The food was really excellent! The meat from the kabab in particular was incredibly tender and delicious. The Baghali polo was also very tasty. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The music was pleasant, appropriate and very relaxing. The only small negative point: the chairs had no backrest, which was a bit uncomfortable. But overall, absolutely recommended – definitely try it out!

We often go out for Persian food and we actually come from Munich. But we have never seen a restaurant like this before. The food is amazing. Without comparison. There's nothing like that anywhere else. Be sure to order the saffron lemonade

On my way to Berlin, looking for a quality Iranian restaurant, I came across the Saadi restaurant, which was highly rated, but my experience was something else, the battered kebab was full of sweet sauce, which was probably used so much because the meat was old, and along with the kebab, there was some onion. was The muscle was very old and had a bad taste

I tried the Kubideh there. The portion was generous, and I really liked the rice. However, the food was extremely oily, which I didn’t like at all. On top of that, it lacked salt, making it quite bland. I ended up eating only half of my plate because of the excessive oil and lack of seasoning. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back.

One of the best Persian restaurants that we have been in Germany. The quality of food is great and kebab was so fresh and well made. Service was great and very kind and friendly stuff they have. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to try their delicious food again.

The food tasted like it came straight out of my grandma's kitchen. If you're craving authentic Persian food, please come to this place. The front lady was so sweet and checked on us while we were there. The experience was absolutely amazing!

Despite friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere, unfortunately not recommended. The restaurant initially seemed promising, but the food left something to be desired. The rice in particular was really not good, it was almost like rice pudding. Since rice plays a particularly important role in Persian cuisine and is served with pretty much every dish, this is a huge sticking point and the reason why this restaurant is unfortunately not recommended.

If you’re looking for an authentic Persian dining experience in Berlin, Saadi Restaurant is an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. The food? Simply outstanding. We ordered a classic combination of koobideh and barg kebabs, served with fragrant saffron rice and grilled vegetables. The meat was perfectly seasoned and tender, the rice fluffy with just the right touch of saffron and barberries, and the grilled tomato and pepper added a delicious smoky contrast. The fresh bread basket and creamy mast-o-khiar (yogurt with cucumber and herbs) were perfect accompaniments. We also enjoyed a refreshing salad shirazi and a glass of doogh (Iranian yogurt drink), which rounded off the meal beautifully. Every bite transported us straight to Iran. Highly recommend this place to anyone craving traditional Persian food. The portions are generous, the ingredients fresh, and the flavors truly authentic. I can’t wait to come back!

Overall, I can say it was a nice experience, Kabab had every decent size and it tasted nice, but the rice tasted a mixture of Persian rice with non-Persian rice, but in a nutshell, food was good, but it could have tasted a lot better with a bit more salt! The owners are very nice and friendly, and the interior atmosphere is warm and inviting, about the price, I just want to mention that I ate better Persian food with cheaper prices in Berlin.

A nice little (secret) tip in the Bergmannkiez. Delicious Persian cuisine with many local ingredients such as barberries, pomegranate seeds and walnuts. The eggplant-based starters are great to share, the main courses are rich but extremely tasty. The service is very warm and the prices are absolutely reasonable.

Such amazing food, amazing atmosphere, amazing staff. The food is so delicious, so flavourful, the meat is so tender, the portions are really big. Money 100% worth it. The owners are really welcoming and lovely. A place where you feel at home and where you don’t want to leave.

Last night, we dined there for dinner—it was our third visit, and once again, both the service and food maintained their outstanding quality. The manager, a warm and respectful lady, ensured that every detail was perfect. We sampled a variety of kebabs along with one of the mixed rice dishes, and each item impressed us with its flavor and presentation. Overall, we left thoroughly satisfied and happy with the experience.

We came across the Saadi Restaurant by chance and were fortunately able to get a seat even without a reservation - right at the back in a corner. The service was really great, the staff were extremely attentive and friendly, so we felt welcome from the start. However, the atmosphere could have been a little more comfortable. A lit candle on the table or a more loving table decoration would have made the ambience even more atmospheric. For dinner we chose a Persian specialty. The portions were pleasingly large, but the taste of the dish didn't completely convince us. The orange flavor was a little too intense, and the cardamom flavor in the chicken was very dominant - certainly a matter of taste, but a little too strong for us. Overall, the food was okay, but unfortunately not a real highlight. Nevertheless, if you want to try Persian cuisine and place great value on attentive service, you are in good hands here.

The food was very tasty and plentiful. We were there as a group and everyone had something different. All the dishes tasted very tasty. The only drawback: There were no desserts today except ice cream 😔. Will then try it on the next visit.

