The waiter strongly suggested we go inside because it's about to start raining and he won't serve us outside then because he has to work long hours and doesn't have any other clothes. We sat outside for over an hour and the sun was shining. He sang the same song next to the women. Burgers are very ordinary. Smash burger patty is very, very salty. A man's burger with chicken is also on its own.

After a light in the dark campaign, we spontaneously had to stop somewhere... our stop RUFF'S BURGER It was a bit late but we got our burger including dessert. It was really tasty... thank you very much

The restaurant is in the old town of Passau (not with a view of the water). You have the option of sitting outside with parasols and a covered terrace. The buns for the burgers are particularly tasty because they are crispy on the outside. My daughter called it brioche, but is that the right term? We had both a hamburger and a vegan burger. Both with Belgian fries. Everything was very good. 😉

The burgers weren't good at all. The bun was small and dry, the bottom half of the patty no longer existed after a few minutes (totally soggy). I was able to have the bacon (as an extra €1.60 surcharge) taken out (I don't eat pork), but I couldn't add or replace it with the same value (or less) for free. Only with extra charge. In other words, you save €1.60, but if I want an alternative I have to pay for it. Apparently it takes more effort in the kitchen. That's laughable! Fries were OK. Price-performance doesn't match at all.

Perfect delicious truffle burger and many others with great selection. Incredibly fast and friendly service. Tegernsee beer in a stein is really good 👍 The order is brought to the table in no time.

Fantastic burger restaurant. I absolutely loved my order (smashed burger, red slaw salad and Belgian fries). The smashed burger was simply sensational – juicy, perfectly seasoned and with a crispy crust. The Red Slaw salad (made from red cabbage) was once a great alternative to the classic Cole Low salad made from white cabbage. Definitely try it! The Belgian fries were also excellent. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it to any burger lover!

We are used to something better from Ruffs. The meat was very compact and firm today. I didn't finish my burger. In the branches in Munich and Erding, the meat was juicy and hand-shaped.

Beware of health problems after eating fries. Four of us were there yesterday. 3 people ate fries and had symptoms of food poisoning all night about 1-2 hours later. Since we only ate something there, we can rule out everything else. They also smelled a bit rancid. EDIT: Received a lawyer's letter saying there would be no business relationship with me and recession must be deleted. However, the bank statement could prove the card payment.

We wanted a good burger to eat and we landed at Ruff's Burger, and it was a good choice. The burger was delicious, maybe a little expensive, but we had good quality. I had "The Big Mission" for 21.90€ without fries. But, as I said, it was delicious, but not amazing. The cocktails were also delicious. It had a good atmosphere, and the people there were really chill.

- Food served in partially rusted enamel containers (chips) - All burgers for a table of 11 people are at best lukewarm to cold - Drinks came for 1/2 of the people before the meal - the others only got their drinks long after the food was served. - Water bowls for dogs may only be placed outside -> every dog ​​owner should please go outside when the dogs are thirsty - !!not animal friendly!! - - Cocktails were at best mixed to terrible for everyone at the table (dishwater taste) Conclusion: avoid it. We chose this place as we were driving into Passau for the night. We called ahead to place our order since it was a bit later than we usually like to eat. They did let us know that they only had beef burgers at the time due to limited freezer space during renovations, which was fine with us. We parked nearby at the cathedral and had to walk about 5ish minutes down to the restaurant. For how late we got there after placing the order and finally checking into our hotel, it was a bit cold, but that’s entirely our fault for take out. I think if we ate there, it would have been fantastic nice and fresh. I still really liked my burger though. I got the Old Bag burger with goat cheese, and my husband got the avocado burger. He liked his as well. Mine did have about 1/4 of it very pink though, so I unfortunately did not eat that section. Otherwise, good burgers. The sweet potato fries and regular fries were good as well.

We were thrilled! The Garlic Fries are incredibly good, not to mention the burger creations that we absolutely love. When we are back in beautiful Passau, we will definitely stop by for dinner here.

The waitresses were very nice and friendly, the food was very good and tasty. The way there goes through the city center depending on how you go, but is easy to reach.

We made a reservation at 7:30 p.m. and had to wait half an hour for our table. It took another 20 minutes before we could order drinks and food. Meanwhile we've been waiting for fucking 2 hours for the food. A round of schnapps can't make you feel hungry!

I tried the Ruff's Burger which was very flavorful. I wish I could have chosen the cooking point of the patty (or been asked about it). But it doesn't affect the quality - delicious remains delicious. I also liked the Belgian fries with two different dips. Plus a refreshing lemon soda that goes perfectly with it. Unfortunately the ambience lacks some warmth. There could still be improvements.

