I sat outside for a coffee and it all looks very clean outside. Without a special atmosphere. Inside it really looked beautiful and something different. The coffee wasn’t special, but OK.

From A for ambiance to the incredibly high culinary quality standards that have been maintained for years to Z for the service, whose attentiveness, flexibility, and above all, warmth are unparalleled in Cologne's gastronomy! Whether spontaneous, with family including kids, or with work colleagues, you always offer a wonderful setting. I/We would give it 19 ********** if that were possible. Highly recommended!

Nice restaurant in a good location. The food was very tasty, but the portions are rather small for large eaters. The prices are above average – I paid around €22 for a main course with a side salad. The service was friendly and attentive. I particularly appreciated the competent advice my vegan friend received. The restaurant is definitely recommended for a leisurely snack and conversation. However, if you're very hungry, you might want to consider an alternative or be prepared to spend more.

The food is generally very good, but I particularly enjoyed breakfast. The selection is huge and perfect for someone like me who prefers breakfast to lunch or dinner.

The food was okay, but unfortunately didn't meet our expectations. It was our first time there and we were given a chip card with the menu on it, which we found a bit odd. And we had to pay with the card at the cash register. No one told us how to do it. Unfortunately, it wasn't that great.

I had the opportunity to experience this restaurant in July and I was especially pleased to see that they closely follow technological developments. We visited as a group and the dish we enjoyed the most was the Çiftlik Saç Angus. It was both generous in portion and delicious. We were also happy to see that they offered multiple vegetarian options.

A very stylish and modern restaurant with dishes that are a little different from classic Middle Eastern cuisine. Ordering is easy via a QR code on your smartphone, and the service is super friendly and helpful. Despite visiting on a Friday evening, we easily got a seat for two people. There are plenty of seats, but everything is spread out in smaller areas, so it doesn't feel too crowded or too loud.

First, we weren't given a menu, but a business card with a QR code! There were no beer mats with the drinks, and wasps were frequent! (We sat outside) The food was very nicely presented, but unfortunately, the chicken curry was very bland and the sauce was more like a soup! My girlfriend and I were disappointed! We wouldn't go there again!

The ordering system is an absolute disaster—hardly any customer can navigate the process. Long lines at these ordering machines. Everyone is in the way of the staff. It's a disgrace to handle it like this. Ordering online via app or scan code would be fine, but this is unbelievably bad. I will never set foot in this store again.

A place to feel good – everything is simply top-notch! The restaurant boasts a fantastic location, a cozy terrace, and stylishly furnished interiors – each space has its own charm. Whether it's breakfast, a light snack, a hearty meal, or just a coffee or cocktail – there's something for everyone here. I was particularly impressed by the modern ordering system: Simply order by phone – and it works seamlessly! Nothing is forgotten, everything arrives quickly and as requested. Even special requests, such as a little more salt, were fulfilled in no time. My highlight: The house alcoholic drinks (sorry, the name is forgotten) – absolutely delicious, definitely worth trying!

We recently visited this restaurant and overall we enjoyed it very much. The food was truly delicious, freshly prepared, and very satisfying. Unfortunately, the portions were a bit too small for our taste—we would have liked to have gone home a little fuller. The service was friendly and the ambiance pleasant. Great food, great interior, but if you sit inside near the counter, you can unfortunately see all the dishes and the dining tables right next to the guests. It's not a pretty sight...I suspect the dishwashers are broken.

- Super nice interior - The food arrived at the table very late, so we couldn't eat together as a group of four. The delay was about 20 minutes. - The food itself was actually quite tasty, but the price was a bit too high for what was on offer. - Unfortunately, the service was not attentive at all. No one asked if we enjoyed our meal. Plates were cleared away even though we still wanted to eat. Only after we pointed it out was the plate left on the table. For two people, both the drinks and the food were missing for a long time. The drinks only arrived after we asked, and some time later. Overall, a bit disappointing for the money; we won't be coming back for a while.

Enttäuschend – nicht mehr zu empfehlen Mein Mann und ich besuchen die Bona Me-Filialen nun schon seit über zehn Jahren regelmäßig – insbesondere die Filiale in Deutz war früher unser Lieblingsort zum Frühstücken. Leider hat sich das in letzter Zeit stark verändert. Trotz einer überarbeiteten Speisekarte, die zunächst den Eindruck von Erneuerung vermittelt, ist das Frühstückserlebnis mittlerweile mehr als enttäuschend. Die Portionen sind deutlich kleiner geworden und wirken lieblos zubereitet. Besonders das Standart-Frühstück ( frühstücksplatte )wurde teurer – gleichzeitig wurden jedoch einige Bestandteile einfach gestrichen. Was früher ein Highlight unseres Wochenendes war, fühlt sich heute wie pure Abzocke an. Die Qualität und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmen einfach nicht mehr. Es scheint, als würde sich der Fokus nur noch auf andere Standorte richten, während die Filiale in Deutz zunehmend vernachlässigt wird. Sehr schade – wir werden dort nicht mehr frühstücken gehen.