This place is underrated, you would not expect the amazing flavors from the look of this place, but damn that food tastes AMAZING. Super cute staff , i will definitely save this on my map for future reference :)

Amazing food. We ordered the chelo kabab and it tastes delicious. Also the eggplant starter with pomegranate seeds and the safeab tea blew up our mind. If you are looking for good Persian food this is the place to be. The quantity they served was enough for two people to share. Also a great value for money 💰

I came, i Ate, I was amazed! We ordered a grilled lamb, and shrimps in a dark spicy sauce, both served with perfect portion of rice, not overcooked just perfect with grilled paprika on the side. These people were super friendly despite the fact that our 3 year old wasnt that friendly :D she received a chocolate advent calendar from the Owner/Chef i dont know, but i liked them, Persian music, Persian Couple, Persian Delight, I Salute You it was great!

Best persian food u can not find even in iran

Quietly located restaurant serving traditional Iranian cuisine. Always a good sign when there are a lot of local guests in the restaurant - like here. Map is varied. In addition to meat and chicken, there are also many vegetarian and vegan starters and main courses. Service is friendly and tries to process everything quickly - but you shouldn't come to the restaurant very hungry - but rather take some time with you, as the food is freshly prepared - and that can take a while - but you'll be really full, large portions! Reservation is recommended, but not mandatory. Great value for money.

Best kabab-torsh (tenderloin marinated in pomegranate). Tender juicy meat, generous portions, lovely side dishes: marinated olives in ground walnut and pomegranate, salade Shirazi and saffron drink. The scent of saffron mixes with the aroma of narenj fruit, the acids of pomegranate mix with zereshk and the teeth run water! Very nice service too!

Excellent food, the level of spiciness was correctly explained. The non-spicy food had a wonderful aroma, the pieces of meat, both chicken and veal, were perfectly done and had a very nice consistency. The quantity of saffron rice was more than sufficient and very tasty. Nice atmosphere overall.

We came for dinner based on the high evaluation score, but unfortunately the food was very disappointing.... Do not serve grilled dishes cold!!! with barely warm rice. Grilled dishes are always hot! And the lamb grill was completely tasteless, without any seasoning…. Unfortunately.....

A wonderful and unique restaurant that I like to go to both alone and with my family to enjoy the good cuisine. The dishes are all traditionally prepared with love and a lot of dedication. You quickly notice that the generous portions are cooked with excellent ingredients. Wonderfully digestible and very tasty. The family that runs the restaurant is very warm and attentive to all of their guests. My absolute favorite restaurant. Anyone who doesn't know Persian cuisine will get a delicate insight into a less common culinary delicacy in Berlin.

An outstanding experience, we’ve had plates 32, 45 they’re both super delicious, with appropriate portions and very high quality, not to forget the very friendly and nice staff who hosted us, and the whole atmosphere and decor were just perfect 👌🏻… will definitely visit again! We just liked especially how the lamb and chicken were adequately marinated, a very fine taste of Persia :)

A restaurant rarely gets 5 stars from me. The skewer combination “Soltani” was very tasty prepared from very good ingredients.

We ate grilled chicken, grilled chicken, grilled fillet and shallot yogurt. The food was very greasy, so that the bottom of the plate looked like water had been spilled. There was so much butter on the rice that you could not understand the taste of the rice and the food. Mustard yogurt was also poured with hot oil, which tasted very bad. Do not try this restaurant because you are just wasting your money.

Food is good. Prices, not so much. Also they only take cash (not good at all for a restaurant in a touristic city like Berlin). I wish they reconsider this policy.

Just mind meltingly delicious food, made by such lovely and warm people! I especially enjoyed the Mirza Ghasemi, and Murassa Polo. The lady of the house speaks English and was so nice and welcoming! Warmly recommend

Persian Deluxe On Sunday evening after a day at museums in Berlin we were very hungry. And so we chose a small Persian restaurant in Neukölln that was previously unknown to us. We ordered small starters and one main course each and delicious Persian drinks. It was an absolute taste experience, so we also had to order desserts. The service was super nice and we also really liked the ambience. Apparently Persians themselves really enjoy eating there and that can only mean good things. We would like to thank you for the great culinary delight and a cozy end to the week on December 1st.

We have been several times at Saadi and we love their Sabzi stew and the chicken pomegranat stew. The very different aubergine dishes are also excellent. The best persian food I know in Berlin. And very nice people working there. We will definitely return.

Super good & well worth the money! Portions were surprisingly large (that being said, I have no idea what a typical Persian portion size is). A Persian friend took us here, and she verified the dishes were super authentic. Would def come here again, staff was nice & friendly.

We got the very delicious Mirzaghasemi and Mast-moosir for appetizer. The time gap between appetizer and main dish was just perfect. My boyfriend had koobideh and I had vegan Albaloo polo with Bamyieh, which was a rice dish full of nuts and the Bamiyeh stew was also good. The service and the vibe in there were good too. I will definitely go back and will bring friends to try other dishes as well.