From entry to payment, an all-round outstanding stay. Mia, Alex and Carsten are simply totally empathetic and super friendly people who care most about the well-being of their guests. Top service! I got the BBQ Burger and the Philly Cheese Fries. The burger is a complete dream, the patty perfectly medium fried and lightly seasoned with salt. You can taste the quality of the meat immediately (the best beef delight, pure and juicy) and you can tell that it comes fresh in the morning. The fries are a poem, especially the combination of beef and cheese sauce will knock you off your stool (chair/bench). Perfectly fried and the combination of all the ingredients is world class. All in all, I can report consistently positive things, especially since the location speaks for itself, as does the food. Guys, have a really good burger etc. Eat and let yourself be pampered by the atmosphere, you deserve it! I was in burger heaven and every bite made me smile.

Ruffs Burger sind einfach fantastisch! Die Burger sind saftig und voller Geschmack, die Auswahl an Belägen und Saucen ist großartig und das Personal ist immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Atmosphäre im Laden ist gemütlich und einladend. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen und mehr von euren köstlichen Burgern zu probieren!

Sehr gute Burger. Hatte vorhin eine größere Bestellung abgeholt und es lief alles reibungslos. Personal sehr freundlich - gab sogar noch ein Getränk gratis. Geschmacklich waren die Burger absolut top, meiner Meinung nach was Burger betrifft die klare Nummer 1 in Passau.

War alles voll, trotzdem hat sich die Mitarbeiterin um Plätze für uns bemüht. Die Bürgers und die Getränke waren hervorragend. Gerne wieder.

Geschmack ist immer eine Momentaufnahme. Die Chicken Wings waren top. Super zartes Fleisch knusprig gebacken. Die Burger darüber läst sich streiten. Das Patty ist nicht gut. Das Fleisch saftig etwas zu wenig gewürzt. Der Bacon knusprig gebraten. Die Avocado war zwar anwesend wurde aber von der Sauce übertönt. Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt so gar nicht. Weder bei den Wings noch bei den Burgern. Wenn ein Burger 11 -15€ kostet wohlgemerkt nur der Burger ohne Beilagen dann darf er ruhig etwas größer sein. Eine Kaisersemmel kommt dem Größen Verhältnis sehr nahe. Die Pommes sind top wie man sich gute Pommes vorstellt. Das Personal war anfangs sehr bemüht jedoch mit steigenden Besucherzahlen ist alles sehr hektisch und unkontrolliert geworden. Der wohlfühl Karakter hat mir einfach gefehlt.

Nachdem ich super freundlich begrüßt worden bin, aß ich einen unglaublich leckeren Chicken Burger. Währenddessen wirkte das Ambiente sehr entspannend. Insgesamt ein ausgezeichnetes Lokal.

Burger Fleisch nicht besonders warm. Viel zu viel Brot. Von einem Smashburger brauchen wir nicht reden. Würde nicht wiederkommen !

Finde das Studentenmenü ziemlich cool. Normalerweise bin ich auch gutes essen von dem Standort in Ansbach gewöhnt. Leider wurde ich etwas enttäuscht. Nach über einer Stunde Wartezeit kam mein BBQ Burger endlich zu mir an den Tisch. Leider schon fast kalt. Der Burgerbun war trocken und wurde nicht mal leicht am Grill angeröstet. Die Soße hat auch leider gar nicht nach BBQ geschmeckt. Die pommes waren aber super und das Personal freundlich.

Es war meega lecker! Die hausgemachten Limonaden sind hier ein MUSS und lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Burger schmecken auch hervorragend.

Der Burger war zu teuer für die Größe, aber in Ordnung. Die alkoholischen Getränke (Spritz) waren sehr wässrig. Das Ambiente war schön und der Chef sehr nett, allerdings war der Kellner neben der Spur, wusste nicht welches Essen er serviert.

Mega toller Burgerladen, super freundliches Personal, einfach nur zu empfehlen! Wir kommen definitiv wieder, wenn wir wieder in Passau zu Besuch sind! Macht weiter so ;0)

Kreative und hochwertige Auswahl an saftigen Burgern. Draußen sitzt man in schönem Ambiente, aber durch die Schieflage der Straße und den Holzbänken ohne Lehne bleibt man ungern länger als nötig. Die Servicekraft hingegen war sehr zuvorkommend und persönlich. Besonders der von Ihr empfohlene Whiskey-Sour hat meine Erwartungen ganz und gar übertroffen.
