Berdan.

The visit was disappointing from the start, especially in a restaurant that usually has a good reputation and makes a decent impression. Our table was dirty as soon as we arrived: crumbs, stains, simply unkempt. For a restaurant that is otherwise considered good, this is truly embarrassing. We had to point it out to the waitress before the table was cleaned. This immediately created a bad impression. We ordered two different types of beyti. But then came the shocking moment: when my friend opened her beyti, there was a short hair, root and all, right in the food! It was visibly embedded in the yufka dough, not just something that had fallen on it – so it wasn't something we had put there. This completely ruined our appetites and is absolutely unacceptable!!! The waitress apologized immediately, but after such a hygiene lapse, an apology alone isn't enough. We were offered to exchange the food and bring some soup as well... but after such a disgusting discovery, we didn't want to eat anything from that kitchen again. The Beyti order wasn't canceled, even though it absolutely should have been. In the end, only the two soft drinks (a Coke and an iced tea) were canceled. For such an incident, this is a completely inadequate response, especially since the main course my girlfriend ordered was significantly more expensive than the two soft drinks that were removed from the bill. The appetizer and bread were delicious, but after this experience, that simply doesn't matter anymore. For a restaurant that is usually good, this was a huge disappointment. We definitely won't be returning.

I just had to get this off my chest. I'm honestly thrilled with this place. From the food to the service, it was incredibly beautiful and delicious. I never usually write reviews, but I couldn't keep this to myself. The breakfast was first-rate, and the cappuccino was fantastic. I even got a little bear on it—it was so cute! We spent almost two hours this morning (Sunday, 11 a.m.) at bona'me Factory in the Gerling Quarter for breakfast and were absolutely delighted! The experience was perfect from start to finish: From the greeting at the door to paying, all the staff were incredibly friendly, extremely attentive, and genuinely caring. The breakfast we ordered was absolutely fantastic. It was very fresh, plentiful, and tasted so good that the time flew by. The atmosphere at the Factory is unique. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back!

It takes some getting used to ordering everything yourself via your phone. You do miss out on the personal advice a bit, but you can always ask questions ;). The food was delicious and everything arrived very quickly.

The location is truly beautiful, but unfortunately, our visit was very disappointing overall. The service was chaotic and inattentive. The tables were dirty and were only cleaned after we asked for them. We didn't even receive plates for our appetizer. When serving our Turkish coffee, the servers—two very young women—simply placed the drinks on the table and spilled my friend's iced tea. It even landed on her, but there was neither an apology nor was the table properly cleaned. We ended up having to wipe it up ourselves. My food was also cleared away without any consultation, even though I hadn't finished eating. The biggest shock, however, was the restrooms: I have never seen such filthy sanitary facilities in a restaurant, not even at fast-food chains like McDonald's or Burger King. For the prices, neither the quality nor the quantity was justified. For me, it's clear: never again.

We visited twice and were not disappointed either time. Both lunch and breakfast were delicious. The service was very attentive and helpful. I find the system annoying in most restaurants that handle ordering exclusively via mobile phone; here, I didn't find it so bad, as repeat orders for small items like macarons or drinks were quickly placed with a click and were also delivered very promptly.

We came here for Turkish breakfast for the first time today. I'm understating it when I say that absolutely nothing about the breakfast was tasty. The egg with spinach and cheese was completely burnt, and everything else was also unseasoned. Very disappointing, especially for the price. The only nice thing is the location.