Stunning interior, and great food with plenty of vegetarian options. Service is mostly rather inattentive and slow, despite the fact that the customer takes over the main chunk of the work (ordering via phone, queuing for the payment at the exit).

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio isn't right at all. Almost €15 for a simit with scrambled eggs and sucuk... The selection seems large at first glance, but at second glance, you see that's not the case. It's tasty, though. Ordering digitally is extremely inconvenient – for example, if you don't want something from a dish. To be honest, the service has always been abysmal in the three times we've been there. We won't be back.

The self-service system worked smoothly, and everything seemed well thought out. The food selection was fresh, varied, and delicious – the meze and bread selection were particularly impressive. The drinks selection was also high-quality. The place was busy, but everything still moved quickly. For us, this is definitely a place we'd love to return to!

Great restaurant right in the Gerling Quarter highly recommended

The three of us were there today because we wanted to enjoy a cozy cocktail party with friends. The atmosphere was nice, but unfortunately, there were a few things that bothered us. The cocktail glasses weren't completely clean, and our order came quite late, even though it wasn't busy. The restrooms weren't clean either. In the end, we moved on to another bar. Overall, I'd give it 3+ stars – with room for improvement 😉💪🏻

Tasty modern food in Cologne.. Very nice atmosphere, service great and quick

The meal was a complete disaster. Unfortunately, we had to wait almost an hour. Our dessert came first, followed 10 minutes later by the first salad, another 10 minutes later by the second salad, and then another 7 minutes later by our platter. Everything looked great, nicely presented, but unfortunately the portions were very small. We spent €65 so we wouldn't end up stuffed, and we even ordered two extra things. The meal overall was a 4/10. - Banana bread - not recommended; the only good thing was the sauce on top. On top of that, it was also served first. As a result, all the cream melted before we could eat it. - Chicken salad was quite okay, a mini portion. - Watermelon salad - really strange cheese, and the salad was the salad mix from Rewe. I waited 30 minutes for it, which is a shame. - Breakfast platter - only the menemen was good, I have to honestly say, it actually tasted great, but it was so small. It's a shame, it only looked good, but we didn't leave feeling full and satisfied. - Green juice, unfortunately, only tasted like water. - Banana-date smoothie, unfortunately, wasn't cold, but it was quite okay. €65 in the trash :( Shame

Ordering via the app was unnecessarily complicated and impersonal. There was no real sense of service, no contact with the staff—it was almost like self-service. Furthermore, the app was buggy, which made the visit even more frustrating. Unfortunately, it's not a place for a relaxed, social meal.

Schon das Konzept dieses Restaurants ist merkwürdig man setzt sich an den Tisch und muss sich dann selber drum kümmern, eine Bestellung aufzugeben. Wenn man alle paar Monate dort hingeht, ändert sich jedes Mal die Art der Bestellung. Das Essen ist ziemlich teuer und es war nicht frisch zubereitet. Wir hatten Beyty mit Falafel. Der Teig war hart und die Falafel kalt. Vermutlich kam sie aus dem Kühlschrank und war gar nicht richtig aufgewärmt. Über die Bedienung muss man nicht sagen, denn man muss sich das ja alles selbst abholen.

First Impression: A Place to Avoid Upon entering the restroom facility, an unpleasant, pungent odor was immediately noticeable – a mixture of urine, damp paper, and musty air. This first impression boded poorly and was unfortunately more than confirmed as things progressed. ⸻ Cleanliness and Condition • Floor: Dirty tiles with visible dirt marks, scattered scraps of paper, and puddles of water that had obviously not been mopped up in a while. • Walls and Doors: Numerous fingerprints, splashes, and dark stains on the tiles and doors. The walls appeared generally unkempt and not cleaned regularly. • Toilet Bowls: Limescale and visibly dirty around the edges. In at least one stall, the toilet was clogged and not marked "out of service" – an outrage. • Mirrors and Sinks: Water stains, soap scum, and dirty edges in the bowl. The mirrors were fogged and smudged. ⸻ Hygienic Equipment • Soap dispensers: During my test period, not a single soap dispenser was functional or filled – a serious hygiene problem, especially in a restaurant with heavy customer traffic. • Paper towels/hand dryers: The paper towel holders were empty, the electric hand dryer only worked sporadically and blew lukewarm, weak air – an inadequate substitute. • Toilet paper: Two of the three tested stalls were completely devoid of toilet paper. • Hygiene products: No trace of disinfectant or trash cans for feminine hygiene products – a clear deficit in basic amenities. ⸻ Conclusion: A serious deficiency The Boname Factory's restrooms stand in stark contrast to the restaurant's otherwise ambitious overall concept. The inadequate cleaning, poor maintenance, and complete lack of basic hygiene equipment give the impression that management doesn't take the restrooms seriously. This is an absolute no-go for a modern restaurant. Especially in times when cleanliness and hygiene are so highly valued, this neglect is not only disappointing but also potentially damaging to the restaurant's reputation. ⸻ Restroom rating (0–10 points): 2/10 The only point: The restrooms are basically available. Everything else currently lacks any kind of hygiene standards. Recommendation to management: Urgent deep cleaning, immediate provision of soap, paper towels, and hygiene containers, as well as a permanent cleaning and inspection system

I celebrated my birthday there. It was decorated exactly as I had hoped. The service was great, the food was delicious, and we sat there for hours. I even got presents, and we felt really comfortable and at home.

The only point deducted is because the ordering process is completely digital. You view the menu and order via QR code, which I find very impersonal. This is, of course, a matter of taste. Nevertheless, the food and the selection were excellent.

Disappointing and disrespectful – never again! Due to my scoliosis, I politely asked for a padded seat. Instead of addressing my health needs, I was met with a contemptuous snort and an annoyed eye roll – absolutely disrespectful! The service was extremely unfriendly and lacking in service. We then decided to leave the restaurant without even eating breakfast. It's clear to us: We'll never come back here. Friends and family have already informed us about our experience.

The food was top-notch, of course. BUT YOU HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR RESTROOMS. CLEAN THEM, AND ABOVE ALL, ALWAYS PROVIDE SOAP. There was no soap on the men's side. So I'm definitely concerned about hygiene.

However, special requests, such as no sauce on the burger, etc., had to be made in person to the server. Napkins and cutlery were scarce; if you called the server, he would take everything from the next table. But the food was delicious.

A very tastefully decorated, large restaurant/café with an oriental flair. This includes classic and vegan-friendly Turkish dishes, and service is provided in earthenware and copper dishes. It's best to first make your presence known in the restaurant to receive a table card with a QE code so you can scan it and order. Otherwise, you'll end up waiting too long at your table. I wish the waiters were more attentive. For example, I received my food, but no cutlery, and no ashtrays were brought to the tables. Overall, though, the visit is definitely worth it!

Esta es una cadena regional que sirve comida mediterránea. Estábamos en la ubicación de Kennedyplatz. Empezamos con un Riesling decente que solo tenía 21 años. 5 euros por botella llena. Mi esposa tenía el Ispanakli pide, que se puede describir como una pizza de pan plano con espinacas. Esta era una gran porción, y casi la termina. Tuve el Beyti Falafel, que disfruté. La cena costó unos 55$ convertidos de Euros, lo que consideré una muy buena comida y una muy buena relación calidad-precio. Tenga en cuenta que el pedido y la entrega a la mesa son un poco diferentes aquí. Introduce el código QR en tu teléfono, haz tu pedido electrónicamente y recibe un mensaje cuando tu comida esté lista. Entonces ve a recogerlo tú mismo.

The service was unfriendly and inattentive. There wasn't enough cutlery, and there was a long wait for more. But since it was lunchtime, I'm willing to overlook this. I ordered a chicken curry with water. The curry was tasteless, the sauce watery. There wasn't much chicken. Simply not tasty. The highlight, however, was the diarrhea it gave me. Maybe just a bad first impression, but it was enough to make me not want to come back.

Fangen wir mit etwas gutem an Atmosphäre war okay Musik war nicht allzu laut dann wird’s aber auch schnell wieder schlecht. Bedienung an Empfang halbherzig. Keine treuen, gemäßen Aussagen, zum Beispiel dass die Getränke gebracht werden die muss ich mir nämlich auch selber holen sowie das Essen das hatte sie aber gesagt. Essen war schnell fertig, aber kein Wunder bei kaltem Brot. Die Linsensuppe war heiß, geschmacklich aber nur eine sechs von zehn jeder der gerne Linsensuppe. Auf türkische Art isst sollte die lieber woanders essen um nicht enttäuscht zu werden. Meine Frau hatte Manti bestellt gehabt für alle, die das nicht kennen, das sind mit käse gefüllte Teigtaschen. Essen kam zu unterschiedlichen Zeitpunkten ist aber auch verständlich, denn eine Suppe ist schneller gemacht. Manti geschmacklich eine acht von zehn Portion ist auch sehr gut gewesen nur es wär eine zehn von zehn gewesen, wenn es nicht schon nur lauwarm wäre. Insgesamt bezahlt, 26 € mit Wasser (still) sprich Preisleistung für mich sechs von zehn

Great expansion to the existing “normal” Boname restaurants. The Factory offers other unusual dishes and delicious cocktails. The restaurant is really nicely decorated. Wonderful breakfast with first class service and delicious food I went there with my family for breakfast near the fountain. The sun was very strong that day, but the attentive restaurant manager reacted immediately and kindly opened the parasol for us - really attentive! The service was also very warm and accommodating. The food was really tasty and lovingly prepared. We felt completely comfortable. This restaurant is definitely one of my favorite places - we would love to come back!
